But from my end and the airtel customer care are sure the format of the documents circulated to relaince are perfect. Could you please be specific and breifly describe the error in the format of the documents which have been circulated to you. So that i can rectify it and port out peacefully

    Hello, i need to terminate my netconnect+ connection & have contacted reliance communication helpline multiple times between 14th & 16th july regarding the same. I was told that someone from the termination department will call back, but till date there has been no response from reliance communication.
    I even wrote to their email ([protected]@relianceada.com & rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com) regarding the same but they haven't responded too.
    Although i wanted to terminate my connection before the end of the billing cycle on july 17th, i haven't been able to do so because reliance communication have totally ignored my requests.
    Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I own a rcom mobile number [protected]. Rcom keeps on deducting money from my account on the name of vas which i never subscribe to. To my horror i find that all my balance has been deducted. When i contact the customer care they say that i need to contact them within 24 hours of deductions then only they would be able to return my money. But how could i contact them when i am not aware of this deduction. I dont get any msg or call before deductions. Do i keep on checking balance of my account every minute???
        This is one crap of a company performing loot in india. Pls help me out.

          This is my 3rd complaint but not responses from your side. Plz tell me now what i do. Where i complaint for solve my problem. I remember this 3rd time. Before i call on 198 or *222 but my problem solved by you.Network problem is big issue for me.Network signal is not reached in my office at my sit. If i out off my office network reach okay.

            I have been using reliance netconnect for sometime now and my data card number is: [protected].

            As i am not getting satisfactory service at my place, i have provided the request to discontinue the service. I have approached you customer care. After a long long wait i could speak to a lady. She heard my complaint and again kept me in hold for another 15 minutes.

            Ultimately she informed to me that the backend office will call me within 24 hours and reolve it. She never provided any service request number to me.

            It has been 21 days now. The service is not deactivated and i have not got any calls. After that i have tried to contact them many times. It is only excuse i have got.

            I would like to let you know that i am not going to pay you a single paisa if that comes as a bill in this duration. Also, i am not going to pay the bill of last month until i get a confirmation on by when the connection can be deactivated.

              Customer care told me a plan 350 rs & in this plan he will taken 1000 local & std minutes @ 3g data unlimited but i take him document he said me this plan 400 rs & he will given 1000 local std minutes & 1 gb 3g data and after 1 gb data he taken me 2g data. is company lie to me.
              I given him 300 rs he said is amount not refund
              I want my 300rs with interest argent

                Dear team,
                I had purchased cdma connection no.[protected] from reliance last year with plan rs.99 (400 calls free every month). But due network issue in cdma, we had raised request in mnp to change from cdma to gsm. After mnp my plan was changed by company from rs.99 to rs.199 (No free call) without my knowledge. I have raised complaint in customer care regarding this issue but they dined to give waiver and also stores refused to raised complaint. Due to billing issue i had not paid bill.

                Now my another connection no.[protected] was suspended by company due to billing dispute (No.[protected]). I have called in customer care but again they are not supporting and said you had to pay pending due otherwise your current no. Will be terminate soon.

                I want to continue my current no. And want resolved old issue if company give me waiver as per old plan.

                    Madam/dear sir, an amount of rs 90 has been deducted from my reliance gsm mob no-[protected] as vas adpaystrmgmlysubs on 22 july 2016 while there is no any such service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network. I have same problem last year but that time also not solve my problem

                      My reliance number is [protected]. I have purchased this sim 9 years ago from bhiwandi after giving proper i d proof. Now at the time of migration from cdma to 4g, it come to my knowledge that my number is running on some others name. I complaint about it and inquire about my original i d proof as well as my new 4g sim. But company was unable to answer any of these queries. My balance is with company and company is not providing me any service. After many emails between me and company, i made complaint to appeellent authority but very sadly appeelent authority tried to cover up companies mistake. They want proof of my number but which type of proof that they are unable to specify. I said them that sim is with me, number is registered with my saving account from last 5 years but they want written proof from company. I dont understand that howcome a prepaid customer will get a written proof from company. Now my number is not working as well as for sim i have traveled tp bhiwandi, vasai, boisar etc. Company is harrasing me. A service providing company is not able to provide me service.

                        Dear rcom,

                        I have bought reliance wipod on 02/06/2016. After activation it self i found the speed is very low as compared to the commitment given to me. I have taken this device on to speed test & found it was 25 kbps which was not constant even. Where as i was told to get speed o[censored]p to 14.7 mbps. I visited to reliance communication store where i purchased this product, but there was no positive response from them. I raised first service request on 10 june 2016 (Sr no.[protected] dated 10 june) to reliance customer care & after that many time, every time i was getting only assurance with new sr number for resolution but unfortunately till now i haven't got any solution of my genuine complaint.

                        I visited again to same reliance communication store to resolve the issue. But now they are saying cdma wipod is stopped by reliance & started selling some other gsm device which cost of rs.3200.00 & where i already invested rs.2000.00 a month before.

                        If it was planned to stopped cdma device why they were selling in market, it should have stopped from the day it was decided.
                        The same has not been communicated me when i made this purchase.

                        And also i am getting invoice on monthly basis for the service which i am unable to use due to non responsive of complain.

                        I request you to kindly refund my money (Wipod cost) rs.2000/- at the earliest.
                        Also please make a note i will not going to make any payment against invoice if raised on monthly basis.

                        Kindly look into this issue & revert asap.
                        Awaiting your early response to avoid court attachment through petition to consumer court.

                          My number is [protected]. I had received a message whuch states that vas forr video subscribing has been activated video54646sub60. But i didnt requested for any type of subscription. My balance was also deducted after that message. I want the refund for the same amount. This is not the first time i am facing such type of problem. The company deduct balance whenever they want to and subscribe unwanted and non requested services without the consent of coustomer. Please refund my balance as soon as possible.

                            I was using RCom Post-Paid CDMA connection[protected], and converted the same to GSM. Dealer had told that they had been giving the same scheme as it was in which 500MB data was free.

                            But in bill, they have charged it and on my protest they have deactivated my service.

                            Same issue was conveyed to local retailer but of no avail.

                            Please, look into the matter so that I can pay my bill against mobile no. [protected] at the earliest.

                              My number is [protected], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got message failed message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected]. I have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should i complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

                                I am finding it impossible to deal with reliance communication.

                                I had a rs 999 unlimited 3g data wipod connection. My consumption was nearly 20gb per month. Reliance changed to 4g and, like a fool, i bought the new wi-pod by paying rs 899. A few days back i received a bill for rs 2714 (4g started 3 days back and is worse than 3g). The summarised bill is for rs1414 so how the final bill is 2714 is a big mystery. I must have sent atleast half a dozen emails (Ringing them up is frustrating) to the customer service asking for a detailed explanation of the bill. The emails received from them asks for a new data every time. Finally, i have asked them to close my account to which they are yet to reply. How does one deal with this company? Any success stories in dealing with this company, please advise.

                                I have same 4g datacard connection which was migrated from 999 wipod plan. Speed is damn slow. You can't event open speedtest.net to check speed. Pathetic customer service.

                                  I received a call at 12.35 pm dated 22/07/2016 from a number [protected] from a customer care executive and as per true caller the name of the executive reflects p rel1. as 12.35 pm is a working hour for any person and particularly to him who is practicing advocate. the caller was absolutely un-mannered, un-couth and boorish. his statement was highly uncivilized and unconstitutional. and you may refer the call record from the number and timing referred above.

                                  You are requested to provide us the whereabouts of the executive who made a call so that i may proceed against him by filing a criminal complaint.

                                  In the alternate, being a responsible company of india, tell him to tender unconditional apology or failing which, i may also proceed against the company for hiring a crude buffoon.

                                  I am waiting for your response and i want the same within an hour.

                                    My gsm sim number [protected] has been deactivated on october last year {2015} and has since remained deactived. I had the aforementioned number with me since 2012 and have been using it since then without any break. Last oct i went to my uncle's tea plantation and found that i coundn't get singnal on any of my networks {including your's}. But on returning home after 1 month still i had no signal on my relince network but had signal on other network. I have been waiting since then but nothing has changed.
                                    I request you to please re-activate my number and get back to me as early as possible

                                      Sir i am using reliance data modem from many years (ambala cantt), and i was quite satisfied also but from last 3 month i am facing problem with this modem. your local customer care center converted my modem to 3g and till then i am not able to use it. and employees in customer care center are not providing satisfactory service.
