Dear team,
I had purchased cdma connection no.[protected] from reliance last year with plan rs.99 (400 calls free every month). But due network issue in cdma, we had raised request in mnp to change from cdma to gsm. After mnp my plan was changed by company from rs.99 to rs.199 (No free call) without my knowledge. I have raised complaint in customer care regarding this issue but they dined to give waiver and also stores refused to raised...

Please provide the detail of amt deducted from my reliance mobile no [protected] account of rs 82 rs on dated 20/07/2016.

In this regard i have talk to customer care centre so many time but no any action from reliance care.
If any no reply please refund the amount reverse to my account.

And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever i had such customer service experience and frustrated with your horrendous service.. I congratulate you on successfully delivering pathetic and a disgraceful service to a daily basis of gold customer however appellate desk also did not reply accordingly...

Ignoring as hell, they kept me on hold two times for 12 to 15 mins, as they had deducted my balance 20rs second time in the month, i asked them for the refund, they said wait we will transfer the call and call didn't actually transfered, it actually put me on the main home dialer again (Back to home costumer care dialer) from the beginning to reach them, and one of the guy just transferred the call even i have requested him not to transfer...
