My mobile no [protected] the monthly planis decided by reliance communication 2233per month with out my notice and sending bill and forcing me to pay 2500+ including taxes and now my position is so bad if i want to change the plan they r refusing to change and telling that no plan avble for u u have to pay what the bill generates or ur line get disconnect.

I want to ask reliance how u have decided my plan?
The plans available in ur company no montly plan of 2233/-is mentioned,
Pl send the details of my approval for 2233 plan?
Till now i have paid 5000rs plus pl refund immediately or solve the pb and adjust the excess amount wht u collected from me
My zero rental plan is over in the month of march 2016 but y ur charging for the handset when 24 months r over? (With hand set for 24 months zerorental plan u charged 53600/- and with out hand set u mentioned in the web site 19000+ but i selected with handset and paid 53600 one time and the 24 months r over and the plan get disconnected and by default the plan 399 activated and u have send the bill also, once cdma converted to gsm how come my plan 2233? Per month pl. Give clarification/
When i want to change the plan which i have decidded mot me i cant able to change the paln and plans r not avble?

With a salary of 8000 the reliance bill is 2600 i have to pay?

since last 8 years i am the customer of reliance and now planning to shift to other network becasue of the system error in reliance and details not available in reliance server i called customer care more than 131 times and hanged over phone for more than 17 hours, but of no use .
reliance decided them selves my monthly plan for post paid of rs.2233/- per month and taxes etc. extra, with out my confirmation and secondly this monthly plan is only for me created in india .
mental harassment and sending the bills every month 2500+ and calling over the phone and threatening to pay the bill but not in a position to give the details and at last they disconnect the mobile.
most surprising thing is that the network is very poor but after disconnected the mobile the disconnection message comes very clearly and with out breaking voice so reliance network works perfect after disconnect the mobile because to get the bill payment.
53600 paid in advance and now facing mental harassment from reliance and no correct answer from reliance and no response they keep on hold for hours.
pl. look in to this matter urgently

I have send so many mails reg, the pb. facing from reliance communication being a cancer patient i am requesting u to solve the pb, but the torture is unbearable and reliance communication is forcing me to commit suicide because of of sincerity and promptness in keeping the words and today my number got disconnected and this is a failure in my life i feel no one is responding from reliance and more than 17 hours i hanged on customer care number since 2 months.
I request u to take action immediately other wise reliance is responsible for my further action so that whole india should come to know how reliance is troubling the customers and minting money from innocent people.
Today morning my mobile got disconnected and i borrowed the amount and paid the bill 4005 rs.
If i wont get the response in 24 hours then reliance is responsible.
All the details i will be sending to trai, all the existing service providers, and all the media channels before taking any step.
O kindly respond immediately
Today i am using these words because of the torture from reliance to payment.
More over i am the person want to live tension free becasue i am an cancer patient only mental tension will kill me and reliance is killing me that is for sure.

After expiry of zero rental plan also charging 2500+ monthly rental
Dear sir,
I have taken reliance zero rental plan in the year 2014 april which is valid for 2 years and paid amount of rs. 53600/- in which they have provided htc one ds mobile also. with out htc one ds mobile for zerro rental they told 20, 000+ but i have taken along with the htc one ds mobile. the plan was over in the month of april 2016, immdtly after tht they have send bill amount of 475+ which includes the monthly rental and user charges which i have paid.
To y surprise i received bill for the month of may which is clearly mentioned that monthly package of 2233 rs per month and taxes + + they have send 2500+ when i contacted the reliance customer care on 198 initially they told no record o[censored]r monthly package and after calling more than 32 times i came to know the monthly package is 2233 /- when i asked them how come 2233 monthly package and in ur monthly package there is no such package? they replied in harsh language that u have to pay thats it from where u have talked the zero rental plan there it is mentioned the same package, when i tried to clarify them that the amount includes the handset price also but the offer zerro rental is expired and same time it sholud come to 399 what i have informed when i called immediately after the expiry of the offer but they r not in a position to listen and they r harrising me to pay 2500+ but i paid 700 rs on 23rd in keeping view they will disconnect the mobile. but the harassment is going on and to day morning when i called them again on 198 he simply telling me when i asked him shall i approach consumer cellthe reply go to consumer cell or any where no effect to reliance or quit reliance by paying 3500 more and join another network and disconnected the call.

I request u to pl solve the pb. immediately like me there r thousands of customers who have availd this zero rental plan.
If 100000 customers i opted zero rental plan the illegal earning for reliance is
100000*2500 (what they r charging nw) 25 crores in a single month 9 with out detecting the user value. an avarage user charges approx 400-500 rs per month
Pl. stop this cheating and troubling to customer
I want reliance to understand the customer who availed zero rental plan by paying 53600 is not an ordinary customer give some value and respect to the customers.
I hope relaince communication will understand and solve the pb of zero rental customers.

Relaince pl. stop mental harassment to the customer who is with reliance since 8 years after the zero rental plan i got the bill of 450+ with plan 399 per months and after converting to gsm how come my plan 2233+ taxes already complained more than 23 times and in written 3 times again received bill of 4500+
I request u to solve the pb. asap and at any given point my number should not get disconnect.

      My internet connection which is in the name of my husband vikas manchanda. (customer id is[protected] was installed on 8/10/13. i have not been given proper services since installation. i have lodged so many complaints since october onwards. i did not keep the record of the earlier complaints hoping situation shall improve. this status is still continuing. every time i lodged complaint, i have been assured that the broadband shall be rectified & will work properly. i had even spoke to the senior authority of reliance & had even called at their head office which is situated in mumbai for the proper service but all efforts of mine have gone in wein.in may 2014 the internet did not work almost the whole month. it started working from 30th may & again from 9th june it is not working.in view of the above pathetic situation of my broadband, i have not been in a position to utilize it for the very purpose of my daughter's education & my daughter has suffered a lot as she had to fill online forms for her admission in college & also search for colleges from internet
      When the situation did not improve i started keeping the records of my complaint, some of them are in my phone. i have also kept some recordings of the conversation with the customer care representatives. at times they had said that your complaint is already registered with us & your problem will be attended shortly & did not register my complaint again. also they did not give me any complaint number.
      On many occasions i have been told that there is some outage problem & that the restoration will take some time & then also they did not give me any complaint number. this has happened quite many times & restoration of my broadband had taken 4-5 days.
      In view of the above pathetic situation i had applied for the surrender of my broadband on 27th january 2014, but a call of mr. sachin came from the mumbai office requesting me to give them one more chance & i won't have any problems again. trusting his words i did not surrender my internet. for few days it worked satisfactorily but again the problems started. i applied for the surrender of my reliance broadband many times but again calls from mumbai reliance office had come, requesting me to give them one last chance and that the broadband will work properly. and i always trusted them.
      The problem is still the same. every day i have to register a complaint because my internet doesn’t work. even battery backup is not provided. as a result as soon as the electricity goes, the broadband also is disconnected for hours. since last 1 year 1 more thing has come to my notice that the place where the dp of reliance has been installed, reliance does not pay the amount which they had promised. when it does not pay for months, they cut the connection of the internet and it is the cutomers who has to suffer. it remains disconnected for days and months..in may 2016 it was disconnected from 19th – 26th may continuously. after that also it did not work properly & i had to register complaint almost daily.in june 2016, it again was disconnected from 20th – 27t. h. on 28th june 2016 i got a call from mumbai reliance office that the payment issue has been resolved and that i won’t have any problem again but for 1 day it worked & from 29th it is again disconnected till date as the dues were not paid by reliance to the person at whose residence the dp has been installed. it is to be noticed that the amount which reliance has to pay per month is around rs 750/- which is not a big amount for a company like reliance & that too they are not paying to the person from whom they are taking services. and it is the the customers who have to suffer.
      Above all, sometimes my complaint is closed without solving my issues and when i call at their lucknow office, my phone is not picked or it is cut and lines made busy.
      The above situation has given me lot of pains & i have passed through so many hardships because of the non working of the broadband. even my daughter's career was also at times at risk & i had to run to some cyber cafe for filling the application forms of different institutes across the country& my daughter had to waste her time by going to cyber cafe for completing her project/assignments.in view of the above, i request that the company should be penalized & suitable compensation must be rewarded to me.

        Here with i would like to forward you some shocking facts about the reliance communication customer care.. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever i had such customer service experience and frustrated with your horrendous service.. I congratulate you on successfully delivering pathetic and a disgraceful service to a daily basis of gold customer however appellate desk also did not reply accordingly also changed its subject and if when one time called my number did not listen my problem suddenly call disconnect from his end, why u guys are totally working very delay??? So, u thinking so that i'm not a valuable customer for your end!


        Last 20 days, so i'm not used properly however data mb already available on my account.. Also i'm using samsung galaxy j7 smart phone it's a one more ultra data saving mode obtained also available and no more background apps running here, i'm basically many times using whatsapp apps so why my data mb huge dedicated from my data mb why i don't know however i'm used 3g service..


        Hence, i request u to that actually i've put a complaint about reliance gsm bad service nothing more else totally worst service... It's harassing for me.. Please look into matter below given attachment files and help out me, what is the actual problem tell me else take action immediately or need to help backend team any more else and call back my number 24/07/2016 for better information..


        Pls have a look my below conversation and you can come to know till what level they can frustrate customers.. My first ever complaining email is right into the bottom.. And above all are communication with your team with dates mentioned..

          Ignoring as hell, they kept me on hold two times for 12 to 15 mins, as they had deducted my balance 20rs second time in the month, i asked them for the refund, they said wait we will transfer the call and call didn't actually transfered, it actually put me on the main home dialer again (Back to home costumer care dialer) from the beginning to reach them, and one of the guy just transferred the call even i have requested him not to transfer the call bt he did. Bad taste, their service is a shame to be called as indian product, becoz of such service, india faces problems n will neva get rid of it!!!

            Madam/dear sir. An amount of rs 90 has been deducted from my reliance gsm mob no: [protected] as adpaystrmgmlysubs on 22 july 2016 while there is no any such service is intentionally activated by me on my number. I have immidiately deactivated it using the the sms number provided after activation of this service but still i have not got my refund. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network.

              I have been facing issue with the poor speed of reliance 4g from last week i. E. 13th july and making more than 3 complains but non of the them and there customer care have taken seriously still they are saying we will write another complain.               Even i write an email to them but still they have not reponded.

                Reliance agent named as"ram" with phone no [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com from kalasipaya reliance outlet bangalore... came to my shop 5 star lites and appliances, bvk ayenger road bangalore and insisted to buy reliance sim on showing benifit of demo sim for rs 2000. he told that pay 2000 and port your no to reliance and you will get life time free calls and net called as demo sim after 3 months. first 3 months it will be in postpaid plan and the bills will be paid by company. after paying 1st month bill he switched off his phone and escaped. like this some 4 sim cards he sold to me and my friends.

                The same person changed his name to Gandhi - Had come to my Attibele office (Karnataka Border) Sold me 2 connection of Vodafone sim cards (offer - 6 months plan for 1250) on 30th of Janaury. He also claimed that he will port my existing airtel number to vodafone for which i have to pay 70% of my bill amount, in this way he collected Rs.4000/- (Which was transferred to his account) from me. From 30th Jan to Till date(07-feb-2017) nothing has happened to my airtel sim. He had accessed my office computer from where i got to know his E-Mail Id and the name was same as my true caller listing on my phone that is "SREE RAM"

                  Tried contacting customer care for my query. But the staff inspire of resolving/answering ma query asked me to stay online n gone in mute. I waited for almost 2 hrs and then he dropped the call. Refer to the images n videos attached. It happened twice. And at reliance store, they not ready to register my query, asking me to talk to customer care. Now left with no option to get my query resolved. My no is [protected] (Reliance postpaid).

                    Dear sir
                    I request to inform you that i am a reliance gsm customer with mobile number [protected].

                    I was browsing internet through my mobile on 19 july and 20 july 2016 and while browsing it automatically redirected to a page which opened and closed and a message came of balance deduction and a service activation. It occurred two times with a total balance deduction of rs.173.

                    As per trai no service provider can activate any service and deduct balance without consent of the customer.

                    I complained to the customer care and they promised me to revert back my balance with service request no.[protected] dated 20 july 11:00 am. But they did not returned my balance and now they don't listen at all saying me to call back again or senior are busy.

                    I request you to please look into the matter and take proper action.

                      Currently i had reliance cdma internet connection using dongle (cdma no. [protected]). this connection was under lifetime prepaid plan. due to migration of cdma to gsm, reliance has stopped my internet connection.
                      When i contact customer care no. *355, your customer executive ms. roshani paul had advised me to purchase new gsm dongle at the cost of rs. 2699/-. since i had already paid for cdma dongle, why the company is asking me to spend once again?
                      Instead of that the company may take the cdma dongle and provide gsm dongle to the privilege customer.

                        Hi this is madhukar kavade - my dongle no is [protected]. i am using reliance since long with the 999 unlimited plan. while upgrading to 4 g they said the old plan will continue. i still paid for may month despite no service was provided by the reliance. 4g started in july and in 10 days it stopped working. when i called the customer care he said the plan has changed. reliance is providing 5gb for 1150 rs. i was shocked to know this. without intimating us they changed the plan. i, like many other customers have been cheated by reliance. they lied while persuading us to upgrade to 4g. once upgraded they cheated..
                        I am not going to pay the so called outstanding amount. please look into the matter.

                          Hi,

                          My reliance broadband service down from starting of this month. it’s over 20 days and still the same condition. almost everyday i called customer care about my problem and they guys only have one answer that we are arranging the call back. still there is no response and no call back. i also mailed to the '[protected]@relianceada.com' 3-4 times but always got the mail back "we have taken up your connectivity issue and will get it resolved at the earliest be assured that we will do our best to resolve your concern."

                          With no connectivity of internet toady the full month bill generated of rs. 1263.7 for the july month.

                          Please look into this matter and help me out.

                              I am data card user of reliance for more than 2 years. i have been regularly paying data card bill well in time. from this month i have been feeling difficulties in data card services which remains generally not available in this period and very very slow. i have complained so many times at customer care center always we have to wait for hours to talk with representative. a constant tap that our representative is busy you wait for not more than 5 minutes but hours are being passed we cannot get reply.
                              We are paying the right price in time and for time but you not caring about it and services you provide.

                                Madam/dear sir, an amount has been deducted from my reliance gsm mob no-[protected] as vas adpaystrmgmlysubs on 21 july 2016 while there is no any such service is activated on my number. customer care also did not reply accordingly. this is for 3rd time, earlier also 2 times balance was deducted from my account. whenever i do recharge they deduct the full amount.

                                      I am using internet of reliance
                                      my sim card no. is [protected]
                                      suddendly reliance has stopped my internet services
                                      Reliance customer care person is saying that i have to pay Rs 2699/- for purchase of new data card

                                      My Complaint :

                                      1) why should i have to pay because i have already payment made for Data Card
                                      2) I have also paid Rs 3001/- for getting 1 GB internet everymonth for life time

                                      Pls provide us free of cost new data device with my existing plan of getting 1 GB internet everymonth for life time

                                        Dear sir, i stay in bangalore in a locality where there was never a problem with reliance signal strength. My data card number is [protected]. I use reliance 3 for past 7 month for my business needs and was quite happy with its service. Reliance 3 is very much sufficient for my business needs. But from last three weeks i am facing connectivity issues. Whenever i call reliance data card customer care (Which they never do and never bother about customers) [protected], first, there will be a recorded message saying their customer care executives are busy in attending other customers and finally after some 15 minutes they will get connected and ask to migrate to 4g. After they will say the problem will be resolved within the day, but that will never happen. The next day again i called for the same problem. Like this i have called several times to them and got fed up. They will put the call on hold for 15 minutes and disconnect. This happened for me several times. Now i realized that calling them each and every time i have wasted my time and money. It is useless to talk to them. They are cheating and want to sell 4g data cards by force to their existing customers.

                                        I had raised many complained and they will never solving my problem. When my bill date is there they called and asking for bill. I didn't get any internet so why i am paying money. And then again i called customer care and they said they will escalate my problem and they will adjust my billing amount and call me withing a day. But they will never contact me and they will never solving my problem after that they deactivate my connection.

                                        I kindly request you to solving my problems.
