Hi,
My wife is using reliance number [protected] from so many year, but from last 4-5 month your team giving problems and harassing to us by changing rentals their own and we get information when we received the bill.

Today i have talk to mr. Ketan @ 5.00 and i have explain related problems to them and complaint number is[protected], hope the issue will resolved with w. E. F

If the issue not resolved immediately i have the port the number.

      This is regarding complaint against wrong bill:/ poor network

      Billing issue - (activation of national roaming plan 75)

      First issue:-
      Every month i have to call your executive to deactivate national roaming plan from my pack but always i get the result is negative can any one tell me how long i will have to suffer this issue.

      I am totally fed up.

      Second issue:- the area network jasola village pin code 110025. it's really pathetic there is no network.

      Who will rectify this issue/ who will sort out?

      Whenever i call your helpline from landline your ivr connected to prepaid helpline in spite of section of postpaid. this is very painful they put me on hold more than 10 minutes.

      Sir tell me what is your strategy to handle this complaint? how to handle & avoid this issues. to retain the customer at least once in a month the concern person from your end should have call to check any compliant / request from customers. the people who is sitting in chair attending the calls they have no sense and baseless answers all time.

      They even don't know product knowledge of tele-com once they failed to answer at this situation they tried to get rid of calls by simply saying sir "our system is down due to technical issue" i am pissed of by hearing repeated flop closing lines.

      Tell me the time when you will deliver your service?

      once again I have recived wrong bills roaming plan activation charging since 5 months even i dont want .
      facing network issue since long time
      one representative called me up and she said to resolve it but what i get, nothing still i am receiving wrongs bills

        I am a reliance postpaid no [protected] user for more than a year and was having a good rental plan of rtle_rtn_499 where i was getting unlimited call across all network no sms charges and one gb internet at 3g speed and 2g unlimited.

        But this month reliance has change my monthly rental plan to some some other plan with out any intimation to me.

        So please looking into the matter and do the needful

          Respect sir/madam
          2nd time i complaint about network. I complaint about network 3days ago but don't solve my problem. Called by your representative on dated 18.7.2016 or time 4.09pm. He says to me that network engineer call me in 24 hours but no any engineer call me or yet my problem not solve. Plz sir/madam this is my humbly request solve my problem.Network signal not reached in my office and i spend 10 to 12 hours in my office. My office timing is 6:00 pm to 3:00am. So plz call me 12:00 pm to 6:00pm by network engineer. I hope you help me. Sir/madam this is my business number and i don't want to port my number. I have new 4g sim. Before i have a cdma sim i name face like this problem.

            Since 2-3 weeks vas services are being automatically subscribed and unsubscribed in my reliance number. Heavy charges are also being taken from my balance.
            This problem has been consistent in reliance, as i had faced this problem less than a month ago and contacted customer care. The problem got resolved just for 10 days and it has now started again.
            Please look into this matter and refund my money that has been deducted.

            My complaint has not been resolved yet. Reliance has not called nor is taking my calls.
            I have lost all my balance. If my problem is not solved within 2 days, I will be switching to another service provider.

              After continuous confirmations from reliance customer care regarding my data plan to be carried over from old cdma to 4g, today reliance showed up their true colors by suddenly providing a bill of 977.50/- and a whooping unbilled amount of 12, 696.46 ready for the next bill.
              I had so many calls to their customer care for confirming my data plan and all the time i was told my old plan of 8gb day 15gb night for rs.500/- will be carried forward in 4g and today they turned up saying they have changed my plan to 5gb at 1100/- monthly without any prior notice via phone call or sms or any email.
              I have attached here all the images that prove that i still have a plan of 8gb day and 15gb night.
              My credit limit is 1500/- still the unbilled amount went to 13000, how's that possible???
              My usage till today are around 6.3 gb and just look at the charges they have levied on my account.

                  Dear reliance,
                  I am mr. mohan r bobade using a reliance 4g|lte wi-pod with number [protected] and my billing cycle will end on 18 of every month. but from 18/7/2016 i'm not getting the actual 4g speed and i'm not using even 1% of my high speed quota i. e of 10gb. moreover i'm getting downloding speed = 30kbps and uploading speed = 120kbps which is horrable.
                  I complaint about the same twice with complaint no.[protected], and test the speed on http://speedtest.net.in/ as suggested by the operator, but the result is same. he assure me to resolve the problem, but still the problem remains same. i'm suffering alot with this, please resolve the problem.

                  I am facing exactly same issue. Any update ? They already closed one complaint and created another one. I am sure this is never ending situation. They have some saved sentences. Please be online. Thank you for being online. Is xxx correct no ? I will create a complain, should be resolved in 3 days. Please be patient, your issue will be resolved in 3 days.

                  They ask to switch off/on device. But it seems they need to restart their tower.

                    Sir i am consumer of rilance data connection no. [protected] since lat 2 year, however, reliance has shifted to 4g and not providing any other dongle or data card in lieu of old data card / net connect for existing customer. It is requested that reliance may be provide free of cost 4g data card to the existing customer or they should be provide continue 3g net connect to the customer already purchase on payment.
                    .
                    I have send mail during 27 or 28 may to send 4g dongle in my address as i m existing post paid customer. But i have not received. Previously i was informed by reliance web that rs.899/- will be charged for new 4g dongle, however, on visiting to the reliance customer centre it is found rs.1700/- which is not understood. Please provide me 4g dongle costing of rs.899/- or my old net connect be continue till i have not providing new data card (I. Pot). I will not pay last bill till i will not providing 4g data card with rs. 899/-

                      I have raised a complain with ticket id:[protected] on 8th jul, 2016 for my reliance datacard which is not working properly from 6th jul, 2016.

                      Today after 2 weeks there is no solution and no one even tried to solve my issue.

                      It's very pathetic and not acceptable from reliance which is such a big brand in india.

                      Multiple times i escalated this issue to different level but still there is no progress and everyone is playing games.

                      If it's not possible to solve my problem at least inform inform me so that i can disconnect and take other connection.

                        Pahle main reliance ka data card CDMA no.[protected] giska plan 599 ka 5GB day aur 5GB night ka plan tha reliance se mujhe mail aya ke aap apne wifi ko upgrade kijiye kiyon ki CDMA ke sare network band ho ke upgrade ho rahe hain.to aap 4G mein upgrade kijiye.aur sath hi sath purane customer ko 3100 ka 4G data card 899 mein diya ja rah hai.To maine customer care se bhi baat kiya to unhone bhi bataya ki aap ka plan benifit aur rental same as per old plan ke jaisa hi hoga.jaisa ki unke tarf se mujhe mail aaya tha.to main apna data card upgrade ker diyalekin aab unhone hamara plan 1100 ka only 5GB ka ker diya hai.c.care se bhi baat ki to woh bata rahe hain ke aapki plan ko badal diya gaya hai.na to hame pass cumpany ka koi phone aay ki aap ke plan ko badla ja raha hai.plz advice me main kiya karon.Thanks

                          Dear sir,
                          I was having reliance no [protected] for last ten years. I made recharge of lifetime for 20 years which was suppose to expire on 2020. Besides that i made top up also so that my phone no can be continued. Because of high charges and because o[censored]nnecessary deduction of balance i was not using that number. I was waiting for number porting. Since it was cdma so no service provider was ready to take as they ask to convert first into gsm and then port. As cdma was associated with handset so reliance customer care asked me to first take cdma sim as those handset are not available. When asked for sim from company they were unable to provide the same. I have to purchase it from outside. With great difficulty it again started after few heated arguments. Now unfortunately the cdma phone which now has cdma sim fell down and screen got broke. I approached the service provider as well as phone company but both were not able to help as these were obsolete now. The service provider sales person told that they would be doing porting from cdma to gsm soon but it didn't started and i also forgot. Now on monday 18 jul 16 when i heard that they are stopping cdma so i went immediately to get it converted to gsm sim. I got sim but even after 2 day it didn't started. When approached reliance service provider they told that my number is terminated. Now i would like to know
                          Why my number was terminated without my concern? It was my number and i was doing prepayment prior to use?
                          When i was recharging for lifetime (15 yrs or 20 yrs) why didn't they told me at that moment?
                          Till if they want to terminate then they should refund my money which is unused. But they didn't then why should i suffer and lose my hard earned money? It was prepaid i. E i paid prior using it and i am not asking them for any interest on that too?
                          But what i want is if they want to terminate my number than they should refund my money and if not they should reinstate my number?
                          Had this been postpaid and outstanding on my behalf then this reliance would have dug me from grave also to take their money and trai would also justified there action. But being a common man money his money can be snatched as might is right?
                          It would be great if you can get me my money back or restore my number. I assure you that i will change it to another service provider immediately. I have sentiments attached to this number that's why i want it

                            Due to network problem i have submitted the necessary documents and full payment according to pro-data base and after getting assurance from your representative i port my number in other service provider in april last.

                            After this we received a text from reliance side a balance payment of inr.70 in mid may, but that time i was out of station and return back on may 29, 2016 and paid balance payment (inr.70) at inphynty meerut shop i am sending payment receipts with this mail kindly find the attachment.

                            In this period my number is disconnect from your side. my service provider said "your number is temporary discounted from reliance side and contact to reliance office and request to start your number".

                            I visited reliance office inphynty meerut and one more office near suraj kund road petrol pump meerut your representative said we have no status of your number. it is quite shocking to me.

                            I am daily contact from reliance representative but no one help me for return my number.
                            And
                            Also mail to reliance: [protected]@relianceada.com on july 16th, 2016.
                            But no reply still.


                            In this regard, you are requested provide my number as earliest and await your valuable response.

                              This is to inform you that i rakesh relhan, is a customer of reliance telecom for past ten years and have been availing cdma services for the mobile no. [protected] in himachal circle. since reliance telecom has withdrwan its cdma services in the state without any prior intimation, i request you to kindly port the same to gsm mode. i would further like to bring to your notice that the said mobile number is registered with all the banks, corporations, i. t, sale tax, d. l service providers (both public and private) such a s lpg etc, and for other business purposes and the barring of services without converting the same into operational gsm mode has already caused a lot of injuries and damages. the customer care providers through sms or by call cannot be reached as the service is not operational. all this has been causing a lot of problems and hardships, therefore i request you to kindly take necessary measures on urgent basis to make the same functional by converting it to gsm mode.

                                I did not get 4g sim, and after without any information tamilnadu cdma no [protected] is not working.

                                so solve it as early as possible,
                                then karnataka no [protected], i upgraded to 4G on 8th july.and bought wifi modemn.but suddenly we are seeing 4g willl not activate for karnataka and even we could not use internet of 2 dongles.

                                please resolve it as early as possible, other wise i am going to cancel 2 dongles, 2 mobiles sims and even reliance digital tv, as your customer care very worst.

                                iam not going to pay bill from 12th july untill internet activates.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is to very deeply express my concern towards the most atrocious behavior we have been facing from Reliance Communications. I had been a customer since November 2013, for Reliance Netconnect and the service had been extremely unsatisfactory. Unable to tolerate further, I decided to switch over to an alternate internet service provider in April 2016 (3 months ago). Subsequently, after paying the bill for March 2016, I sent an email to rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com and [protected]@relianceada.com requesting them to terminate my connection or advise me how to go about the formalities.

                                      Immediately on 14th April 2016, I received an email from netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com, signed by, Mangesh Bhayje, Officer - Customer Care, Reliance Communications Limited, acknowledging my former email which assured me that the services would be suspended within 7 days which clearly stated that, after the suspension of the services, I will not be charged for the monthly rental.

                                      To my shock and dismay, despite receiving the above acknowledgement regarding suspension of my services, I have been receiving monthly bills for May, June and July, although I have completely stopped using the services. I have been receiving phone calls twice a day, badly harassing me to pay the bills. On June 17th 2016, I approached local Reliance Office at Attapur, regarding this, and I was directed to help desk, after spending about 2.5 hours at the office and finally the help desk executive, assured me that my bill amount would be waived off and created a waiver request for the same. In subsequent calls which I have been receiving from them every day, when I mention to them regarding the Waiver request, they reply back saying that the Waiver request cannot be made to Zero (which was earlier promised by them).

                                      On Sunday 17th July, one person from Reliance had come to my house, in my absence and very arrogantly spoke to my elderly mother, saying that I have been using the services and not paying my bills at all and made a big unpleasant scene, which attracted the attention of neighbours, who had to interfere and drive the person away from the premises.

                                      How am I responsible, if my services are not suspended despite the written assurance given by Reliance? I am attaching the content of the email in a separate document, which I had received from Reliance. This is indeed very disgusting and most degrading behaviour from such an esteemed organization like reliance.


                                      In this regard, I hereby request you to please suspend/deactivate my Reliance Netconnect Services with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. Also, I want this case to be closed immediately without any further inconvenience to me in the form of calls, emails etc. which is wasting so much of my time and energy. In case I receive any calls/SMS from Customer Care related to this, in future, I will be forced to go to consumer forum
                                      Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I was contacted by reliance office in jalahalli cross on 28th june, through phone call, offering me a postpaid sim for rs 199 plan and they sent a salesman to hand over the sim for which i was charged rs 200.

                                        After my document verification, my sim was still not activated and when i called them, they said my id card was rejected and asked me to submit another id proof. i did the same immediately and after that i never heard from them.

                                        I tried several times to contact them by email and phone but they are not responding.

                                        Please refund my cash or get my sim activated. the phone number from which i got the call :- [protected]
