Sir, i recharged for 249/- on 15/07/2016 begumpet hyderabad. I saw transaction id that shows recharged. When i talked to customer care they said there is no scheme existing on the day. When there is no plan how can you accept my recharge. Please see that my amount to be recharged to my mobile no.[protected]. I am very much thankful to you. - bala singh.

    Dear team

    I have purchase a reliance broadband connection in the month of april 2016, for the 1st two months it was running smoothly (Not best but it was ok) but from last 25 days i am not able to access the same properly. Reliance communication is not providing the service properly & whenever there is the power cut in my area the connection is also disconnect with the power cut, after so many follow ups they are not resolving the same. Please look into this & provide me some solution regarding the same.

      I am devki nandan very regretful to say that i opted reliance broadband broadband connection instead of other available in the market.

      From the 4th july 2016 my broadband is not working till now (18 days). despite of regular complaints on the call centre and repeated 24/48 hours solution resolution, my problem never got rectified. although i had a word with call centre executive for at least 50-60 times, floor supervisor for 7-10 times and team leader for 2 times too, but unfortunately none of them helped me.

        My mother is reliance cdma customer (Mob. No - [protected]), but as reliance have stopped cdma services, we have already transferred our number from cdma to gsm.
        For transferring the sim from cdma to gsm the reliance store has charged an amount of rs. 100.00 from my mother. My all previous balance in that cdma no. Was forfeited.

        Anyhow, after all this problems my mother has visited reliance store for more than 5 times yet reliance number ([protected]) is not operating due to identity card issue. We have already submitted new identity card. But still over 1 week and no service. On calling the reliance store executive he is threatening to block our number permanently if we call again.

        I would request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action.

          When you upgrade your system from cdma to g, you cannot ask your existing customers to buy a new device at a discounted price, as they already have one.
          Your customer service everywhere is completely pathetic.in the app, local sore, customer care, chat support.
          I did not pay my bill only because my internet did not work even in 1x, butthe agent says that the connection is suspended as i have dues
          Unable to pay the bill as the payment gateway - billdesk did not allow me to pay
          I am so much worried about the service and for having business with reliance.
          If it seems to be the same, you will loose the fame you earned all these years.

              Am customer of reliance communication a post paid connection. after payment of my bill the company person did not update my bill amount before the due date of last month (date of bill payed :7june2016, due date 11june2016) my connection get barred for 3 day (21, 22, 23). the same issue arise this month also still my connection are barred. my plan is of 999 unlimited of reliance post paid so i need complaint and get right solution as well as its commendation. for my mental and physical strain

                Reliance started with 4g services on 5th july, 2016 in gujarat. They did not inform me on my registered mobile number [protected]. No sms, no calls.
                They were supposed to inform of their launch to all the customers who were being upgraded to 4g.

                Also i did not receive the 10gb free data. It was informed at the time o[censored]pgrade that on launch of 4g services the upgraded customers will be given 10gb free data.

                Being a loyal customer, i purchased their wipod for rs. 2699/- now i see that they have also increased the data rates of 4g.Initially they had mentioned that 4g rates will remain the same as reliance 3 cdma services plan.

                I had upgraded at the time when the sim cards were being sold for rs.25/- now they are offering it for free.

                Now what i want is a refund for my wipod device worth rs.2699/- you can take the device back and issue me a refund.

                  I have reliance gsm connection [protected] and some unwanted vas pack has been activated without my permission like today some ldr pack has been activated and deducted 30 rs without my permission. this upset me and there is continuing deduction of balance. i have never activated any such pack. i want refund my balance.

                    I am customer of reliance communications. My user id is[protected]. My connection is not working properly for the last 6 months because of and connectivity. I have complain many times. Without solving my complain they close my complain... The company position is so poor that it is not able to provide device to the customer and when my complain will solve. We don't know. I have call many times toll free number but i do not get answer. I. So please solve my complain as soon as possible.

                      I'm an reliance wipod user. Reliance made me buy a new 4g wipod stating to get hi speed internet. I have both modems. 4g is not even working. The already existing 3g modem is also not working properly. Even though i'm not able to obtain the scheme benefit, i have to pay bill for this month. This is kind of cheating the customer i feel. Why do you people insist on buying a new 4g device when your network doesn't even work properly in 2g. I'm facing this problem for the past 23 days. I don't want to pay the bill until i get the service from you properly. If the problem prevails i want a refund for the purchased new device.

                          Sir,

                          With regret to say that i have recharged in my reliance gsm sim for an amount of rs 74 from my nearer retailer shop. No amount has been received by me and i am not able to contact from customer care by dialling 198 or *333. This recharge was done on[protected] at 08:18 pm.

                          While recharging i just received a sms for successful recharge. Retailer shop is not able to solve my problem and denying for payment refund.

                          I recharged for rs 74 and i am old customer. According to retail shop man rs 74 pack is for new user [frc recharge]. As per plan rs 50 will be full talk time and local 25 paisa and std 30 paisa. Is frc applies to existing users.

                          Please solve my problem as early as possible. Hope for my credit, my recharge successful by your support.

                            I had a broadband connection of reliance fixed line.. On 13th my broadband stopped working.. I made a complaint.. On 13th night they themselves corrected in their record but without asking me..
                            Then again on 14th i asked them to book a fresh complaint... On 19th they informed me that your complaint is resolved. Again same trick.. Without doing any correction.. Only correcting their record. Since i am a post paid.., all these practices to raise bill...

                            I am ashamed i am a member of a chor company...

                              My reliance internet netconnect+ is not working. I had registered my number [protected] for 4g upgrade also. Either cdma or 4g internet has to work but nothing is working for the past 1 week. We spent moneyreliancerein cdma devices as well as recharges but i am unable to browse the internet. Reliance customer care is not working properly. It is very difficult to talk to customer care as it always says all our customer care representatives are busy. Finally i got assurance from customer care that it will be resolved by today evening but still not working. Shame on reliance communications. They are looting public money and not providing service. They don't have any responsibility for the money they had taken from the customers.

                              Still the issue is not resolved.
                              Both CDMA Netconnect+ and 4G are not working. Is there any use of posting the issue here? I don't see any resolution from Reliance cheaters.

                                I was really surprise to see my bill for reliance net connect number [protected] for june 2016 month because my net connection was no longer in service from reliance side from last month.
                                The reason was reliance service transformation from 3g to 4g service. I have been told by one of reliance executive that my 3g reliance net connection will dis-continued after 27 may 2016 & you have register online to continue services from reliance.
                                I have not registered till now and my net connection was discontinued
                                I was really not interested in reliance 4g services and do not want to buy their 4g dongle. Despite all this, reliance executive were continuously calling me for the registration of 4g services.
                                Now, if reliance have not provided their services for the 3g net connection, then how can they generate bill for 3g services.
                                I have dis-continued my relation with reliance in the month of may 2016 and paid all billed amount for closing the net connection.
                                This has already been communicated to all reliance executives who called me for registration of their 4g services.

                                I do not accept this bill from reliance & requested them also to revert this back. I have also written e-mails to reliance customer care for solving this matter but till now no reply came from reliance.
                                Moreover, their executives are calling now for payment of bill and they are not aware that the service to my number has already been dis-continued. Hope you understand my concern & do the needful in this matter urgently.

                                  I have been using reliance subscriber using cdma dongle since 9 years. My no. Is [protected]. Lacs of consumers like me have been using their services due to which reliance has been the telecom operator with largest no. Of consumers in india.

                                  Now due to their upgradation plan to gsm, consumers like me who have been on cdma have to buy new dongle to continue services. Why is company giving us this burden?? When we have been loyal to reliance for so many years, company should be modest enough to give gsm dongle free of cost to subscribers.

                                  It is a dual responsibility of government and reliance to be customer focused. I cannot spend rs. 2500 to buy new dongle. Hence i have decided to discontinue with reliance and will start a campaign against reliance to give us free dongle or be ready to loose consumers over a period of time.

                                  I want to know is reliance sensible enough to understand our problem and give us the benefit of been loyal to company for long years.

                                  Is government willing to take up this matter and help lacs of consumers from spending this unwanted amount???

                                    Can you please deactivate my dongle number [protected]. I have been trying to reach out to customer care since last week. Call is on-hold all the time and even if it connects it will drop off. Extremely disappointed with this. I have dropped in a mail to customer care email as well, but no response on that too.

But as per balance notification my account balance deducted rs10-25 per week regularly. If you are not added back my balance that i move to the consumer forum, because that type of problem facing many-many times.

                                        Generally sms received "you have been successfully subscribed to intelgamesub21 service for 3 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4043 to 155223 (Toll free). Amount charged for subscription rs. 10". Dated 19.07.2016, "

                                        That type deduction regularly.

                                        I am not subscribe any vas services or not activated.

                                        I am already activated dnd but not any call or sms block.

                                        Please reply as soon as possible.
