      I have a new reliance 4g Sim. It's change to old CDMA Sim. Since I change new sim. I am facing network problem in my office And this is urgent for me.I chat with your chat representative but don't solve my problem and 4g service in my city but don't have 3g service I can't understand this. They give me only request no. but don't solution. This is my business no.And I don't want to change my number or Port this. Whent I have CDMA Sim I never facing this problem . Plz solve my problem

        Indu Krishnakumar-post paid mobile connection-[protected]-no connection and hence unable to make calls after converting to GSM from CDMA since 15/07/2017.The services are not available at my place of residence- Amballor of Ernakulam district.similar instances are being experienced by many in my vicinity.

          Reliance pro3 is not working for last 2 weeks and i am not able to contact the customer care numbers as all the lines are always busy. Poor communication from reliance and they did nothing to resolve the issue. It's painful to deal with reliance.
          There may be some problem in their network, but they should have really communicated properly. Poor service.

            Recently i swapped 3g wipod to 4g wipod, but my new 4g wipod is not working. i was trying customer care past 1 week but useless. past week i cant connect the internet. but the bill was came asusual. really reliance communications is the worst network and worst customer care facilities.

              Hi,

              My datacard number is [protected] that is cdma dongle. Now they upgrade to 4g so my cdma is not working after that i am going to upgrade to 4g in starting they told me you have to pay only inr899 but when i am going to purchase 4g dongle they demand me inr1599. They are making us fool because i am very old customer and i always pay bill on time. My services was shut down without intimation. Reliance customer care executive are not resolving my matter and they are there to make customer fool. I have talk to shusant he transfered my call to suman on 17 jul 16 at around 2.00 pm but he simply passed my time but not resolved my complain

                  With the reference to mobile/account no. [protected], postpaid connection of mr. Hari kumar had cleared all the dues on reliance mobile store on dated 26/09/2015 by paying amount of rs: 480/- and terminated the service. The representative at reliance store told to me that your security money of amount rs 300/- will be refunded latest by 3 month. But till now there is no refund of security money from company side. I have also called to customer care but till now it is not solved. Whenever i visited the the customer service center they always told me that we will solve the matter as soon as possible but still no action.
                  In response to my mailed complaint, they replied that your matter will be solved within 45 days but after a long waiting still the problem is same. Now the situation is that visiting store of reliance communication again & again i am physically and mentally tiered. Also they are not replying to my mail.
                  I am attaching certain document which are the proof of due clearance by me of my reliance mobile no. Along with the mail conversation between me and the customer service of reliance.

                      Hello,

                      Sub : reliance 4g wipod not delivered even after 1.5 months.
                      Ref : mdn no: [protected]

                      This is to lodge complain against reliance mobile store due non delivery of my reliance 4g wipod.

                      Last month i found that my reliance dongle stopped working, i approached nearest reliance
                      Mobile store and they asked me to upgrade to 4g using a wifi device.

                      I paid rs 2699 + 118 on 4 june 2016 and was assured that device will be delivered in 15 days.
                      Every time i go to reliance mobile store, they tell me that device will be delivered in 2 days.
                      I called customer care and they told me that device is not yet dispatched.

                      Question - why is reliance mobile store lying?
                      Why don't they tell truth and give correct information.
                      I asked for money back and they refused to give it.
                      They are saying that no complain is lodged against my number.
                      Why is customer care not replying to my mails?
                      And
                      Mobile store refused to give my money back.

                      What resolution can you provide me?

                          I bought a reliance cdma phone (htc desire) which supports only cdma network around 10 months before. it costs me around rs 12000. still i am paying for it through my credit card.. but suddenly the reliance stopped their cdma network and want us to throw away our current phone and to buy a new one. how can a middle class man like me even think about throwing away a phone i bought just 10 months before without any complaint.. so request to take any appropriate action to fix this.

                                This is to inform you that i am your esteemed customer holding two numbers ([protected] for mobile and [protected] for dongle). For nearly 1 year. Currently i have faced many difficulties in terms of your network related, customer service agents, and their disconnecting call more than two times, and bill related issues for my dongle connection.

                                Your dongle net speed is very good as a reasult of which i am using the connection, but from past month onwards i have faced may network issues, which is still unresolved and a reasult of which i am not able to use my dongle despite of giving monthly payment on time.

                                I have called your customercare number more than 10 times but being able to talk with ur representative only three times where the first call got disconnected due to call drop issue and further that two of my calls where disconnected from your end as i have heard there pick up noise.

                                From the past two months i am getting my bill on 20th to 23 rd of every month, where the due date of providing the payment is only for two dates, reasulting which i have to pay 100 rupees extra for late payment of bill.

                                The bill i have received is not the original bill when your representative calls for giving payment intimation. I have told them two times i have told for changing a bill cycle and they said that they are raising a request for that but i have not received and complain number or docket no.

                                From past 7 days i an not able to use my dongle net connection as it is getting disconnected every time. One day your representative call me to upgrade my connecting for 4 g and also said that she is sending a new sim which will be delivered within 7 days, but more than 1 month has crossed.

                                Sir this is my last request for any help from your side as i am disgusted with your service reasulting no options to leave my two postpaid connection.

                                    My phone was theft in train, i have taken new sim with same number from reliance communications, kothagudem, khammam dist telangana against payment of rs. 100.00 for duplicate sim. It was about ten days, but the same number was not activated, getting upset and unhappy about reliaance service by dealers. Attention is required on them.                                       I was using reliance connect corporate plan which was costing around 510 every month. After upgrade to 4g, the plan has been changed to default 5gb for 900 rs.
                                      Upon calling to customer care, it was been said that the plan has been changed for all the customer's and it will be applicable to me as well.
                                      However before upgrade i was been told that the current plan will continue and there will not be any change to it. Where as the 4g plans shared by reliance are very expensive and its not at all competitive in the market.
                                      The customer care executive was reluctant to take the complaint or give the line to senior executive to sort out the issue.
                                      The plan has been change in mid of the billing cycle, currently clue less how the 4g and broadband charges will be applied. As the data was used in the earlier connection as well and currently not able to check the usage done of earlier connection.
                                      There was no clarity given by the help desk executive. (Animesh mukherjee).
                                      Need resolution on priority. If there is no resolution need the money back of reliance wi pod and want to cancel the connection.
                                      This has become one sided contract and its against consumer interest.

I had made a recharge of rs 1499 prior to upgrade just few days. As promised the balance data/10gb has not been carried forward nor refund o[censored]nused data of 3g is made.

                                        Reliance had assured me 10gb 4g data after purchasing wi-pod. It was also clearly mentioned on the website .now the customer care executive is asking me to recharge it as they have cancelled the free data. a
                                        This is a total fraud and unethical as they had advertised giving free data largely.
