Was a customer of reliance communication ada below are the details of the complain.

Complain:

Had purchased a fresh data card (details) above from reliance store on the 01/03/2016, was using is for couple of months. reliance had disconnected my connection from may 15 2016 stating that cdma service has been stopped and you data card would be unusable. the sent us a link to register for 3g sim, but their serivice did not start immediately. i requested the reliance mobile store to compensate for cdma data card (which is still under warrenty) with a free 3g data card upgrade, but the mobile store bluntly denied. i requested the same from their customer support, but after 4 -5 request the company gave me another surprise, they started sending me bills on data connection which i was'nt using. i have been getting bills from the comapny from past 2 months and i have been receiving harressment call to pay the bill at least 10 time from company ivr and billing center. each time i have requested them to compensate my data card, but no complain was registerd. i was then forced to go the mobile store and filed my request to disconnect my number.

I have never experience such pathetic customer service in my life. my graviences

1. reliance communications have not informed the customer on the disconnection of the cdma service.
2. very poor handling on the migration to gsm.
3. hundreds of customer coming with a similar complain and no one is addressing the same.
4. i have lost rs 2200 which i have purchased the dongle and the company is pushing customer to buy 3g dongle for 800. this is shameless.
5. and the hight of all, the customer is sending monthly bill for the connection which is not been used.

I request you to take this complain very seriouly as there are hundred's of customer who are having the same problem and there is no where to go. the mobile store franchise are helpless as the company is taking things lightly

    I wanted to convert my reliance cdma net connect to prepaid from postpaid.
    I visited the reliance store and they told they can't do it and cancel it through the customer care.
    I called customer care number hanging on for an hour to hear that they don't have the cancellation option and they get back to me.

    Want to know why no cancellation is allowed and why we have to pay the extra bill???

      Please disconnect wireless internet services on [protected] as i have migrated to hi speed fibernet.

      I have requested several times by email for discoinnection from 1st week of july. no response so far.

      Customer care not responding even after holding the phone for 5 or more minutes, many times[protected].

      While i am prompted bill for payment of my dues, it is pathetic that i dont even get a response to any of emails or oral communication onec i could succeed, however no one has contacted so far.

        This is to inform you that my number [protected] is not receiving any signals, since 4 days. Before that outgoing facility has been disconnected due to late submission of documents by the local representative. I thought that has been occurred due to payment so at night i made a payment of rupees 616.03/- (Receipt id is amip[protected]. I address this issue to the customer care on call but the issue has not yet been solved.
        Please look into this asap, as this is causing me a lot of trouble.

          I hv register a complaint at reliance customer care 198 with reference sr no[protected] regarding non receipt of 10 gb 4g data after activation of 4g migration from cdma to 4ggsm... i did 93 recharge for the same as offer given by reliance... but now they are tailling us our policy is change now... and they have crediated me 2g data instead of 4g 10 gb data... really this is foolish...
          Again i called to customer care but they told us we are unable to take your complaint regarding this... sir my reliance no is [protected]...

            I bought the reliance wipod based on calls from reliance stating that cdma being replaced with gsm for 4g. 3g services stopped soon (Data card [protected]) and 4g service is still not available.

            Trying to reach reliance customer care[protected] toll free) for last 2 weeks, not able to speak to customer care person. As soon as option selected, the call drops.

            Visited reliance store for resolution, they do not have a clue about 4g activation dates. I have incurred cost for wipod, for a 4g service which is still not activated.

              Dear sir,

              Based on agreement and consequence offer from mr. rjeev kumar c/o reliance 3g solution, who came to came across a advt in ananda bazar newspaper in which it was sritten "call [protected] for reliance company mobile tower installation on residential site monthly rent is 95, 000 and get advance 1 core and job for one person with salary 15000".

              When i contacted the advertiser they told me to deposit 4500/- towards areal and satellite survey for our site eligibility. they gave me an a/c no. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad. i deposited the amount on at pnb a/c. after this they send a agreement copy, term & condtion paper. after three days i got an aggrement papers in speed post courier at my address in which it was communicated that my place has been selected by the company and they asked to pay rs. 48500/- installation of reliance tower can be started and you will get a cheque of 70 lacs as a advance money.

              In the hope of getting rs. 70 lacs i deposited rs. 48500/- in. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad

              After few days later, we have received another phone call from reliance 3g soulation saying that another 140, 000/- has to be paid for a 2 % transaction tax charges and if it is not paid within 24 hours the agreement will be cancelled and the amount already paid will not be refunded back. we have made the payment in same account number.

              Again after few day later, they inform us another 66400/- has to be paid for transportation charge which is refundable once tower installation complete. i have made this payment as soon as possiable.

              All invoice’s & offer copy has been attached for your ready reference

              After that the mobiles were switched off. the company site became still accessible and the persons fled away. thus i feel duped and fell to the mobile tower fruadsters. my humble request is the so called company by name "reliance3gsolutions, based at faridabad

                My reliance gsm no. Is terminated suddenly without any reasons and warning and when i dropped a mail to their customer care services on 9th july about not receiveing any network on my sim, i got their reply on 15th july that my no. Has been terminated. It's becoming so difficult for me as i am using this no. From past so many years. Reaching to their customer care on phone calls is another wastage of time which i am currently dealing with. At present, nobody is answerable to me after so many days have gone already.

                Please suggest any preferred way to follow up as i want my connection back again.

                  I bought reliance wipod last march and it was working good also but from last 5-6 days, it is not connecting to internet and showing poor signal.

                  I had a visited local reliance store to solve the issue.

                  But, i got to know that, company has started 4g migration of cdma devices whiout having any prior personal notification & best part is that reliance has make 4g migration compulsory for each customer.

                  Its good that company has started new services, but why should customer bear charges for new 4g devices as cutomer has already had taken new cdma connection with the device 2-3 month back.

                  In my case, i have bought the device 3 month back at around 3-3.5 k, & i was happy with cdma speed also.

                  Then suddenly i came to know that, reliance has planned to start new 4g service & for that i have compulsory migrate my number from cdma to 4g gsm at the cost of time & money around rs 2.5-3k.

                  There are couple of questions that reliance failed to answer me

                  1. Why should i pay extra cost for dongle, if i have dongle already which is purchased 3 months back. If you want to upgrade then give me 4g device free of cost.

                  2. Why they have not kept backward compatibility?

                  3. Why anyone has not informed me that the device which i am going to buy will be worthless after 3 months?

                  4. What about 3g data plans. Are they same for 4g device also. As per reliance cheated history data plans will be change after 2-3 months without any prior knowledge and that time we don't have any option.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    I am using the reliance mobile services for mobile phones no. [protected]. and i took this sim under the delhi ncr circle. i am the resident of greater noida itself which comes under the ncr but unfortunately in my bill they are adding the charges for roaming which is not acceptable.
                    In the month of may 2016 i have paid 167 rs. as roaming charges and again an outstanding of rs. 950 in june 2016.
                    I have just made the complaints to customer care of reliance communication but they are refusing to wave off roaming charges in any case.
                    I am just frustrated because of this mental torcher by the reliance communication by adding the this unnecessary charges month by month.
                    I would like to also ask to the reliance person if they are not capable to deliver the service into greater noida then why they are disturbing their mobile connection.

                      I have subscribed to reliance wireless data card service in february 2016 and paid six months rental in advance. Now my services have been stopped since 14th july 2016 saying that its a company policy to stop all cdma services and company is forcefully mandating to purchase a new data card for rs. 1599.

                      Resolution desired is the refund of the instrument cost along with the refund for balance amount of months + subscription cost to my current cellular service provider for balance period of months.

                      Further similar the this time, my service have also been stopped from 16th february to 14th march for which i had incurred substantial cost in visiting the service centre and was not able to use the data for one month. I have been asking provide an extension for one month to my service as i was not able to use the same however reliance has charged heavy amount to me which rs. 1000 per month.

                      Desirable solution is refund of following things:
                      Refund of 1 month balance usage rs. 1000
                      Refund of 1 month where my services were disabled rs. 1000
                      Device cost of rs. 2599 which i paid initially because i was told that i would be getting 4g device free of cost.

Ashok kumar, but he is not in a position to cancel as it is converted 4g and options are not available to cancel. The above activity is done on 12th july & 15th july, 2016.

                          Recently on may 2016, i have purchased two reliance wi-pod dongles, one with the number [protected] and the other [protected] for rs.1200 and rs.1800 respectively. Within two months they are launching 4g services and the new 4g lte data card costs for rs.3199. They are going to stop cdma services soon ahead of 4g launch. Within two months i need to purchase another two new data cards. If i would have been informed earlier this thing, definitely i would never bought the dongles. This is unfair and it is cheap marketing tricks to sell the data cards. Regarding this i have contacted their customer care but no response. Please help me in this issue.

                            Ir i dilip kr biswas, already updated my kyc when i had taken reliance mutual fund but now reliance mutual fund company again demand from me for kyc for it i sent the kyc form with document but now reliance company s me that your kyc not updated due your voer icard not accenpted so please help why not accept my voer icard as kyc???

                              Dear sir,

                              I am using reliance wi-pod for more than 8 months without missing any monthy bill payment. The problam is start in[protected] to till date not properly work in my device. Go to the reliance wep store and asking this issue. The customer care person says' we are working the 4g micration to ur device, so you are upgrde 4g sim and device to pay some amount, if you neclet then your connection next month disconnect. My questin is, 4g upgration is only your side, i dont want 4g, why we pay this 4g device, i am already pay this wipod cost rs.1800 + 100. Next month you disconnect the service, what use my device. I am a good customer then how to disconnect to my connection.

                                My dongle no. is [protected], i have not used till date of when it has been terminatedd from the date of before valentine day that is 13th feb. 2016, bcoz its lost (thft) why are you keep going sending me the bills, and i have requested many a time for disconnection, but your executives ask for being our valued customer pls give us a time to serve you!!


                                What these way do you serve the customers...
                                That you now have sent me a notice of legal action (kindly read till the end...) bcoz in between i have tried many a time to contact
                                Kindly check the email sent date & time... but you people did not responded to the exact matter... and you have just responded for your bill amount (that when are you paying)

                                Kindly now pls don't ask again about the matter...
                                If you are a genien kindly check the records and then come to me about the matter...

                                If you are unable to contact... send me mail... or give me a call from your personal number... bcoz ur company no. are irritating me so i pushed them to spam and blocked... just give me a call for final opinion... then i have a option for consumer court.
                                This is a final email - next 24 hours you have to clear all my matter... or earliest.

                                And there is no. answer from customer care :[protected],
                                No use at all... bcoz they just keeping on holding

                                  I done recharge of rs. 359 on my number [protected]. Its 3g 10 gb data offer.
                                  I got 2g speed. Reliance why u frauds with the customers..??
                                  Customer recharge 3g for fast access & you do all this bull things with the customers.
                                  If you are not able to give the services properly then be clear to customers so that they port our number to some other companies.

                                  Ask for donation, everybody donates you how much they can instead that you are giving fake offers.

                                    I have settled all my dues as on 5th june 2016. On same day, i asked reliance team to cancel my below data card connection.

                                    As reliance team suggested, i sent my cancel request by the person who they have authorised to collect and also i got cancel confirmation over phone when i asked the data card status. But later few days, surprisengly i got new bill for above said rim no. Now, they are threatening me to make the payment for the connection which i requested to cancel on 5th june 2015.

                                      Today i call in reliance customer care no.[protected] for getting some information at 9:30 but the executive doing misbehavior with me nd doing abuse. Now i don't want to use my realiance no. [protected] and i really unsatisfied with your services. Please arrange a call from realiance help center in my vodafone (Postpaid) no. [protected]

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        I have ordered reliance wipod 4g lte. My order ref. No.: kxejohqgo, the amount rs. 2699/- got debited from my sbi bank account ref. No.:[protected]g0cgelun9, dated 29/06/2016, to girnar newtel solutions pvt limited. But in your web site, while tracking my order i am getting "awaiting bank wire payment". Kindly verify and do the needful. My datacard number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                        Please resolve the issue. I am attaching the online transaction receipt, bankscreenshot. Doc file, along with this mail. Till today i didn't got the datacard or my money back in my account. When i call to the reliance customer care number, i am getting very very poor response. One customer care representative informed me that "you can give police complaint".

                                        On the above issue i have given mail to karnataka reliance appellate authority on[protected]. Till today i didn't get any reply from them. I am getting very very poor response from them. Kindly do the needful. Because of this poor response/support from the reliance team kindly return back my amount back to my bank account. I want to discontinue my reliance connection.
