This is in continuation of mail dt.9.7.2016 in which i mentioned that my reliance no. is [protected] and have recharged rs.16 for reducing the call charges @ 30/p on 6.7.2016 the reliance has send message at the time of recharge on 6.7.2016 at 19.21pm that congratulation all 30p has been successfully activated on your phone but since on 9.7.2016 it has been again charged @ rs1.75 per call.
In your add rs.16 ke recharge per all local/std calls 30p/min validity 30 days. i contacted your customer care at 198 and they told that no recharge has been done in my account and contact with the shop where u have recharge the plan. i contacted with reliance office at sameypur delhi on 9.7.2016 and told the situation they told that we cannot do nothing in this matter. but now reliance has refused for such type of recharge. now customer care is also not attending the phone calls. reliance is now cheating and doing fraud. you are requested to take necessary action at once otherwise matter would be reported to police for fraud.

    Netconnect plus dongle not working due to upgrade

    I have bought reliance net connect plus dongle for Rs1200/- in Hyderabad, around 3 years ago, few months ago instead of recharging monthly basis, I recharged with Rs.3100/- for the scheme monthly 1 Gb data for lifetime, that was running nicely. Now that reliance has upgraded to 4g in Hyderabad, the netconnect plus dongle is not connecting, on contacting customer care, the simple answer is-- register for 4g and buy new wipod for Rs2699/- and...

    My name is hemant kumar. my number is [protected]. on 12th july, you have activated intelgamesub21 and game service on my number and deducted rs 21 and rs 5 respectively from my number. the thing is that i didn't activated this service, it has activated on its own from your side. when i talked to the customer care they told me that it has been more than 24 hours so the refund request cannot be accepted. so please refund the money back to my account as it is fault from your side by activating the service on your own. the customer care has deactivated the service but didn't return the money to my number. i want the money back on my number. i am attaching the screen shot of my balance and service activation message.

    This is the fourth time i am putting my complaint on this site, don't you learn that the customer is getting harassed and angry from this. it is me who know this process. most of the customer don't know this process. it is very cheap way of yours to profit the company by regularly activating the service and then saying that as it has been more than 24 hrs so the refund request cannot be accepted. many times the customer doesn't even know that the some service has been activated if they don't check their balance on regular basis. please stop this cheap way of yours. reliance communications has good name in the market please don't bring it down by using such cheap process. refund the money back to my number.

      Sir, i surrendered the modem relating to data card customer no. [protected] on 26.11.2015 by settling the full payment of rs. 1070/-
      Then i went to uk. Afterwards, i never used your communication system. Later after 2 months they started billing each month different amount and now i am told to pay rs.1328.63 which is unjustifiable, especially on the circumstances when i didn't use your communication system. Hence kindly intervene in this matter and settle the issue. Regards. A. George

        Reliance was supposed to start its 4g service from 1st of june. They stopped their cdma service from 25th may. I had no choice but to buy the 4g wipod for 2700. They did not start the 4g service as promised. On 30th june i get an sms saying that 4g network is going to be available from 1st of july. But till date (15th july there is no 4g reception on the wipod). Its still blinking red. I was told to recharge for 4g, i have done the same. But the 4 g recharge is not reflecting in my account. Plus no 4g, connection inspite of having a 4g datacard and 4g sim card.
        This is highly frustrating, not having internet connection since 25th may, 2016.

        And the customer care executives have no clue as to when the 4G connection will be available.

        So all I can say that my 2700+1049 rupees has gone down the drain.

        Never expected such bad service from Reliance. I have been using their wireless internet services for the past 3 years, never faced any problems.

        But the last 2 months have been very bad. I am sure, I am not going to get a refund of 3749 rupees. But I am wisr now.

        Never going to use Reliance ever again. Better to take up some other service provider than waste my time for "RELIANCE 4G".
        I have the problem from reliance as well, in regard to the service from Reliance Netconnect Plus, dongle which stopped working on account o[censored]pgrade to 4g.

          An amount of rs.50/- was deducted on 07/07/2016 at around 06:08 p. M. I didn’t receive any message regarding the deduction. At the time of deduction i was using my net balance which was available on my number. Frequent calls were made on reliance customer care from that moment itself but were of no help as they were unable to retrieve the details. 2 complain numbers were given on the following days but were closed due to non-availability of data. Complain nos.[protected] on 07/07/2016,[protected] on 08/07/2016. Then they stopped taking complains.
          No particular reason was given behind the deduction. Moreover the status of the number after confirmed mnp (By 29th june, 2016) is also showing that of cdma, which is also problematic.
          Now they are saying that they don’t contain details of more than three days in their system. This is completely deficiency in service. Kindly resolve the query at the earliest by waiving the deducted amount.

            Dear all, i am sanjay sharma from jaipur, rajasthan. My phone no is[protected] that is a cdma connection but few days ago i registered it in 4g gsm. Now last seven days i hav lost network on my cdma sim, i visited reliance store and put new 4g gsm sim but still network signal not received. Sim is on emergency mode. Reliance store khatipura, jaipur has wrote number of mails and done whts up to reliance head office malviya nagar jaipur but issue is not resolved. I have talked number of times to customer care and appellate authority. Please help me.

              Hello,

              I have contacted reliance customer support many times regarding frequent downtime of my internet connection. i have contacted reliance customer care via phone and email "many times". your site shows high service availability up to 99.9% uptime but i have sent many emails and called your customer care agents regarding net outage for hours but still issues are recurring, frequent internet downtime. your customer care said internet will be fixed after few hours and it is a temporary issue. the agent who gave the reliance connection promised that i will get good speed in my area. speed is too low when i use pro3 connection (15mbps). if you cant provide 100% uptime do not advertise in your website.

              Reliance charged rs 1500 for 2 months when my internet was totally down. i was not even able to open the pages and that is reason why i dropped reliance and switched to mts. i reported the slowness and downtime many times via email and phone still reliance customer care agents didnt came to my house to fix the issue. when reliance customer care agents asked about bill payment, i told them my net is totally down. still no one came to fix my issues. reliance is asking me to pay the bill even if there is no internet connection.
              I was able to use internet only for few days/hours in july and august. reliance customer care as usual said net will be up after few hours. i have proof of calls and emails sent to reliance customer care in march, april and may..
              I will file a case in court if reliance don't withdraw the notice sent to my house.

              Reliance never fixed the internet issues and threatened me to pay the bills by sending court notices to my house. why should i pay for internet when it is down for hours everyday? i will not pay for internet that is unreliable.

              I have contacted reliance nodal office regarding this and he said i can see usage in few days in those 2 months.. few days usage??? i am paying for whole month and i want my connection online for the whole month. i was only able to use internet for few days/hours. it was totally slow and was getting frequently disconnected so i switched to another internet provider. i am fed up of contacting reliance customer care. temporary internet outage reason every week is not acceptable.

              Hi,

              Check all the phone support complaint and email complaints related to my reliance phone number [protected].

              I bought reliance device march and in that month itself I reported slow internet and network outages. The reliance sales executive who sold the device said the device will work perfectly in my area.

              List of email complaints I have sent is given below. On august I have sent an email to rcomkerala.[protected]@relianceada.com [protected]@relianceada.com regarding slowness (20kbps) and frequent network outage issue. Did anyone resolved these issues ? My device was a 15Mbps pro3 device and I am getting only 20kbps ????

              Reliance customer support said there is usage on "few days" in last 2 months and you must pay the bill.. What about the other days in the month? I was not able to connect to internet many days in last two months. I want internet connection everyday and not for few days in a month.

              Everytime I contact Reliance phone support they will say "temporary network issue, net will be online after FEW HOURS", "you are in high usage area" "clear temp folder in PC, " "reset the device" etc etc. This is not a fix and network issue is not a customers fault. I am fed up calling reliance customer care every week when my network is down. Think from a customer side, I bought a device to work from home and the device is slow and frequently getting disconnected. I have list of all calls to reliance customer care.

              Reliance Customer support is asking me to pay the bill even if I was not able to use the internet ?? When I called reliance customer care last time (registered my last complaint in july) my internet was fully down for days and that is the reason why I dropped it.

              I got many calls from reliance to pay the bill. I told them my net is not getting connected, no one fixed it.
              Again after few days they asked me to pay the bill, again I said my issue is not fixed. Did anyone from your network department came to investigate the issue ?

              My bill was 1500/m and now it is rs, 2812 including 18% interest and legal charges. I will register complaint against reliance if it is not fixed.

                      My broadband is not working for past 25 days. I have registered numerous complaints on customer care, web portal and even in Reliance communication office. It is really frustrating that nobody cares for any complaint. Every time I file for a new complaint, they say your previous complaint is closed and internet is working. Nothing is working for past 25 days, there is a wire disconnection somewhere and nobody listens to anything.

                      These complaints are somehow resolved and closed. but nothing works on my end.

                      There are no follow-up calls from customer care or from the local technician. the customer care seems to auto-resolve the complaints as they wish.

                      There are two current complaints for the same thing[protected] & cnm[protected]. i am pretty sure these too will be "resolved" and closed within a day while nothing will work on my end.

                      There is a wire disconnection somewhere and nobody listens to anything. i have lost almost a month's business due to this. reliance communication is really making a mockery of its customers.

                          These days because of poor service reliance is losing its mobile customers.

                          To make up its losses, it has started cheating its users by first deducting a fixed amount from the prepaid balance and sending a message that such and such service has been renewed or reactivated without the knowledge of the user.

                          Beware users of mobile service. it is time to protest against this type of practice by reliance telecommunication.

                          My name is rajeev mahendru and i am using mobile num[protected]. i have recharged with 100 inr. they deducted all my amount and now when i checked my balance is showing just 3.00 inr. i am really fed up of doing complain of reliance in every website. they refund the balance and after a week time again start deducting the amount. plz plz help me and guide me what to do against this.

None of the customer care agents are answering my concern when i call the customer care number which sucks and has made me firm on my decision to switch from reliance.

                                Since the last week of june 2016 i have not been receiving any internet connection. Their approach to this so called 4g migration is truly disorganized and pathetic.

                                I bought the new 4g modem but was told by customer care that 4g is not launched and so it wont work now. Meanwhile the old connection is also not working but i am charged for the post paid connection right???

                                Please note that i have been using reliance netconnect+ post paid since 5 years but if this rubbish persists then i am left with no choice but to disconnect and move to another service provider. I cant afford to not have connection when there are important calls and work that needs to be done

                                  Dear appellate,
                                  As i received mail from customer executive that my calls are correctly charged then tell me what is the call rate of 92 rs roaming pack.
                                  Because today i called 8 to 9 local calls and charged @ 80p/min while in offer it is showing it should be 35p/min.
                                  Day before yesterday i called on std call to check whether my pack is active or not then i found my std outgoing call is 1.15rs/min.

                                  The tell me how my call rate is correctly deducted.

                                  I mailed 3 to 4 times @ appellate and customer care.
                                  Waiting for their response how my charges are correct

                                    Reliance communications has asked me (repeatedly) to convert to 4g services. on conversion, the cc representative asked me to do the first recharge with minimum amount as a check to ensure that the internet is getting connected. i recharged with rs. 97 (1gb with 2 days validity). now the internet is not getting connected. the signal strength i get is zero (completely red - weak signal) & i don't get any error code as well. i contacted the cc representatives in this regard. now they are saying that my 4g migration is not yet done & it is under process. i asked for a refund they said "sorry for the inconvenience". i asked them to forward the call to their senior (so that i can settle the matter) but i was kept on hold for 20 minutes. i disconnected the call & tried to call them again. this time they are not at all connecting to the cc representatives.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I want to informing that my name is rakesh ravula ([protected]) i am from warnagal i was took one sim its post paid unlimited plan (499/-). one of your executive is called to me from hyderabad and explained about post paid plan. and sent one executive he took 400/- given one sim card and it is worked 4 days from the date of activation now out going calls are not working, several time i was called to the warangal and hyderabad and verification executives. but they did"t respond properly. please rectify this as soon as possible.
