I recharged my number to use 3g services but not getting it, after complaining they changed my settings still the issue not sorted out. i am facing such problems time and again. this thing happened in may'16 as well.

Later after repeatedly complaining even though they are giving me service requests number but the issue is not sorted out.

The validity is of 28 days and 2 days have passed in between.

    I have wrote 5-10 mails about reduction in my prepaid account [protected]
    I did not expect this type of service from u
    Before 4-5 days i got a mail from ur side
    I thought may be some initiatives are taken by from ur side
    But zero response

    I want to file a complaint against daily amount deduction on my prepaid reliance no [protected]
    I talked with customer care executive 2-3 times but did not get a positive response.
    Pls stop the deduction from my prepaid reliance no [protected] & pls refund all the amount deducted in last 7 days.
    I[censored] don't do anything pls clear to me
    I ll take another step

      Hello,

      It is regarding my reliance cdma relation no..[protected] & reliance cdma mobile no.:[protected].

      I ported out due to service issues from reliance during december 2015 and sent couple of email reminders to make a refund. they are yet to refund my security deposit.
      Please help me to get back the security deposit from this company.

        My phone is not working today from 10.52am aither going out going calls and receiving incoming calls so, please rectifi urgently .

        The other one clarification is that at migration during the fee collected from me is told to me that the Rs 300/- will be credited to my bill amount after migration of three months period but not yet been credited please do need full at the earliest.

          My name is hemant kumar. my number is [protected]. on 12th july, you have activated intelgamesub21 service on my number and deducted the money from my number. the thing is that i didn't activated this service, it has activated on its own from your side. when i talked to the customer care they told me that it has been more than 24 hours so the refund request cannot be accepted. so please refund the money back to my account and deactivate that service also.. i am attaching the screen shot of my balance and service activation message.

          This is the fourth time i am submitting my compliant regarding the deduction of money on activation of some service, don't you learn from the previous complaint that the customer is getting harrashed and angry. It is me who complains here, many user don't know this process. So, please return the money back to my number and stop this method of yours to profit yourself as it is very cheap thing which you do every time. Reliance Communications has good reputation in the market please don't bring it down using such cheap ways.

          This is the fourth time I am putting my complaint on this site, don't you learn that the customer is getting harassed and angry from this. It is me who know this process. Most of the customer don't know this process. It is very cheap way of yours to profit the company by regularly activating the service and then saying that as it has been more than 24 hrs so the refund request cannot be accepted. Many times the customer doesn't even know that the some service has been activated if they don't check their balance on regular basis. Please stop this cheap way of yours. Reliance Communications has good name in the market please don't bring it down by using such cheap process. Refund the money back to my number.

            Last 4month ago i and my office friends took a connection of reliance postpaid. My plan is new freedom 425. According to the plan i will get
            Unlimited 3g data. Bt after 1 week i m not getting speed. Now speed hardly crosses 10kbps. Maximum tym it remains 0.10kbps. I also tried customer care to resolve the problem many times but never connected. I also tried to call the employee who gave me the connection bt he never received my call. Now i m helpless. My freinds are complaning me about it they took the connection because of me. I have never found such a worst telecom service in my life. Please resolve my problem.

              Currently i am using reliance internet with wipod device. now reliance is upgrading to 4g, for that i am getting calls to upgrade my device to 4g device since my current wi pod device will not work with 4g. now they are telling me that i should buy the device.

              first thing i have not requested to upgrade to 4g, then why should i have to pay for the device.in case comp is upgrading they should give a device for free (they can exchange the current device).
              now from last 3-4 days internet is not working on wipod (since postpaid connection i have to pay the bill irrespective o[censored]sage).
              not able to connect to customer care.

                I have received a wrong bill of june month as my plan has been changed without intimating me. as my actual plan was 350 but it is changed into 399 without knowing me and my out going facility is also barred because of you. i am facing for it.

                I already recharged the 3G pack.but net not work.regarding the probleam called to customer care 8-10 time but .they're not talk and not give me proper answer regarding the problem.when I request to talk higher customer associated.they not answering the call after the 10-15 minutes

                  We are using reliance postpaid connection from last one month, but there is standard ed net network. Due to this i am loosing my money. The network is not at all working. Kindly help us to resolve the problem. I am notable to answer my call. If i call to customer care they will not respond to our calls. This problem is near silk board junction in bangalore. Kindly take an action on it.

                    Ince last 3 days mobile is deactivated inspite of bill paid on 0807/2016.
                    The mobile is activated on 2nd july after changing your new sim given by reliance mobile store halol.

                    I personnaly contacted your reliance mobiole store continously sence last three days and calling on your custome care no 198 but no response inspite of holding for 30 min. continously.

                    Pl. look in to matter seriously awaiting prompt response.

                    Your customer care center very poor, either they are sleeping in their office or enjoying.
                    They do not response even call is hold for 30 to 40 min.
                    Even local customer mobile store is not able to resolved the problem and wasting the time to call customer care.

                      My wifi nt wrkng frm apr to till date.. Dongle s [protected].. I went to abroad n apr 29th n came n may10th.. Frm tat time i couldnt able to use the device.
                      Cust care people told that i hav to pay 1900 and i got 500rs waiver on that.. Beileivng thier words i have paid the said amount.. But till now my waiver not gt approved.. And i cant use the device.. Wn i contact cust care several times they telling it will be done.. But frm. May month to. Till date nothing have been done..
                      And when last week again i called for the status they telling.. You have new bill cycle. Of 472 which i hav to pay again so tat we will consider your request..
                      What bull is reliance custmre care s tnkng of the customers...
                      Not dng thier wrk, no response, no respect, lame excuses n attitude.. Dnt buy reliancee products anymore..
                      Sick of them.. N cheatng the customer money.. I will go to consumer court veey soon.

                        Despite multiple multiple communications with the call center and via email. the level of promptness toward the issue has been very disappointing. the only sight is that a chain of protocols and curt but eventually insulting formalities are being executed that are leading into the drainage of dis-satisfied customers! i have removed the sensitive information from the email correspondence that i have attached however i have still kept the user id number which should be relevant incase by some miracle reliance actually decides to do something about it!!

                        Tsk tsk! such a shame! i'm embarrassed for the company that i had to post this on a public action oriented forum

                        This is terrible customer service!!
                        Im so disappointed and i am extremely upset and frustrated that this issue has still not been resolved.
                        My issue as per your call center has been escalated for the 10th time! my reference is [protected]
                        I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails but this is my final one and subsequently i will post my experience online to warn all customers about the experience they should be looking forward to in being served by a company like reliance.
                        My connection expires on the 11th and following your procedure and delays from your end. i know the inevitable future is that you will charge me for it because i have had a similar experience 2 times previously to this!

                        I wish reliance had better customer service! the website is terrible and offers no help neither do the call centers. its like a jigsaw puzzle just to disconnect the connection. no layperson would be able to do this.

                        Terrible terrible terrible!!

                        Disconnect my connection!!!

                        I do not have a landline of reliance!!! if there is any connection of said lan line as well please disconnect too. it was solely done by the instillation people but there has never been an instrument from day 1!!!

                          I had purchased reliance dongle. after which i was told to upgrade to 4g wi-pod worth rs.900.
                          Reliance had assured me 10gb 4g data after purchasing wi-pod. now the customer care executive is asking me to recharge it as they have cancelled the free data. also the recharge is failing.
                          This is a total fraud and unethical as they had advertised giving free data largely.
                          I have the messages from reliance assuring free data and their customer service desk has also accepted that they assured free data previously.
                          Its their duty to give the benefits as promised or they can have their wipod back and i want my money to be refunded as it has been a total loss to me.

                              Hi,

                              We have been using reliance CDMA service from almost more than 8years. Now they are forcefully asking us to upgrade to 4G even though we don't want to.

                              The problem is the old CDMA phone which we bought from reliance doesn't work with the new 4G sim hence we need to buy a new handset as well.

                              Why should we pay for the new phone..??
                              The old phone is pretty useless now as it's a CDMA phone.
                              What are we supposed to do with the old phone..??

                              Problems when we converted from CDMA to 4G sim.

                              The sim wasn't active for 2 to 3days.
                              The network is very bad and unreliable.

                              Reply soon with the actions we don't need your condolences.

                              Or else will report to TRAI about this and will file a complaint in consumer court.

                              I am agree with you, I am also facing similar problem but now they have shut down cdma network...
                              I am also old customer since 8 yrs, , , i got the 3 dongle with me ..they very cleverly never change the plan .without buying new, set Now they came out with new 4 G..and reducing the speed of 3 G ..this is biggest fraud reliance try to fool they public ...                                 Reliance number [protected] i have a wifi pod which i have taken recently 6 months back, have been asked to upgrade to 4g with a new device at extra cost. Completely bated by me and the service from the past 5 days has been completely stopped and customer care number people won't pick phone call. I urge reliance to provide better service and not to loot consumer.

                                    Hello i have a reliance gsm number which is [protected] and i was received a message on today means 12th july 2016 that recharge with rs 55 and get 1 gb 3g data for 28 days after that i have recharged my number with this amount on same day but after recharge i have only received 125 mb data in my mobile. reliance is fraud. kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue soon otherwise i will switch my number to other operator by mnp.

                                        Sir, i have upgraded my cdma card no:[protected] with a new 4g sim and purchased wi-pod 4g/lte. on 30th of june i got an sms that the services are going to be activated. again on 6th i got sms that 4g services are activated, i can use it. on that day i am able to connect my laptop and mobile to 4g lte devise. but from 7th onwards this 4g lte devise is not working. i raised complaint no:[protected] but no action was taken.

                                        I wrote to palliate authority also but the issue was not resolved. most of the times customer care number also getting disconnected when i am speaking to them.
