Since the customer care is not responding even through email, i would like to create a request to rcom to stop my below netconnect + connection:

My connection number-[protected].

Pleas make sure that i will not be billed from now on as the netconnect is not working (No signal always) anyway.

Please consider this as disconnection request. I will not going to pay for july usage, can not use it anyway.

    He replied me i understood ur problem but i am not in a situation to take ur complaint now... trust me i ll applied later on... ur customer care executive totally misguided me...

    I want to filled a complaint against her & i want to refund my deducted payment rite now...

      I have dropped an email to appellet authority but there is no reponse.

      First Issue:-
      Every month I have to call your executive to deactivate national roaming plan from my pack but always I get the result is negative Can any one tell me how long I will have to suffer this issue.

      I am totally fed up .

      Second Issue:- The area network Jasola Village PIN Code 110025 . it's really pathetic there is no network.

      Who will rectify this issue/ Who will sort out ?

      Whenever I call your helpline from Landline your IVR connected to prepaid helpline in spite of section of postpaid. This is very painful they put me on hold more than 10 minutes.

      Sir tell me what is your strategy to handle this complaint? how to handle & avoid this issues. To retain the customer at least once in a month the concern person from your end should have call to check any compliant / request from customers. The people who is sitting in chair attending the calls they have no sense and baseless answers all time.

      They even don't know product knowledge of tele-com once they failed to answer at this situation they tried to get rid of calls by simply saying Sir " Our System is down due to technical issue" I am pissed of by hearing repeated flop closing lines.

      Tell me the time when you will deliver your service?

            I have taken reliance 999 truly unlimited postpaid connection with my newly purchased 14.7 mbps reliance wi-pod in march 2016. It was going well till may end and since then all the headache started for me. They throttled the speed to less than 32 kbps citing upgrade reasons and after 15 days the speed got little better. Despite the speed loss for nearly 15 days, i was still charged with the regular bill of 1100+, i paid the bill without any complaint thinking this was a rare mistake from reliance. Meanwhile, i was asked to upgrade to 4g every time i connected the dongle, i contacted the reliance store and i was told that my truly unlimited plan will be continued as it is in 4g also.

            I believed all these promises and went ahead with the upgrade, bought the new reliance 4g wi-pod. The 4g service started a few days back, i started using the new 4g wi-pod and after some usage my connection speed came down. I called the customer care to clarify the issue and they said i consumed the gb limit that came with the new 4g wi-pod and so the speed has been throttled to 144 kbps for the rest of the month. I tried to explain that my plan was 999 truly unlimited postpaid and i should be getting regular speeds, but they said there's no truly unlimited in 4g and the speed gets throttled to 144 kbps after certain gb limit. I also tried to explain them about how i was told that my exact same plan will be continued even in 4g before the upgrade and its unfair to change the plan without informing me. All they said is, they can't do any thing about it. If they're throttling the speed to 144 kbps, there's no point in continuing with the postpaid connection as i took the connection only for the truly unlimited plan, so i decided to cancel the connection and called up the customer care and asked them to cancel, but now they're saying i should continue for three months in 4g. I asked them why? I am not getting my chosen truly unlimited plan, so why should i continue? They said it's a must and they can't do anything about it. I don't understand this, my truly unlimited plan has been removed without my knowledge and on top of that i'm being forced to continue for three months.

            My request is either put the truly unlimited plan that was there with my earlier reliance wi-pod or allow me to cancel the connection. Forcing me against my will is not correct. I am not interested in plans that have speed throttling to 144 kbps which is why i chose the 999 truly unlimited postpaid plan in the first place. Kindly look in to this issue and come up with an encouraging solution.

            I was a user of reliance wi-pod 999 truly unlimited data plan before the upgrade.

            I got a call from reliance customer care to migrate from reliance cdma to 4g, they stated that my plan will be the same and there will be no changes except the network moving from evdo to 4g. I also confirmed the same from reliance store. I was told again and again that there won't be any change in the plan.

            I feel i am fooled by reliance customer care and other staff who stated that my truly unlimited data plan will not get changed after I migrate to reliance. I also purchased their new reliance 4g wipod... now I'm being told that there is speed throttling of 144 kbps for unlimited plans which is against to what they have been telling me before the upgrade... when I checked with customer care they tell after 25 gb, speed goes to 144 kbps which is contradictory to what they said earlier, they told me that I will be getting all benefits that was there on my current plan.

            "As a long term postpaid customer of reliance truly unlimited plan, I request you to put 14.7 mbps speed cap in 4g and let me have my truly unlimited data plan that was there with my reliance wi-pod data card before the upgrade..but please don't put data cap to my plan and i do not prefer having 144 kbps for rest of the month." If you are going to throttle speed to 144 kbps for your loyal truly unlimited customers, it will be of no use having reliance 4g wipod. What's more shocking is, I was told that I can't even cancel the connection and I should continue for 3 months in some plan irrespective of whether I like it or not. On one hand, you're not providing my truly unlimited plan and on other hand, you're forcing me to continue, why?

            Please keep up the promise which you have made through your respective service teams, I was told from the beginning that my truly unlimited plan will not get changed. I don't require your extremely high speed of 4g with 144 kbps speed throttling. Please give me the 14.7 mbps speed that was there before without any data cap.

              Hello, i am using a wi-pod mini (reliance number: [protected]) since a few months and i have experienced innumerable number of problems ever since.

              1. the specified speed was about 15mbps which i never ever received even once anywhere in pune or mumbai and some other cities of maharashtra.

              2. poor connectivity.

              3. poor network coverage.

              4. since a few days my internet is not working at all.

              Do something about it and do it soon. thank you.

                I was asked if i wanted to upgrade to 4g services and they told that i should definitely get 4g sim as cdma services will be discontinued in chennai.

                I got this call by 29th, 30th of june and i got repeated calls about if the sim got delivered but no one attempted to till date (nearly 15 days).

                I didn't receive my 4g sim and my netconnect+ suddenly stopped working for the past 1 week.

                I repeatedly mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com and netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com. unable to contact any customer care representatives over call..

                I am very much annoyed as my work is completely held up because of this.
                Mentally disturbing when no one even tries to reply your queries though you regularly pay for the service and being a loyal customer of over 6+ years...

                Even after a week, Don't they have any answers at organizational level or whether their employees are ignoring customers...
                What's going on in reliance???

                      Today i was charged rs 100 for isd calling to number 0073872 which is of russia, which was not done by me. they are saying that the call was made to this number and as per my info i dint called to this number and also there is no call log for this number.
                      After calling customer care multiple times they are giving different answers all the time also i have recorded the call for futher process. first time they said the call was made to brunie after i searched the country code and more detail it was found that the country code is not of brunie and later when i called and ansered all this they said the call was made to russia this is seriously they are trying to fool us. i noted the interaction id for each call [protected], [protected], [protected] of ashwani, mohmad, dananjay paswan and satyam. i want my balance back as this is just a fraud they are doing and charging us for none. please forward my request and refund my balance. my email id is gauravkhandelwal.                         I use reliance wipod service. last month reliance had some technical issue in its network because of which service was not available so discount was provided to the customer however my discount was not processed in-spite dropping several mails to customer care also from last week i am not able to receive speed beyond 100 kbps. i tried to reach customer care several time every time i have to wait for more than 20min for call to get connected and after connecting customer care is not providing any resolution also they don't forward calls to their senior when i insist them.

                          I have using a reliance dongle for the past 4 years, recently i have started receiving harrassing phone calls to upgrade to 4g, i do not want 4g, i was satisfied with my service. for the past week they have switched of my broadband connection. i am on a post paid plan so i will have to pay for a service that i am not receiving. i will be cancelling my service plan but i will require a adjustment to the monthly charges for these days of no service.

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I have used a reliance gsm mobile no. [protected]. first i purchased it from pune after that my transfered to hyderabad.
                                So i request for it port, after a long time about 4 months it have been port.in this period ai have not received my positive response neither your customer care team nor your reliance store, balanagar.

                                When i am went to your store, they have demanding rs.150/- for doing circle change. then i call to your representative bhanva madam ([protected]), after that the have ready. now my sim card service deactivated from reliance because your reliance store person not submitted my documents after 15 days.

                                    My number is [protected], this was my bsnl number, when a reliance person asked me port then he would give me some good offers, and he gave me a plan for 604 and gave discount of 50% and said this will not change, and i use to pay around rs 350, where i use to get 40 hours monthly free and 1 gb internet, and free roaming.

                                    Now they have changed the plan without my information and without my agreement, and now they say this plan is not available and they have also barred my services.

                                    Please check and resolve it.
