I wish to bring to your attention that rs 100 has been deduced from my account on 07/13/16. When i checked my account balance on the following day. It was unprecedented to see rs 100 missing from my account. I have not activated any services.

    Dear sir/madam

    I have done topup of rs 210 in no. [protected] from sbi mobile app. Having enquired the talktime plans, i saw 220 talktime from rs 210. But as i did the transaction, i received a message of a black berry subscription in my number. I tried a lot to contact the reliance customer care executive but could not connect even after following their automated reply instructions and wasted valuable time. Please do something so that i can get back my topup balance or in future nobody could suffer like this.

    Received a call from a person introducing himself as reliance personnel, demanding credit card details to refund money immediately. I insisted to pay back in my account from which the money has been transferred. he kept insisting to get either credit card or paytm password received on my mobile. He also said he cannot transfer money immediately and it will take 30-40 days further insisting to get the secret data. Is it the process take this much long time?

      I am regular user of relaince since last 2004. Your cdma was very effective even in remote areas. But gsm is oppposite. I live in ludhiana in outer area. And when i reach home in evening, i can not even call to anyone, very poor signal which fluctuates, even not internet works. I am now thinking to change all of my reliance number (Four) to another operator.
      In this condition, how jio will work

        I had brought the reliance 4 g, but not working, recharge was not available to reliance store. Somehow we did recharge, but it was successful. Data balance not available/credited. We called customer care, they told it is not available in server.
        What we can do?
        I am not able to do my job properly. I am discontinuing the service.

          I purchased reliance 3g netconnect data card in august 2015 with a 1 year advance rental plan. starting june 2016 i have experience huge interruptions in service and the card does not work. on contacting the customer service, i am forced to purchase 4g data card and pay additional 1000 rs in order to continue the services.

            I bought lyf flame 6 two days ago and one of my friend bought if one day ago, both in rs 3000 each. From the time the sim got activated we both started facing the same issue. First issue is the internet spped is very slow. The downloading speed never goes beyond 900 kbps during night and 300 kbps during the day. And i am sure that none will agree to this that this is a 4g speed. Second issue is the hotspot in the mobile disconnectes every 10 minutes just for 2-3 seconds and then it comes back again. So the same issue was being faced on both the phones.
            We took the mobile to the service center in jamshedpur and there we found out that 4 more people in which 3 of them with flame 6 and one with flame 5 were also facing the exact same issue. So we came to a point that it was manufacturing defect. To be honest we spend 4 hours in the service center without any resolution to the issue. The guy there kept us waiting for the first 1 hour and came back with the phone just by formatting it and was trying to convience us that the issue is resolved however we checked and found out the issue was still there. So he did the same thing for the next 3 hours. He was also using a lyf mobile phone so he took out the jio sim from the phone and inserted the sim in our phone which resulted with the same issue. He convienced us that it is the issue with the network which would be resolved within the next couple of days for sure to which we agreed.
            However the major problem still existed which was of hotspot. So we found a guy there who purchased the phone 18 days ago and was facing the same issue and his problem was not resolved from the last 15 days. He was very much frustated since he told us that he had talked on phone to the manager, the area manager and even the head person of the state jharkhand. However he got no resolution.
            At last all o[censored]s raised our voices and asked for a resolution to which the guy there told us that the issue will be resolved by this saturday which is 16 june 2016. Since there will be a update rolled over which would resolve this bug. So we came back. And just after an hour i received a phone which i have a recording with myself in which my friend and i talked to a guy from ranchi, jharkhand who was from jio support service. He also told us to wait until saturday. But the point is he was very rude. To be honest he was extremely rude. And if anyone would like to get the recording then i am ready to send him/her the recording.
            So all this comes to one point that jio is selling out a phone at very cheap cost which cannot be used at all. The hotspot is very bad and even the internet speed which is claimed to be 4g cannot be even compared to 3g.
            It would be highly appreciated if i get any support from any anyone. I have screenshots with me and the recording. Please do contact me in order to get it.

                    complete internet down from past 8 days. I am using reliance data card. Even after complaints no action from reliance team. I am not sure what to do now. Absolution no communication. This is clear cheating company. not sure whom to escalate. it is down for complete Karnataka region. with all this RCOMM team sending billing. I am really not sure what to do. pls escalate and take action on that company. if possible cancel the license also

                        This is in relation to my existing reliance pro 3 connection with number +91-[protected].
                        I have opted for upgrade from pro 3 to 4g and i have received my 4g wipod device nearly one month back.
                        For past 8-9 days my old dongle is not working and there is no sign of connection in the new device as well. i visited tisha communications in baner, pune and they are doing nothing other than asking me to wait even when they have checked my profile in the system and the status is 4g services activated. even, i have got all my device settings verified with customer care representative and everything was perfect.
                        I don't understand what is the point if they are advising a customer to wait as these stores are ideally there to help people not asking them to go back to their homes and keep sitting thinking one day their connection will start working. this is truly a shame for brand like reliance.

                        I am a working person and all my work is fully dependent on internet connection.
                        I am done running to reliance stores and calling customer care number[protected] infinite times wasting my hard earned money and precious time and got nothing. thus requesting you to please lodge my complaint and initiate dedicated investigation for my connection to get me quick resolution. my details are as below:

                        In all these circumstances, what should i do and to whom i should complaint. i have dropped several mails to appelate authority but nothing happened. i have wasted my 900 rs and also bill will be generated even when i have not used any services.

                        I urge reliance to get this issue investigated on priority basis.

                          Dear appellate,

                          I have recharged my phone on 7th july for roaming pack i. e 92 rs/56days.
                          Today is 5th day but my pack is still not active. i called 5 to 6 times @ 198 they gave me complaint no and that complain is also resolved as per your record and message but i am still facing the same issue i. e for outgoing 1.15ps/min and 45p/min.

                          But according to pack, my call rate should be for outgoing 35p/min and free incoming.
                          I got three sr no out of these 2 is resolved but i am not able to understand when my pack is not active then how your sr no is resolved.

                          Please resolve this issue.


                          i am writing this complain here 3rd time and mailed my complain to customercare and appellate on 9th july and 11th july even they didn't acknowledge about my complain.
                          as per trai rule you should acknowledge complain within three days.
                          I complaint on 7th july that case is resolved but my pack is not active.

                          Today i called @ 198 they said your pack is active afterthat i called one no and my outgoing charge was 1.15rs/min.
                          Even they blocked my number i can't call @198.

                          If you want to help me then please arrange a call back for me.
                          I have many grievances like
                          1. Pack is not active (92Rs because outgoing call rate is 1.15rs/min)
                          2. Balance is deducted (26Rs)
                          3. My number is BLOCKED from 198(Even i used my friend number to know the status of complain and Reliance blocked that number too)

                            For the past 3 days i am unable to make calls from cell phone [protected].
                            Reliance people have not replied from my email till date. If it is because of
                            4g system they should at least see that customers are not denied phone
                            Facility in the existing cdma till they make change over to 4g. They cannot

                                My brother got a reliance wi-pod device under 599/- postpaid plan o[censored]nlimited data with 10gb free data usage with speed upto 14.7mbps, post free usage the speed will be reduced to 144kbps. purchased it in the month of november 2015. which stopped working from last week of january 2016 for reasons unknown till date.

                                But since we used the internet in the month of january for 3 weeks, we did the payment for the month of january.in the month of february the network was completely nil. when we inquired about it with the reliance customer care[protected] in the 2nd week of february, they said that i have crossed the limit of 10gb and hence it is not getting connected.

                                Then why is it called unlimited data plan?

                                And i asked them to give the details of the browsing history for the month of february, they said, those details will be available only after february 25. but till date i haven't received any details. i have called the customer care nearly more than 20 times, and each time they would assure that they will send the details over the registered email id, but what they send is the bill, where only amount is printed and no browsing history.

                                And today we received a call, a blackmail call indeed, telling no details will be given, will you pay the bill or will raise a court case against you!!! how cheap!

                                        I have purchased on reliance net plus from nasik on 2012. the sales person told me that the dongle is usable anywhere in india without any extra charges and in future; if wanted to upgrade; can be done from there itself. they offered me one silver pendent as a festival offer; but not received it till. i called customer care and they told me that it will be handed over in your door step. nothing happened; and i ignored the same gradually. i was rarely using the dongle; but paying the bill regularly.in april 2015; i transferred to bangalore and even i was using it rarely; bill i was paying regularly. two months back; i received one mail from reliance saying that your wipod is dispatched to the address. once i reached bangalore; i contacted the reliance customercare for changing the details. they advised me to visit nearest reliance store. after reaching the reliance store; they told me it is not possible from there. my complaints are as follows.
                                        1) the company given me wrong commitment that the upgradation is possible from any where in india. but not happening.
                                        2) without the appropriate communication or approval from customer; dispatched the device. it is a type of compellation to purchase their product.
                                        3) the store person told me that the deactivation happened 2 months back; whereas i am paying it regularly (if fine is there; that too). now also i received the bill to pay. why the customer is misused when the connection is de-activated?
