I have been writing mails as shared to me by the reliance customer care executive, mahadevi, to get the ebills for the year 2015. i haven't received the bills for july, august, september, october & december bills for the year 2015.

After a lot of mails and phone calls, i received the bills for the last 6 months and now they have shared that they cannot provide me the bills for 2015.

This all began due to the wrong emailid registered by the reliance people, which after repeatedly sending requests got changed after 1 year.

    My reliance mobile pre-paid number [protected] is not working. It was cdma connection and registered for 4g upgrade also. Either cdma or 4g gsm has to work but nothing is working. I am not getting any incoming calls. When i tried calling this number from another number, it says "please check the number you have dialled". I raised service request through my reliance login but it was not yet addressed even after 48 hours (Eta is 24 hours).In the same way reliance netconnect+ internet is also not working. It is supposed to work at 3.1 mbps but it is working in 230.4 kbps and the speed is very low and i am unable to browse internet. Reliance is really cheating its customers after eating money from them. Reliance communications is supposed to provide 4g supported devices free of cost when they are upgrading from cdma to 4g because the customers had already invested money for their cdma devices.

    The issue is resolved but unable to recharge through reliance website. It says the selected denomination does not exist for any given amount.
    issue resolved. But the plan benefits we got through CDMA special plan recharge was not carried forward to 4G and we lost those benefits.

      I upgraded my reliance dongle number[protected].
      The reliance communication has promised that post upgrade they will give me 10 gb data benefit for 30 days and keep my previous plan of 1 gb per month (Rs3000 recharge) the same.
      2 days back my reliance dongle started receiving signals but neither the 10 gb data benefits given nor the 1 gb data benefit of my monthly plan has been associated with my 4g dongle. When i contacted the customer care the people over there know nothing, they are saying that reliance will not give 10 gb data benefit and you need to recharge for using the dongle.
      I think that this is the shear breach of trust buy reliance communication because it was one of the conditions o[censored]pgrade that post upgrade 10 gb data benefit and my previous plan will continie.
      I find myself cheated because reliance is not keeping their words.

        I purchased a datacard reliance pro3 around a year back, a month ago around it stopped working. i was told by customer care that now it will not work as reliance is introducing 4g devices so pro3 datacard will not work and compulsorily i need to buy new 4g device if i want to access internet this was dictatorship kind of fraud practice as i paid 1800rs for pro3 device.As 4g device was on discount i agreed to buy it. i got it for rs899. i was promised by retailer as well as customercare that i will receive 10gb data for 28days free of cost initially or with only 1re recharge. but after only working for on 1day i.e. 6th july it stopped working. on inquiring i was told that company has stopped 10gb free service and now i have to compulsorily buy 4g data plan to continue service. this is pure cheating. this is a big scam this has happened with thousands of customers. company is saving crores of rs on data. website still has written 4g data for 1re recharge initially. attached is the link

            I am a user of reliance3 999 truly unlimited data plan. (data card number # [protected])

            I got a call from reliance customer care to migrate from reliance cdma to 4g to retain my connectivity and if i do not migrate, i will be losing connectivity to their network. they stated that my plan will be the same and there will be no changes except the network moving from evdo to 4g. i also confirmed the same when i contacted their appellate authority team. i also received an email from reliance that my plan and benefits in the plan will not get changed.

            I feel i am fooled by reliance customer care and appellate authority escalation team.. who stated that my truly unlimited data plan will not get changed after i migrate to reliance. i also purchased their reliance 4g wipod... now, reliance has put new information on their website that there is speed throttling of 144 kbps for unlimited plans... which is totally insane... when i checked with customer care they tell after 25 gb, speed goes to 144 kbps which is contradictory to the email that i received from reliance that i will be getting all benefits that was there on my current plan.

            How long will the data in 4g which has 30 mbps will last? the gigabytes will get exhausted within a week..

            "as a long term postpaid customer of reliance truly unlimited plan, i request you to put 3.1 mbps speed cap for my truly unlimited data plan that was there with reliance3 evdo data card.. i do not require your 30 mbps speed".. and do not put data cap to my plan and i do not prefer having 144 kbps for rest of the month." i think it is possible to create network policy putting speed cap rather than putting data cap.. if you are going to put data cap for your loyal truly unlimited customers.. it will be of no use having reliance 4g wipod for me...

            Please keep up the promise that you have made that my truly unlimited plan will not get changed and dont try to fool customers. i dont require your extremely high speed 30 mbps speed of 4g with 144 kbps speed throttling. please give me the 3.1 mbps speed that i was getting before without any data cap.

            Yes, Happened with me also. Called their customer care only to find that all customer care executives are busy for one hour 30 minutes and I had to hopelessly cut the call after it. Moving to vodafone 3g, much better than this.

              I own a reliance dongle cust id[protected]. my alt no is [protected]
              I had subscribed to a prepaid plan where in i paid 2, 999/- on 23rd jan 2016 for 36 gbs 6 months validity ending on 23rd august 2016. the average speed of the connection is approximately 1.5-2 mbps. currently i have 11gbs worth of data valid till 23rd july 2016

              Since 4th july the network speed has dropped to 100-150 kbps. after approaching the reliance communication outlet at 5th block kormanagala outlet, we were told that this slow network will persist till 2nd week of august, since reliance is upgrading their network. each and every reliance dongle customer would have to experience this problem.

              This data balance would lapse, by 23rd july 2016. the outlet is not willing to cooperate with us, stating that they are franchisee is a separate entity from reliance communications.

              The reliance customer care or the reliance appellate authority is not reachable in this regard.

              No body willing to address this issue. consumers are frustrated.

                I've been using my number for last 4 years. 6 months ago suddenly this number had been put into enquiry mode. then i had resubmitted all my document and restarted in postpaid mode. last week i converted it in prepaid mode. yesterday it was again disconnected. what type of cheating is this?
                My complain is against the store from who must be dishonest. because all he had sais to me to do, i had done. so why i've to suffer such type of discripancies?

                  Hi folks

                  My brother (manvendra singh kushwah) had taken two post paid jalsa rental (399) plan month of feb 2015 from reliance executive monti.
                  As after making understand of plan features we agreed to take plan and given all the regal and document and money to the executive.
                  But executive cheated us and activated wrong plan from navlakha sai telecom
                  (reliance dealer).
                  When first copy of bill we got by the reliance we didn't check the bill and paid the bill because the bill amount was quit low as per the plan thats we were thinking. but the once we got the second copy of the bill came and we checked the billing amount it was quit double due to wrong plan activated by the reliance. there after we went to reliance office of bcm height vijay nagar and complaint about the billing than we came to know that jalsa plan discarded by reliance on feb. and the actually plan activated by reliance was 199 rental plan because of this wrong plan activation we are being confronted this issue.

                  Since march i am keep talking to reliance team pertaining the query but yet not getting proper solution and continue sly getting bill from reliance.

                  Note:- since last two month i am coordinating with reliance team member (ashvin ji contact detail:-[protected]) for same query and he is keep saying me that will upgrade your plan and waver rest of the bill amount as per the previous bill plan. but still nothing happened and ashvin ji stopped picking my number last one week.

                  Ps:- please note that we already spoke to reliance team whats the genuine amount as per the bill plan we are ready to pay but still not getting proper respond even we didn't use the service of reliance since 4 month

                  So final we have decided to raise the issue and came to you for the further assistance.

                  Kindly gone through the hole scenario and tell me where customer is wrong.

                  I would request to please provide the solution against the issue.

                          Sir, i received several sms from reliance regarding their offer. one of them left in my inbox was of dated 03/07/2016 “ rs 79 recharge = 200min for all calls valid for 28 days. special offer only for you”. 03/07/2016.
                          On 05/07/2016 at around 8 pm i recharge rs 79 to avail the offer. after recharge i got message recharge of rs 79 successful. when i enquire the balance i was shocked. i have been given ten sms valid for the same day i. e. 05/07/2016.
                          On contacting the customer care rajesh told me that the company offer ten sms on recharge of rs.79. but i never received this message from reliance.
                          I had to make some important professional call but due to lack of balance i failed to do so and suffered financial loss.

                            My number is [protected]. I m using this number since last 10 years...

                            On saturday (09-july-2016) my phone services are being suspended due to non bill payment.

                            On enquiring upon the bill, which came to me on saturday the same day through registered email, came to know that the bill send to me was not correct.

                            I contacted customer care and a complaint was registered on saturday - 09-july-2016 (Time :- 1:30 pm) with complaint number[protected]

                            As mentioned resolution for the above mentioned complaint was to be provided within 6 hours.

                            But still after 4 days no resolution is being provided. My number is blocked, no incoming & outgoing services are working.

                            Since last 4 days i had called customer care approx 15 times and every time when i call customer care they are saying, pls wait your complain in is process and soon it will be closed, but no one is giving the exact wait time.

                            Due to phone not working i m facing lot of business loss.

                              Since saturday (9th july 2016), i'm unable to connect my netconnect # [protected] using hsd mode. though am able to connect using hybrid mode, the connection is painfully slow. previously i could contact using live chat for instant resolution, but now it seems to be unavailable. so i have mailed the customer service, but to no avail.

                              I would be glad if some one from reliance customer service resolve this issue at the earliest. thank you.

Even at reliance local office they are not allowing us to talk to officials.

                                      On 12 july 2016, In morning they deducted 30 rs from my balance, saying some vas service was activated. And this is not the first time, they previously deducted 60 rs. on calling on 198, they are saying, this ia non refundable. What is this nonsense? They activate they take and then they don't refund. Stealing 30rs from one person, there are more than 10 million customer which means they are stealing 300 million rupees everyday . This is how ambani's becoming rich. You are stealing crores of rupees everyday and no one doing nothing. Morever your service ia worst then Chinese product . I cannot distinguish between 3g ans 2g. It takes minutes to load a single page.
