Hello sir,

I am reliance customer since past 10 years and i have been using cdma wll phone # 32509262 till 25th may, 2016.

Please note that i had bought reliance cdma phone recently in february, 2016 by paying 2500 for the instrument and it was promised from your official franchise "tisha communication", baner branch that 200/- rs. Will be refunded by adjusting against your bill for each month till 12 months. However, it happened only for 1 or 2 months and there after there was no refund.

1) your official franchise suggested to make a payment of 200/- short for may bill and they promised to get it settled.

2) my cdma was discontinued since 27th may, 2016 however i am still charged for the month of june i. E. 25th may to 24th june.

Since the cdm technology was discontinued from your end i was forced to move to the reliance gsm technology and i purchased gsm land line phone on 1st june, 2016.

I have several doubts in my mind as i do not trust reliance franchise any more.

I requested them to provide me the clarifications for my following doubts / queries / concerns:

1) why the amount of 200/- rs. Is not refunded since the day i bought the new cdma instruments as promised?

2) why did you generate the bill for june when the cdma phone # 32509262 was already discontinued from your side without any notice on 25th may?

3) why did you charge me late fees of 100/- rs.In the bill for the month of june?

4) did you authorized your franchise owners to provide false and misleading information and promises to the customer on your behalf?

5) they have shown me the correspondence on your official email id mentioning that they already requested the reliance people to get the bill settled i. E. (Settle 400 rs. And leaving the dues only limited to 76 rs.) as an assurance but not sure if you can acknowledge the same.

If these promise is false then i requested them to either take the action on your franchise or give me in writing as they have promised.

Please let me know how to move forward in this matter and help me settle the issue.

I will not pay any charges / late charges if i do not get clarification from your end.

I am very happy to settle the matter asap and pay the dues from my side if any but if i don't get response to my above queries then i don't have any option then to put up my case to:
http://www.pgportal.gov.In/grievancenew. Aspx to get the justice.

I have already provided the bills for your reference.

    I am customer of reliance with mobile no, [protected], which was a reliance cdma no, now reliance gsm. I have a complain that from the above mention number main account balance and data balance has been deducted. On the day of 10/07/2016 i make a data recharge or rs 74/- at 1:54pm. I was using data on 11/07/2016 at 1:00 am onward, suddenly net connection gets slow, when i checked my balances there was only rs 0.02 as main balance which was approx rs 77 before, and data balance was 428 mb. After that i discontinued internet and around 7:00am on 11/07/2016 again i checked balances, now at that time main balance was remain rs 0.02 and data balance was reduced to 1.88mb. When i talked to reliance customer representative they told first time that your main balance is deducted for overusing of data. But how this is possible if i have already data balance in my account which is also is in my account till now. And for data deduction the told that this is wrongly deducted. When i talk to senior support executive they told me that both deduction is wrongly charged. And my refund will be in my account within 24 after lodging a complain. The give me s r no[protected] for main balance deduction and s r no[protected] for data balance deduction. On 11/07/2016 at 1:45pm i get massage that my complains has been resolved but i don't get the benefits. Now yet when i try to communicate with customer care, my calls are being diverted to computer voice service.

      Here are the details of complaints

      Description: i am a loyal customer of reliance since long.
      I was converted from cdma to 4g gsm on 30th may 2016 and i was told that i can use 10 gb since then till 4th july 2016. i inquired same several times from the outlet to customer care.
      Today my bill generated and i was shocked to see amount. my bill since many years was in between 300 -550 and not above but this time it was 1100 above.
      To my shock my data which was promotional offer was charged.
      I called delhi reliance appellate authority. at first they held up my call for 10 minutes and disconnected. i called again and a lady spoke to me and she denied that there is no such offer for now.
      I told her that i was told by outlet and customer care, she asked me their numbers.
      I personally went to outlet and told them. they still say that they were told it is not chargeable.

      Then i called customer care and they also said it is not chargeable and told me that i have 100 mb more to use but i have used data as my bill is already inflated.
      How these people cheat, their customer care speaks something else and they charge us for promotional offers.
      Besides i was assured that these charges will be waived off within 2 -3 days and on 11th it will be settled but today customer care called and denied and misbehaved by disconnecting call.

      No one attended.
      These people are unprofessional.

        Internet is not working . In reliance wipod . The customer care is not responding.one of the best cheating company is reliance only... More than 30 mins waiting in call but no one responded . Cheating cheating blaming .. ambani group getting more this kind of way.. ppl are paying bills without usage.. cheating.. reliance.. one advice to reliance group better you ppl go and beg some where around the city ..u not at all good u ppl are uneducated i think so

          Dear reliance (Meaning - not reliable)

          As always you are maintaining the worst ever possible customer service anyone ever faced in the whole world.

          Reliance called me to upgrade to 4g from existing wi-fi pod without giving free upgrade 4g dongle.

          I rejected to upgrade my wifi dongle to 4g since it is not free and now reliance has cut my net connection.
          This is utter nonsense, cheating, fraudulent service by reliance.

          Why the hell i want to upgrade service if it not free???/

          If reliance want to close existing connections, they should provide free 4g dongle for everyone
          Otherwise, existing service should run as it is without disturbance.

          If the reliance does not activate my netconnect [protected], i will be forced not to pay the pending bills and take criminal legal action.

          I already discussed with a high-court judge and he told me that reliance can be sued in crores for this (For every legal complaint).

          If my netconnect [protected] is not active by tomorrow morning, i will start preparing legal documents.

          As always you are maintaining the WORST EVER POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE anyone ever faced in the whole WORLD.

          I already discussed with a HIGH-COURT judge and he told me that Reliance can be sued in CRORES for this (for every legal complaint).

          If my NetConnect [protected] is not active by tomorrow morning, I will start preparing Legal Documents.

              My reliance broadband internet has not been working since 1 july,
              I complaint many time to customer care but they not replying well.
              I have complaint number[protected], now if i call him then customer care says that its not correct phone number/user id/subscriber id.
              So now what to i do, they are not providing services to us.
              I am not satisfied with this, now i am changing in the internet connection.

              You know better to send Invoice bill properly to client but you don't know how to provide service properly.

                    From june 30th i have been receiving emails, sms about 4g activation. as of now it has not been activated. my data card number is [protected]. tried calling toll free number but operators are always busy and i was kept on hold for 20 min. i have send an email too. kindly call or reply via email urgently. reliance is an unproffessional company for promising and not delivering.

                    As of now the 4G is still not working. Reliance staff has also not bothered to call us and update on this issue. The existing CDMA connection has also stopped working. Poor customer service from Reliance!
                    We are working in Alfa transformers Limited. The business is paralyzed due to nonavailability of mobile network in the area. You are requested to restore the network immediately.

                      Attention: this is urgent complain to put forward to reliance 4g dongle communication services.


                      To whom so ever it may concern

                      I jayesh pandya with my new reliance 4g dongal msi number: [protected] and new 4g no msn: mztcdc[protected]

                      Is been waiting since last 45 days to activate my internet and i have made various calls and went more then 6 time to reliance office to inquire of my new internet connection. This is complete not professional behavior from the side of reliance communication.

                      Despite of being old user of releince 2g ([protected]) which was guarantee that it will work life time. You people stop my 2g connection and told me to to buy 4g dont know why we should buy 4g? When you reliance communication guarantee that this is one time investment for lifetime and it work..


                      Further understanding your note, we said ok lets buy 4g communication but is this the way you disturb your customer by not activating there connection for 45 days and making me go to reliance office for 6 time? Am i that free?
                      If you are not capable of providing basic communication then please shut down your communication or dont promote someone to buy 4g.


                      You are simply creating detractor nothing than else. I am making my mind to shift to other communication network and making me push to consumer court to put forwards my complain further on reliance communication because if you dont care for customer we hardly care for you.

                      I hope you take a note seriously and solve this problem

                        I have activated 4g for my reliance cdma and i am able to make calls, however i am not able to receive any calls or sms. i have been a loyal reliance customer since more than 10 years and it is very critical as i have linked this number for all official purposes and bank transactions or credit card transactions. i called their customer care number yesterday they said by 10th july 6pm it will be resolved. today i had chat with their online chat executives twice they say it will be resolved by 11th july 6pm. this is getting very serious and difficult.

                            Hi,

                            I lodged similar request on 28-june-2016 about signal issue. after that i got call from reliance customer care and she suggested few things. we did it but no use.

                            Still gsm signals are not available. we are using 4g sim and not getting reliance signals in rural area.

                            Can you please look into this and resolve.

                            This is really very bad and getting irritate. my family has been using 5 reliance numbers for a long time and all are gsm.

                              My reliance dongle no is [protected].
                              I am really surprised to see how poor is the reliance customer service.
                              I had try to make a payment Rs 2699/- & some how due to connectivity issue the payment could not be made & was unsuccessful. but next time instead of buy now option. It was showing "Your dongle was dispatched, You have already discount 1 time"
                              Then on the next day i called up customerservice no they had given me the email id for to submit my case, I did that and send the mail explaining my case. But Guess what no response...

                              I waited for 2 days then i mailed the cutomerser sevice, there also i did not recive any response.

                              I was really surprised to see how inefficient there work force is ? While there competitors are so aggressive in grabbing customers and here i could see the case that Rcom not taking any steps to retaining there old customers.

                              Even though I had paid the price of reliance dongle which is as good as throwing it in dustbin as they have stopped the service in the process o[censored]pgrading to 4G, with out giving any such confirmation that the service would be stop. Upgrading process of 4G is itself is like a disaster.

                                I was having cdma mobile connection, reliance kept on requesting to change into gsm network, i did so, i bought a new gsm handset and inserted new gsm sim, but i am not getting incoming calls either to me earlier cdma handset and my new gsm handset

                                I have lost two days business due no incoming calls to my mobile no.
                                This is utterly due to the irresponsible service from reliance
                                I have tried to call customer care numbers, none of the customer care numbers resolving my problems

                                    I had a cdma connection no [protected], which will be converted to 4g sim after paying inr 130 to the reliance web world, haridwar, uk on 6-6-16 (bill attached).

                                    The r-world employee had told me that i will get if i pay 130 rs then i will get 10gb 4g data on my above mentioned no. but after one month, even till today i do not get any 4g data that was promised to me by r-world executive.

                                    Yesterday, when i call to customer care, the executive says no free 4g data will be given to you. i guess this is the cheap activity done by reliance employee to misguide me.

                                    Kindly recharge my mobile with 10gb 4g data, or return my inr 130 because this charge had taken by your employee to provide it instead of providing sim at its nominal cost or free.

                                      My prepaid sim was not receiving signal at my home.

                                      I am not able to call and i am not able receive any calls at my home.
                                      I cant even receive important calls also.
                                      so resolve this complaint as soon as possible.
                                      otherwise i will port my number to another network.

                                        Hi, My broadband subscriber id[protected] is dead since last 4 days, logged multiple complaints but your customer support system som how close those complaint stating resolved without confirming with customer, and again they register new complaint for same issue and ask to provide 24 hours time for resolution. now frustrated calling customer care every 3-4 hours and providing same issue details and badly receiving same scripted response and assurance to provide best service. are you serious about customer service ??? reallly ???

                                        also no escalation contact available. Worst...worst...worst broadband ever and customer service.

                                        now logging request for disconnection.
