I have reliance 3g dongle ([protected]). there is no network coverage of reliance operator in region where i am using it and whenever there is any coverage it barely touched speed of 10-15 kbps.
So i requested them to discontinue this number by calling customer care on (4th june 2016) and received complaint number[protected].
After 4 days dongle stopped getting network, so i obviously assumed that number has been discontinued.
But couple of weeks later a friend told me to get it verified from cc as "reliance do not disconnect postpaid numbers easily".
So i called cc on 18th june 2016 and i got to know that reliance did not disconnect my number and reason was that i told them not to.
I never received any call from reliance regarding that and they continued my number without my permission.
And when i told them again to discontinue cc agent logged fresh request for disconnect[protected] and same cycle repeated.
They did not disconnect it the second time either.
I am really tired of 3rd class service of reliance.

    I have requested the termination of my reliance net connection ([protected]) on 8 january 2015 as per letter attached. I have paid rs 1, 110 as a final settlement (The lady said the payment includes arrears + 7 day rate).

    My issue is not addressed. I am still receving calls regarding payments and your Reliance people call every day, they don't have any idea about my account except tobask for payment. One of the Reliance personel called and asked me to forwared my compalint to 'datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com, but I have not received any reply from them. She even suggested that I should only use the Reliance site to complain and not on other social webs.
    Do you call this addressing the issue?

      Hi my name is shoib mehdi from mandya city and karnataka state and i am the reliance regular customer for 2 years. actually i am reliance wipod from last 5 months with a plan o[censored]nlimited 3g so it is working great, but from last 2 days there is a network problem, the device is not connecting for properly because the net for a whole day it is only connects for 35 to 40 minutes and then it is not disconnected for full day, so i contact to reliance office mysore and they told me that reliance 3g connection removing and u have to buy 4g sim and reliance 4g wipod device and upgrade for same plan o[censored]nlimited data with high speed, so i buy a 4g sim on jun 28 2016 and for 4g wipod device they told me that you come 1 week later i will give you so i am going tommorow to buy 4g wipod device but today they told that on august 25 the 4g connection will be activated until that you have to face that problem for 1 and half month because the network of reliance wipod 3g can not be resolved so please i can't wait for 1 and half months because i am a medical transcriptionist from medsoft india pvt for nuance usa company so i need internet for 24 hours with high speed because low speed can not handle usa software for my work so please whether you solve this network of 3g wipod device or please activate the connection of 4g in mandya city state karnataka because reliance office mysore they told me that on august 25 2016 the 4g connection will be active so please help i need net very urgently because every day i can not take holiday so please resolve the problem before tomorrow after noon whether it is not resolve on tommorow afternoon i definitely lose my job so please the problem soon. my phone number is [protected] and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. please inform after resolved.

        I have recharged twice and both the time my balance showed inr 0.13p. till now i have spend total 300+75. my actual was around inr 50. currently, my balance is zero.!!! i want the company to resolve it urgently, since it is my business number. i need to make calls but i cant due to zero balance. whenever i'm recharging, its showing zero balance. without any notification, reliance has been deducting my balances. it such a fraudery. never expected companies like will work in such a deceit manner. i cannot recharge further because every time i recharge, it shows zero balance. its absolutely ridiculous consumer experience got frm ril. i have total five ril connections at home, will change all connection to different competitor companies. will also ensure that i spread this incident to all my friends and relatives.

              Dear sir,

              My name is deepak, i have a reliance broadband connection on my sister's name kishori patil. From last 5 months we are not using the connection.. Several times we call customer care no for terminating the connection (As usual taking 15 mins wait time.)

              Now they are sending bill every month. Last month we paid 1500 rs as per there suggestions to terminate final time.. But again this month they sent new 1500 rs bill. Not getting how to deal with this matter.. Local people calling again and again for the to pay the pending amount..

              Every time some new charges.. New reason for bill. Now they are asking 1500rs for terminating the connection.. If not paid they will again send the bill.

              Please help resolve this issue.

                      I have written to Reliance and I spoken to four of their agents..
                      The issue is: Internet connection or as in my case NO CONNECTION.

                      This is a warning to other potential customers..

                      1. The agents on the phone are very rude, demeaning and essentially NOT helpful...plus they hang up on you.
                      2. They take the money upfront
                      3. There is NO response to emails nor follow up.

                      It is frustrating that a large company like Reliance gets away with cheating their customers..

                        When i done my mob no mnp from reliance cdma to gsm, they commit for 499 unlimited plan, but they activate some other 499 plan, from last two month they play with me .
                        I already complain in customer care, their main office in orissa, talked with their sales manager .

                            Ever since i bought reliance wi-pod, it has never worked properly. Sometimes, it wouldn't connect and other times there wouldn't be any internet speed. Several complaints were made by me and there were always false promises by reliance personnel that it will be rectified soon or our experts will call you but i never received any such calls later. I then decided to terminate the connection. I have placed numerous calls and i was just on their hook because they told me to visit branch offices which i did, then asked me to call at such an such time which i did, branch executives told me to write emails which i did. But nothing worked. There were no responses to several of my emails at first. When i escalated the issue i received a written response that my number will soon be terminated but then it wasn't terminated. Then, on 25th of april, 2016 i wrote an email followed by various requests, which i am copying here below.

                            "hi team,

                            As mentioned in below email, i raised request to terminate this connection on 7th march, 2016. Seven days after that (On 14th i believe) i received a call from reliance customer care and it was agreed that i don't want to continue this number. Thus, i received another call few days after that where in it was made clear that my number would be terminated. Thus, i received an sms on 21st march, stating that my service request #[protected] has been processed and resolved.

                            I was told that reliance stops billing customer effective 7 days following the day of termination request (Which should be 14th of march). But this didn't happen and i received another bill of rs. 286.25 (250+taxes), which is for the entire month.

                            I reached out to reliance customer care via call and the customer care executive told me that this would be the last bill and he agreed that the bill is misstated and should have been prorated till 14th of march. He asked e to visit nearest reliance store to get a waiver on my march bill because he wasn't able to submit a waiver request on my behalf.

                            So, i visited reliance store in sector-9, rohini, delhi near d. C. Chowk. I was told that my number is still active (In april) and that he denied outright to submit a waiver request and informed me that"i will have to pay entire march bill for 286.25 no matter what"and that i will also have to pay bill till date if i want to get this terminated. He told me that i need to visit reliance store again next day because there are some issues with this which he needs to clarify from his senior. So, i went again next day to reliance communications and guess what, the store was closed that day. Then i went again the following day and he told me that he cannot do anything about it and that i will have to call customer care to get this sorted.

                            Now,
                            1) why was march bill not prorated?

                            2) even if there was error on march bill, it is not my responsibility to request for a waiver. Why didn't i receive a revised bill with correct amount when i brought this to notice of reliance by calling customer care centre?

                            3) why are reliance personnel so confused and provide contradictory statements?

                            4) who will pay me transportation cost of rs. 160 for 3 days that i uselessly visited reliance communications because of reliance's screw up.

                            5) why is reliance so incompetent in reaching to solutions and providing necessary reasoning and logic while dealing with customer complaints?

                            So, please get this straight now. I will not pay a single penny to reliance for this bill unless,

                            1) i receive a revised march bill prorated to 14th march and rs. 160 adjusted in that bill which i accuse reliance for.

                            2) i receive a written apology from reliance for all this mess and a written confirmation that my connection is terminated with this being the last bill.

                            3) if after adjustments (Mentioned above) the bill turns out to be negative, reliance will be liable to pay me the refund.

                            Also, please note that it is not my responsibility to request for a stupid waiver, reliance is accountable for this mess.

                            There is no reliance on this company.

                            Unthankfully,

                            All of my bills for the month prior to the date i was requesting to terminate were paid. Above email was not acknowledged by reliance. They kept sending me bills till date which then i didn't pay because they are failing time and again, not me. I received a couple of calls from them that i have not paid the bills, i didn't ignore any call and asked them politely to please read my emails directed to datacard. [protected]@relianceada.com. Also told them the respective dates of the emails. But they neglected to acknowledge the emails. Now, today on 7th july, i have received another email which is threatening even though it's all reliance's fault. Below it is:

                            "dear sir
                            Sub: your mdn no [protected]. & caf no.[protected]

                            We wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts :

                            1. Reliance communications limited is a body corporate duly registered under the companies act, 1956, and in business of providing mobile telecommunication service, under license from govt. Of india, ministry of communication and department of telecommunication
                            2. That you subscribed to the telecom services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the customer application form (Caf) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
                            3. In lieu of the telecom services availed under this agreement and the handset provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
                            4. In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and sms messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to rs 781/- in accordance with the terms and conditions of the caf, you were under an obligation inter-alias to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
                            5. That under the circumstances we are constrained to terminate your connection and take the handset in our possession
                            6. Further, you are requested to make immediate payment of the outstanding usage amount of rs 781/-and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 3 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk as to costs and consequences. The aforesaid legal action may result in your imprisonment, attachment of your assets/properties etc.
                            7. Please note that interest @2.5% per month on the aforesaid sum of rs. 781/- shall be charged from the respective due dates till payment of realization.


                            If there is any other issue pending you can contact on the below mentioned number or write back to us.
                            Note: if you have already paid the bills, then please inform the same with receipt no. To ridhima singal ([protected]) between (Morning 10.00 am to 6.00pm)

                            I am not sure how this should be treated and why i should be the one to pay because of mess created by reliance.

                            All i want is the request dated 25th april (Email) to be processed first to terminate the connection effective 14th march, 2016 and process my refund, and then all the communications and processes will be nullified effective 26th april.

                              Hi,

                              I received a call from a no: "[protected]" stating several offers from Reliance and I agreed upon the Rs 299 plan and agreed to port my idea no [protected]. A guy named Pulak Purkait came to my office on 21/6/2015 and took my PAN and Voter Id copies and my Photograph too with signatures on the CAF and documents. I am sending the SIM card and the Acknowledgement form as an attachment.

                              Till today there is no response from them and now no one is picking the call on the no [protected].

                              Please look into this.

                                We have more then 10 reliance dongle and they are saying migration process is under process so we are not able to provide internet and we are suffering from heavy business loss, today they told you can complain with my name anurag singh TRAI or any one can not able to do anything we are not going to register your complain not ready to give any relief and even we need more time to make it active so where ever you want to complain for us you can, we are mailing and complaining from last 30th may on ward we have sent 6 time complain mail all most call 100 time i have paid 1000 rs for calling applet authority to talk but then also my problem is not solve i have activated 2 numberi n 4G and bought 4g Dongles to before 46 days my Data-card nos.                                     I had purchased broadband plan by reliance sell executive after installation his connection work for good but after one week conection start connecting disconnecting so from 24 hours it's only work 4-5 hours correctly I copmlain about it to consumer forum and they say we will fix it in 24 hour but in actual they take 12 days to fix connection after this again it work fine for one week after that it start same issue I complained again to consumer forum now it's over one month my connection is still dead but reliance is sending bill to me and asking for pay this bill. I email regarding then I got this message
                                    "Your services are temporarily suspended due to non payment of previous due amount of Rs. 1565.01/- for the bill dated[protected] Hence, we request you to make the payment at the earliest in order to restore your services."

                                    So he want from me to pay money for their dead connection but not interested to resolve issue and make it in working mode.

                                    So friend beware from purchasing broadband from reliance they will only stole your money by name of installation fee and service take but you will never get a service from reliance

                                    Reliance is third class company if you ask for services.

                                    I am thinking to move for consumer forum to get back my all money because it's happen with me 2 time

                                      I have been compalining regarding very poor network connection since long time... But no response from reliance.
                                      On 30th June at night I had balance of Rs 168 on my mobile number [protected]... But on 1st July morning when i checked balance.. It was Rs 0... I m continuously trying to call customer care on 198 and 30333333 but always get the route is busy also on response on *333.. Once i got thru to csr... But they say the server is busy pls call after 2 hrs... This is really very frustrating..

                                        I have been reliance gsm prepaid user mob no [protected] for quite sometime now.
                                        For the past one week i have been facing your horrible service consequences which are as follows
                                        1-I did a top up of Rs 120 thrice and Rs 50 once despite having data balance my talk time balance got deducted which has costed me more than rs 500
                                        2-I did data recharge four five times a day but never got the data.
                                        3-I did a data recharge for 750Mb which again became 0 Mb next day which also deducted my balance.

                                        These things have happened before also including which has costed me loss of over rs 1000.

                                        Reliance is famous for their pathetic services as always and whenever you call them they always ask you to call after two hours because of server issue.
                                        Even if you are patient enough to call them thousand times they always say we are sorry for in convenience caused but they can't provide the balance lost
