This connection is in name of bigy john. i get this connection in hope that it will work smoothly and we will get continues services. but unfortunately i was wrong. since the beginning the connection is now working properly. at present it is totally out of order from 4 days and instead of continuous perusing with your office i got only assurance but not working connection. i want to clear that the i have paid total amount in advance.

Will you please let me know by what time it will start working?

    At the time of migration from cdma to gsm 4g, i was charged by rs. 25.0 to provide new gsm 4g sim and it was conveyed by the store authorized person (At reliance store, at neelam-bata road, near - escort hospital, faridabad, hr) that you will get 1gb 3g data along with some free calls for one month and 10gb 4g data after 4g launch. After activation of sim i got 1gb 3g data and some free (As conveyed by the store authorized person) but today (09.07.2016) my phone is receiving lte network (4g) but don't get 10gb 4g data. After that i called to customer care at *333 then they conveyed to me that you will not get any free 4g data from reliance. I wanted to know reason for this but they did not explain.

    As reliance knows that i am using this number from very long time (5~6 years) in cdma, even after reliance is compelling their customers to port their numbers in another operators.

    I request to reliance please don't commit offers, if commit then complete your commitments to save reputation of reliance.

    Also request that please provide 10gb 4g data to me at my number [protected] (As conveyed and committed by the store authorized person at the time of gsm 4g migration)

      4g wi-pod speed very slow

      Hi
      I am a regular user of pro 3 since 1 years and it was giving a constant speed of 1mbps browsing speed. i never had any complain. but recently, after the upgrade to 4g wi-pod. the speed i am getting is very slow. i can't even mention, its giving 100 kbps browsing speed, 30 kbps uploading speed and the downloading speed is 14 kbps. i can't even imagine, how could a service provider can give a speed like this with the postpaid plan of rs1350 per month.

      I told the customer care about my problem, and even deleted all the temp files as per their instruction. but there is no solution until now.
      If you can't provide the 4g speed, atleast give the 3g speed which i suppose to get according to my plan.

        Hi,

        I am gutted with the way reliance communications handles its customers over the past month. This is regarding my netconnect broadband + connection[protected]...

        Last month i had my 799rs 10gb unlimited plan up (Speed down) 10 days ahead of the bill date. I had requested the customer care via all possible mail options to ensure i have a speed booster activated for 1gb... Never got a response till date.

        Then i planned to get my tarif[censored]p to 999 truly unlimited, didn't receive any response...

        And now i have my plan showing high speed 1x speed despite being just 6.7/10gb on the usage report... This is not the first time it has happened, i have complained on this for nearly 5 times, each time i had to spend a day or so correcting this problem.

        This time around, reliance have a lousy customer chat option which is only good enough for the lame advertising those brats do.

        If i don't have my speed back up to broadband/hybrid (The other option), i will eventually quit your network after six years...

        I also need my pack upgraded to 999 truly unlimited, please do the needful...

          This is jitendra kumar, reliance datacard no. [protected] from maharashtra, pune.
          I upgraded to 4g. My 4g sim card no is[protected].
          Finally 4g services started on 5th july after a long wait!!

          I checked my simcard in the newly arrived wipod (Which i got from reliance). 4g services speed is very poor there.

          At begining, for 2 days the speed was very good. Now from the last 2 days i'm not even able to open a single tab in browser.
          If this is the 4g which you people were promising to all indian customers, then there is definitely some very basic problem with reliance communications. They should start everything from the begining. There is no point in re-naming the services as 4g...5g...6g... Without any actual effect.

          Hope, the message is clear.

            This is gaurav, i have reliance cdma number and using on it as postpaid customer, when am starting to use the cdma services the reliance store employees told me that in a some time reliance cdma provide 4g on your cdma connection, in that time he gave me 397 plan and also told me to buy a mobile that work it's evdo network but that time i have no money so i cancel, but after some time reliance send me sms to buy 4g handset honor holly 2 plus from fiplkart.com so am order that but time goes on and reliance doesn't provide 4g on cdma and after some he shut down cdma services and forced us to use reliance 2g, every time when am call reliance care or visit reliance outlet/store he gave me time wait in a shot time reliance give 4g to its cdma customers but he migrate us to its gsm network, so i want to complain that reliance communication make us fool and cheating us, doing fraud to sealing it's gsm network and making money.

            I want give 4g services that he committed and give all postpaid 397 plan offers...

              Hi,
              My dongle number is [protected], I've been using it since couple of years but last December 2015 the service got blocked even though I had recharged it.
              I made 'n' number of calls to customer care regarding this but they never responded, always said we have escalated the issue and we're working on it.
              They asked me to change the dongle so that I can start getting the service so I did that too, by paying 1000 INR and got my dongle changed.Still the issue was not solved and the same problem exists.This went on for almost 3 months and finally frustated I bought a new dongle.Now the previous dongle service was not terminated still they have been charging me with bills and stuff.I was never able to use it as there was no service available and being a postpaid connection I never recharged yet they started billing it. Today I got a call from random number & a female speaking in an unorthodox manner and foul language and said that they have filed a case against me also asked me to visit the court.Now I have not used reliance since last 6 months still they are asking me for money and threatening of case and stuff.
              Please help on it..

                I purchased a new device worth rs 2500 in april last and it was closed on 9th of june 2016 due to migration towards 4g. I called customer care they said if dont migrate y device will stop working so they force me to buy a new 4g device worth rs 899/. I purchased a new device but now its more than 1 month no 4g service stareted my job is facing too much problem i invested lumsum 3400/- rs. And i called many time to customer care but they are not responding with accurate date n time. I already mailed it to trai and got a call from reliance. She said " whats your concern. I told her every thing but she said she cant do anything she was only fullfulling her responsibility to call the customers she dont want to resolve the issue of customer and she also said your 40gb plan will be reduce to 25gb. What the hell is going on with the service. Please refund both of device of reliance wipod and 4g. I want my money back. My data card number is [protected]. My alternate number is [protected]. I think trai is not taking any action on reliance. Please resolve my query asap.

                  I purchased a htc one handset with an emi option with reliance communication in may 2014. The emi tenure was 24 months which matured in may 2016. The emi amount was rs 2599 and the benefit was unlimited data and calls. This was a cdma connection.
                  Now the cdma service is suspended and i have been given a 4g sim card.
                  Thought i have been given a sim card and the telephone works, i do not have any plan. I have spoken with the customer care, written emails, but there is no response. Customer care tells me that 4g service is not launched in delhi and hence no plan can be given. I have been billed rs 1200 for june 2016. I do not understand how a bill can be raised when there is no plan, and no plan can be offered. Customer care tells me that i have no option but to pay this bill.
                  Can reliance resolve this issue.
                  The last i spoke with mr jyoti ram on tel no [protected]. Unfortunately he was rude.
                  Why should i pay a bill when there is no operative plan. I will choose a plan that meets my needs and not pay bills raised on adhoc basis.

                    Thanks for kind information but at first thing i had complain your backend team who was resolved my docket number[protected] without cheke anything else and closed it...
                    (dear reliance customer as per sr[protected] the data usage was more than available data hence correctly charged for data usage.)

                    After that i had call appellate authority he takes my complaint and resolved within 1days..
                    (dear reliance customer sr[protected] is resolved the amount of rs.213.68 has been posted in your ac. for gprs wrongly charged.)

                    Please look into matter and audit this call from quality department and escalated this matter to concern department take action as soon as possible and buzz when i had call 198 they didn't help out me also they excised and avoid the give the number of appellate desk team lead ms. miss ava roy due to system down why i don't know??? again i told you that please forward this mail to external quality team and call back same my number tomorrow before 1pm and resolve immediately..

                    Dear, Reliance Team This is in-from u to that actually I've put a complaint regrading of mobile number +919681691430 is that huge data mb dedicated from last 20 days, so i'm not used properly however data mb already available on my account.. Also I'm using Samsung Galaxy J7 Smart Phone it's a one more ULTRA DATA SAVING MODE obtained also available and no more background apps running here, I'm basically many times using WhatsApp apps so why my data mb huge dedicated from my data mb why i don't know however I'm used 3G service.. Hence, I request u to that actually i've put a complaint about reliance gsm bad service nothing more else totally worst service...It's harassing for me..Please look into matter below given attachment files and help out me, what is the actual problem tell me else take action immediately or need to help backend team any more else and call back my number 24/07/2016 for better information..                       I have recharged my phone on 7th july for roaming pack i. e 92 rs/56days.
                      Today is 3rd day but my pack is still not active. i called 3 to 4 times @ 198 they gave me complaint no and that complain is also resolved as per your record and message but i am still facing the same issue i. e for outgoing 1.20ps/min and 45p/min.

                      But according to pack, my call rate should be for outgoing 35p/min and free incoming.
                      I got three sr no out of these 2 is resolved but i am not able to understand when my pack is not active then how your sr no is resolved.

                      i am not able to understand how to react now.its been 3days and i didn't get my balance back and roaming facility.
                      I am in roaming, not able to receive or place a call due to your extra charges.
                      Outgoing Call rate is 1.15rs/min and Incoming Call is 45p/min.
                      Even i got two message regarding 1st two SR that these SR are resolved.but i am not able to understand the logic behind resolved SR. when my balance is not credited in my account and roaming is activated then how SR get resolved.
                      Now i have to think about portability due to service provided by RCOM.
                      My grandmother is admitted in hospital and i am not able place or receive call.so you can understand the felling that i am going through.

                      I got a call from [protected].he said he is calling from consumer complaint site and want to refund money in my bank account so he want my 16digit debit card no so he can immediately transfer and this is the rule of consumer forum they refund money in account.when i said i am not going to give my account no then he said that we are going to close your complaint without solving.

                        I have been repeatedly raising the issue to the customer care and have been receiving fake assurances regarding resolution.

                        The company is making excuses regarding rainy season and is not providing proper services.

                        Initially the issue was of slow connection which was since last 30 days and lately the connection itself has been lost.

                        This is a highly unethical approach by reliance and needs to be looked at.

                          Good 3g speed, allways give new offers. Now they have 4g also.

                            In the month of june i was also suffering the same issue but fortunately after lodged a complaint from here my problem resolved. now the same issue i am facing again. still, i didn't get the connectivity or any information from reliance.

In 1st and 2nd of August i got connectivity but again same thing continue. now 10th of Aug i got again connectivity but since yesterday i lost the connection. kindly solve my issues at permanent basis as well as give me a viewer.

                            I didn't get the connectivity since july. in August i got it 2 or 3 days but now till today i didn't get the connectivity nor viewer although every day i got message for payment. even my previous payment is clear.

                            Now my internet is working fine since yesterday but unfortunately reliance customer care denied my viewer request they said viewer have been provided of Rs.143.00 even I didn't get the net from July. In August I got only 1-2 days net connectivity as well as my past dues cleared already.

                                  For [protected] i have already made a payment of rs. 1740 on 5/12/2015. But still i am getting call from different numbers that i have not made payment and a legal action will be taken.

                                  This is very bad that reliance company is doing like this. Today i got call from [protected] saying she is a advocate from delhi and case is lodged.

                                  Hope that this issue will be solved and i wont get any call for this in future.

                                    I was got messge in my mobile from relience (1gb data recharge with 156 rs)
                                    Then
                                    I did recharge 156 rs amount on 1st july 2016 and get validity 28 days and 700 mb 3g data but i have used 200 mb and suddenly it showing 0 mb. Then i call to customer care number two and three time all executive said system updation is running then call us after 2 hours and 24 hours and didn't register my complain.
                                    Then i call him on 8 th july one execative her name is sheeta she said we have only 3 day record so we are not able to check your data deduction details.
                                    This mean there is no any proper support getting from customer care also they are not taking my complaint.

                                    O please see in this issue. And return my valuable amount in my number.

                                      Reliance network is down since 48 hrs in Bangalore. I have been calling them since then. Only once they have attended my call. They have kept no on wait for 45 mins and then attended the call. I am paying 1200 per month as a post paid service. I called them many times to cancel because of their poor service. But they just dont do it. They give so many reasons to just deactivate the service. Now they are launching 4G services and they called twice in a day to upgrade to 4G. I had to pay 899 for dongle again. When they can call twice a day to upgrade to 4G why cant they attend the call for complaints. Pathetic service, worst than any other company in India. This is the worst company that i have ever seen. Nobody knows what wrong with their service. Its just a fraud company. Please dont go for Reliance products. These people are a shame to our country.

                                        I am netconnect customer ([protected]) who recently upgraded to reliance 4g. as part o[censored]pgradation plan mentioned on site, every upgraded customer is entitle to get 10gb free 4g data.

                                        This offer is also mentioned as of today on their website.

                                        Now when 4g has been activated and 10gb data is not added in my account, i contacted to customer care and they are saying like this offer was for limited time period.
