I am very frustrated from your unnecessary deduction of balance. as today at 2:30 pm, i had approx rs 38 in my main balance. i have received a message for 'nazgamesub21' subscription without any request. your system have deducted my rs 21 from main balance. i have called customer care. they are ignoring me and said server is down, call to us tomorrow. how you can add any services without customer's request. this is happening with me many time. please revert my balance. otherwise i will change your service.

    I was interested in reliance broadband plans so I made a call to reliance for a new connection and she said you will get a call from the engineer in your area in 48 hrs but its about 72 hrs and still haven't got a call from anyone. So I just want to know if you don't want a customer simply told them that we are not supposed to give the connection just go to hell.
    If this is the situation of the customer support then what will happen after taking the connection.

        I am using a reliance netconnect +. i have requested a plan change to 999 truly unlimited plan (from monthly 2 gb plan). i have already exhausted my 2 gb bandwidth and couldn't connect on high-speed mode. so i have requested for the plan change on saturday (2nd july 2016) and was said it will be done by sunday morning but didn't happen so i raised a complaint with your customer care. they said the issue will be resolved within 6 hours. on my service login page (http://myservices. relianceada.com/loadservicedetailsusageaction. do), i can see that my plan is changed to hsdreliance3_999_unlimited but still, i was unable to connect on high-speed mode (hsd). i have been calling your customer care many times and they say it will be resolved within few hours but still the issue is not resolved. so please resolve the issue at the earliest already it has been almost 5 days. also sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com and got no reply.

          Hi am komal sharma, i am fade up with this connection, every month my bill increasing, last month I paid my bill but again this month my bill increased and when I called costumer care then no one responded, i knw this note is also waste of time but am just doing my efforts and after that I will register consumer complaints legally step, so please short out if you can...

            Please note that it is very unfortunate to learn that the way Reliance Communications is looting money from people.
            A guy called me and asked me to port me to reliance postpaid from Vodafone . He explained me an attractive plan of Rs. 699/- and asked for documents and 300 rs as well.
            He sent an executive and took Rs. 300/- from me.

            Now it has been more than 10 days.
            Still there is no response from anyone.
            Moreover the guy who called me is not answering calls anymore.

            Please observe on a very serious note that if no prior judicious action is taken within two days I will be forced to take legal actions against Reliance for such fraudulences.

              Dear team,

              Your customer care office and your oulet officer are irrespocible for giving any reply to the customer, as per there knowledge they think every are the only one to know the telecommunication industries other customer dodn't know about services in telecommuinication industry.

              I was given complaints yeterday night regarding my bill payment. clearly told your customer care officer i have not receive any mail confirmation or any sms confirmation about my monthly bill than i would have pay before the due date than to you bardding my network connection and outgoing and incomeing call facility, how can you do that?? if it is your mistake than you need to check 1st and give at list 24 hours while disconnecting the services.

              Today morning i have paid my bill at dombivali gallary your officer told sir it will take 3 hours to activate this line. i said ok for me but make asap. after 4 hour still the service has not activate. such a irrespocible officer in your galary they ask me you need to wait another 4 hours. to active this. i know in service industry there is coman reply sir "there was systemm issue that is why the payment confirmation not updated in back office". todays senior i have lost faith in all the service provider why i m using your sim i realy don't know but defenetly i will take necessary step to take this issue with higher management.

              Still waiting for the confirmtaion. your customer care and your galary people have reply plkease follow the griveances and give complaint but no one resolve customer compaliant. did you see your complaint resolve ratio as per the telecom industry is too loest.

              I will make sure this issue i will take it forward to your senior people at list they also aware. wht is happen in there business.

              Recently, Reliance care can change the the CDMA sim into Reliance 4G but the network of Reliance 4G is not good there was a problem create when we call to anyone. please help me to port the sim into any other communication.

                we took a one year scheme of free reliance calls.under this scheme we can call to any reliance no for free.we took this scheme when our number was registered as cdma, then they switched our numbers to gsm and they scrapped all our schemes.we also took a scheme of call reduction which is also scrapped.our nos are[protected], [protected]
                and also i have complained several times before regarding deposits of no.[protected] and [protected] and[protected](mobile nos are converted to prepaid).and their concerned person mr.bajrang kadam and mrs.madhuri patil called us but they didnt pay heed to me and didnt cooperated with me
                sir/mam i would request you to take serious note of it and penalise them as they try to cheat everytime and very poor service

                  I had recharged my broadband + with rs.3000 on nov 2015, from that i got 1gb each month lifetime pack. since 23 june 2016 i didn't go any gb. i contact to reliance office they told us to transfer my no to reliance sim and i will get that 1 gb in my sim till 1 july 2017, till then i didn't got any gb. when i contact to reliance office they are not listening and telling me to purchase reliance net setter. but i have net of idea.. plz i[censored] can't give me that 10 gb 4g on my sim atleast provide me that 1 gb data.

                      As Reliance GSM got upgraded to 4G, in my area there was no network for 4G, So i asked request for termination of my data card, now unnecessary every month my bill is coming, but my data usage is 0.As it is postpaid so from the month of may i am calling and sending mail to reliance people but they are not at all taking any action towards it.
                      I spoke to customer care people, i spoke to escalation team, but no one is helping me in solving this issue and still datacard is not discontinued and still my bill is coming every month

                        I have stolen my mobile and I try to communicate with reliance customer care but no any number are working, I am surprised that I have also lost my BSNL sim at same time and I get BSNL sim with in same day, but Reliance sim I did'nt get till now due to no any costumer care centre.

                            Sir/madam
                            I am facing a lot of difficulty in using the reliance sim card. i have already submitted no of complaints which were resolved but again the problem remains in your system or you are deliberately sucking the blood of kashmiris.
                            On 5th july 2016 my problem regarding deduction of balance was resolved at about 1:00pm. but at 4 pm i faced the same problem.
                            I have a main balance as well as data balance of 81 mb in my no. ([protected]). while surfing the internet, it got disconnected and then i checked my balance. there remains less main balance but the data balance was exactly the same.
                            Then i connected to the internet and i found that my main balance is deducting from my account instead of data balance.
                            I called to the customer care. but unfortunately i was told "that the system or link is down we cannot check your account please call after two hours". (the customer care executive is saying this since last two months as i have already complained this in previous complaints). then after when i tried to make a call to the customer care executive, i find that my no. was barred from the service.
                            So please tell me what should i do next?

                                I am not able to find any network in my postpaid connection at usia, dildarnagar district ghazipur however prepaid connection shows full network here, my connection is from u. p. west and i am at u. p. east.

                                I have also registered a complain in customer care on 2 nd of this month but no follow up has been made till the date from your team.
                                I have also search network manually but result is zero.

Then I tried on the phone by contacting the customer care where she takes every detail of mine and after that she said that in 48 hrs there would be a call from the technician and he will connect you to the broadband but, same results nothing happened. So I just want to know if you don't want a customer simply told him that we are not supposed to give the connection just go to hell.
                                  If this is the situation of the customer support then what will happen after taking the connection.

                                      I recharged my account with main balance and tariff cutter and my main balance got exhausted. Then y to recharge with rate cutter. I tried to many numbers but no number is giving an option to talk with customer care. Please refund my balance as soon as possible. And y your network is not giving notification that your data pack is expired. Due to lack of information about whether my net pack I lost atleast nearly 500 rupees till now. Please refund my lost balance

                                        The very next day they called me and informed the UPC code and sent a mail almost after a week, any way thanks Indian consumer complaints forum . Also i want to make a point that Reliance has started to migrate from its cdma services in mobile to 4g.There is a lot of inconvenience faced by the existing users.I have 3 cdma mobile handset in the family with rcom services. Although they are saying 4g sim cards are being given free of cost the frachises are charging Rs 25/-as replacement, The other thing is what happens to these hand set Is all this an e-waste? If we need to buy a new handset then for what reason we should rely on your service.Good by Rcom you guys cant always fool people Once again THANK YOU consumer complaint forum
