Complaint marked as Resolved The very next day they called me and informed the UPC code and sent a mail almost after a week, any way thanks Indian consumer complaints forum .
Also i want to make a point that Reliance has started to migrate from its cdma services in mobile to 4g.There is a lot of inconvenience faced by the existing users.I have 3 cdma mobile handset in the family with rcom services.
Although they are saying 4g sim cards are being given free of cost the frachises are charging Rs 25/-as replacement, The other thing is what happens to these hand set Is all this an e-waste?
If we need to buy a new handset then for what reason we should rely on your service.Good by Rcom you guys cant always fool people
