The internet by reliance is always a problem since i have started. Always it gets no signal and disconnected. Too many times file the complaint again and again and says it will be resolved within 24 hrs. It takes 3-4 days and when it starts, shuts down again in few minutes. Again file the complaint... And keep going like that.
Now its not working since five days, complaint id[protected]
Id[protected] please resolve this immediately.

Please do not give enough reasons to customers to go with another service providers.

After 15 days, when the net stopped working, The company sent technician to repair the wiring fault, they tried for two days and sorted. But my net was stopped and did not work for 15 days, it was a problem. thanks anyway!

Just calling me that your issue will be resolved soon, Doesn't solve the issue. Still nothing has been done. What's going on. Nearly two weeks gone and I am working with another service. This is not a solution. When the payment date will come, you will start it for a day and ask for payment, than again same thing. This I have experience from last payment. Last month was not working and payment date 29th june, It worked, I paid and just after that stopped working. I will not pay this time until you issue a fee waiver for this.

Now it was working on 11th july just one day and again stopped working. I don't know what is going on. Just stop this service and cancell my subscription. This hectic for all time, I dont want.

Please cancell this subscription number[protected] with immediate effect.
Bad service
I have been given a new complaint id[protected] again and requested to give a last chance.
The person says it is a technical problem which can occur any time, My question, does it have a limit to occur or just keep giving this excuse and run the service 5 days a month and keep customers annoying. Technical issues occur once or twice a year. not every day or second.

    Force to buy the Reliance 4G LTE Wipod device on 4th of June, 2016 as my Reliance NEtconnect Broadband stopped working. Till date the 4G service is not enabled. No customer care support. Reliance centres first told that the service will start from 25th June, 2016, Then it was postponed to 1st July, 2016 at 9.00am . But still no connection. Again went to Reliance centre for enquiry. The reply was it will start within 3days. Another 3days passed, till no connection. How can a company like Reliance be so unethical? Are they only there to extract money from customers without any giving any service? Furthermore there is no response from the customer care . HORRIBLE SERVICE. Let me know how can I give back the Wipod Device and get back my money.

        My self ajay kumar varun and i am old customer of reliance net connect and my old cdma number was [protected] and new 3g number is [protected], i have paid all the due amount of pending bill of reliance (rs-2278), on 4th june i have paid rs 2000 at reliance outlet at chandigarh, sector 37 branch and next rs-278 is also paid online through my sbi debit card and transaction number is[protected], but after all this now i have received an message that my rs 278 is pending and next bill of rs 938 is also pending, but which is the base of this outstanding and where is my payment which was deposited by me. from last 3 days i have called reliance customer care but they have not able to give me any satisfactory answer, so now i want to close this connection.

        Please do the needful

          On 5th july 2016 at 1.00 am i got a msg that adpaystrmg mly subs services activated in my mobile. though i have not subscribed such services. i call on 198 to refund the amt and unsubscibed this services. they say aapke no. pe subscribed ho haya hai hum kuch nahi kar sakte paisa refund nahi hoga service band kar sakte hai. when i asked him to transfer the call to superior person i want my money back. they put the call on hold then disconnet the call. i frusted with the responce o[censored]r representative.
          Just i want to say please refund my money. if not the reply with the detail why then i decide to what to do

            I am customer of reliance netconnect CDMA data card member since last 5 to 6 years. My CDMA is not working since 30th May 2016. I have purchase new 4G SIM and wipod in last month. It was told by Reliance Officers that 4G services will launch on 25th June 2016 but it was not started, thereafter it was told that it will start from 1st July 2016 still its not clear whether it is launched or not. I have never anticipated such a worst communication from Reliance. I am rather disappointed to be still associated with Reliance network just because I have spend Rs.899 on purchasing wipod, which they should have given free of cost. I wish I could use more harsh language but having knowledge of Law I am not using the same. Reliance have caused serious mental harassment and agony to me.

              HELL SIR, i got a call from reliance communication on 29 june 2016 from [protected] to change my no. to reliance post paid, next day on 30th he send a boy for collection of documents and 300 rupee, after collecting money i got a call on 03/07/16 from[protected] she asked me for address verification, i explained but after 2 hours i recieved a message that verification incomplete pls contact salesman, i tried calling salesman but he had not recieved my call, even customer care also not giving satisfactory answer, my no.[protected](to be ported)and contact no. [protected](ravi), please solve this issue either i have to lodge a FIR for misusing my documents.

                i used reliance cdma number [protected] .twenty days before without any further information my sim has stop working.when i approach to reliance care to resolve my problem, they said that "the cdma network of reliance is permanently close in your area you have to switch you mobile no cdma to gsm network. they asked me to submit one passport size photo and a photocopy of your address and identity proof document same day i have submitted all document they required .till after 10 day my number was not activated by reliance care shop executive .then again I went to the reliance care shop they said that due to human error your documents for mnp are lost., kindly again submit your document, .same time i submit.
                Now after one week my mnp was not done .

                    Pls help, Reliance Company took 2 year advance money for providing free Internet Free Calling in Sept 2015, now at shut down of Reliance CDMA network they want to close my internet service for which they took money.                     My personal advice to you pls Ask all the AMBANI's to sit outside Mandir's and beg money with ppls this Suits all AMBANI family rather than giving fake commitment and collecting Money from ppl

                      I want to file a complaint letter or want information from department of telecommunication regarding telephone/mobile that when from 22nd may 2016 to 6th of june -2016 may cdma mobile is converted to gsm, and it has already taken long time, after converting cdma to gsm many customer are facing problem, i am one of them. reliance company committed with me that same plan will continued after conversion to gsm 4 g but they are not doing so, my plan was 899 rs plan in which 100 hr monthly was free but after around 16 day mobile is not working 22nd may to 6th of june-2016 6th june afternoon working start but received my bill rs.1034.00 as per discuss with company staff i have given rs.200 special discount & bill charges pro rata basis i have many time call or email in reliance but not respond as on date please look into the matter and provide me compensation, and take necessary action regarding this.

                        Since 5th june 2016 reliance has discounted the service of my earlier cdma data card [protected]. till date my internet service held up and i could not connect any internet services. as per your notification, i have registered for reliance 4g and i got new 4g sim with new wi pod - lte on 20th june 2016.

                        Unfortunately it is not activated due to pending of migration problems from cdma to 4g.

                        Since the cdma services has been stopped by you, you have to waive off the bill amount which you sent me on my email.

                        You are kindly requested to do the migration from cdma to 4g at the earliest and waive off the bill sent from 5th june to 26.06.2016 and further up to the activation of my 4g data card no. [protected].

                          Despite several complaint still my money has not been refunded, and customer care is very irresponsive and hiding some where.
                          Customer care has promised lot to escalation through mail, but each time i post a complaint i get the same response from them.

                          I had reqested for reliance wired broadband connection, and after initial feasibility check, i submitted my cheque on 20/04/2016 for Rs 1480.

                          After which i got a call form technician stating that connection will not be feasible to my location and my amount will be refunded in 31 days.

                          I havent recieved my money yet and when i registered a complaint to customer care, there is no reply from them.

                            I have recharged my number ([protected]) with rs.93 on 4th of july for 2g net recharge offer which show the offer on *129# recharge rs 93 and get 10 gb data for 28 days and got only 500mb data for 7 days.
                            I have tried to solve the problem with so called customer care representative of reliance communications, first time i will talkm to vimlesh and it will say that iproblem solved within 00.30 hrs after 4 hrs again call to the custumercare but every time they always say that your problem is solve with in 2 to 3 hrs. my comlaint number is[protected].

                              I have received a message from reliance offering recharge of 79 and getting 220min on all calls valid for 28days. I subscribed this offer but i have not got any benefit of this offer even though i got message of successfully subscribing it. When i contacted the customer service center i have told that my subscription lapsed and i will not get any refund on my subscription of rupees 79. Kindly acknowledge my queries as soon as possible.

                                They had given false information that by recharging with amount RS 178 it gives unlimited data for 28 days when I recharged it I only got 2.5 Gb for 28 days so I kindly request to u that plz do something about it and give me justice ...why they are giving false information about their products it's responsibility of the company to fulfill what they are offering not to just betray them ...

                                  With due respect I would like to inform you that I had subscribed a Reliance prepaid CDMA connection in 2007 the no, being [protected]. In 2013, I had switched over to post Paid tariff and it continued till April, 2016. As Reliance CDMA had declared to shut off their connection in Katwa belt, I had applied to switch over to Reliance GSM connection through PORT. My Reliance GSM Connection started on and from 20/4/2016 and it continued uninterruptedly till 28/4/2016 and then it suddenly got snapped out. After fulfilling a few more formalities it was restarted on 8/5/2016 and continued till 11/5/2016, from then the connection has been totally blocked. I had made contact with the Burdwan Reliance Executive Ajitav sir, Reliance Tower manager and Saktigarh Reliance officer Priyanka Madam several times and now they do not intend to make contact with me and they fully non-co operate with me.
                                  As I am govt. service holder, my no [protected] is very important to me because it has been given to all necessary places. I desperately need to retrieve the number. I wish that either Reliance restores my connection or port the number so that I may switch over to some others service provider.
