Dear sir
My name is pradeep nath my mobile no. is [protected] on dated 12th of apr’16 i have received a sms from reliance that we will be closing cdma services. but at that time i am travelling. on 30th may’16 call from your customer care the your cdma services is going to close so take the sim from nearest reliance store. that time i was travelling in patna, i went to reliance patna office to take the 4g gsm sim. they have filled some forms and say to send sms to 1900 to port this no to cdma to gsm 4g i did that. on 2nd of june i received a sms from reliance that “dear customer, your address verification status is negative. ask your sales point to revivification to avoid service disconnection “that i call reliance 198 to confirm but they are saying there is no issue. than once again i received sms from reliance that “cdma users pls dial *228 before televerification” 3rd of june once again i receive sms from reliance that “dear customer your new sim is ready for activation. pls insert the new sim by 11.51 pm -12:51 am on 3/6/16 your services will be resumed on successful televerification.
But when i inserted the sim there is no response. after three day i called 198 to check what is the issue they told me that your no is terminated. then i call patna reliance executive mayank verma [protected] he told me that because you are not in coverage area that is why this has happened i will resume your services after one day my mobile no [protected] is activated. but all of the sudden i received a bill from reliance side. then i call 198 once again they told me this is a new no and you have to pay the bill.
But before porting the sim to gsm i have taken the unlimited plan rim_24mar_zeroplannw of rs. 17500/- for two years from your company and some rs 322 is still cr in reliance account.
I visited bhopal reliance office for the same but they are saying we can’t help you in this.
Plz tell me what is my fault??
Now once again my phone has been disconnected.
This is total harassment plz resolve my issue.

Once again it is really big harassment which I am facing to resolve my mobile no([protected]) issue.
As per your mail I have visited reliance store Bhopal (dt 1/8/16) to submit my papers they have taken my paper and given me one sim no.[protected] IMSI no. [protected] by charging Rs 50/- and assured me that your no will start working within 7 days. Then I received one SMS from your side to “visit Bhopal Mobile Store C Block Mansarover Comp. between 11 to 4 PM for issue resolution of Mobile No [protected]”.
I have visited and waited till 2 o clock but no one come there to resolve the issue, there I got Mr. Ashaish ji no ([protected]) I talk to Mr Ashish so many times but at last I my issue is not resolved.
Plz expedite this case because this no is attached with my all bank and due to this I am not able to do and bank related work.

    Totally fraud company ... first they tell us to port from cdma to gsm before 31may .. and then when it to 4g activation they stand no where... no one whether it be customer care .no one is giving a approx date of activation pf 4g in up east... i am surely gonna bring dis case into notice of forum department and i am sure i will be getting support ... at d last if reliance is not capable of running company on large scale they should close their business... this company sucks

      I have sent the Mail bellow to Reliance communications but there is no reply or solutions from that side.. I am facing personal and bussiness losses because of this please have a look.


      Dear Reliance!
      My name is mohishekh gupta having 10years old my cdma no. [protected] as my identity in mumbai circle.

      Believe me It was the worst experience related FORCEFUL CONVERSION from cdma to so called 4G network. I was very happy with Cdma because was very much flexible to use your services in prepaid, but you guys restricted alot after conversion. Although I crushed My expensive Cdma phone with no complaints, I thought It's ok, up gradation is for better and started using my 3g Samsung phone. But after today when promo net balance got over then got to know many HIDDEN CLAUSES(like I can't recharge 3g on it as per customer care person) . and finally fully disheartening I am facing here and thinking to PORT to other network finally.

      I am facing alot of problems as following with this sim

      1. There is no options to recharge 3g pacs on same sim (strictly don't want to loose my 3g expensive phone after cdma cell)

      2. Very bad network showing false network but registration problems in few minuts.

      3. Showing Roaming in home network.
      4. My Promo plan is over and still no Tariff out from service provider, what do I recharge to continue?

      If I want use only 3G then why reliance is forcing to use useless and expensive 4g network??

      Why reliance is victimizing the customers like this and loosing the faith with middle class ?

      Who is going to bear the EXPENSIVE MOBILE phone loss?

      Who will provide 4g cell phone and what do I do with existing cell phone? I don't have the courage and budget to purchase 4g phone to continue with your unsatisfactory services (already bearing the loss of Cdma phone)

      With these problems there is no choice left from Reliance side so I m thinking to MNP (but 100% not sure to carry this worthless network)

      Or shall go to customer forums to know what do I do in this situation?

      If reliance still wants to use me 4g network then please provide 4g Smart phone and data packs economy like 3g tariff.

      I am expecting a solid solutions within few hours PLEASE. Otherwise I'll use my customer rights as per IPC.

      but where is the solution?
      I was always against the forceful migration from CDMA to 4G. the caller is saying there is no choice left with this sim if migration is done once. I have to pay 4G charges to continue the services but don't have any 4G cell phone. how come I afford the losses of back to back 2 Cell phones (one is CDMA and another is existing 3G Samsung smart phone )? I don't want to loose existing no. because of service provider's fault. I am a middle class user how come I'll afford the losses to sustain this no.if fault is not mine ?
      either follow the Dictator Rules Of Reliance Or Loose the Oldest no and face the loss in business personal fronts.My question is that who'll going to bear this loss of hard earned money and Mental deterioration?
      there is no way left for me only to go to honorable court of india. I am going there to submit a PIL.

        I am my data card no is [protected] I have been using this data card for last one year but recently I am trying to upgraded it to 4G as per your notification .
        When I was trying to upgrade I got the attached error .

        " Dear Customer, our records show that you already registered with us once before with a different e-mail."


        So I tried contacting no on Screen : [protected] but got no response .

        Then I tried contacting your customer care on[protected] then I was told that my ID was shared with your technical team and they were supposed to resolve my grievance but it’s been more than a week but have received no call from your technical team as promised .

        I waited for you call for two days then I contacted you on same no this time they fooled again saying the same thing I informed them that your last promised the say but there was no interaction yet .

        After this I called again the next day My interaction ID is [protected] he asked me to check after two hours but problem till date exists.

        Then I had mailed you on [protected]@relianceada.com please find attached one sided conversation from my end .

        Still after all this I kept my patience and called you again this time interaction id [protected] I was promised that my issue will be resolved in two hrs and still it persist .

        Then I was supported with following mobile no [protected] [protected] [protected] but couldn’t get through any of them so you had a breathing time of a day as I was busy with these nos.

        Then gathered all the patience I had and called you again this time interaction ID [protected] I was promised that I will receive call back from your seniors but I have grown old waiting for it but not yet received .

        When you don’t have knowledge shared among you customer care .
        When you can’t handle a single client after so much of follow up then how are you planning to do business .

        Kindly resolve the issue fast.

I am not able to connect to my work place . after so much of follow ups and efforts to contact you I was not able to get my issues addressed, Thank you for providing no service and helping chose better product by striking out your firm from the race. Your trying to Sell 4G services but you are incapable to provide 1G service, none of your customer service center have customer database so why you still call them customer center please rename them to customer harsh center.

          Hi

          I am using reliance netconnect. they are upgrading us to 4g. so my current 3g internet has stopped working.

          So they are forcing us to by 4g data card. then what about the cost we have paid for 3g data card.

          Then i purchased 4g data card (because i have no options). then they says that 4g is not active for delhi circle it will be active soon.

          At the last niether they are giving 3 g and 4g but are asking for paying bill continuosly. they harase me by calling 50 times a day if i dont pay bill.

          Please help

            Dear Manager,

            This is totally disgusting that second time in one month the broadband has stopped working.Last on 8th June the same stopped working and started working on 15th of June (almost a week). Since last week again the same has stopped working and Reliance Customer Care was contacted vide following complaint nos:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] for User ID:[protected] on name of Alok Malhotra.

            It is surprising to note that in 4 days these many complaint nos have been provided and each closed by customer care without solving the concern. No one even cares to ask customer if the complaint has been solved or not.

            It is really disgusting and sad to see such poor services provided and will intend to go to some other better service provider with other members of the area.

            I hope that the complaint will be resolved within hours.

                My number is on roaming
                ever since cdma has been updated to 4g netwrok i am having a lot of issues with network connevtivity from past one week my internet services has been stopped.
                As promised 4 g services havent been staryed moreover they have now even stopped my internet services completely
                Am having a lot of difficulty in doing my work as it requires constant internet connection

                A lot of time there are poor network connection despite of having all the bars am not able to talk properly as voice breaks

                I hope it will be resolved soon

                It is looting on npart of reliance that they have stopped cdma service without prior email of telephonic contact with loss of already paidout prepaid money and also not providing new services with very poor service centres.

                      I am subscribers of phone no. [protected]. i have purchased a plan by e - recharge of rs. 4444/- vide invoice no.[protected] dated.[protected] from reliance communication ltd. as per plan your company has sold me the said recharge and committed me r to r 500 minute monthly & life time i. e dt.[protected]. till the company licence valid.
                      Now r com company has upgrade the cdma system and company has stopped the r to r 500 minute which r com company committed me as recharge voucher plan which i have purchased from him
                      I hereby notice r com company continue the r to r minute as committed while sold your recharge voucher or refund the amount rs.4444/- which you have received against that recharge voucher with in fifteen days on receiving this legal notice. otherwise i will take a legal action against the r.com for deficiency of service.

                        My number is [protected] and the offer of 359 rs/ 10 gb 3g are also showing till now. i have recharged with that amount yesterday at 3 pm but the only 2 gb are added till now. what about the 359/10gb. whats the reality of it after showing in my offer. refund my reimbursement amount. how can we trust on that type offer which is showing. contact number [protected]. clear it as soon as possible.

                          My netconnect number is [protected]. consequent to my complaint on[protected], i received an sms on my mobile stating that my 4g services will start from[protected] and i should keep my wi-pod open. however, neither the 4g services has started till date and i have been informed that due to technical difficulties it will take some more time to start the 4g. this is one more case of bluff by your company which may be noted.

                              When I complaint reliance custmore care(3/07/2016), Reliance say problem solve in 4 days but reliance refuse to give money which deduct by wrong call rate charging .

                                  Last month on 6th i lost my data card connection, when i went to reliance shop they told me you have to upgrade to 4g because cdma connection is going to shut. So that i ordered 4g wipod as per your request.
                                  Til now 4g is not activated. When i enqire about the 4g activation, ist thy told it will be activated o 25th of june after that they told 1st of july, today 1st of july til now its not activated. If you dont have 4g connection why do you force me to buy a 4g wipod .

                                        Recently i have upgraded my CDMA sim to Reliance 4G as per the instructions given by reliance. I have bought the new 4G mobile also but till today 4G was not working or activated on my phone. It's more than two months now post migration.

                                        Yesterday i called the customer care they told me that 4G was activated on your sim but you need to upgrade your sim with new software in any of the reliance gallery. I went to reliance gallery at dadar they said 4G was not started yet and there is no such software given to us.

                                        This is what the information available with the customer care and reliance gallery.

                                        I want to know are the 4G launched or not and if launched why i am not getting 4g symbol.

                                        Also i have bought new cdma mobile last year only now its was of no use. Who will pay compensation for this.
