Sir / madam my name is shrijith pillai and my mo no is [protected] i live in jabalpur i have recharge on 01/07/2016 amount 188 in which 149.29 is balance and all local and std call rate is 30 paise /min for 90 days.. but on 02/07/2016 133 rs is deduct without reason. i call c care on 2/07/2016 between 02.00pm 04.00pm and 07.10 and every time executive say that u call after 2 hours so i call 3 times no responce... so plz help i request to refund my balance,, plz...

    Hi, I have a reliance cdma sim, which is now dead because reliance going to shutdown the cdma service.when contact to reliance world they are providing me reliance GSM sim which is not supported to my CDMA set.i can not buy a GSM set, to continue same no.How can they dead CDMA service before 2022, it life time incoming was free.please provide me GSM set to continue the same

        Respected concerned authority I was a CDMA customer and converted to 4G network on 6th of July the sim is activated and I got the balance also . but the 4G network is not there .the sim is working on 2G network and not properly and add to this 3G network is not available for this sim .I also have not got 10 GB 4G data as I was promised.         Brother reliance companies network is very bad and customers service is also if you wait on call max 5 min then call will be disconnect and after some time you'll got a call for abusing.

            Due to up-gradation process of Reliance 4G LTE product, they stop services for Reliance 3G dongle. They did not provide any services for internet speed increase yet.

            When i contact in customer care for complaint, they also don't know the exact date of launch of Reliance 4G in Gujarat.

            They start process for up-gradation for new 4G LTE device which is very costly compared to other devices.

            I already purchase this device before 1 month, but device is not working because of this fraud company.

            Major thing is i did not used my internet services last 2 months because of their up-gradation process, but still my monthly bill is generated.

            Can you help me for refund or claim for my this non operation billing?

              I am using the sim ([protected]) from just 2 to 4 months. In these months i am facing lot of difficulties especially in the deduction of balance. Before this complaint one complaint was already solved and i was assured that you will not face the same problem in future.
              I recharged my No. with data as well as main balance. While accessing the internet I make a call to my friend but I was unable to do so as there was no balance in my phone. I checked my main balance and data balance. Main balance was 0.03 and Data balance was 10.00 MB. My balance was deducted and data balance remains there.
              I have faced such problems many times before and every time Customer Care Executive told me that the system is busy or the link is down we cannot proceed your request at this time, please make call after 2 or 3 hours. When I call them after the said time again the same problem.
              Please tell me what I have to do now.
              Should my No. be discontinued for such reason.

                  I am Abhijit Jichkar. I have reliance mobile since 2004. initially I was having CDMA connection with prepaid facility.
                  I recently requested for post paid and with GSM service.(Since about three/four months) Since then I am observing that at many places within Nagpur and many times at my residence also the connection shows roming symbol. On enquiry at Reliance service centre I was told that due to switching over to 4 G network this problem is prevailing which will be resolved within a week. However, more than a Month passed the problem still persists...
                  I have been charged with heavy bills since two months to the range from Rs 1500/- to 2600/- per month which does not match with my uses at all..

                  I request to look into the matter for if I dont pay for want of clarification, the connection of out going calls and subsequently incoming call gets locked.

                      Rcom forced me to take a new landline phone as it was moving its existing cdma customers to some other service (they also charged me rs.2000 for the new instrument). i got the new landline phone in 1st week of june'16. since then the phone has not worked. it constantly shows "net locked". there is no network.inspite of writing numerous emails to customer care and rcom appellate authority i have not yet received a single response. the phone is as good as a dead stone.

                          Last month on 6th i lost my data card connection, when i went to reliance shop they told me you have to upgrade to 4g because cdma connection is going to shut. So that i ordered 4g wipod as per your request.
                          Til now 4g is not activated. When i enqire about the 4g activation, ist thy told it will be activated o 25th of june after that they told 1st of july, today 1st of july til now its not activated. If you dont have 4g connection why do you force me to buy a 4g wipod .

                          (On 6th i lost my connection, they told me it will not resumed with netconnect+ datacard so i didnt use my net. After i bought my wipod i insert the relianc 4g im into it the network didnt came after enquire they told me your netconnect + was active, the same person told me the netconect + connection will not me resumed forever after 16 days the same person told netconnect + is working.I dont know when you reactivated my number so kindly give the date when my connection resumed?)

                            I'm kalaivanan r (data card# [protected]). i had recharged for data pack of 20gb for rs999/- with a validity of 28 days for my reliance dongle pro 3. from last thursday night 23/06/2016 i am facing an issue as there is no network at all. i addressed the same to reliance rep on saturday (25/06/2016) the rep told that there is a network issue with reliance and promised me to fix the same within 2-3days. i received a sms for my complain, stating they will fix the issue within a day. i had called reliance customer service many times on update on the issue explaining the entire thing and everytime i call they gave me a promise to fix within a day.
                            But its already more than 7 days, today is the last day for validity but absolutely no network at all. i reached the reliance customer service my times and asked them to extend my data validity as the issue is due to reliance. i still have 14gb left on my data card which will expire today but they told they can do the same only for postpaid and not prepaid and they also told me to recharge for another unlimited data to get the 14gb data carry forwarded. i not happy at all. why should i recharge spending another rs 700 or so just for the sake of getting my data carry forwarded for which i already paid. its really bad and no proper call back from reliance every time i should call them and still get a promise until my validity gets over.

                            Hi Still no network. Please call me at [protected] after 7:00 pm or call [protected]. You can also send SMS at above mentioned numbers. I tried to call customer service team there is no one to pick my call. Even if they pick they put me on hold and no response at all. once I had to wait on call for more than 30mins as the call was on hold. Never did I received any call back except for once telling we will check on the issue but no reply. if I am not available to pick the call they can send me a text msg. Why can't the customer service rep inform me that they tried to contact me. they don't provide status on complain when I call. I should always start from the beginning still no issue or update.

                            its already 14days, I have 34GB unlimited data left on my data card. Please extend my validity for lost days and fix the issue at the earliest. I would be happy atleast if you give a proper response and update me on the status. Always its me who make a call and no proper response.

                            If you are not able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it. If reliance is not able to Fix. within 1 day Kindly refund my money back Rs 1998/- I paid to recharge both the month June and July. Hope I get a reply at the earliest. Thanks

                              I've been using Reliance WiPod Mini device for a while now, number of which is [protected], registered under the name of Arivazhagan A. When I bought this device, I was told that I could change the connection to prepaid after 3 months o[censored]se. But, after 3 months the Reliance Retailer refused to do so. Hence, I've suffered a lot.
                              Also, I'm not getting appropriate internet speed in Rajasthan. I've paid all the bills until now.
                              I've been requesting the same Reliance Store ( situated in Rajapalaym, TN ) to terminate my reliance service, but the service is still running. Please, make sure to terminate this service as soon as possible.

                                  Hi i am Durgesh Mishra i had a no of reliance which is port in no but reliance company wrong billed my no for internet using but i dont have getting any information about 100% data consumed but company said you have used 150% data . but i have more question about bill .
                                  Any body have authority for resolutions my issues . otherwise i will show it in the consumer Court and claime .
                                  I am not showing my reliance no but my alternative no is [protected]

                                    I am sanjeev behal resident of ludhiana a proud user of reliance internet broadband services. having my user id[protected] the servives to the above mentioned connection are out of order since 20_06_2016. for which i have logged 5 complaints vide the following complaint numbers

                                    Where as i have called for 135 minutes at customer care but of no use.
                                    My humble question is how many times one has to lodge complaint with reliance to get the problem resolved.

                                      Sir mera reliance GSM number[protected] h.is number par dpecial offer me rs8 ke recharge par sabhi call 30 paise per minute karne ka offer aa raha h maine rs 8 se recharge karne par mujhe yeh offer kewal 2 din ke liye diya h.customer care bata raha h ki y offer aap ke number par nahi h jabki *129# lagane par abhi bhi ye offer bata raha h.Customer Care se COMPLANE likhne ke liya kaha to usne apne senior se baat karwane ke liye mera mobile hold par dal diya.after 35 minute no Customer Care representative attend my call.is prakar reliance bahut se logo se fraud kar chuka h.rs 8 koi badi rashi nahi h.par cheating cheating h chaye 1 rupay ki ho.hamare desh me is prakar yeh company bahut cheating kar rahi h.sunvai karne wala koi nahi h.sochiya agar ye company daily 1billion logo ke sath aesa karti to kitan fraud karti h.365 days me inka fraud kitna bada hota h.reliancdo regularly fraud many people. Hamare yaha bahut kam log internet use karte h unme se bhi bahut kam log apni COMPLANE net par dalte h.phir bhi inki net parbahut sari COMPLANE h.

                                      Sir maine mere reliance GSM par special offer me rs.8 ke recharge par 3o din ke liye r to r local std call rate 30 paisa per minute ka offer aa raha h maine rs 8 se recharge kiya to yeha offer kewal 2 din ke liye diya.customer helpline se baat karne par bhi khuch nahi jo raha h.aor ab to customercare se baat bhi nahi ho pa rahi h.reliance GSM ek cheater company h.yeh pahle bhi kai baar is prakar ki cheating kar chuki h.iske Customer Care adhikari janboojhkar samasya ko latkate h.30 minute tak Customer Care se baat nahi ho pati h.8 rupya koi badi baat nahi h.par vishwas bada hota h.jo yeh company kho chuki h.last i say it is cheating company some one take some action on him.

                                        I had stopped my reliance data card number [protected] (because it was broken) approximately one year back. reliance data card was stopped by your authorized agent of lucknow, mr. anubhav (mobile number 93352592*). he took money around rs 3500 (don’t remember exact amount definitely it was more than the market rate but i gave him because i did not have time and all our doctors from sgpgi lucknow were your customer) in return he replaced it with a reliance wifi data card [protected] and since then i was using your wifi data card. he told he stopped the old data card. i shifted from lucknow to amreli (gujarat) one year back and the internet on [protected] used to work well till april 2016.

                                        Reliance stopped its internet service (cdma) in amreli in may 2016 and i have done almost hundred calls to your customer care line, had done multiple emails to your customer care including mr. aziz shaikh (your customer care office), have visited your customer care at amreli multiple times (was told that there is pro3 problem in amreli, gujarat), have requested your authorized lucknow agent mr. anubhav but he also refused to help.

                                        I asked local reliance to give me 4g equipment but was refused. i was told to upgrade to 4g online, i tried upgrading to 4g but the message was msdn was already registered again, i tried again calling you, writing you mails, visiting your customer care, but nobody helped. i am sure mr. anubhav took 4g updated device on my name and sold it to other. i tried to contact him but after a brief chat he never received my call again.

                                        Frustrated with the bad experiences, i emailed your customer care to stop my data card as internet was not working since may 2016.

                                        Now starts the funny thing, they sent me bill for both my data card number, one of the equipment is not working since may2016 and other data card i don’t have for last one year.

                                        They are threatening me on call everyday (from various phone numbers, mobile number of one of your recovery agent 72106783*. today.

                                        Not only that they sent the bill to my old address and did a court case against me for not paying the bills for a data card which i dont have for last one year!!

                                        Sir don't trust me, just check my data account ([protected]) for yourself and see that for last one year not even 1kb of data have been used! then why do i pay the bill for that number and for other number, you have stoped cdma internet services, neither you are allowing me to upgrade to 4g!

                                        They closed my datacard, though they did not refund my security deposit or the bills which i paid because of there mistake (for a datacard which already i deactviated one year back) Any way atleast they have agreed on this public forum that they are deactivating my datacard within next 15 days.
