I was using Reliance internet 6 months back.As we were shifting to another location i told them to disconnect my connection after paying the that month bill.They said ok and we moved to another location after that i was getting calls regarding bill payment.I had explain them that i had payed last month bill and said them to disconnect it.They said ok and after a month again was same kind of phone calls regarding bill payment.i had blocked their numbers.and now recently one week back i received a message stating that i have to attend lok adalat at pune court.and they gave one number to call.phone number is [protected].i tried to call this number but they are not listening to my words and disconnecting the call.

what should i do now

    Our WLL No:[protected] was disconnected by Reliance without any prior notice on 27/06/2016. We contact reliance on 28/06/2016 and they could not provide us any reason for disconnection, beside being all our bills being paid on time.We have requested reliance thrice to reactivate our number, but till date have no revert been received by us. On 28/06/2016 a representative by the name of Mr. Sudhir, number from which call received :[protected] and he was rude and claimed that INR 100/- for late payment fees was to be claimed by the respective Reliance store, who delayed the cheque processing. We dropped it before the due date.

      Hi,

      This is Suresh Jampana. My reliance sim [protected] is showing no service in my area. I called to the reliance customer care and said that in few areas i am getting the signal and i am not getting the signal in my residence, Chenna reddy Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and also informed that i had another reliance sim which is having strong signal in the same area. Customer care team had replied that we can't take the complaint since another number is having signal and they had replied there is problem with my sim.So i have blocked that sim and taken a new sim with the same number. But still the problem persists. My Bank account is registered with this number because of that i am not able to do a single transaction from my area and this mobile number is my primary number which i have been using from last 4 years. Please take this as a high priority and solve this issue ASAP.

        Hello Sir, my Reliance Netconnect+ Number is [protected]. in may 2016 reliance has stooped the CDMA service in Hyderabad. science then i am requesting to terminate my connection but noting is happening from reliance. on 13th June got a mail asking to provide my details science then all my follow up mails no response. now i got a new bill for the month of may to jun the best part is when reliance stooped the CDMA service and user is not interested in changing the device/needs to terminate connection then how is reliance is bill?
        Hence my request is to get a final bill to pay up and close my account as soon as possible.

          Iam using relience for the past 11 years.Now i am told that CDMA is being changed to GSM, For using GSM SIM I need to have TOUCH screen PHONE.Since iIam comfortable with butten type it will be uneasy to change.Also i Am not in a position to Buy New Phone .Hence I request to do the needfulto retain the old phone with button system and Avail the services through GSM.It will be benificial not only to me but also the crore customers.Expecting a favourable action i Thank you--Stella Doss

              The phone is dead from 1/6/16, have done several complains .and have written to them but no one has repaired till date and now they have send a bill for a dead phone .ph. No 32654941
              When we complain they give us different no .which is not valid .
              On 31/5/16 reliance agent his Reliance ID name Janardhar Yadav 27953571 changed my hello phone CDM 32654941 to GSM [protected] .he has changed the landline phone instrument and have paid him 2000/- for the same .
              The tel worked for 2 hours while he was here after that it went dead .till date it's dead .and bills are being send ...on which if not paid they are charging late fee .instead I would like the reliance company to pay for my business loss as this no is registered for my official work .
              This agent his another name Gyan his mob no .[protected] also is not picking my calls .please help .

                I bought product wi-pod wi-fi internet. However the speed of internet is dead slow sometimes and approached the customer care and appellate authority by phones and mails respectively. I attached speed test image here also and talked to the customer care and share this problem who are not able to give me satisfactory reply of same.

                I am not receiving any reply, acknowledgement from them for my complaints and awaiting to get solution of my complaint.

                  Reliance data card customer support is one of the worst service providers in the world as far as i know. They never have records of customer related information when we are in need of some resolution, however they will have all records related to payments, bill due date, bill amount other than that they don’t mind breaching record retention policy. I really wonder whether this company has one. Such an irresponsible employees never taught to support the customer complaint rather only taught only to say the bill amount and due date to be paid.
                  Let me come to the details of my data card issue...
                  It hardly worked any for quite a long time (Dec 2015 to until termination) when i connect with my laptop which is a brand new with original os and other applications and updated antivirus. This is to say that i have no issues at my end.

                  My reliance data card number is [protected]
                  I made several complaints with the customer care and nodal which they call it the highest level where problems are resolved at or otherwise they will close the relationship abruptly without resolving the issue and torture, ill-treat the customer, not provide proper response rather they ask you what is the problem hundred times and terminate the relationship with customer and ask for money for which they have not served, send legal notice and so on and on.
                  I have few sr numbers and others unfortunately i deleted never know that this cheap the service they will provide. Here are few sr numbers:[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. Also i have with me call recorded voice.
                  The highlighting thing is that i never said the customer care/ billing section/ somebody claimed to be calling from lawyer office that i will not pay the bill rather i said let me pay the bill once the problem is resolved.
                  Highlights:
                  - after several efforts to contact the customer service and direct visit to nearby reliance store (Visit to reliance store situated near ashok pillar, chennai) where they provided the nodal number, they said i will be provided waiver for the bill and for the inconvenience caused.
                  - every time i make a call regarding the same compliant i had to explain in detail about the problem, provide all the sr numbers (Call for at least 10 to 15 mins), i will be asked to be on hold and in sometime call gets disconnected.
                  - wonder whether the company has any record retention policy as per trai
                  - promise that the problem will be resolved in 48 hrs asking all details like residential address, landmark, time at which i will be available etc
                  - customer service/ billing section/ person claiming to call from lawyer office abruptly disconnect the call without listening to what i say.
                  I went through lot of agony and discrimination by all these reliance people as if i am a criminal. For your information, i paid the entire previous bills well before the bill due date.
                  I need compensation from this reliance communications for all the troubles and ill treatment.

                  I received a call from a person representing Reliance (as mentioned in the call). She heard my concerns and said it will be resolved. However, I continue to receive messages to pay off the overdue amount. I clearly told the issue above in the complaint. Could you please look into the problem and get it resolved?

                    But not getting upc code, i also call more the 2 time call to costumer care reliance customer care they
                    Told me send again port message, but now trying to call customer call my my call disconnected, after that unable to connected customer care, as per suggested bye customer care i done. All setting but not receiving upc code. Also goes to sector 10 reliance gallery they also not help, when i was sending port message its showing send successfully, i am very frustrated now,

                      I have been subscribed to two service packs for which i never applied, so see to it that the money which has been deducted from my account comes back there.
                      one of the pack is HdyGoBZSub14 for 14 days
                      Another one is BehtarZindagi for 30 days

                      yesterday at night my balance was 110 rupees and now in the morning it is about 60 rupees
                      within a fortnight while i was sleeping i have been subscribed to the above to packs and the message came to me to tell me that

                      I am really sick of the reliance Services. It has been ample many times that i have complaint of these service packs which by their own get activated in my number and the concerned money is then deducted from my account.

                      I wanted to call and directly talk to your customer care but there is no customer care number in which we can reach you. It is a really pathetic situation which we as customers face.
                      All the number given in the site *333, 198 and 30333333 are being said that "The number does not exist".
                      How are we suppose to reach you in case of crisis like these??? Therefore i am sending you this email. Please look to it that the action is taken asap.

                        My name is Nitten Saangale, my office landline CDMA number [protected] was suspended by company. I had purchased same number 3-4 months ago from Reliance for 3000 Rupees and 1 month ago company discontinued their CDMA services. I had purchased phone box from reliance with same number(by paying their gold number fees)which worth around 2500 Rupees. That means I have lost my 5500 Rupees and my landline number also. From the beginning of they suspended of my number I was trying to recover my number but reliance store peoples are not responding, they said your number is not possible to recover, at the same time I had told them to at least recover my last 6 digits but the store people's are not helping me with that also.

                          Cdma is closed for reliance and now they are not refunding my balance money from that account.
                          They are asking to buy a new gsm from them which is not acceptable after such poor service from reliance. This is really sick as they are forcing me to use their gsm services against my wish.

                          Please help me getting my refund.

                            I have been using reliance data card since from 2010, on 22nd feb’16 i have try to surrender my data card number due to poor data download speed, that time your reliance store customer care manager convinced me for purchase of i-pod mini (Data card number [protected]) and told that it will give better download speed and option to upgrade 4g which our company going to lunch very soon (April’16). I trusted your customer manger words as well as reliance brand name, so i had purchased the i-pod mini for amount of rs. 1800.


                            Yesterday i had received the call from customer care centre about to upgradation of 4g sim card, again i visit the same reliance store for 4g upgrade and got disappointed by your manger.


                            He asked me to pay rs. 900 for new 4g device, i had recently purchased the device with cost of rs.1800, now he told that our company going to stop all cdma device and going to issue sim cards, and i asked why you have not told this at the time of i-pod purchase, again he said this decision was suddenly taken by company we don’t know, we are also like you, we don’t have answer for customer questions.


                            Reliance must know well in advance about stopping of cdma device than why they sell the device to the customer which is going to obsolete very soon.


                            If your customer manager told me about the stopping of cdma devices at the time of old data card surrender, i was not purchased this i-pod mini simply i go with airtel 4g,


                            Now my request is either your will provide the new 4g device with exchange of my i-pod without any additional charges, or refund my i–pod purchase cost rs. 1800

                              One of the worst internet services providing companies, i have to say it now.

                              I have a connenction from nearly last 10 months, userid[protected], my connection is not working from nearly last 9 days. I am making calls to costumer care center 3 times in a day from last 5 days it makes 15 calls in total till yesterday. Everytime executive says "24 ghanto me ho jayega, thodi der tak thehar jaiye", it makes me laugh and also makes me angry to hear same dialouges from all the customer care executives.

                              Today from the morning i have made 4 calls, its details are as follow:
                              1) didn't know the name of the executive, after making the conversation she mute the call and i had to cut the call

                              2) irshad khan was the executive, he made nearly 10 minutes of the conversation and was saying same dialogues mentioned above. I asked him to transfer the call to the senior, he asked me to hold on the call, i waited for 40 minutes but i was just able to listen reliance ringtone only. I could not reach senior executive till 50 minutes.

                              3) wahid iqbal, he was also again and again saying same dialogues, i have recorded all these calls, asked them that if i make any complaint against reliance broadband, will it make any difference to you? They told we cannot say any particular time of resolving so i cannot help from here.!!! Then what is the duty of costumer care executive??!!

                              4) samar sheikh, same as first call, after conversation of 5-7 minutes she put my call on mute and i had to cut the call.!!

                              They also know what is the issue. Power line has been cut due to failure of bill payment.!!!

                              If they are not able to pay bills on time how they can provide services to their customers???!!

                                My data card no. Is [protected], and this is my registered email id. Today i called 3 times to your customer care to change my bill plan to rs. 499 bill plan, each time 3 different people verify my complete details and after that instead of changing the bill plagot n they simply disconnect the call without any resolution. Iam paying a bill of rs. 689 per month for the poor services provided and you are not even taking my request to change the bill plan. I have all the recordings of the conversations and i will file a complaint against your company in the consumer court if you did not provide the services. Also from several days my data card stopped working but after so many calls to the customer care still calls get connected after waiting a very long time and after that your executives disconnect the calls if they fail to provide any resolution. You can check all the history of my conversations from your end. Are you taking the money every month to provide this kind of bad services which is highly not acceptable. Datacard is also not working from past few days, sometimes it automatically starts working but the speed is too low as they declare everywhere 14.7 mbps. Their customer care is also very pathetic and not ready to listen anything and even disconnecting the calls most of the times. They are charging for the services every month which they have not provide to me or failed to provide services.

                                  Now reliance have stopped cdm and we too buyed the new 4g sim because of this our cdm phone became a junk and our money is wasted after that we have to do verification but when we called 1299 they said we are unable to process so please try again later... We tried sms too and we went to various outlets still i am not able to make or recieve calls. I am an bussiness man and this has make me mad and this also created lots of problems in my bussiness because of lack of communication so start my number [protected] please...

                                    I had reliance cdma pro3 dongle post paid device no [protected]. After recieving many messages from reliance ada i applied for 4g upgradation & ordered new 4g wi-pod device on shop. Rcom site on 10 jun 16, vide order no. Jgifphvgz & invoice not recevied, but am paid online. It was promised that device would be delivered within 10 working days. Even after 19 days there is no information. All customer care numbers of reliance online shop are 24th dispatch telling but not dispatch again am calling 27th evening 8 pm dispatch not dispatch again calling 28th dispatch telling but not traking details recevie. Their web page is not behaving properly i wrote on their chat also not use. My contact number [protected] plz slove my problem or canceled my order payment refuned and also connection canceled.

                                      Hi all,

                                      Relaince gsm is not having good signal strength in ongole, andhra pradesh.

                                      Its really irritating for a long time. My father had reliance cdma and having good signal.

                                      Recently cdma services are stopped and customers are moved to gsm.

                                      Now gsm signals are not having good strength. Continuous voice breaking.

                                      I request you to reliance please looking to this issue and resolve it asap.
