Reliance data card customer support is one of the worst service providers in the world as far as i know. They never have records of customer related information when we are in need of some resolution, however they will have all records related to payments, bill due date, bill amount other than that they don’t mind breaching record retention policy. I really wonder whether this company has one. Such an irresponsible employees never taught to support the customer complaint rather only taught only to say the bill amount and due date to be paid.
Let me come to the details of my data card issue...
It hardly worked any for quite a long time (Dec 2015 to until termination) when i connect with my laptop which is a brand new with original os and other applications and updated antivirus. This is to say that i have no issues at my end.

I made several complaints with the customer care and nodal which they call it the highest level where problems are resolved at or otherwise they will close the relationship abruptly without resolving the issue and torture, ill-treat the customer, not provide proper response rather they ask you what is the problem hundred times and terminate the relationship with customer and ask for money for which they have not served, send legal notice and so on and on.
I have few sr numbers and others unfortunately i deleted never know that this cheap the service they will provide. Here are few sr numbers:[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. Also i have with me call recorded voice.
The highlighting thing is that i never said the customer care/ billing section/ somebody claimed to be calling from lawyer office that i will not pay the bill rather i said let me pay the bill once the problem is resolved.
Highlights:
- after several efforts to contact the customer service and direct visit to nearby reliance store (Visit to reliance store situated near ashok pillar, chennai) where they provided the nodal number, they said i will be provided waiver for the bill and for the inconvenience caused.
- every time i make a call regarding the same compliant i had to explain in detail about the problem, provide all the sr numbers (Call for at least 10 to 15 mins), i will be asked to be on hold and in sometime call gets disconnected.
- wonder whether the company has any record retention policy as per trai
- promise that the problem will be resolved in 48 hrs asking all details like residential address, landmark, time at which i will be available etc
- customer service/ billing section/ person claiming to call from lawyer office abruptly disconnect the call without listening to what i say.
I went through lot of agony and discrimination by all these reliance people as if i am a criminal. For your information, i paid the entire previous bills well before the bill due date.
I need compensation from this reliance communications for all the troubles and ill treatment.

Updated by Xavimike I received a call from a person representing Reliance (as mentioned in the call). She heard my concerns and said it will be resolved. However, I continue to receive messages to pay off the overdue amount. I clearly told the issue above in the complaint. Could you please look into the problem and get it resolved?
