I send the mnp request on 07/05/20016, i received the porting request code on 07/05/2016. I wanted to port my number from cdma no. [protected] to reliance gsm as the cdma services were to be closed. I had written about it to the costumer care and the had assured me that they have already registered the case regarding network issue for your number [protected] with service request id: ucs76699235 on may 07, 2016 at 06.27 pm and the same would be addressed by may 27, 2016.

Till to date at the time of writing this email my number has not been ported. Kindly please do the needful.

    1. I had reliance cdma wi-pod post paid device no [protected]. After recieving many messages from reliance ada i applied for 4g up gradation & ordered new 4g wi-pod device on shop. Rcom site on 10 jun 16, vide order no. Ulvdymgxr & invoice no.In037826. It was promised that device would be delivered within 10 days. Even after 18 days there is no information. All customer care numbers of reliance online shop are switched off. Their web page is not behaving properly i i am not able to login. 10-15 times i wrote on their chat box. They never came back. There appears to be some thing fishy. Compared to this the customer care services of newly launched jio (Reliance industries of mukesh ambani) is far more superior & sensitive to the customer needs.
    2. I got a upgrade 4g gsm sim for existing cdma sim from rel communication but there is no information at all as to when it will get activated. No response from cutomer care or even in myservices link of reliance ada.

    Oh My god. The complaint got resolved in a day. That's amazing Reliance Care. Hats off to the Urgency you gave this matter.
    The Wi-Pod device has been received just about one hour before. Reliance Communication never responded to all my earlier Calls/mail/chat etc but surprisingly within one day of raising the issue in this forum Its resolved partially. My Second issue raised is about 4G upgrade of my other CDMA Mobile no [protected] which is STILL UNRESOLVED. I request Reliance Communication to respod on that also. As I am out os station where CDMA network is not there, they can contact me on [protected].

        Sir, i had an active data pack which showed that i had 146mb data left and my usage through the day was 100mb according to the relaince app and still an amount of approximately ₹60was deducted from my main balance. After the amount was deducted i still had 33mb data left and still money as well as data balance was being charged for internet usage. This is not the first time that i am having this problem. I've tried calling on every customer care number available but it's never forwarded to a human executive. I mailed on their customer care email id again and again and had warned them that i would file a complaint against them if they don't respond and still there was no response. I have all the proof one would need to prove that the balance was wrongly deducted and the same was sent to them and i still sit here without any response from them. I sent a copy to the nodal officer of my region but in vain. Please help me because i'm tired of begging and quarreling with these irresponsible people over and over again.

          My name is hemant kumar. My no. Is [protected]. Earlier the balance in my account was rs 76.19, but today when i checked the balance it shows rs 71.19. When i talked to the customer care they told me that rs 5 was deducted on 25th june for some intelvideos and as it has been more than 24 hours the refund request cannot be accepted. The thing is that i didn't activated this service, it has activated on its own. Moreover, i didn't get any message from your side regarding the activation of this service so that i could take any action on that particular day. So please refund the money back to my account. I am attaching the screen shot of my balance.

            Hi my name is robin. I recharged my phone online however i entered 1 digit wrong because of which the recharge went to another number. When i contacted reliance gsm customer care the representative refused to debit that amount back to my ac.
            I agree that its my mistake i entered wrong number but however it is th3 company's responsibility to pay back that amount because ultimately the amount has gone to the company. I did two recharges one which for 57rs following which i did a recharge of rs 10. However small be the amount im entitled to the benefit which is to be availed from it. Im from mumbai circle

                For the past 2 months reliance has been activating vas in my number and charges are taken. I have lost more than 250 rs. Due to this. Now i am afraid to recharge my number. As soon as i recharge, another vas plan gets activated automatically.
                I have tried contacting the customer care people but they always put me on hold.
                Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
                Please refund my money.

                  I would like to bring to your notice that i am using Reliance postpaid services approximately from last 10 years. 10-12 days back the number has been blocked when i checked the message i saw that Reliance has asked to submit the documents. I tried calling on customer care but the SIM was blocked. I tried calling from my another non reliance number for 4-5 times and no one has answered my call for 15-20 minutes so i disconnected the call.

                  Then i went to one of your reliance center in Hadapsar, pune near to my office where they told me that the number has been blocked due to non submission of documents. I asked them to submit the documents and they asked me to provide my address proof and photo along with Rs 100 for submitting documents. I submitted all these documents on 11th June and when i asked the receipt they told they do not provide receipt for the same and the center assured me that it will be started by Monday i.e. 13th June. I went there on 13th they told it will take 2 more days. i went again but they told they have sent mail but not received any reply from the reliance.

                  After that i tried calling to customer care on 20th June then it got connected and there the executive told me that the documents are not submitted so contact the center. then again i visited the center on 20th June evening, there the lady told that it is already 8 pm so customer care will not provide support and asked me to come in the next morning. i visited the center today again and they send mail to somewhere and told that number will be started today.

                  After complaining to email id [protected]@relianceada.com" they ask for for some more details which i provided already on 23rd june but still the number is suspended. Visiting the reliance center daily but getting same answer from them that the number will be started soon.

                    In april i received a call from mumbai saying that we will change your plan for 98 monthly rental clear the amount of rs 484 yesterday i received the bill for Rs 895/- in which i have not used internet as i have taken other new connection and rent there have put 228 please take action about this there are cheating public mobile num [protected] please in the bill i have not used inter only there have changed for it and there said rent will be 98 and there have put 298 if there wont solve the problem then i have to file a fir for cheating customer

                      My june month bill has been generated & i only used 5 gb and bill generated 923/-& my plan is 799 10 gb but i only used 5 gb because after 5 gb my wipod isnt working and i told so many times to customer care but no response.                         I disconnected the rcom land-line phone no.[protected] on 25th apr'2015 but rcom is not refunding the security deposit. According to rcom it is refunded within 60 days but now more than one year have been passed but i am not getting the security amount yet. I was calling many times to rcom customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue and case is pending in appellate authority since 13th aug'15 more than eight months passed but no positive response every time i called they provide me new complaint nos. And tell me wait. Security deposit is not a big amount for company like rcom why they unnecessary holding small amount of consumers. I request to please refund the security deposit with one year interest asap because your specified limit is over 11 months back (If customer is delayed the payment you charge fine of rs 100 for one month for late payment if rcom is unnecessary holding the security deposit for 12 month what is the rule?) this is a clearly matter of cheating with customer by unnecessary holding the security deposit for (Earning the interest on customer's money) and shame for big company like reliance to cheat customers by this kind of cheap mentality. The my last bill company charges for sms from 11/05/2016 to 10/06/2016, this is first time since 2003. So that i have paid cash at their vasai east outlet on 25/05/2016 by cash with deducting sms charges.

                              I have a reliance prepaid number since last more than 8 years now reliance has launched 4g service and all 2g sim services stopped. I want to know why i purchase 4g phone if i have recently purchased a 2g handset?? And who will pay for 4g handset?? And logically if we think more than 10 cr users are there for 2g and if they all have to purchase 4g phone than its clearly reflect that we are bound to the services of any company.
                              May be i was first person to complaint against it but i have to know who will pay for 4g phone and the last phone which i purchased recently which is now useless.

                                I am sharing the complaint I made with Reliance people (complaint to CC by email on 24/06/2016, complaint to Appellate Authority on 25/06/2016, reminder on 25/06/2016). I am sharing my complaint because I did not receive a single call, sms or email from Reliance customer care or Appellate authority.
                                This is the last attempt I am trying before going to the Court.
                                The complaint was:
                                "Sub.: Either restart my discontinued services/ benefits or refund my amount for those services.
                                I was having CDMA mobile no. [protected] (MP & CG Circle) which has been activated on 15/10/2003. Prior to this my mobile number was postpaid number for around two years. I have recharged my mobile with Rs.4444/- (Rupees four thousand Four Hundred and Forty Four only) on 01/04/2009 for the offer: (Get 500min STD+Local R2R per month on pack Rs. 4444 for lifetime i.e. till 29/03/2023 in my case). After recharging, I was getting 500 min (STD+Local R2R) every month regularly which should be continued till 29/03/2023 as mentioned/ promised by the Company.
                                This month also I have received full 500 minutes R-R which should be valid till 01/07/2016 . On checking balance I have received message on[protected] as R2R MIN(HH:MM:SS) – 08:16:00 Val[protected] on previous CDMA SIM.
                                Suddenly I was getting messages in the month of May 2016. Details are as under:
                                (1) Reliance CDMA closes on 31/05/2016 Register for 4G (on enquiring for balance).
                                (2) Dear Customer, we are upgrading CDMA network to 4G shortly. As a preferred customer, await our invitation to experience the BEST4G network. RCOM.[protected]
                                (3) Get ready for the true 4G experience. RELIANCE 4G coming soon. Thank you. RCOM.[protected]
                                (4) Its time to Upgrade! Dear customer, 4G Smart SIM is now available at your nearest Reliance Mobile Store. Pls collect your SIM today. T&C, RCOM.[protected]
                                (5) We are closing CDMA network by 31st May’16. Get your free 4G SIM from any nearest Reliance Store and enjoy uninterrupted services. T&C, RCOM.[protected]
                                (6) same message as above.[protected]
                                (7) Pls Insert your New 4GSIM into any GSM or 4G Compatible Handset after NO SERVICES on OLD Handset to continue uninterrupted GSM services. RCOM.[protected]

                                I had to take the new 4G SIM (SIM No.[protected] before 31/05/2016 from Reliance Mobile Store at Tilak Nagar, Bhopal else my 15 years old mobile number would be permanently off. I have collected new SIM on[protected] after paying Re.1/-. The new SIM was activated on[protected] at around 10 PM without any welcome message or welcome call.
                                On asking Reliance Mobile Store I was told that you will be getting same benefits as earlier and with the free bundled offer of 150 min talk time, 1GB 3G data after exhausting 10 GB 4G data for a month. For next month onward we will let you know the rates for all of the above i.e voice, 3G data & 4G data.
                                For the very first time on[protected] I came to know that my mobile’s CDMA network is going to close just after 4 days. It’s not optional to upgrade my SIM but it’s compulsory/ mandatory.
                                For the very first time I came to know that 4G SIM can be used with GSM mobile handset only, my old handset would become dabba after 4 days.
                                At Reliance Mobile Store they have not taken any signature on any sort of new agreement. Only verbal assurance of carrying forward of old benefits along with bundled offer of new benefits.
                                Till today I have not received any welcome phone call or SMS or email giving details of new SIM/ Mobile Services.
                                What is call rate applicable or SMS rate applicable or 2G/3G/4G data rate applicable I don’t know.
                                I am told by the Reliance Mobile Store that 4G data services would be started soon. The 10GB 4G data would be starting thereafter. I don’t know the reality.
                                On visiting Reliance website I cannot top-up/recharge with any amount in my mobile as I was doing before.
                                There is very very poor network of new services. Almost every incoming and outgoing calls were dropped since the new SIM activation.
                                There is no way to check data balance either 2G or 3G or 4G.
                                Very few places in my city Bhopal the internet is accessible.
                                I can’t understand that what was the urgency to close down the CDMA network of Reliance Company within four days even without upgrading the new 4G GSM network till date. The Company like Reliance will work like a road side kiosk, that is really not appreciable.
                                If I wanted to change my services from CDMA to GSM network of Reliance or other operator, I would have changed it well before in last fifteen years.
                                The cost I had to borne to continue my number without my wish is as under:
                                1. Rs. 9999/- for the new 4G enabled GSM handset.
                                2. Rs. 89.75 balance valid upto[protected]
                                3. Re. 1/- cost of new 4G SIM
                                4. R2R MIN (HH:MM:SS) – 08:16:00 valid upto[protected]
                                5. R2R MIN – 500 Min for 81 months is 40500 Min. Remaining 6 months of 2016, 12 months each of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 3 months of 2023 (As the benefits has to be credited till[protected].
                                6. Totaling of Sr. No 1 to 5 is Rs. 51085.75
                                7. The penalty of call drops would be applicable after any Government policy finalisation.
                                Either you please continue the benefits as agreed before on my mobile number [protected] or kindly pay the amount of Rs. 51085.75 by cheque or draft if you cannot restart the discontinued services/ benefits. I would love to migrate to any other Mobile Service Operator for getting good network and better services after getting my amount.

                                Sir, you must have seen now that from last 7 days there is no response from Reliance people. That's the way they are behaving with millions of customers. Just sue them in the court. They are not worth talking.
                                Still waiting for their response. They are behaving worst than the road side hawkers. Kisi bhi Company ke liye Itna ghamand achha nahi.

                                But till today there is no response.
                                Today I sent the reminder mail to Appellate Authority.
                                Lets hope that God should give some good thoughts to them.

                                    I have complaint against reliance telecom..

                                    Disputed fwp no. [protected] (In name of naresh kumar jain)

                                    Reliance have disconnected our services due to their change in technology.

                                    We have taken this connection 10 years back. It was a lifetime connection with zero rental plan. And 6 months ago we have changed instrument which costs us 2500/-.

                                    When they contacted us that we have to migrate our number due to their technology change. We asked them to replace our new purchased instrument with the compatible instrument. And provide us the same zero rental plan.

                                    They denied us to compensate in any manner. That means they want to make money on the sake of customer's hard earned money. No body able to govern these telecom operators who are using unfair practices.

                                    We are the one who are loosing hard earned money.

                                    Please help us if you can.


                                    Please find attached all the communication done with the appellate authority of reliance.

                                    This is clearly a white scam for making money. How they are becoming more rich... Stupids...!!!

                                      I did a recharge of Rs. 20 on my Reliance GSM number, [protected] on Jun 25, 2016.

                                      I lost all my balance very soon. I could not used it for a single call.

                                      I inquired customer care many times since then but all time they said that they can't provide any information as system up gradation is in place. They asked me to call after 2 hours. I followed up many times but got the same response.

                                      I wonder, for how long system up gradation activity happens. They are doing nothing rather making me fool.

                                      Please take a serious action on this. This is not because I lost Rs. 20 but they are making a fraud and I am pretty sure many customers might have faced the same. Generally, no one reports for little amount loss.

                                        Since last one month we are facing network problem for mobile and net. Your services closed from 24 may to 20 june... Now bill generated with rs 930.00. And net connection also 934.00. This bill is total wrong and charged unused period in bill.
                                        We are customer of reliance since last 9 years having 3 connection.
                                        Due this billing we collected 500 more customer of reliance for wrong billing. We face various problem and loss in business this situation.
