Sim balance of rs. 10/- and 20/- (Total rs. 30/-) again got deducted
Wrongly/ illegally by reliance telecommunication on 25.06.16 &
26.06.16 respectively.
My name is praveen singh chauhan.
My reliance pepaid gsm sim account balance of rs. 10/- + 20/- (=
30/-) got wrongly/
Illegally deducted again on 25.06.2016 & 26.06.2016 respectively (No
Any intimation
For deduction).
Earlier, my sim account balance money of rs.20/-was deducted wrongly/
Illegally on 20.06.2016 & 23.06.2016 recently and many times before.
So, please arrange to refund the illegally deducted account balance
Money back to my account. Following are the details:-

Above mentioned are the four incidents of wrongly deduction of gsm sim
Account balance happens to me latest. Reliance communication had done
Ame wrong sim balance deduction to me in the past also.
Also, i have called your 198 complaint no. To refund my balance
Amount back but not able to talk with your customer care executive by
Diallig ivr 119 over complaint no 198 as your ivr 119 option to talk
To cce is being overlapped with ivr saying please dial*111# or online.
That is why i am not able to talk to your customer care executive to
Get my balance amount refunded. Therefore, fault mistake is of
Reliance telecommunication of first wrong sim balance amount deduction
And second changing options on 198 as the result of which customer not
Able to talk to cce for refund.
Therefore, it's reliance telecommunication responsibility to refund
The wrongly deducted sim balance amount beyond the 24 hr. Limit as
Reliance telecommunication cc removed customer and cce talking

    I had been using reliance wimax since 2010. But due to consistent network connectivity issues, i raised a complaint in april 2016 which even for 2 months, was not resolved. I then decided to terminate the connection and raised a request in may. I was informed through an email that the last date for my rental service will be may 23rd. But this was never done and they are unnecessarily sending me monthly bills for the service that could not use from april. The bill has come upto rs 6000/-. Its disappointing for a reputed company to play fool with their customers and extracting money in the wrong way.

    I need immediate termination of the internet connection from reliance. I will not be paying this amount since i have not been able to use the connection from april 2016.

      Main singh honda rayya main job karta hu. Humare pass reliance ka mobile tha. Ek din office ka phone lost ho gya tha jisme [protected] number tha. Number re-issue krwa kar jb sim card ko new phone me dala toh sim registration fail ho gye. Fir humne relince ke customercare no pe call ke par customer care se baat nai ho pai. Usse baad 198 no. Pe bh call ke but fir bh koi help nai milli. Is liye last main main yeh complain kar ruha hu. Main ummed karta hu is complaint ke baad reliance customer care hume contact karenge aur humare problem ka solution karenge. Humare office ka new no.[protected] & [protected].

        My reliance cell no. Is [protected] (Kolkata circle). Now i am in gujarat. Reliance cell company deduct rs.10 on 24th june 2016 from my main phone balance. Previous my cell phone main balance is rs.72.13 but now it is rs.62.13. I am not use any service for which the balance was deducted. So my humble request to you kindly, take proper action to refund those deducted money by reliance communications. If you want to contact with me via phone, my local phone no. [protected]. I have complain this matter to the reliance customer care on dated 25th june 2016 & 27th june 2016.
        But, reliance company not responded from there end till date.
        Kindly, take necessary action against reliance communications from your end as early as possible.

          Dear sir,

          Myself rajasree e r. Iam holding a datacard with no. [protected]. On 4th june i had cancelled my net setter from an authorised service outlet at ernakulam (Devi enterprises, reliance mobile store, ernakulam). During the deactivation process had done the full and final settlement also. After so many days i didnt got any update for the same and i called up the mentioned outlet then they raised a sr[protected] against my complaint and told the issue will be getting resolved in 15 days. After all this procedure again on 26th june i received monthly bill for the netsetter. Request you to take necessary action on the above.

The company told me only last three days data only can retrieve. But they are not give any reason for deducting amount from my balance. I think this is very worst service.

              For the last 5 year i am using the reliance wireless landline no[protected].

              Now they have closed my line. I thought it is because topup is not done and i have credited my account with them with rs.221/-now they informed me to
              Return my set to their office and get a new instrument and also get a new number. I went to their shop in kharghar and they told me that i have to pay
              Rs.2000/ — .

              I then requested them to cancel my line totally and refund the rs.221/ — i have
              Paid and still showing in my account.

              They refuse to do so, what shall i do now. I am a old persons aged 79.

                The customer care escalation is done by Srinivas (so called customer care lead) -in Hyderabad. I have a call record of the guy, who has disconnected the call without responding to the query..

                reliance customer care is the worst ...which anyone could face !!

                they don't give proper support nor resolve the issues.

                  Even their customer care officers becomes mute and dumb when I tell them to resolve my issue. There is no any other way to deal with Reliance except Consumer forum. They can't even solve small issues.They never reply to Emails I write to them, Neither they answer on phone.Probably they all are only interested in making money. They don't wanted to deal with customer issues.

I want to take your attention to the service you are providing to us here in soura srinagar kashmir. Though reliance is known for its best network service in whole india. So then why we are facing so much network problem every day after 6 pm to 11 pm. Due to this problem i am facing lots of problem because i have attend business calls almost everyday in between mentioned time.. Please look into the matter and please resolve it before i and other residents here switch to some other network provider.. I again request you to resolve this network problem in the area soon...

                            Sir my net connection is cut from 25/06/16 .when i called to customer care he told me to upgrade to 4g and my connection is suspended .customer care told me that they mailed me but i didn't get any mail or message . i have purchased 3g dongal then how can a company cut the connection .i want justification and connection back.customer care not gave me satisfactory answer.

                              Well I have been using Reliance wipod since last 4 months and It's pathetic.. I have been paying my bill on time each month . In the month of June didn't receive any bill, so couldn't pay it called the customer care she said due to non payment of bill services are disconnected told her have not received the bill yet she said may be the email address is incorrect confirmed the email address with her it was correct paid the bill aa soon as I receive the mail still no trace of any network... and now they are calling to upgrade to 4G and said if you do not upgrade to 4G you will not have any services as they are switching off the CDMA .. hell that's not my problem I don't want a 4G network I am already fed up o[censored]sing this service and upgrading to 4G would be my decision you cannot tell me what to do and why would I pay for a new data card you are upgrading your network so it doesn't mean I have to pay for its upgradation. Why would I buy a new data card when I already have 1 and then this would be a waste, no use, this is a really nice way to earn money and irritating people . You guys are fraud and your services are the worst .. I won't upgrade to 4G you should be the one who should provide the new data card for free instead of asking us to pay.. you don't know a word about customer satisfaction..

                                  I purchased lapu of net pack rs 255 on 21/06/2016 at 9.55 pm. Inspite of being such a reputed company the services for the same not provide. I feel cheated of rs 255 . please peovide me the service for the same for whic i have paid. The customer care service has been of no help so far. Not providing the netpack service foe which payment of rs 255 has been made is simply awful.

                                    My mobile no [protected]. from 24.6.16 the out going calls are barred. when I contacted the nearest shop, they told that a sum of Rs792/- is outstanding. this is because i am not getting the bills properly. from the records you can see that my bills are paid properly. now I had remitted the amount of Rs792/- so please activate the phone with out further delay. I had sent a mil to reliance customer care, but no response

                                        This is to inform you that as per your communication i have purchased & upgraded my reliance 3g- wipod to reliance wipod-4g lte dated 16th may'2016..During the purchase it was well communicated that the wipod-4g lte will be activated on 21st may, then changed to 25th may, then on 10th june and finally on 21st of june..Unfortunately all the communications were false and still it is not working..For your information i don't have an alternate data card with me to perform my regular work..This is totally unprofessional and unethical way of doing business by reliance...Pls. Let me know when it would start working..I hope this time it would be the correct information..Since it is a postpaid connection and the data services are not available from last 25-30 days..In this circumstances i should not be billed at all...Pls. Ensure..
