I have rs 1395.38 on[protected]. & Rs 207.0150 on[protected] . bitween this duration I have lost approxmatily 1000 Rs deducted my my mobile.I also approach regrading this issue to relaince customer care & relaince mobile store, . but from both side i don't found any support.I have i also send e mail s to Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com

      but they do not give any response

      so i want why these balance is deducted from my balance. please give me details about this.also told me how i found my balance refund.

      the company deduct my main balance every 5 to 6 hours with 3 to 4 sms
      showing that last sms charge from main balance:1.00 Avaliable Main balance is ...

      i have written all the thinghs deeply I am so tryered from reliance customer care, Relience Mobile store from both places there is no solution avaliable For me .
      i have also facing with other problem look out from 10th of march 2016 that is

      the company send me such type of sms ( that were 3 to 4 SMS) every 5 to 6 hours.
      these sms are sent me fro 55123 on regular basis every 5 to 6 hours
      i have also lost aprox 40 rupees from main balance from[protected] from 10.19.58 am to till 4.23.28 onwords every 5-6 hours
      so please give me a solution of this problem also.

        Dear sir
        My reliance prepaid no. is [protected]. I have recharged this no. on 6 december 2015 with amount of Rs 500.I hardly make any call from it, daily some balance got deducted from it, now the present balance isRs261.24.My mobile data usage was on between 22-29 feb by mistake when I found the same on 29 feb 2015 i got it off and 4.61 MB data used on that day balance after switch off data usage was Rs. 274.Now i turned on my wifi facility and using internet through it.After that day i made only 2 calls which costs me Rs. 5 only so the balance in regularly deducted by some paisa without any reason.

        We made complaint on customer care no. ([protected]) she (Yogita)said your mobile data usage is on but it is off (sending the picture of the same) and again when i called on this to let her know this fact no one was responding only offer details are given to us through computerised device.Please resolve our complain as early as possible.

            I have a CDMA Connection Of Relince.Recently i am belong in Rajasthan and have Recharge of 171RS on my CDMA mobile number.This is valid for one Month 3000 Local calls but i donot use these calls but Now i can't do any local call.last time i have done a recharge of RS 50 but this balaced is reduse by the company.so when i call the Reliance Customer care they have don't give any responce.

              My verification status was negative I am a govt employee on transfer still on offering that I can get undertaking from my senior or give my transfer letter they transferred my previous no. And now they have barred my services no one is responding and they DO Not try to retain business . No one is asking to relax the norms but at least coordinate and not be rude . Verification guy who called from [protected] was very rude I can fwd his voice call he turned a deaf ear to any solution whereby the business cld be retained

                As a very frustrated customer, I would to notify that myself and various other reliance customers have been victims of the VAS traps. Every week, I receive an sms stating that i have been charge Rs. 3 for VAS. I have no ides what VAS I am using. When I check, there are no VAS active for my number. Why is VAS getting activated again and again without my consent? This has been happening for quite a long time and you can imagine the amount of "deducted balance" racked-up as a result of this.

                Even today, Rs. 52 was deducted from account. I called customer care and found out that it might be because I might have clicked on some link while browsing. My question is, why does Reliance allow this to happen? Is this some kind of hidden trap for reliance customers? As you may have noticed (on the internet), various reliance customers are very frustrated about this. This issue has been going on since 2011 or may be even earlier.
                It's not very difficult to deactivate the VAS, but the problem I'm facing is the repeated activation of VAS without my knowledge or consent. I have to call up customer care and take up this issue again and again.

                I feel very frustrated because of all these hidden VAS activation. Other than Reliance, when I use other network operators for browsing the internet, I don't face this kind of thing. I don't get charged automatically for any VAS. With Reliance, I get charged every week for VAS whenever I use the internet. I feel like I have been cheated by Reliance because of all these "hidden traps" and automatic VAS activation.

                I don't know how else to say that I don't want any VAS on my account. This automatic/hidden VAS activation is really annoying and I have lost all trust I had in this company. If this continues, I have no other option but to opt out of this network and move on to other networks that do not charge me in a very suspicious manner.

                I really don't like these kind of "hidden traps", and you know very well what these kind of things are called in society.

                  On 9th march, i got message that you have successfully subscribed the ndtv glamour pack and 30rs deducted from my account. Firstly i’ve not subscribed any of these packs and no one in this world will use these packs while have data packs already. Also i’m trying to resolve this issue and call your customer care services near about 8 to 10 times but only one reply i’ve got that our system is not working right now or systems are upgrading and call us after 2 hrs and we will resolve this issue. I don’t have that much of extra time to get behind you and listen one thing again and again. If you could refund my 30 rupees then do it otherwise stop this connection. Seriously feeling sick after all this. Facing worst services from your side.

                    I have purchased new reliance gsm sim 10 days ago.
                    From day 1, I am facing call drop issue for every outgoing call.

                    When i make a outgoing call (local / STD) after 2-3 minutes my call is disconnecting automatically. I send a complaint mail to [protected]@relianceada.com but no response given from them.

                    Kindly, help me resolve this issue.

                      I am facing issues with the connection and I am not getting any solution, whenever I am calling to customer care service executives they are making excuses everytime and I am tired of it.

                        I am a Reliance Telecommunication prepaid customer having Mobile Number-+91-[protected], today i.e. on[protected], at around 02:51 a.m. i was browsing internet, suddenly a page came, and a service namely NDTV Play activated and an amount of Rs 12 has been deducted from my account balance.I was simply browsing the internet but i did not subscribed for the said service. I spoke to the customer executive on 198 at around 01:02 pm to Dipanjali but they are arguing with me that the subscription was being activated from my side, i clearly explained that the problem has occurred automatically, this is not the first time, before this randomly the same type of problem occurred with me again and again.I have not subscribed the service and i want my money back.

                        This has become a matter of joke to Reliance and they are creating random problems .So, Please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                          Hi,

                          This is tushar gupta and i am an airtel user. I got a call regarding the portability in reliance from reliance. After i understood the postpaid plan, the executive came to collect rs.300 as per the discussion with the reliance sales guy and went back. Now its been 10 days, neither i got any call my anybody nor my portability happened. Now, when i called twice that guy who came to collect money from me, he is talking bull!! He uses abusive languages and cut my call...

                          I have my receipt with me given by that executive.

                          Now, i want to ask is it the standard reliance is maintaining!!!

                          I am going to file a case against harassment and fraud for this... Please take an action otherwise i will sue against this matter!!!

                            Pathetic is still a better word than how Reliance treats its customers.
                            This is the worst every company for customer support they do not care for their customers the data cards do not work at l and they give reason of damaged products and to replace but no replacements is provided. Raising issues is of no value as you are only kept on hold with no result at all. Please do not ever buy the internet data card from reliance. It total waste of Money and time.

                              The payment of enclosed invoices is still pending. Invoice no.DA/NP/Feb/002/1415 & DA/NP/Feb/006/2014-15 work order no.RCOM/Press Adv/ AMD/Dec Dtd.16/1/2015.The same has not been cleared despite of repeated reminders. After some time duplicate invoices were demended which we have alreadyprovided. It is more than one year period of time from the date of issue of work order. Ads were released in Divya Bhaskar All Gujarat edns in Jan'2015. Invoices along with tearsheets were also issued in due course of time after release. Chief finance manager is not receiving our phone calls neither we are getting satisfactory reply from concerning authorities. Contact no. as provided at the time of release [protected]. Coordinating person (Sanjeev Kakkar) has left the job & no other person is ready to take responsibility.
                              We would like to resolve the issue only if full payment is cleared at a stroke.

                                I think ur company is not interested to solve my wi pod issue... the company is now in gain of rs 1899 cos the company has took back their device but not refunded the money...their is no response I am getting after I surrendered my wi pod to ur person rajesh... now he again not picking the phone and mr vinoth who was handling this issue in chennai branch now he is also not picking call on the no[protected] he told me to call for any aasistance regarding this issue..                                         Rs.40 (Rs. 15, 10, 10 and 5) deducted from my no.-[protected] as VAS services on 9 march 2016. I didn't activated this vas service. I recieved 4-5 msg's from reliance for deduction of money. customer care didn't answer this issue accordingly and i want refund. Reliance deduct many times from my no.as vas service of rs5. or 10 .
                                        Anil Ambani companies are big fraud and they earn money like this only. They are the big cheaters. They give bribes to the TRAI people thats why TRAI don't take any action against them. RCOM should be ban in India.
