I am using Reliance CDMA prepaid mobile number [protected] from the last five years. I am staying in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. From last three weeks i am facing network problem in my mobile number, even from last few days incoming calls are also stopped.

I am not able to make any calls/sms while I am at home. All the services start to work nicely as soon as I leave my home and move to another...

My name is Govind Kumar. My phone no is [protected]. I have ported my no from MTS to Reliance CDMA. Everything is working good but since last four days, I am not making to make an outgoing call at any random span of time. Incoming is working. There is balance in phone and I have recharged with a monthly free local calls (unlimited). I don't know what is happening. Suddenly outgoing works and suddenly it says "Peeeeeeeeee Peeeeeeeeeee Peeeeeeeeee",...

Sir i am using reliance cdma last since 5 month. i have taken plan of rs371 unlimited calling for 1 month and only for this plan i port my number from idea to reliance cdma only for this plan so i am requesting u to start this plan to my number again otherwise i will complaint in consumer court for this issue...

My phone is 3g supported . it shows 3g signal but when i ON mobile data net is not working .i complaint it with customer care but they do nothing . please do some to slove this problem ....

Have recharged with RS 100 and of teriff of 68... But with 12 hrs my balance become zero... No. Is.[protected]... No any customer care executive provide me any complaints no.. And talked very unsupportingly......

Hi! Myself shanky from city sangrur (Punjab). I am a reliance customer. I have two sim of reliance. I inform you that am very depressed with ur company. Becoz the stupid unwanted services provide by reliance. Vas activating by urself. Daily 3 rs deduct from my no. When i contact to customer care but they did not take any actions about this matter and they cut my call without giving any reason.. Today m porting a request n decide to go another...

Sir I am using reliance gsm mobile no from few months my reliance gsm no is [protected] they are deduct 6rs from my balance I did not activated any VA's service on my number today on 9/3/2016 two times they have deduct my 6 R's balance I want to refund my balance 6 rs before this they are daily activate VA's shamaroo service on my number and reducing 20rs balance daily sir am very much upset for daily reducing balance and automatic active...

Its second day since I'm unable to make outgoing calls from my phone in evening. Other morning it works fine but In evening I cant make outgoing calls. Network bar is also full, i can receive incoming calls and can make call to customer came but your service is very bad that your executives don't even bother to answer. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to answer my call but finally I have to hang up the phone....

I had checked the special offer on my number [protected] using *129# it show i have an offer of recharge 198 with benefits i[censored]nlimited 2G data for 28 days. But after recharge i got only 2.5gb data credited to my account. I called the customer care but they refused to take my complaint, when i asked for a complaint number they said that they cannot log a complaint for the issue. I want to make a complaint against the company....

but there were no good response i got from online customer service

sometime they put wrong mobile number in reply on my issue
and sometime they says they called me but actually i didn't got any call...

Few years ago my brother take connection of reliance landline wireless connection. Phone no was[protected]. We cancelled there service last year but even after calling numerous times to there grievance cell we still not get our 1000/- INR Deposit Refund which they take from us.

i am mouli prasanth, i am using reliance sim as one of my important number. My mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday i had done recharge of rs. 56 for the 2g internet offer. I am using this offer for the past two months. But the original amount is 57. I called reliance customer care lot of times to refund my amount so that i can do my other recharge. But they said it is impossible to refund. And they didn't respond me...
