I had recently ported my number from idea to reliance. I recharged my number [protected] with full talktime of Rs.140 and my total balance by this morning was Rs.146. Now when in evening when i checked the balance it was Rs.0, when i called customer care to ask about the deduction they said that it was deducted because of internet usage and when i informed them that i already had internet service with data balance of 200mb. They said that it got over and then balance deduction started. I asked why i did not get any message informing that my data is over, why my balance was directly deducted without prior information, they said that its not in their system to inform customers when the data will get over. I want to log a complaint about this fraudulent activity.

        Hi,
        I have raising the complain against the reliance store and sales person.
        I have port 6 sim on Postapid reliance connection from another network before 40 days but still these are not working, They collect the all documents and 300 rs. as a security for each 6 persons and promises about to start within 7 days. I am getting totally frustrated about the services I called them again and again but did't get any response. Even 2 numbers has been completely not working.

          I want to cancel my post connection and calling the customer care for last months.

          They are not listening to my request. I fed up now. Now they asked me to pay the bill, which i dont have any idea about.

          They are telling me to come to delhi to close the connection, I am not staying the delhi. I have used other phones also like Airtel Vodafone, all have closed them over the phone and i have cleared the bill later.

          Please do the need full.

          I talked to your customer care in Chandigarh, They did not give me satisfactory answer.
          They again asked me to go to delhi for disconnection of number? are you guys crazy.

          I have disconnected my last airtel number when I was in US.

          Can you please tell me the simplest procedure to close the number, without visiting to the Delhi.
          Once it closed send me consolidated bill. I will pay it.

          Please do it asap, Otherwise I have to look for other ways.

            In ref. to subject I would like to know you that reliance care located at Ghodasar, Ahmedabad had misguide me about MNP.

            I had done mnp from telenor to reliance with postpaid connection and Tariff Plan : RGJalsa197.


            I had inform all executives at store that documents which I’m submitting are belongs to my old home and it open in the morning in 9:00am to 10:30 only.
            they told me that that is not issue. after my connection started at[protected] services discontinued on[protected]. While ask to reliance care they told me that my physical address verification got fail. I’d told all them before mnp that there will be no one available at my address all the day.. but they just dnt listen my instruction that time. They told me that physical verification will be done again on wed. 20-01.2016. I reached to my home and be there whole day but no one comes for verification. Yesterday 21-01.2016 I also called to customer care they told me that today they will come, same thing again happen, no one come to physical verification. Services are discontinued from[protected] till date, it cost me a lot approx[protected]rs. per day. so its humble request to start my services as soon as possible.

              I received message from reliance regarding the scheme of Rs 188/- Recharge.

              On Recharge of Rs 188/- all call 25paise per minute for 1 year eff Rs 12month.
              the day i received this message the same day i got this recharge done but still this facility mentioned in this scheme is not available on my number [protected].

                I have changed my mobile number from Postpaid to Prepaid connection. During postpaid connection i have deposited Rs. 350.\- Later i have changed to Prepaid.

                But still now i have not yet received my deposit amount back from Reliance Communication and i have sent more email to their communication still saying under inprocess. It was crossed more than 1 year 5 months, there is no response.

                    I called Customer Care ([protected]) on 17.01.16 to know information about STD Plans. One lady employee, named ANURUPA ([protected]) informed me that I can get onnet local and std unlimited call, offnet local and std 30 mins per day and 1GB 3g data for 28 days for recharge Rs. 301/- only. But after my recharge, she informed that I'll gel 301 promo talk time (which was not preference at all) and 30MB 3g data for 28 days. She also informed that I'll get onnet R2R unlimited local and std call if I register a complaint at Customer Care. So I registered a complaint (No[protected] at 17.01.16 which was closed and not solved within two days at promised by Reliance Communication. So I again registered a complaint (No[protected] at 19.01.16 with same output i.e. my complaint was closed and not solved at all informed by customer care today. They again asked me to book a complaint. But when I asked to register another complaint they did not take any complaint.
                    I think Reliance Communication should close their customer care service if they are no able to provide very basic service to their customers. I am very dissatisfied with this type of service!!!

                      Whenever I call to someone or someone is calling me I could not hear the voice properly and suddenly call is hanged up. When I have a 3G data and I used to watch the video using YouTube video is continuously buffering speed is too bad may be due to network problem. It has happened since from 2-3 months. I have tried to contact the customer service but unable to reach them due to huge network problem.

                      Please take a immediate action as I am very honest and loyal customer of reliance. I am just fed with the service of network. If this is not resolve I will port my self to other service provider.

                        Recently I bought reliance wipod as they said 40 gb per month for 999 plan, as i used it for 20 days only after that 24 gb consumption my speed went too slow.

                        when i contacted the customer center, they keep on saying about the problem with the modem and when I checked with other area it was working fine.

                        Poor customer support online as well as offline.

                        We dont have any option to take our issue to the above level of supporting team, we have to deal with poor less knowledge people and they wil blab something and close ur issue, so better check with other customer service review before choosing any data plans.

                        In medavakkam, chennai area dont buy reliance wipod, else u will end up loosing huge money.

                        i am also attaching the no. of issue was closed without any steps to resolve it.

                              I've terminated my account 13-Nov-2015. As per guide and call conversation with reliance customer care and reliance broadband refund policy, They have refund money after 45 days of termination of connection. We've doing many mails and calls to customer care, they have give me hopeful answers not to given final date of refund amount. I feel like embarrassing by reliance of refunding amount. What I did?                                 2.If there is no such offer why would your agent make fake promotional offer?

                                I f i won't pay the bill there will be frequent calls and legal notice from your local bill outlets.but in case of any queries there is no response from your customer care.

                                Please take payment for the month unpaid & till date usage from my initial payment (let me know when to stop using this service)

                                and the when i bought it was being said 14.1 MBPS can get practically 8 - 9 MBPS but still cannot get not more than 1.5 MBPS that too fluctuate a lot.

                                and terminate the connection.

                                Yesterday i got remainder call for payment [protected] but they are not ready to answer compliant.

                                Sales person sell the device with an offer but after 2 months customer care replies there is no such offer.

                                payment recover person [protected] says yes still there are offer but it will be deducted after 3 month.


                                why do you people still in this business when you cannot assure the service.

                                TERMINATE this service deduct the payment till date usage from my initial deposit Rs. 1500/-

                                  I have been using a Reliance 2g sim to access internet for the past few months in my Moto g mobile on which I enjoyed a superb service during the end of 2015. Recently I made a 7 GB recharge, and soon after that the sim was converted to 3g by recharging it with Rs 11. But now it delivers almost no connectivity. I am very upset with reliance 3g's service. Further, it used to show me 'on roaming' with 'Aircel Orissa' although I am in my local region only. At first I used to recommend my friends to use it for its incredible speed, but now it's letting me down only.. I wish to Receive a positive response from RCOM n ask them to kindly fix it, my phone no. is [protected].. Thank you

                                        Dear Sir/madam, I have been harassed by reliance netconnect or reliance communications over unfair bill settlement. I have sent the below email to them which will explain the issue for your kind perusal.

                                        Dear Reliance,

                                        This is with reference to Bill no.[protected] Reliance 3G Broadband no. [protected], please be informed that the due amount mentioned in settlement bill is wrong. The same has been conveyed to your customer care executives and recovery department several times. I am again mentioning the reasons as below:

                                        1. The internet did not work for 2 months i.e. Sept 15 (09.09.2015 to 08.10.2015) and Nov 15 (09.11.2015 to 08.12.2015). Despite of several complaints (online, phone, etc), reliance did not fix it. I was told that it will be solved shortly. With that good faith I paid the bill for the Sept 15 even when whole Sept my net did not work (you can check the usage in Sept bill no.[protected] but to my disbelief same problem occurred in Nov 15 and whole November it did not work (you can again check the usage in Nov bill no.[protected].
                                        2. Due to above reason I clearly informed your customer care executive that unless and until my internet do not work again I will not pay the bill. But still it did not work. Hence I surrendered the account. While surrendering, I clearly informed the customer care to raise a final bill by reducing monthly rental of Sept 15 and Nov 15 because internet did not work. But again to my disbelief you raised the bill with full value. Moreover you have not subtracted the safety deposit from it. Hence I do not accept the bill (this is already informed to your customer care executive earlier). Please find below my calculation:

                                        Less: Months when internet did not work (Already paid unnecessary for Sept 15 out of good faith) Sep-15 514.14

                                        If you agree then please issue a revised bill as per the above details so that I can process the payment immediately.
                                        3. One more thing, please ask your immature recovery department to do not give me a harassing and threatening fake calls by mentioning that she is a lawyer calling from Delhi Court and rudely suggests/warns me for out of court settlement (today I again got call from [protected]). It sounds stupid and hampers reliance goodwill. These things are provoking me to go to consumer forum or make it issue on social networking forum like twitter. Avoid such stupid mistakes.

                                        Please check your facts before deciding that problem has been solved. Yes I received a call from your representative but she did not solve the problem. She just asked me in detail about my complaint. She clearly informed me that my feedback has been noted and proper action will be taken. But action has not been taken yet. Rather I received an email from Reliance that I have to pay the full bill amount without any choice and ignored the facts which I have written in my complaint. Neither you reduced the bill amount (of 2 months when my net was not working or disconnected by you) nor the security amount has been reduced from final bill. Hence, we are back to square 1 without any solution. So please do not say that the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.
