      Reliance mobile network is very bad in all network.The customar care service is% and They do'nwant receive any customar call.I trying last three days to talk the customer care service but not possible .please not take reliance mobile SIM.it very very bad .my no. is [protected]

        I committed the mistake of getting a reliance dongle. The dongle had the number [protected]. However, after sometime, that is around August 2015, I decided to surrendered the connection. Therefore, I approached the reliance outlet, from where I was directed to call the customer care helpline.

        I called the customer care helpline and was told that you please pay an amount of Rs. 2320 and wait for three months. If you do not opt for the connection, then the connection will be disconnected. I made the payment of Rs. 2320 and Reliance issued a payment receipt confirming the receipt of the payment. However, to my surprise, now reliance says that I need to pay them Rs. 2090. And a legal notice is served on me.

        Under the belief that this is a communication gap, i called reliance customer care, where i was told that the connection is terminated and they cannot find anything in their record. Later again a notice comes. Today i am asked to appear in court.

        It was a clear mistake for opting for reliance. If the connection was terminated by me. If as per the advice of the customercare I made the payment of Rs. 2320 which was more than the pending bills at that time. How could notices be issued?

        Even last week when I told customer care and told them to escalate the matter with their team and direct the legal team to not indulge in non sense for a case which does not have any cause of action, nothing happened. So it is apparent that even the customercare is not willing to help.

          I had recharged my reliance number through www.rcom.co.in site. Through online process there are some more benefits as compare to easy recharge. But reliance did not gave me that online recharge benefits. I complained all this to the reliance technical team but no positive response from there side.

              I recharged my netconnect plus device twice of rs-999 once from freecharge and another from official reliance website.both the time my money got deducted but the recharge were unsuccessful.now i am waiting for refund and they are not doing anything.some are even saying that refund is not possible others tell me that there is no update in their system and we cant solve your issue.

                  I want to close my postpaid data card connection, the service is horrible.

                  i have tried to reach them several times and they have never been able to satisfy my requests and the connection is never good, i paid my last months bill in two parts since didnt have money in account and they have stopped the services. when contacted first they said it is payment issue and then later started saying it is document related problems, either they are cheater or their dealers are running fraud business

                  The same thing has happened again, i got a call to pay my bill on 13feb, i said i have been charged with 100 rs fine which should be waved off because i had already registered a complaint regarding the same it was not my fault. The guy said he is waving off the charges and i should pay the bill or remaingin amount rs 685. I paid it instantly. But now again the device stopped working.
                  I want action and a strict action against it now. This is getting very frustrating now.
                  Seems like i have been paying for nothing to reliance from last year
                  Now this has reached limit, after being said that false charge of late payment was waived off and i should only pay the regular charge, my current bill displays a late fine of two months. This is really unacceptable and i ask you finally to disconnect my connection and spare me please. This is the worst service. May your company rests in peace.

                        I had not received any response regarding the complaint no.[protected].
                        I have Pro 3 connection and I use to recharge with amount of Rs 797 every month.
                        I was suppose to get 10 GB in Pro 3 mode and there after 144 kbps speed as an unlimited plan until its validity but practically my data collapses before its validity.
                        I complained the authority many times yet I have not received even a single response from them. I was promised that my problem will get resolved within 24 hrs from the time of complain. I am facing the same problem from the past 2 months.
                        So I request the authority to look into the above matter and do the needful action.
                        Please don't force me to knock the door of consumer court. I will be waiting eagerly for your reply.

                              Dear sir my no. is [protected] on today morning i.e on 22nd jan i called reliance customer care named pinki from reliance, i asked her about offer she said me to recharge with 26 and you will get free reliance to reliance for 1 month. i again asked her is dis offer is for me she said yes. after half an hour i done the recharge but benifit is given for only 2 days means normal benefit after that i called reliance customer care husna again she said its our customer care mistake but you cannot get that benifit or refund of money...i want my money back or benifit as its not my fault.its totally der fault.do me favour.

                                    I bought reliance wi-pod max device, The guy from reliance communications "Vishal Kale - [protected] " promised me

                                    1. device will be activated in 4 hours, on 6th Jan 2015 - however it's activated on 9th Jan.

                                    2. He told me speed will be minimum 2 MBPS even if you keep your device inside Almira :( ... I kept it near window and it takes more than 1 minute to open google homepage .. :( ..such a ...

                                    3. The guy told me I will get 24 gb in 500 - when I spoke with customer care bill for 10 days is 480 rs and my plan is 1299 :(

                                    4. He sold me wi-pod max device at 3000 rs + 500 rs (advance fees for my plan) without bill - when I asked him about bill he told me he will mail me the bill still he didn't mail me.

                                    I am totally frustrated with Reliance service, I am following up with this guy since 15 days he always says it will take 10 min more, so if I check my log - since 6th Jan total calls are 256 times.

                                    Before purchasing this device I gone through few portals about Reliance communications service response/comments are not good so many complaints about range, service however I thought it's Indian company we should buy Indian products etc.

                                    I have wasted my valuable time, money and energy, and output is nothing but frustration :( ..

                                    My Wi-POD max device number is [protected], hope someone from reliance will take care of this

                                      Dear sir/ madam I want to port my number from Vodafone to reliance then a person belongs to reliance store come n collected all my documents n hundred rupees on date 30/12/2015 bt my sim is yet not started nw he is abusing me whenever I question him about portability.. Plz help me I m In big trouble

                                        I have by mistake taken two reliance connections and have been paying bills as per my plan for them, but they get blocked because of wrong bill calculation

                                        [protected] (RIM_Freedom_350 plan) comes with 2Gb free data but bills are calculated wrong since last month.
                                        [protected] is blocked for reasons known to god only.

                                        If you are not able to calculate bills as per plan along-with your poor network quality please spare the customers.

                                        This complaint is regarding my postpaid number [protected], [protected] which I unfortunately brought from reliance.
                                        They activated the freedom 350 plan and said 2Gb data would be free per month - now they started charging for internet usage saying no plan was activated on your number.
                                        *222 executive said in anger you are using no plan so please don't trouble us.
                                        198 was not available.
                                        Reliance Appellate is not responding or non functional.

                                        Now they have generated a unbilled amount of thousands which is wrong as per my plan, and blocked my services and closed my other number.

                                        Leaving me in state of mental agony and burden.
                                        I would suggest people to take clue from this state of affairs by a telecom operator who claims to server crores of people... by the way I have some request ID[protected], which I got for resolution in 24 hours which I doubt considering my experience.

                                        Please be informed and careful against this operator with poor network, faulty charging systems, unprofessional and untrained customer care which threatens the customer .
                                        I have attached the snap of my data usage using reliance web site - 1.4Gb usage- My Plan gives me 2Gb and they produce some unbilled amount extract money wrongly from customer.

                                        I have learnt my lesson hard way, please beware of them.

                                        complaint number[protected] generated by[protected] at 04:35 pm on 23rd Jan, 2016 with resolution time of 24 hours by one Pushpa from reliance .
                                        Now, some other guy calls from[protected] at 05:27 pm completely unaware about the customer problem and starts screaming, why haven't you entered the correct information (amusing) .

                                        It's fun how customer care supports the poor network, faulty charging system.

                                        So, I just hope against all odd's that I get rid o[censored]nbilled amount of INR 2691.2 for my number [protected] generated as promised by customer care in 24 hours.
