Sir, I purchased a CDMA sim of reliance on Jan 17th. 2016 from retailer "Chahat Audio Centre, Samastipur" after fulfilling all the requirement. On Jan 18th.a message came from the number 66666 to me stating that your number is [protected]. and thank you for choosing reliance.after that I call the no.*228 for verification with the help of retailer, but all the efforts for verification goes in vein.
Then I consulted to the nearest reliance office situated at Gola road, samastipur to suit out my problem.
And as per his requirement I lodge a complain in this regard.CSO take my alternate number to informing the problem suit out. But neither my problem be suited out nor The CSO consulted me, that is why, I visit the reliance office samastipur for such qwery. Further he told me I inform you through your number, yesterday.
Once again I visit the reliance office today for such solution because neither he inform me nor the problem be suited out.
In this way, I visit reliance office samastipur 3days consecutively, but my problem is till continue.
My problem is 1.Why not my CDMA sim activated?
2.Since I submitted adhar card by putting the signature, in such a situation SB misuse my document, who will be liable for this?

      I had a Reliance WIMAX broadband connection in 2009.
      It seems there is some misunderstanding at Reliance’s end.
      I had kept my Reliance Internet connection under safe custody for 2 billing months.
      I have an email communication with Reliance regarding the safe custody without any charges and confirmation from an executive named Mr. Mahesh Tapake.
      But, I am still asked to pay Rs. 1519 for it after over 6 years now!

      I received an email notice (copy below) on 08.Jan.2016 asking me to be present on 28.Jan.2016 for settlement.
      I have replied to the email (rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com) on 08.Jan.2016 itself with the copy of email communication with Reliance. I even tried calling the given phone number of Mr. W R SHAIKH but got no response!

      Below, I have also placed the copy of email communication with Reliance for safe custody in 2009.

      In spite of doing all formalities in time and getting proper confirmation from Reliance how can I be charged for the period when I was told that it will be put under safe custody without any charges.

        I had Reliance Pro data card from Reliance Communication. Which One I requested for cancel the Data card and terminate the service i the month of July 2015. After so many request to cancel the service they have not done that and sent me multiple bills and forced me to pay the amount of 1327 /- for the months which i already requested for cancellation.

        Then in the month of December I received a legal notice to pay the amount asap otherwise there will be court case will be initiated on me. I don't understand what Reliance wants, Does the mean who ever got a Reliance connection can not withdraw the service. If some one requests to withdraw they will not do the same and they will force you to stick to them. If you disagree they will send you a legal notice to pay the amount for the months which you have never used.

        After receiving the notice from the legal team i called up the person called Abdul Khadeer([protected]), Which was received by his assistant. Who listened my concern and she was accepted that there was some misunderstanding and simultaneously she said i don't know to whom you contacted in customer service and why your plan had not been changed and you have to pay the amount anyhow otherwise will proceed with the legal means.

        I don't understand what kind of behavior and service from such a big company like Reliance.

          I self recharged my reliance GSM no. [protected] with Rs.33. I even got confirmation message that STV33 is activated on your no. on 16 January 2016 at 1 pm Even then my call rates were not reduced. After complaining to customer care, they replied that I should have complained within 32 hours. Such a fraudulent company. I want the service to be activated as soon as possible without silly excuses. Better not to mess up with a lawyer.

              I have purchased a zero rental connection from reliance store, Mobile no [protected] from gurkirat enterprises tibri road gurdaspur punjab 143521 on 14 jan 2016.
              On 19 jan i have received a message that i hav consumed the whole data and my speed was caped with 64 kbps . while from the reliance side they said zero rental plan 10500 for one year it has unlimited 3g speed without any speed cap, the why my speed capped
              i have compalint many many time but no one is able to solve this problem
              Today i noticed that i in roaming state even there 2g networking is not working . m very dissatisfied from reliance . i have paid 10450 for this and my 5 7 days are totally tensed full.
              I have mailed to the applete person and cust care but they didnt reply.
              I have never seen such a negligence service by any one .

                I am using Reliance in Maharashtra circle from last 3 years and I am not charged roaming on it even once and one sudden fine month reliance separates the Mumbai and Maharashtra circle and starts charging for roaming without intimation which is unacceptable. Customer should be informed first before changes which was not done because of which I am requesting you to revert the roaming charges. If I was intimated on time I would have changed the circle and then used it (doesn't make sense to pay roaming charges).
                Reliance claims that there system is automated and have send SMS to inform customers. They also accept that due to technical issues you have not received the SMS but they are not reverting the roaming charges.

                Last month I replaced new SIM of Maharashtra circle as I am staying in Pune (which come under Maharashtra circle) and also changed the monthly plan accordingly, still I am charged roaming and my outgoing is blocked. Kindly let me know why roaming is charged now, request you to revert charges and start my outgoing. Your customer care is also hopeless as they don't reply to emails.                 Hi,

                My issue is not resolved. there are 3 issues all are pending, Issues as below:

                1. I am using reliance from 7 years and initially was in Mumbai but after few days moved to Pune (Maharashtra circle). Reliance Mumbai and Maharashtra circle were same, after almost 3 years reliance separated the Maharashtra and Mumbai circle without informing and I was charged heavy roaming for 1 month as I was in Maharashtra circle and my SIM was of Mumbai circle. If I was informed properly I would have changed the circle. It was done without customer information so I have requested you to waive of the roaming charges for that month

                2. My outgoing was stopped for few days and still I was paying you monthly rent, so I decided to pay the roaming charges till the issue is resolved. I cleared all the charges and replaced the new SIM with Maharashtra circle (paid Rs350/- for circle change or replacement of SIM for Maharashtra circle). Unfortunately, reliance store people gave me wrong SIM or gave me prepaid SIM instead of postpaid SIM in which again my 10 days were wasted to change and replace the new postpaid SIM. For 10 days my outgoing was barred even though my monthly rent was going on.

                3. After change of the SIM and circle, I am again charged roaming for this month which is very frustrating to me now. I don't know why reliance have charged roaming for this month (when SIM, plan and circle everything is changed).

                As the above issues are not resolved, I have decided to close down the reliance connection. Further I called reliance customer support and have requested for closure of connection. I have got the request id[protected]. Request you to close the connection ASAP as I do not want to be trapped in more issues.
                Hi Team,

                My Reliance connection is closed but the final bill again needs correction. Reliance has charged Roaming charges in month of Jan 16 which were reverted and same mistake is carry forwarded in Feb month's bill as well. I am again charged roaming on Feb bill in-spite of change of circle and new SIM. Kindly revert the roaming charges for month of Feb as well so that I can settle the remaining amount.

                    I have recharged my phone on reliance network with 197 Rs. For 1GB 3G data. Within 1 day my balance is showing 60 MB only though half of the day I was in wifi range. On calling customer care no proper information was provided and refused to register complain. I want to complain on reliance network for deducting data without usage by user.

                        I am facing issue with Reliance Broadband connection since last 1 week(from 11th Jan 2016).

                            My sel[censored]dam chand. i have a reliance no [protected]. i had paurchase it around 10-15 days ago. i get 60rs talktime and 100 mb 3g internet. last saturday 30 rs amount deduct from my main balance and 3 rs deduct on sunday. i called the cusmtomer care on monday i told them whatever happened. they said the amount wrongly deduct by the company so it will be reverse. But yesterday on tuesday i get only 3 rs not get 30 rs that deduct on saturday so i want my balance get back. pls do the solution.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I bought this Reliance data card connection and it was useless...from the third day onward I started requesting to cancel the connection, because there is no connectivity for that small plastic box, its a crap.
                                I made more than thirty calls to customer care to cancel or else check for the network. No action have been taken so far...

                                Now i am receiving the bills for the useless device for last 2 months, even i have thrown this device and i will never come back to reliance in my lifetime.

                                In addition, last month (18Dec15) I received a call from billing department and they said to pay Rupees 479 Rupess, because I have used only 1GB totaly after i bought this crap (first four days).
                                I agreed to them and asked them to send me an email stating that, this is the final settle of this useless device. Again no response from your customer care.

                                I have never seen such a worst customer care in my lifetime...this can be called as customer cheating care, because they gave me a customer care email as "customercare.[protected]@gmail.com" from a mobile number [protected], and the same happened as usual no reply.

                                I wont pay this amount because, i have already lost 2500 rupees for buying this device. I am in Russia now, once i am back next month, i will file a complaint in consumer court.

                                For both o[censored]s Goodwill, If you can send me a written letter as said early & as per your customer executive promise "Final settlement of Rupees 479", i will do it immediately.

                                  1. Reliance NetConnect+ (Number[protected] not converted from postpaid to prepaid since May 2015.
                                  2. I paid rs 150 for this purpose to Sangvi (Pune) Reliance store. They said it will be done in 7 days. No other comment/process was informed then.
                                  3. Compliant #[protected] on 24-Nov-2015 raised for the same issue for conversion.
                                  4. No revert on compliant #[protected] till date.
                                  5. No resolution on calls to customer care.
                                  6. Reliance has terminated my connection. Moreover is asking for bill payment and have raised a legal suit for against me.
                                  7. When tried to talk with reliance guys, they say, we will see you at court.
                                  8. Kindly assist in resolving my issue which is more than 6 months now. No revert from reliance customer care or contact number provided by reliance. No revert on mail as well that was sent to their customer care. I just need to get my postpaid connection converted to prepaid.

                                  There was no communication on usage while the request was given for conversion. Moreover its been 6 months the conversion is not done. Can you please provide the reason ? Also, the payment was done for around 1500 Rs in September 2015. Why was the conversion not done immediately after this payment?

                                  1. I am not going to bear the loss because of your delay or your mistake in non-communication.
                                  2. No confirmation is given to me on this request until I have followed up. Is this how your customer-centric company works.?
                                  3. Please check your records, I am your customer since more than 3 years, this is how you treat to your customers who are loyal to you since last 3 years?
                                  4. No intimation is given for suspension of my services. If money is the only issue, I kindly ask you to to please return my all call charges, personal follow ups and also the money I paid to get this conversion done.

                                    I had purchased a Reliance Wi-Fi dongle (ZTE 3G Dongle – AW 3632) on 13th January 2016 from your Kolkata, Jadavpur outlet M/s A. Y. Communication. I am using this dongle in my desktop computer at home. With regret this is to inform you that till today I did not get stable internet connection continuously for 5 minutes. It is malfunctioning. I am running pillar-to-post and post-to-pillar to stable this device. No one can provide appropriate solution. In between one duplicate SIM has been issued by M/s A. Y. Communication but problem remains the same. In last seven days I have tried to get my level best support from Customer Service Cell. The problem is that either the call centre executives are not able to understand the actual problem or they have no solution. During installation and afterward, I am facing the following problems:
                                    1) I am using the aforesaid dongle in my desktop computer and the OS in my computer is windows 7. I am using Quick Heal Internet Security ante-virus.
                                    2) Reliance dongle Setup not installed in my computer automatically. While force installing from windows folder by clicking setup, it is creating a “3G Mobile Hotspot” shortcut in my desktop.
                                    3) If I click the shortcut or insert dongle in USB port, it is opening http://www.m.home/index.asp page for entering username and password. If I enter admin and admin, ZTE home page opening with Internet Connection Status info, Wi-Fi Status info and Network Connection Status info. On the top right corner showing SIM type GSM, Status Connected and 2 to 3 signal bar, very rare shows 4 signal bar.
                                    4) If I go to Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center, it is showing Connections: Reliance Broadband but Access Type: No Internet Connection.
                                    5) If I See Reliance Broadband Status, it is showing serially, No Network Access, No Network Access, Enabled, Time span and Speed less than 10 Mbps.
                                    As a result I am failing to access the internet. To be noted that in the ZTE home page if SIM type is WCDMA and 3 signal bar then I can access the internet but unfortunately
                                    within 5 minutes it configures back to GSM SIM.

                                    Kindly let me know the solution to overcome this dingdong situation. Your early reply in this regard is highly solicited. If you need more information for the above please feel free to contact me.

                                    Well, some similar sort of problem with my ZTE AW3632 ( wifi dongle), i had purchased from amazon.in, i have very rarely used the wifi dongle from past 2 years. Recently, i could able to connect to dongle with wifi but after 5-6 mins the gsm module led turns from green to red, indicating the dongle couldnot able to establish network with gsm tower. When i restart dongle, for 5-6 mins it works but again gsm led turns green to red.

                                      I have used a postpaid connection of reliance i.e [protected] for last 2 years. But from last 2 months I have faced lots of problem from reliance regarding the bill. My plan has change without my information and I have registered lots of complain regarding this. complain no.[protected], 24180500,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] but their is no resolution can be done by anybody. Every time told me that your complain will be resolved within the next 6 hours but their will be no reply or resolution can be done by any executive. When I asked about my complain status every time say that sir you can wait for the resolution but till now their will be no resolution have been done. My connection will be disconnect by the company their will be no incoming call facility available. I am very frustrated due to the connection.

                                      I am requested to everyone to not purchase any connection on reliance their are fraud their will be no complain can be accepted their are no such good customer support system.

                                      I have also resisted a complaint to reliance ‎Appellate authority Mr.Rahul Tandon but their are no resolution can be done.

                                      I have face lots of problem due to disconnected my connection their will be no one can listen my complain.

                                        had purchased reliance wi-pod with 40gb @ monthly rental Rs.999 with device cost 1300 10 days before.
                                        Im very sad to inform that there is no signal in our area and the net speed is very bad. Loading a 2mb video takes around 25 min.
                                        we are highly depressed with our new network.
