My cell phone no is [protected]. I have put in a port request to port from reliance to Airtel. The Airtel guys say that reliance is not porting me out and the Airtel guys say that they have already forwarded my request to reliance. Please help.

    Im sushant panda from bhubaneswar using reliance prepaid service since long . they use to deduct from you main balance periodically. i have a new number using since more than 6months. after 2 week i have checked the balance found ZERO which was earlier nearly 70-80. i m using this number for internet purpose. after repeated request their customer service representative, they clearly said no we cant help and we cant raise complain for u, , such a poor service from big telecom co, i never expect..for this kind of service all of my friends and family switch to airtel or bsnl.

    my number [protected], i spoke to chandra and krushna nayak...They have such employees who cant help customers.

      Wipod internet is giving me a maximum speed of 60 kbps on average. This is hopeless. I have spoken to the customer care and they try to give some stupid solutions which doesn't work. Hopeless service and i'm repenting my decision on buying this. I request you to please rectify the issue as soon as possible or please buy back the device.

        with due respect I want to draw your kind attention that the above mentioned Mob. No. shows "registration failed" from today morning. I don't know the reason. At about 9 to 9-15 p.m. customer care says the the sim is no longer activated. I want to know what is the reason behind it. I have another two Reliance Mobile No. [protected]( used by my daughter ) & [protected]( used by me ). This occassion happens repeatedly. So, I am decided to port the another two nos. to another service provider because the number is most important today. As per version of customer care the No. [protected] not portable also.

        I want the Mob. No. [protected] because the nos. is given to various important department.

        Pl. look into the matter and take necessary action as early as possible.

          On the 19th Of Januaury I wanted to recharde my numbe rwith balance and gprs data packs. i saw the pack of rs 448 which will avail me 2gb 3g data and 300tt local and std for 30 days. i recharged as i found it suitable for my number [protected]. after recharrgin my number i see i am only getting rs 200 tt that too for 28days. i called up the customer care and asked about the difference. wat i hear is totally shocking is that they dont know wat their site shows. according to the customer care i was not entitled for that offer written on that site wherelse there was not mentioned that it is only for some special people. he says you are not a valid customer. an offer on national site .. www.rcom.co.in is having an offer which is different with their customer care verdict. that is very misleading for customer like us to be harrassed. how can this cause a difference. i want my 100 tt as well as i had done my recharge on that site which shows the offer as 2gb 3g data and 300tt loocal and std.


          please i request you to do the needful. it has caused me a lot of harassment as the customer care executive spoke to me rude as well.

            There behaving like very cheap he is giving me a sim that sim no is[protected] and he activated the sim with a another no and telling that we want another 600, reliance is a good service so we can trust but now i cant believe that 3 month back i was taken a vodafine sim postpaid he activated my no within3 days but reliance behaviour is very cheap

                My no.is [protected]. I am having 400 mb left in my account validity 2 feb 2016. I am using smartnet apn. Whenever i connect to internet, my balance got deducted. Executives having no idea, it happened 2 times. Got total deduction of 19 rs till now. I want my money back and problem corrected. It's hard earned money. I haved stolen it from others as you guys do.

                Again? I just left data & money deduction issue. You deducted my money keep it. Having 400 mb data .i left that also.now you guys started calling. One executive called and said you having data left. You can use that but there is low balance in your account so please recharge to use your data. Again i recharged again money got deducted. Well done guys. You deducted my 20-30rs .that was not enough ?

                    I dont like to write email again and agin to waste your time and create hassle for you guys.but unnecessary deductions compell me to do so. it seems it a crime to use internet connection on my mobile no([protected]) ...Again deducted some money...this is now worst ...i will definitely file in consumer forum and then port my number to some reliable company that does not deduct your money..or even so ...atleast let you know... Please high amount of inconvenience is caused due to this behavior of reliance telecommunications. I joined it as i could be the part of reliance 4g ...but has incidents have irritated me... Again and again writing email for refund. Please refund my money or assign some specific time were we can talk and understand the process. I will be highly thankful

                      No response from reliance, customer desk and also appelate respected sir / madam my name is swapnil sunil shivalkar... I had ported 4 connection from docomo to reliance... And plan has not activated from us this is my 4 connection of family members [protected]... [protected] [protected] [protected] actiually i had done this process from retailer he has taken charge of rs 150 of per sim card from me ...Total i had given him rs 600 of 4 connections and i had recharge also high on each card as full talktime [protected]... Recharge rs 300 done and per card of rs 150 activation charges taken from me by retailer [protected]...Recharge rs 300 done [protected]...Recharge rs 150 done [protected]...Recharge rs 150 done and my call charges is getting rs 1 per call...Retailer told me that u will be charge rs 0.30 ps and my call charges is getting rs 1 per call plz it is request forcefully i have to stay 90 days atleast in reliance service ...So for 90 days giev me the best service that i should change my mind for lifetime service

                            On 16/01/2016, i register a complaint regarding voucher isssue(STd and Local voucher not running paralllely). Reliance customer care representative Anuj/Jyoti gave me a satisfaction that your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs. But still this issue is not resolved yet. Moreover i continuously tried to a call on customer care, nobody will answer a my call. This issue(voucher issue) was already happened in past.

                              this service by reliance is pathetic...they deduct your money ...without informing you...so if you didnt notice your balance thrice a day ...you wont be able to detect these unnecessary deductions and they make profit out of you...

                              Reliance 3g speed is also pathetic far worst than 2g.

                              I will definitely switch to some other service provider...

                                  i have activated Whatsapp 16Rs unlimited plan. still my whatsapp plan is not activated from the last three days. i have called customer care multiple times but they are saying that there is a technical issue. i dont know why they are making fool of customers if they cant provide service. i have called customer care 12 times in the last three days. when they cant answer then they are simply put off the call. worst service. they even dont care i[censored] call their customer service centre. i am fed up with all these. they have deducted all my 25 rs too. they already deducted the balance for plan and still deducting balance for using services.. Please kindly take an action concerning this. My number is [protected].now, i dont want any plan from u, kindly refund back all my money. i dont want to be further arguing with u for the service which u dont provide and keep deducting money in the name of service.

                                    My reliance prepaid no. is [protected] and its outgoing calls barred from 13/01/16.And i cant connect internet from 18/1/16.I called customer care many times.first i reached customer care but they only know about internet.So I had to call again.bit i couldn't connect. I dont know what to do.
