Dear sir,
My self tofiq khan i am existing user of reliance Gsm Having no.[protected], on 17 jan 2016 my balance was deducted, and when i try to call customer care and ask about the deduction, the executive not even replying me well he was aggressive with me over the call and refuse to give me my complaint no.i had also try to talk to them once again but the situation still remains same, they refuse to give me my complaint no. and still i did not get any satisfactory answer from, plz help me.
coz we are your valuable consumers so its our right to have Right information from your side.
