I got a call form reliance customer care today and they asked to recharge with rs. 50 recharge. I did but it added top up to my sim instead of extending validity . Pls help.

    On 9th Jan 16 I got a message from relaince communications that I will get 1 Gb 3g net pack for 28 days on my prepaid GSM number [protected] on recharge of 123 Rs . I made a recharge of 123 Rs on same day but I received only 500 MB 3G DATA. I made a call to relaince customer care but instead of helping me he asked me to call him after two hours, once again I made a call to customer care (Mr Neeraj) he also told me do the same and he just disconnected my call, there after I have sent an email to [protected]@relianceada.com on 10th Jan 16. Till date I haven't been benefited and didn't get any reply from relaince though I tried a lot..you r requested to do the needful at the earliest

      I bought reliance data card before 10 days in chennai.The plan is 999 rupees speed 14.7 mbps but i am not even getting 512 kbps.called to customer care and they asked to change some settings but still no use.Then they have taken complaint noted my address and promised to resolve the issue within 3 days.i got call from reliance mumbai 4 times and they spoken in hindhi.when i asked someone to speak in english they immediately cut call.4 times this happened.frustrated with this.my friends suggested not to buy reliance data card.worst customer and pathetic speed.issue is not resolved even after 10 days.There appllette authority email id also waste

      Hi Sir,

      I bought this Reliance data card connection and it was useless...from the third day onward I started requesting to cancel the connection, because there is no connectivity for that small plastic box, its a crap.
      I made more than thirty calls to customer care to cancel or else check for the network. No action have been taken so far...

      Now i am receiving the bills for the useless device for last 2 months, even i have thrown this device and i will never come back to reliance in my lifetime.

      In addition, last month (18Dec15) I received a call from billing department and they said to pay Rupees 479 Rupess, because I have used only 1GB totaly after i bought this crap (first four days).
      I agreed to them and asked them to send me an email stating that, this is the final settle of this useless device. Again no response from your customer care.

      I have never seen such a worst customer care in my lifetime...this can be called as customer cheating care, because they gave me a customer care email as "customercare.[protected]@gmail.com" from a mobile number [protected], and the same happened as usual no reply.

      I wont pay this amount because, i have already lost 2500 rupees for buying this device. I am in Russia now, once i am back next month, i will file a complaint in consumer court.

      For both o[censored]s Goodwill, If you can send me a written letter as said early & as per your customer executive promise "Final settlement of Rupees 479", i will do it immediately.

      I appreciate your prompt reply on this.

      Still the issue not resolved even after 23 days.kindly cancel the services and i am no using it.worst service from reliance.waste of money.i have sent email to cancel the services.
      The reliance data card speed very less and i have cancelled this card in january itself but reliance keep on sending emails and phone calls and asking me to pay bill of 1500 rupees.I have losed 1300 rupees for purchasing this device.How can i pay bill when i am not using this card.Please stop calling me for bill payment.

        I recharged my mobile [protected] for 399/, as per website they shown that " unlimited on net calls & 10 min a day " on[protected]. But they have credited unlimited local calls.. While unlimited on net means unlimited STD. I was cheated .

After getting this news I tried ti gets Unique Porting Code btr I can't because it is not showing anny network. Bcoz I don't need to lose the number, please give me sugesstion and help me.

                        I am no reliance postpaid connection. My bill due was on the[protected]. I paid my bill on the[protected] at 10:00am at Reliance Mobile Store (Kiyaasmee Communication) they there provided me a "Sundaram Challan". The payment was done by cash. the amount was Rs.180/ Today[protected]. I received a sms from reliance that the payment has not been done, please pay to avoid late payment chargers. I called the customer care where, I spoke to Sonali, she asked with for the receipt number, so that she can file a complaint.. but there was no recepit number mentioned on the challan received. She dint accept their mistake, but she told i cant do anything you go and visit nearby reliance store.. I told i will file a complain she was like OK!! Attaching the challan which I got, do take needful action.

                              I have asked to de-active services on my connection on 22nd Aug and make a payment of Rs 823 against last billed+ differential amount. They offered me that I can go for safe custody mode and latter i can activate it any time. After that I received the bill for next moth, I called the customer support and they assured me that it will be waived and I need not worry. latter in december again i receive the bill and i called the customer support but they told me that they do not have any such information with them. Also I can not talk to special desk team (Monalisha and Sravanti) who assured me of waiver and closure. latter i received a mail for lok adalat. Please help me to resolve the issue.                                         Dear Sir/Ma'am Hope you are doing great!!! My data card number is [protected].i have filed a complaint previously about bad service and internet connection issue but i don't think anybody has taken care of my problem. My problem remains same as earlier.My problem was that i am not able to connect to internet and i have called so many times to customer care of reliance and as always, they are not helping me and telling me same thing that go to reliance store. Now i don't have any idea how to solve my problem because nobody is giving me any sort of solution. after i filed complained against customer service, i received call from reliance navi mumbai and they asked me to visit a authorised service center (Address: Shop No. G-15, Opposite Saraswati Complex, New Railway Road, Gurgaon, Haryana 122006) to solve the problem as they said there is no issue in your connection but might be data card problem.So i went there and authorised service center told me that they don't solve ZTE-Reliance product.i called customer care and they told me there is nothing like this.Then customer care representative talked to him but could not convience to solve the problem .He again gave me another address but that was closed till than.I visited on mentioned address again on next day.[Address: Shop No. 11, 1st Floor, Bus Stand Road, Near Mamta Hospital, Opp. Apollo Tyre, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001] The person name there was FIZA and she said she have nothing but have to replace the Data Card.She even did not give a look to my data card, she just said rudely that there will be no checking, we will replace your data card and submit bill. I asked her what is the problem in this data card, she just said network problem and i asked what sort of network problem she did not reply.she was so rude and did not give any solution beside replacement. Now i don't have bill because the person, i purchased data card from, told me at the time of purchasing that he does not have bill now and will give me after 2-3 days. I agreed as i thought he will help me .but he gave me his number and told me his name i.e SANJAY and told me he is speaking from reliance corporate office and working in reliance for past 8 years. Then i lost my phone and lost his number too. so i called customer care of reliance and they told me that they can't help in this and did not gave any solution. I asked to re-generate my bill or gave me any solution so that either i can have my problem solved or i can re-generate bill again.They told me they can't do anything and told me to visit the reliance store.i already told them i have visited reliance store and they are not helping.but they kept on saying same thing. The complain is that why nobody is helping, even senior from navi mumbai gave me wrong address, then what can you expect from normal representatives. I have data card, i have data card number, paid my bill, have activated my data plan means i have purchased the data card then what is the problem to re-generate bill.or tack down that person who has given me this data card.That should not be so difficult fort them.But thing is they don't want to help. I want to file a complain against reliance, reliance customer care service kolkata and the authorised service center which i mentioned and want action to be taken against their respective seniors and branch manager who handles these authorised service center. AND Please solve my problem as i am not giving up till i get my solution.
