Sir i bought reliance wifi pod, it assures net speed will be 14.7 Mbps but the realtime speed is just 2 to 3 kbps and most of the time no net connection at all. Please go through the screenshot attached with this complaint for your reference. Our plan is postpaid Rs 999 truly unlimited which means we are paying a lot of money for NOTHING. I have tried all possible reliance customer care numbers and not a single one responded. Nobody was picking up the phone. Kindly address our concern as soon as possible.     I had changed the plan of my previous broadband connection on 29th December 2015, from 2mbps to 4mbps. They had given us a time of 48 hours to upgrade the plan. Today, 17th January 2016, instead o[censored]pgrading our plan, we have been downgraded to a lower plan. Even though after complaining multiple times, they are completely ignorant about our issue, they keep on giving us false promises. I would like them to give concession for the time period and possibly upgrade my plan.

        Hi sir, i am Shradhanand kashyap from raipur. I port my tata docomo no. To reliance cdma on sep 2015 and that time reliance given me offer unlimited calls to local mobile on any network. I have receive sms from reliance. I also attached snapshot of that sms. But when i call to customer care they said the offer is change to 4000 local mins.             I have got low speed on my Reliance netconnect 3g dongle in Mumbai area. There is no issue with network coverage in my area as it worked well before. But since the past one week I see the speeds have drastically dropped to just 12kbps. There is sufficient balance for 3g data. I have been on calls with customer care executives multiple times and each one has a story to tell. Finally a complaint was logged but the resolution time is of 2 days. For an issue of this magnitude I do not see any reason for a resolution time of 2 days. I have asked if the company policy abides bt this timeline but they customer care was not able to give me an answer. It is really a hopeless service. Complaint#[protected]

                Purchased a plan for 4 mbps a month before from reliance and the speed i am getting is max. 500kbps nd average speed is 200kbps and many a times the modem doesnt work i hav to make data recharges on my cell.. and even after complaining many times there is no change in speed..my user id is[protected].

                  My name is Nihal. I use reliance GSM SIM in kerala with mobile number: [protected]. My phone was stolen from me on 27th December and I blocked it by calling customer care. I applied for duplicate SIM on 28-Dec from reliance store and got the sim on the same day. They said the activation will take only one hour. Its been 3 weeks and still the duplicate sim is not activated even though I kept constant follow up. I have contacted reliance communications directly via email and got a reply from them on 12-Jan saying they will resolve my problem by 14-Jan and they gave me a service request number:[protected] . After that I never heard from them. The biggest problem is that the person who stole my phone is using my number once in a while and I'm not able to block the incoming calls to my number or even activate new sim. Please somebody help me solve this issue.

                      Hi, Ashish this side. I have done a MNP to switch my operator from BSNL to Reliance on 27th of december 2015. MNP procedure has been successfuly completed on 3rd of january 2016 but due to to negative response for the address verification i have been restricted from making any outgoing call from 11th of january. I am very sure that i have submitted all the documents that were required to get the service and the person who had came for the address varification i have submitted all the required documents infront of him, but still i am facing such a problem.I am not getting any response from customer care.I just want to know whether reliance will take an action regading this problem or not, because i am facing a lot of trouble due to the restriction of not making any outgoing calI.                         My reliance no got deactivated on 10th Dec 2015, without informing me about that and when calling to their customer care their dump representatives some time says your no. Is ok it doesn't has any problem, it will be solved in a week n bla bla... After hearing the same excuse till a month I got annoyed n then they were saying your no has got deactivated as 2g services has stopped in your city and you cannot get the same no . What is this they will just deactivate the no . My advice is never take a connection of Reliance communications

                          My Name is Swastik Bar. My mobile no is [protected](Sudden stopped) Which is under Reliance mobile operator. From 12 December 2015 Reliance Stopped its 2G Services in West Bengal But continues its 3g Services. I am using Micromax Nitro 310 which is 3G enable Mobile phone and I am using 3g services. Before 12 December My Main Balance was Rs. 341/- . After 12 December Reliance Service was suddenly Stopped when My Balance was Rs. 341/-. Then I contacted to reliance customer care by sent an email to [protected]@relianceada.com . they replied me that they registered my complain ( RE: NETWORK PROBEM [T[protected]G7S010Z464714 ] ) and it will take 48 hours to resolve . But After 48 hours it was not resolved and I did not get any response from them and also unable to contact customer care because services was suddenly stopped. Then on 26 December I Visited to Reliance Office (Near Girimaidan Station, Kharida, Kharagpur). Office people told me to recharge with 18/- and my services activate after 48 hours. Again After 48 hours service was not activated. Then 28 December I visited again and told that service was not activated . They Told me to Re-Submit all Documents (Voter ID card Xerox, Two copy Photo) . Which I was re submitted on that day. Then they told me After 48 hours my service will be activated. So I waited till 30 December if service was activated. Suddenly on 1st January Reliance Customer care people called me and told that it was not possible to restart my services so to port out to another operator otherwise I will lost my no ([protected]). I told them Why would I port out to another operator ? what is my fault ? I have done all things as they told (recharge with 18/-, re-submit all Document, and wait till many 48 hours). They told me (“ chillaye mat” ) don’t shout. “ you cannot restart your services by shouting and if you not port out to another operator you will lost your no” . I told them if I port out what will about my main balance 341/- ? they told me “ sorry sir, you will lost your main balance and new balance will zero.” On 2nd January I visited to Reliance office told me all things. They told me same thing that they could not do any thing and port out to Another operator and gave me the Port ID : NV349368. I told them if I port out what will about my main balance 341/- ? they told me that I will lost my main balance. Finally they Advised me if I not port out my no will be closed. After compplaining on this site (consumer complainints .in) after 3 days Reliance Care people Called From +[protected] and Told Me to replace the sim from nearest reliance outlet on 4th January, on 6th january i have done sim replacement from reliance outlet (Store name : GLOBAL COMMUNICATION ) (Store address: 392/352, Kharida Main Road, Near Kharida Rail Gate, Kharagpur, W.B. ). they Charged 50/- and told me after 3 hours sim will be activated. But till now( After 15 hour) There is no tower in my mobile and sim was no activated. then i contacted to [protected]@relianceada.com, they told me " we request you to purchase a new SIM card. Also, the talktime of Rs.341/- is non-refundable and non-transferable " I am not intend to purchase new sim card because my main balance is 341/-. why should I purchase My main account balance is 341/- my money will be wasted. Please give me another option or refund my main balance into my bank account, then I will port out to another operator. customer care told me it is not possible. If I do not port out then I will lost my phone no . 1. My main balance is 341/- and 50/- for sim replacement 2.                           And Reliance Mobile store telling me that they can't do anything and told me to contact reliance customer care... All they are fraud.. Please refund my main Balance in My bank account.

                                Hello, This is to inform that my connection got disconnected 10 days ago and a complaint was raised regarding the same with the customer care team however there was no action taken on it. The complaint should have been resolved within 24 hours but even after 240 hours there was initiative taken to solve the issue. I am extremely frustrated as it has been a long time and I am unable to use my internet. Reliance is considered to be one of the reputed company of the country and this kind of customer service is not expected from the same.                                   Hi Reliance Team, I'm writing this email as I'm really frustrated with this technical issue which I'm getting every time I'm trying to get the porting code by text PORT [protected] to 1900. Since 5 days I'm trying to get this resolved but no success. I've spoken to customer service, nodal office, Reliance Mukherjee nagar outlet and even Manjeet Singh (Relationship manager reliance). As per my last discussion with Mukherjee Nagar Outlet Manager/Owner Avinash.. he stated that as per the ticket description I've been asked to visit the outlet and get the issue fixed. Is this a joke, I've been visiting reliance store from last 2 days now but nothing. Avinash (Store Manager) said he doesn't knows what to do. Last spot for me is to go to consumer court about it. Please advise if next steps, if no response from your side within 6 hours (your SLA time) then I'll be appealing Consumer court about the same. Regards Rahul

                                    Hi, I have activated National Roaming Pack of Rs.75/- on 01.12.15 which i deactivated on 12.12.15, same was confirmed by Customer Care Executive. In my Dec-15 bill i was charged for the same. Now again in my Jan-16 bill i was charged for National Roaming Pack of Rs.75/- which i didn't activated. For these i spoke to Customer Care Executive with his senior person named Madhuri - Floor Supervisor who gave me silly reason that in system invoice is not showing which i think is not an acceptable answer. Attaching herewith both the invoices for ready reference, please look into these and waive the same at the earliest. Else i would have to option to port my number in other network.
