My reliance number is [protected]. I had received a msg on 30th of Dec. 15 to recharge with 116 and 123 for 3GB DATA AND Rs 30 talk time. How ever only 2448 mb data was credited. Rest 624 mb data is not yet credited to my account. Kindly check credit the same at the earliest. My alternate number is [protected]

    I bought a Reliance Wi-pod for Rs. 1700/- the actual price shown on Reliance website is Rs. 1299/- secondly I was promised that the speed would be 14.7 MBPS but since the day it got activated I never saw the speed increasing more than 1 mbps, the upload and download speed is running below 30 to 40 KBPS which is very much frustrating for me. moreover I would like to remind one more important issue that the plan I was offered is Rs. 999/- month which is very much expensive for a speed which is not more than 1 mbps and they promised me that it is truly unlimited. I contacted customer care on[protected] and the lady on the phone advised me to change the network mode from hybrid to pro 3, i did that but still the speed remains the same. the lady also informed me that the speed cannot be changed unless I switch my plant from unlimited to limited data which will be 25 GB for a month. am a bit confused now what to do and how to resolve the issue with the speed and data limit offered by Reliance. The installation was done on 11.Jan.2016 and till date am unable to find myself satisfactory with the service offered by Reliance.       On 11th december 2015, the network in my reliane number [protected] stopped working.So I called Reliance customer care to get the UPC number for this mobile number.They supplied me with an invalid UPC code due to which I could not port from reliance to airtel. On 21st december 2015 a request was sent by airtel for port in to airtel with the UPC code given by reliance, but it was rejected. Now reliance is neither activating my number [protected], nor giving me any new UPC code so that I can port out from reliance. Regards, Ayan Some

      As expected, Reliance Communications does not seem to be interested at all in solving customer problems.Only thing that Reliance communications is good at is in deceiving customers.

      I have not yet received any call from Reliance communications.

          I had purchsae a mobile (i phone 5s) from reliance showroom mall road ludhiana under schemne of rs. 3500/- per month with all using (calls, internet & all data uses) free for 2 years (24 months) in december 2013. And i made many complaints against the network but nothing resolve. And now after 2 yeras in december 2015 no one inform me that ur package is over & we put your in that package of billing. And now i send a request for port my number then if refuse everytime & on 11th of january i put a complaint[protected] but resolve till now. After all that i send a person to relaince office for accuire about package & they said your phone in rs100/- per day package. And also i had send a request before 3 days request no.[protected] for cahge the paln but it also refuse. And i call to customer care many time but after hold the line half an hour they says we can't do that at that time, they call me back after some time. But no one call me back. Now the problem is that why i pay such a amount of rs 2500/- bill for just 16 days, so please change my paln from the date of 28th december 2015 and port my number also and send me exect billing so i will pay that.

As Today morning, I had approx Rs 100 in my main balance. I had 403 MB data for net pack. I just on data connection for few min many times. Your system have deducted my approx Rs 60 from main balance. I have still reaming 403 MB data in my pack till 13/01/2016. I have called customer care.                       Hi I am new customer of reliance. My name is subrata ganguly. mobile number [protected]. 1st I was Tata docomo customer but one of reliance marketing team called me and convinced me to change the network. But unfortunately she misguided me. She told me there will be no roaming charges if I call and stay within west bengal. So I travelled some part of west bengal and used your service. But the reality was different that I came to know when I got my 1st bill. There were huge roaming charges and my bill is Rs 652. Because of their untrained staffs who misguided me.                         I m using reliance netconnect+ with advanced rental months plan but even after full payment, reliance is generating bill every months, harrasing me by calling tons of times a day, ceasing my service by stopping my no.[protected], I want a permanent solution for this, earlier also I had complain but they are repeating the same things, I can terminate my no. If and only if I get my money for 3months advanced rental plan.

                        I don't have to pay any amount, real problem which I got to know when I visited head Centre of reliance in Indore, they told me that 3 months advanced rental plan of 1350 has been closed since august, that's why bill get generated every month and when I complain after your Harassment by calling and visiting Centre, u waive off my amount. The new plan has not been updated and its the fault from your side, he told me the new plan amount for 1200 for 3 months advanced rental plan for 5 GB plan with 3.1mbps and after that unlimited at 144 kbps, he told me that they will continue to waive off for two months more because of 3 months payment done by me and after that change your plan by visiting head Centre.
                        Now to be clear its fault from your side, if again I will get such problems in coming months I will directly go to district consumer court to file a case against u, I don't care how much time it takes but I don't have time for repeated harassment by your side by Continuous calling and visits .

                          Hello Sir, Please be inform you that, I have bought Reliance Wi POD production through Agent Satish Shete (91-[protected]) his Manager name is Rajeev Gupta[protected] of on 18th May 2015. MDN No is [protected] and RSN no is RHRHSCOD1069706. After activated connection, I did not get any consistent connectivity as mentioned in broacher and committed by agent. I have complained to customer care on 20th may 2015 and complain no is[protected]. Till date, I did not get any positive response from their service center or any technical team. Same way I had done multiple complaint after that I had discontinue service but they did't it and send request for payment without resolve issue and harnessing me.                             Dear Sir I am a reliance prepaid customer since last 10 years my no. is [protected], they make wrong deduction and without satisfactory reply they claim that we had used GPS and so they deducted, but even if we ask them for last 5 deductions they deny to provide and the executive says that they do not posses information after three days so then how can they so surely say that the deduction was what for.                                     My name is Aamir Ansari. I am presently residing in Bangalore. I purchased Reliance Pro Datacard in early 2015. The Datacard no. is [protected]. This was postpaid connection. On 11th July 2015, I requested to convert my Postpaid datacard connection to prepaid connection for which I went to the Reliance store in Marathalli(ZR Communications)-Bangalore. The due of ₹2040 was calculated by pro rata basis and I had done the payment in Cash. The store guy assured me that the connection will be changed to Prepaid in 2-3 working days. I had never used the datacard post 11th July 2015 but the Reliance kept on sending me the bills for consecutive months. Upon recieving the bills, I opened up a case with Reliance customer care. The last update which I have from them is "We have already escalated your issue and will get it resolved on priority. Once the mentioned issue is resolved, we will notify you via e-mail or phone call." I am copying my conversation below. However I have been getting the call from Reliance almost daily to pay the due amount for my connection and I keep on telling them that I already have made the full payment in cash and I am not even using the data card any more. I provided them the receipt no as well. The latest call I got for the same from ‎+91 [protected] and the guy on the other side was very rude. Below are the points I would like to bring to your notice from the conversation I had: 1- On the system, the payment date is shown as 18th July rather 11th July and the payment is done by the card‎. 2 - ‎I explained him that I made the payment by cash on 11th July. He wanted me to prove it. I told him I have hard copy of bill. He told me the bill wouldn't be considered. If I have made the payment by cash, I should have noted the store guys name and telephone no! 3 - He wanted me to go back ‎to store and look for that guy and make him speak on phone with him to clear the payment date confusion. 4 - Last he told me to pay the due amount otherwise I will keep geting the calls daily. I am attaching the copy of the bill of the payment I did on 11th July. Request you to please look into this matter and sort it out ASAP. Reach out to me in case of any clarification.                                       Reliance has sold Internet Dongle by promising that they provide speed Internet Service up to 14 mbps and minimum we get 6 mbps speed, for that monthly 1000/- Rs for 40 Gb Internet and Billing date will be every month 25th but they are not given up to 1 mbps speed Internet, they are giving only 100 kbps to 256 kbps, less than 1mbps. Reliance Dongle No: [protected]. I have checked in online Internet speed test websites and have print screen Images. Immediately I complained to customer care within two day's and said I don't want their connection, but they didn;t take back their device. when I called customer care, they are telling our device will only support up to 14 mbps and what ever speed now you are getting only that you get. For the device they charge 1500/-Rs and I have paid, and they said monthly 1000/- Rs for 40 Gb Internet and they have given only 1.3 Gb Internet so far and after that their device is not working, again I called customer care they are not picking my number, many times I called, so then I called from other's mobile number they picked and after telling my device number they made me to wait for 26 minutes and disconnected the call. (what rights they have to make people wait for long time and disconnect with out providing service) I am a 3D Animator, freelancer, I work online using Internet and earn up to 3000/- Rs per day but after taking the Reliance Internet Service, I am in loss of pay from past two month After few days some customer care guy called me from Reliance and asking for Bill, when i said my billing date is every month 25th and your device is not connecting, So they told me to uninstall and reinstall their device, But after doing that also it is not working. They have all the details, how many days I have used Internet and how many Gb they have given. Again they called for bill and i said your device is not working and with out solving the problem I can't pay, so they said they will send some Technician but still today they have not sent and problem is not solved but they keep on calling for bill and keep Increasing the Bill amount. The Dealer who lied to me and sold their device, his mobile number is [protected]. and the delivery boy who brought and gave the device and not giving the bill for purchase his number is [protected]. when I ask for bill, When I ask for bill first they said after verification you get the bill, after that he is telling if Reliance company ask's, you tell that you have brought online and not giving bill (fraud dealer and delivery boy) I have sent SMS from my mobile on the next day of purchase to the dealer and I still keeping the SMS for complaint. I am in loss of pay from November 20th to today. ( The Reliance company is generating bill for each particular customer and not make sure before billing whether they are providing proper service for the customer, on usage and connection details ) First I was using Hathway Internet Service, if any connection problem appears Immediately they send technician and they solve the problem, I appreciate their company and the service, but after shifting my house here no Hathway Internet connection available so I went for Reliance.
