Hi, I have given the termination request 5 months back for my connection to customer care n request was accepted. But I know whoever was the representative had not stop at system level and bill was continuously generated. that are forcing me to pay the bill even this is companies fault. My Cu No. Is [protected] CAF No is[protected] They are threatening me for the payment.

    Hi.. I chosed reliance broadband .. On 30 dec 2015.. The guy said that it will be installed in 3-4 days.. But every time I call him he says it will be installed in few days.. I even asked him to return back my money .. But still he says it will be done in 2-3 days.. Not returning back the advance..

      I made a big mistake by taking reliance service i dont know they send unnecessary charges i have complaint to customer care so many time but no proper response.

      My problem has been resolved, reliance managers has sent amail he will look in to the issue. he sail due to some technical issues that i got unnecessary charges which will be solved soon.

      reliance data card ( postpaid ) is total nonsence...customer care facility is useless.. every time everyone is telling different things..they apply unnecessary charges when it comes to terminate the service or closing the number.

        I am availing your telecom facility since Oct 2015. I have migrated from Idea Telecom to your company using MNP facility of having monthly rental of Rs 371.00. At the time of initial rental and MNP procedure it has been assured from your sales and customer executives that after paying monthly rental of 371.00, i will be able to avail the facility o[censored]nlimited calling facility all over India. Recently i paid my monthly rental on 29/12/2015 and started getting benefit of the same. On the 30/12/2015 i received a text stating that this facility won't be available on 31/12/2015 and 01/01/2016, but after this dates also my cell phone is charged for the outgoing calls. I again refilled my main account balance and filed a complain about to your mobile store on 07/01/2016 vide SR No.[protected] and as per your company you people have resolved this issue by 09/01/2016. But now the point is when i refilled my account on 06/01/2016 and now today (11/01/2016) i am again facing the same problem o[censored]nnecessary deductions and your customer care executive is saying that i don't have any 371.00 monthly rental facility on my number. You people kindly pay attention to the point and resolve it at earliest. If i have paid my hard earned money to you than please take into notice that i won't allow you to make fool of me stating that there is a system glitch.

        I don't know what is wrong with Reliance communication. On 12/01/2016 at 11.26 am, i received a call from this people, the lady on the call was trying to investigate the matter and far most resolved that what she assured me. She didn't only resolved on her part but also assured me that i will be having all the benefits of the said plan and Reliance Communication won't charge any additional amount from me now onward. After she hang up the call, i received a text message stating my complaint number as SR[protected] and it will be resolved in next 6 hours. No doubt they resolved on their side, they in fact refunded the deductions and then i was not getting charged any additional amount for my outgoing calls. But now, today i made a call and IVR said my main account balance is Rs. 1.00. I appreciate the efforts of the company that they resolved the matter as soon as possible, but now what has happened to them. Why this company is again disturbing me and exploiting my facility. I just checked few voice call messages of yesterday and some of them is stating that i have been charged xxx amount and my main balance left is xxx. Now, what is the point of their customer service mechanism? What is the point of their all systems, if they can't even solve this system glitch? On adding to that this people didn't stop here, i don't know how but now they have deactivated my 198 and *333 customer help IVR. I can't access their customer care executive via my this number.

          Dear Sir/Ma'am Hope you are doing great!!! My data card number is [protected].My data card was blocked because of late payment.But the late payment was because i did not receive any bill from reliance because wrong gmail is registered in reliance by reliance representatives. I somehow contacted your customer service and before paying full payment i asked your representative how much time it will take to activate my net plan.His name was SADHAN, he told me it will take maximum 2:30 minutes to activate, then i called after 3 hours and my net was not active till then .i talked to NEHA representative of reliance, she was very rude and did not provide me any solution and told me your complain is registered and it will take more 6 hours.my request number is[protected].after 7:30 hours later i talked to one of your representative KARAN and he again said they can't do anything call us after sometime.i told him all story but he kept on saying call us after 2 hours.This call was made around 12:30AM in the mid night.He was very rude too and did not gave any solution.Then after 2 hours around 2:30AM in the morning i again made a call and it was PRALOY who told me again call after some time.they kept on saying we can't do anything and very rude too.Then i again made a call and TAPASISH picked up call and said he can't help and again told me there is some technical problem and can't tell and was so rude that i lost my temper.He again told me to call in the morning or after some time. Then around 12:30 in the afternoon i again made a call and SUJAN picked up call and again told me that they can't resolve my problem and was so rude and kept on repeating only one thing that is call us after some time. so i have waited more than 24 hours and made so many calls, not a single representative was professional but rude too.They did not give em any solution and kept on repeating same thing. so i want you to take action against these representative SADHAN, NEHA, KARAN, PRALOY, TAPASISH and their respective seniors who gave them freely access to say anything, and not a single time they came to talk to me as i repeatedly asking about seniors and they kept on fooling customer and making bad name of reliance. And please activate my net connection as soon as possible because customer have suffered alot. And all those representative are from kolkata and Drop me a mail that what action have you taken against them. Thanks & Regards

            I am Yogesh using my mobile no.[protected] since one month as i recharged 70₹ and after some time reliance gsm communication start deducting my balnce each day 5₹ even consult to relaince coustmer care they named it MDN And VAS he advised me to deactivate R live, i did as he said but even after doing things deducting process doesn't stop and not these much now coustmer care blocked my no. So kindly reliance communition stop deduting balance and refund my balance and hope future it wont happen.

                Respected Sir, My mobile number is [protected] from reliance GSM issued from Gujrat. I am currently on roaming in Bihar. I have made a call on local Idea mobile number [protected] which was saved with name of concerned person in my mobile in which the said reliance sim card I am using. This call was made in 8.51 pm on 10.01.2016 and it was disconnected after 119 seconds automatically. When I saw the remaining balance I was shocked to see that Rs. 200 has been deducted from my balance which was Rs. 205.33 before this call. When I called the Customer care executive of the braincell the said it was an international call to Russia so that amount has been deducted. When I pressed them to check that whether the call was connected they simply refused to check and repatriated that I made a call to Russia. Sir I had never made any international call from this number [protected]. When I again called them in today morning their reply was same. Sir you can check from mobile towers connection that the call was a local call, and the claim of the company that it was an international call is totally wrong. So I request you to kindly look in to this matter and arrange for my balance refund .

                    I have been having a reliance gsm number for almost the past 6 years. I presently have a MyTune and when I wish to change my MyTune to something else, I'm unable find my required tune in the complicated search process which involves the customer either calling a number to select from a list of tunes or sending an sms of the required song (half of the songs which I search are popular and yet not found in these processes). It would be great if they could simplify this tedious process of setting a callertune and make it more user friendly like other netwotks such as Airtel, Vodafone and Idea.

                        I am using Reliance post mobile with no [protected]. My activated plan was Rs. 499 (R to R unlimited + R to O 750 min / month). Last month I had requested to deactivate the connection. Thereafter I got several call from RCOM & all were trying to convince me to stay with Rcom. Lastly it was told to me that, they will give 50% discount on my bill amount. So I agreed on that offer.But when I receive my this month bill, it surprised me a lot. My earlier plan is not there, on the other hand they have charged Rs. 499 + all applicable charges for a new plan & other charges which makes Rs. 1238.47 as this month bill. I had talked with their customer care executives on several time (today) to short out the issue but the plan was not executed. I want a fare deal... My alternate No. is [protected]

                        I got a call from your team on 15.01.2016 at 13.51 pm & the call has came from[protected] no. It was informed to me that, my complaint got closed as it was resolved. Also it was informed that, the necessary adjustment has been made. When I asked where is the adjustment, then the reply was "you make another complain for this".

                                  On 8th jan 2016 I complained that there was deduction in my balance. customer care fellow told right now our system is unable to process request plz call after 2hours I tried but wasnot getting connected. Yesterday also same thing happened and now when I asked at customer care today they said we don't have details you should have asked with three days.What was my mistake I tried to call and tell me how many times to call them every time they will say call us after 2 hours.Really unfair.

                                    Yesterday only I brought the connection from Reliance store. They claim to me that I will get 3.1 MBPs connection speed. But I will only 500kBps even lesser at sometimes. When I tried to reach you no one answering my call. I am getting connection sometimes full or one bar lesser. Note it : During the speedtest no other devices were connected to the network Why you are telling lies to people. Take your with you and give my money back. or Right now change my speed.

I wanted to convert my GSM prepaid to post paid and gave an application along with Rs.300/- to the Reliance Siddhi Vinayak Enterprises ( Manjapur, Vadodara ) 3. One Lalu visited our home and gave the following report CUSTOMER ADDRESS MISMATCH CUSTOMER AREA NAME WRONG GIVEN CUSTOMER ADDRESS IN mujmahuda viswamitri road . and wright now they have suspend a my services and my BUsiness number was stop...i request you kindly help me to Reactivate my number in Prepiad if same is was not activate in Postpaid

                                        HI team, My woes, i think will not end as long as I am with reliance. You people approached me with lucrative offer o[censored]nlimited talk time with a monthly package of 500 and convinced me to port my no from my previous network to reliance. I made the biggest mistake of my life taking the decision to port my no. My woes begun from that point, as I had to run from pillar to post in order to get my no ported. Twice I had to submit the docs, multiple chases with the agents, multiple calls to cm care, esclations and finally it was done. Then started my next problem, I called cm care on 19th Dec, lodged a complaint for network or connectivity issues. And till now the issue is unresolved. Again the same story of multiple follow ups and chases. I was promised that even the remotest of villages in ap has reliance connectivity. Leave about connectivity at remote places, even in a highly populated are like Uppal, in Hyderabad, the connectivity is so bad that almost al the time the network is not available .And you could also make out from the records, that almost everyday most of my calls get disconnected. Even as per Trai I think the service provider has to compensate if there are any call disconnects. Now what would you have to say in this?? Please let me know so that I could think of further action from my end regarding this. Worst thing is at cm care no supervisor or manager would be available at any point of time to take the call. This is not acceptable at all. And i think the TAT of 3 days to resolve the query or complaint will never come to an end. My no is [protected].

                                        Can somebody tell me whats going on there. I receive calls from your customer care, who call just for the sake of calling and do not even bother to respond to my question. They just communicate what they wish to like robots, and do not even bother to listen to me . Please call me on my alt no that I have given earlier, if anything has to be communicated.
