Reliance communication using fraudulent tactics to sale data card. first they engage very third grade dealers n distributors to sale their product at any cost. give attractive offers to sale data card. representative sale data card at your doorstep fill the application and collect cash from customer on behalf of reliance communication. connection will be given very next day another four days connection will be available then they disconnect line reason will be address is in negative status. it is notable that nobody will come or make a call to customer about verification of address and his status. if customer call to the dealer who sold data card will not attend cal. customer car tollfree number will be available minimum after half an hour. then they will direct customer to go nearest reliance store to submit once again all proofs. even though submission documents they insist to pay deposit of rs 1000 to activate. i was purchased data card no. [protected] on 22nd december 2015 data card worked till 30.12.15 lot of time talked with customer care tollfree number and around 4 to 5 times visited and two times submitted my documents. but there is no response to activate data card now they offer me to pay 1000 as deposit to activate already i bought data card with cost of rs 1200.00 by that time they never told me about deposit. i was made complaint to nodel officer to his email id rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com. no respose and also made complaint to customer care complaint number was[protected]. can anybody help me to solve this complaint

    Date of incident 11.01.2016 at 6.30 PM Number from which call recd[protected] The executive called me regarding the bill payment, for which i said there is a wrong charges of 300 rs approx for which i asked the reversal on that the executive is saying dont pay the bill keep it as charity from Reliance Communications on asking her name she is saying bad slangs on me and my family. If this is the service that your executive is giving then being your customer i am very sad. I want a apology letter from the executive who behaved like that, unfortunately i dont know her name but she was a girl after that only the payments will be made from my end. If i doesnt received the resolution i will be filing a complaint against your company.

          There had been certain payment issues between reliance and the owner of the house where edp box is installed due to which i am not getting internet connection. it has been 3 days since i haven't recieved internet connection and i have done many complain but no follow ups has been taken till now. this is the third time in 3-4 months that i am facing such a problem. I am living in aliganj, lucknow, uttar pradesh.

            I had a Reliance Wimax Broadband internet connection in 2009. I got it cancelled on 10th Feb (Reference No:[protected]. I paid all the dues up to and including the month of February and moved to a different apartment. However, I kept receiving bills in March, April and May. Every time I received the bill I wrote to the customer service and every time I was given a reference number but nothing else was done. Here are the reference IDs for the automated mails that I received: 'ADAG=[protected]' Due - Date on 16th Mar'09 'ADAG=[protected]' Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected] Ph :[protected] 'ADAG=[protected]' Re: Reference to your mail In each case the message read the following: Thank you for writing in to Reliance broadband email unit. Your mail has reached us and we would respond to it very soon. This is a computerized acknowledgement; please do not reply to this mail.               I, user of Mobile No. [protected], had received a push msg and text msg from RM-615112 on my number (screen shot of which is attached) twice details on which is as below: 1) 01.01.2016 Recharge of Rs. 123 (1GB 3G data + Rs. 30 Talktime, validity 30 days) 2) 09.01.2016 Recharge of Rs. 123 (1GB 3G data + Rs. 30 Talktime, validity 30 days) but the benefit for the same has not yet been received by me, as i am being forfeited total of 1200 MB (600MB + 600MB) of 3G data. I tried calling on reliance customer care but to no avail, even the Customer Care Mail Team :[protected]@relianceada.com don't reply to customer greviances. Hence i had to reach to you for my issue and i hope my issue will be addressed by you. Waiting in anticipation.

                What the offer they cann't even provide you 10% of it. Also by no means they not able to proof any of their coonection offering within the circle where they have market that plan.. promise me of max 14.1 Mbps speed and min 3.1 Mbps, but i am getting speed muchless than 10 kbps, and some time even upto 0.01 Kbps. They don't have any means to prove 14.1 Mbpa speed even in hole circle...including their stores...

                    Hi Sir, this is my data card#[protected], I have called customer care and raised complain regarding slow speed and network fluctuation, they took complain for network fluctuation and stated it will be resolved in 72 hours(12/24/2015), but still now i am facing the same issue..i.e there is still fluctuation in connectivity, even if the connectivity is good, speed is too slow(Average 200kbps - 700 kbps).. I wasnt able to reach customer care for last two days... if the there is connectivity problem in my area then you guys should have informed us in prior so that we will go for better connection... just check the complaint history in above data card#, as of now i have raised all most 10 complaints in last 6 months and none of the complaints was resolved properly...

                        Dear Sir, Today (12/01/2016) at 04-32pm, from Phone no. +[protected] a lady from Reliance told me that cause of deactivate was 2G sim ([protected]), now it would be converted to 3G. Accordingly, I have to recharge for Rs. 11/- and automatically the same(converted to 3G) would be activated. As per provider advice, I have recharged for Rs.11/- today at 07-32pm and the payment made successfully to Reliance a/c, but I am sorry to say till the network of my sim invalid(deactivated). In this regard, I want an early solution. connected cell nos [protected], [protected]

                          I had availed the broadband service from Reliance communications under BAN No:-[protected]. Throughout the period of the service, the internet connection was flaky, and multiple calls to the customer care would go unresolved. During termination, I called the customer care and asked for a settlement of the final bill in lieu of poor service provided, which they agreed up on during the verbal conversation over phone. Now, after 5 years of the termination, I'm receiving notice for an advocate working for Reliance asking me to settle claims with them. I have notified them of the reason for termination and my subsequent request to the customer service, but I have not received any satisfactory answer or conclusion to this yet. Please advice on what is appropriate action for this matter.

And Today Rs 49.00 Has been deducted wrongly from my main account. and When i called to customer care they inform me that i had downloaded some game service but i did not downloaded any service. even the mobile which i have its a simple mobile. and when i told to Agent on customer care to transfer the call to supervisor, he disconnected the call. so i request to you that the amount which has been deducted from my account you should have to charge back. and its the second time my main account was deducted .

                              To Reliance customer Care: Today 23rd Dec 2015, at 11.30 am, we called your *222 number to get our phone number '[protected]' cancelled, we experienced extreme harassment. Previous History: 1) We had called the Reliance phone, regular customer care number[protected], around end of November to request cancellation of our phone number. and were informed that we would have to call *222 . 2) We then tried to submit a physical copy of the application requesting to close the number at the company office at, 'Reliance center, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Marg, New Delhi - 110002, around 5 Dec 2015, they refused to accept the application, saying the number can only be disconnected by calling *222. 3) We had gone this route only because we had experienced similar harassment (one I will state below) before; (my parents used to visit me in the USA for over couple of months over the last 15 years and the phone number policies have kept changing in India putting my senior citizen parents in trouble every time and which they increasingly found difficult to keep abreast with), so we where hoping that we would be able to avoid last times harassment, by submitting a physical cancellation application. 3) Then we received a bill on 19 Dec 2015 for Rs. 530/- . We requested the person who collected the bill payment to cancel the service and consider this the last payment. He refused stating that we should call *222 to cancel. (copy of last bill payment attached.) Today: 1) So on 23 Dec 2015 at 11.30 am we called *222 to request cancellation of our phone number '[protected]' from the phone number to be cancelled. The 'reliance system was not equipped to simply cancel the number by a click of a number, if we, 'the customer', so choose. It forced us to connect with an agent. 2) The agent, ' Anjali' kept us on-line over 1/2 hour, with all sorts of nonsense and trying to keep us on line (telling us to keep the number on hold, asking us why we were closing the number, telling us about new plans and kept on repeating the same) despite our telling her we do not want any thing, simply want to close the number. 3) She irritated us so much that we requested that she transfer us to her manager or someone who could resolve the issue, which she blatantly refused, ignored and continued to market us new phone plans. 4) Despite repeated request that she give us a cancellation number to confirm our cancellation, she continued to ask for our information which we had provided her a number of times earlier (things like the phone number we would like to cancel, our address, our name). She did not provide us with her employee ID number, even after our request. 5) As we had no other route to cancel our number, we were forced to bear with her. 6) She forced us to scream at her before she agreed to finally cancel, then too stalling by not providing a clear cancellation number, . This is what we were finally able to note, '[protected]'. We are not sure if this number is correct as we got it only after much coaxing. 7) You record conversation for training and other purposes, we have provided the day, date and time ( Wed, 23 Dec 2015, around 11.30 am) and agent name, 'Anjali' of the *222 call, we request that you review the tape to hear the extend of the agents harassment. 8) Then I went on the internet to find some way to complain about this issue and found that the calls made to *222 are charged to the customer at the @ of 50 Paise per 3 minutes. I was aghast, just to receive the incentive of 50 paise per 3 minutes, the agent harassed us. Not cancelling the number and using every stalling strategy with no care about the customer, the company image, which is ultimately reflecting the countries image as inefficient. Future plan of action expected by me from your end: 6) Kindly ensure we receive a statement confirming cancellation and Rs. 0.00/- balance due from our end as we payed our last Bill in December. (despite wanting to cancel the number since November in-fact earlier but due to the system being made purposefully convoluted we as customers end up prolonging it, as we try to find alternate route to tackle problems faced by us earlier.) 7) I have returned from USA after 15 years to take care of my aging parents and it is disturbing to have to handle these kinds of issues. Conclusion: This is pure harassment, seemingly just to make some money off the customer. As India stands poised to be a global market and competitor, this harassment is shameful. In case you truly want to see India rise as a true global power, please work on making your systems such that we can compete in the global market. We have so many indigenous customers and equally large population to utilize and service the same customer base that there should be no need to resort to these minuscule harassment policies to provide incentives to agents for the wrong reasons. Customer retention should not be done at the cost of the customer. Hopefully with the time and effort I put into providing you with a clear and detailed analysis of the issue, you would be able to take corrective action for future policies for the collective good and kindly provide me an update on my requested issue resolution too. This complaint was sent to [protected]@relianceada.com on 23 dec, the web site mentioned all complaints get a response within 15 days we have not received any response to confirm cancellation. Instead today 11th January 2016 we received a phone call from the billing department informing us that a bill of Rs. 546 was now due against this number. No action was taken by them despite our informing them that this number had been request to be cancelled last month, their response was this number is a newly issued. This is outright shameful.

                                Reliance special desk has cheated me by giving false information about approval of 90 days free trial period and never approved it when I went for termination of my Data Card - [protected]. Can you please check the Interaction Number [protected] which happened at the Reliance Communication Store located near Ramakrishna Ashrama, Basavanagudi, Bangalore - 560064 on 7th September 2015. I have also complained again at the same store with complaint id's[protected] on 9 November 2015 and[protected] on 15 December 2015. Due to which I have to pay Rs 1254 and again terminate the connection with service Req no[protected]. From the first day I am facing a problem that I can't make outgoing call while in roaming signal.
