Recharged with rs. 171/- on 20 dec. 2015 for unlimitedand on 09 jan 2016 it is saying that your balance is low please recharge. Called on 198 but no one attending calls only ivr which is not taking me to appropriate place. Try to lodge complaint on website but there is only 198 number mentioned which is not working and no system to lodge complain online on reliance communication website.

    I am sunil from bangalore i purchased new datacard from reliance on september .. When purchase the data card they told the downloading speed is 14.2mbps p/s but after using this data i came to know the speed not even crossing 400kbps p/s. I already visit the service centre 2 times but they are not responding properly & the call centre people putting call to hold they not even responding properly . If we called to customer care number they will guide the call will connect within 3 min but i waited for 20 min but still they not connected the call .. I request to solve my problem my datacard number is [protected]

          Dear Sir/ Madam, My Self Anup Kumar Rohila, using Reliance GSM No.[protected], Facing lots of problem regarding customer service and other issue too... 1) on 3rd Jan, 16, I did Online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net. Total I have balance in net is 2 GB. on 6th Jan, 16 I checked my Net balance through SMS Is. 1258.03 MB having Validity is 30.01.2015. And On 7th Jan, 2016 I tried many times to check my net balance but not get balance. after too much effort, then i get balance is 3.93 MB. It's really socking Net balance. 2) After that on 7th Jan, 2016 in morning from 11 AM I try to contact in Reliance Customer Care after 30 min, I talked with Customer executive, told my above issue, interesting they told Our 198 Plan is not active and your amount is not having worth, i told them This plan is available on your website, although he debate with me that this plan is not active and they transfer my call to Senior Customer executive, i again told my total issue, they replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM). I again contact them at 5 PM, Senior Customer executive again replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM). Finally I goes disappointed with Reliance feedback. Due to unavailable of internet, my work goes to stop. Finally on same day i.e. on 7th Jan, 2016, I again online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net. On 8th Jan, 2016 at 1:35 Am, I checked My data balance through SMS is 1605.09 MB. On 8th Jan, 2016 at 10:37 PM I again checked My data Balance through SMS is 150.31 MB. It's really again socking balance. 2 times happen in this week. and again your customer executive replying me same thing, wait for 2 hour, till date this issue is not resolved. conclusion: 1) I didn't get any responsible reply from any customer executive 2) They don't have any backup plan for us. 3) Some time they talk mis-behavely with me . 4) Its a question of Reliance Goodwill & their Service ? Please look into the matter in a very serious manner, resolve it as soon as possible. other i have to move further steps, if i didn't get solution in next week. If you check my records in your system, every month i did net recharge on this no.

              Dear sir, mobile number [protected]. last 2-3 months i was recharge 9 rs plan 2g 1day 1GB and 3G 100 mb for 1 day 2G and 3G both are plan at single time work My both plan run at one time. But 8 jan 2016 i was recharged rs 127 2g plan for 28 days 1GB net and same day i was recharge 9 rs plan for 3G net 100 mb 1 day plan. but today 9 jan 2016 my plan was expire .. please give me proper solution. please see the attachments file thanks & regards mandar pednekar.

                42rs had been deducted and when i requested to customer care to refund the balance they asked to wait for few days ..After waiting for few days when called again they said they dont have 3 days old data and cant refund the balance . Reliance have worst customer service . Please see to it.

                    To, PRESIDENT and CEO, Reliance Communications, Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Sir, My Name is Abhishek Singh Rajput and User of your Broadband ID[protected]. Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care and would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience. I raise complain about waver from 1 Jan 16 to 3 Jan 16 (request no is[protected] Your team told me that you are no eligible for waver due to login in between these days. so kindly provide me Statement (evidence) of login time date by my ID of these days. All incident and concern is below by day. Dated 31 Dec, 2015 evening Reliance broadband connectivity lost. Dated 01 Jan, 2016 morning 6.27 am I register complain Request No[protected]Time given 24Hr. by cus care) but close my complain without solve on dated 02 Jan, 2016 3.26 pm. I called to reliance field technician[protected] on 2nd Jan 16, he told me that fiber is broken somewhere and they tried their best but without fiber team they were unable to solve issue and ring is down and will fix on Monday when fiber team avail, he also said that 3 day holiday in RCOM Mumbai and Lucknow so problem will not fix before Monday I tried and request many time about my problem but result is zero. After this talk customer care closed my complain. I could not login on dated 02 Jan 2016 after closing my complain due to connectivity failure. So I raise again complain about that issue and to inform that customer care closed my complain wrongly. Dated 02 Jan, 2016 evening 3.43 pm I register Complain Request No[protected]Time given 24Hr. by cus care) but close my complain without solve on dated 03 Jan, 2016. I could not login on dated 03 Jan 2016 after closing my complain due to connectivity failure so I raise again Complain Request No[protected] on Dated 03 Jan, 2016 about that issue persist and to inform that customer care closed my complain wrongly I called and talk to Mr. Sunil, Floor Super-wiser Interaction id [protected] (03 Jan, 16) (Who told me that, "what if the complain close, if you unable to login you will get waver). I could login on dated 04 Jan, 2016 afternoon after fix the fiber issue by fiber team between these days I called and personally meet at Magnum Plaza Your Office. After few minutes fiber fault again came and connectivity lost so my other complains are[protected]/04-01-16 to 05-01-16 without solve,[protected]/05-01-16 to 06-01-16. After[protected] closing I could login. So after problem fixed on dated 06 Jan, 2016 I demanded request by[protected] dated 07 Jan, 2016 to waver in last bill of 27 Dec, 2016(Advance Rental) more then 72 hours form 1 Jan, 16 to 3 Jan, 16 for Reliance broadband connectivity lost. Your team closed my complain and told me that you are no eligible for waver due to login in between these days (As said by floor super wiser Mr. Sunil on behalf of back end team without any cross conversation with back end team). You can verify this by Interaction id dated 8 January, 2016 with Floor Super wiser Mr. Sunil [protected](conference call with field technician[protected] or [protected] & 03 January, 2016 with Mr. Jhaid, Floor Super-wiser [protected] (Who told me that, "what if the complain close, if you unable to login you will get waver) I also have call recording of all conversation If you lost that. In hope that you will justify all things and inform me on my default mobile no [protected] and provide me waver with login details.

                      My talktime balance was deducted by Rs 66 on 02/01/2016 which was re credited on complaining by Rs 66 then afterward it was again rededuction of talk time balance by Rs 66 on 07/01/2016 and made my balance Rs -3.09 and there is no permanent resolution of this problem till date pleas help me .

                          I have bought 2 reliance Wi-Pod on 19th Dec2015 (Wi- POD device numbers : [protected] & [protected]) & the device got activated on 22 Dec2015. And on 27th Dec 2015, the 2 devices service got disconnected & when enquired I was informed that the address verification was not completed. Up on continuous follow-up with the sales & activation team for the reason & request for activation. The address is verified on 02 Jan 2016 & the device [protected] got activated on the same day. But still the device [protected] is not yet activated and when enquired to store person I came to know that still this verification is in progress & will be activated after address verification. Point to be noted: I bought the devices (2 No) together from the same store person & submitting the same proof of mine. I really could not understand how many times the activation team need verify the same address?? I kindly request you to sort out the issue & activate the device [protected] as soon as possible considering the address is verified already for the other no. Expecting your support to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I am using realience wifi. But last one is not working. I dont know what is the issue. I am also wrotte somany mails, but I dont get any reply. Also I made a call in the evening. The agent said that something wrong in their said. I think his name is Sreeram, he is not ready hear what I am saying. He hold me in a long time and rude behaiver.

                                    Sir, Ref: Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] My name is James Ranjith Kumar and my reliance broadband subscriber ID is[protected]. I already written several emails to you but didin't received any reply until yet. All the procedures for disconnection of my broadband connection have been completed. My broadband is disconnected on 19th / 25th December 2015, so my bill amount shoulc have been calculated for only between 19th December to 25th December. But I am received the bill amount of for 30 days from 19th December 2015 to 18 January 2016. Moreover, I was given the bill due date to be 6th January 2016, otherwise I am supposed to pay a fine. So I request you to send me the final or updated bill for usage until 25th December 2015, as soon as possible. Thank you. yours truly, James Ranjith Kumar

                                      , i just inform you because as a good customer it's my duty to inform you, after that i will look couple of days then i have to go to take some legal action against your company. because i have kept all the record of call dropping from your side and i have been fed up . i mailed you couple of time, finally decided you are not a good service provider.
