My Self Anup Kumar Rohila, using Reliance GSM No.[protected], Facing lots of problem regarding customer service and other issue too...
1) on 3rd Jan, 16, I did Online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net. Total I have balance in net is 2 GB. on 6th Jan, 16 I checked my Net balance through SMS Is. 1258.03 MB having Validity is 30.01.2015. And On 7th Jan, 2016 I tried many times to check my net balance but not get balance. after too much effort, then i get balance is 3.93 MB. It's really socking Net balance.
2) After that on 7th Jan, 2016 in morning from 11 AM I try to contact in Reliance Customer Care after 30 min, I talked with Customer executive, told my above issue, interesting they told Our 198 Plan is not active and your amount is not having worth, i told them This plan is available on your website, although he debate with me that this plan is not active and they transfer my call to Senior Customer executive, i again told my total issue, they replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM).
I again contact them at 5 PM, Senior Customer executive again replied that they unable to check record in their system as system up gradation are going on, please call after 2 hour. (time is 12 PM). Finally I goes disappointed with Reliance feedback. Due to unavailable of internet, my work goes to stop. Finally on same day i.e. on 7th Jan, 2016, I again online recharge of Rs. 198 get 1.5 GB 3G Net + extra 500 MB Net.
On 8th Jan, 2016 at 1:35 Am, I checked My data balance through SMS is 1605.09 MB. On 8th Jan, 2016 at 10:37 PM I again checked My data Balance through SMS is 150.31 MB. It's really again socking balance. 2 times happen in this week.
and again your customer executive replying me same thing, wait for 2 hour, till date this issue is not resolved.
conclusion:
1) I didn't get any responsible reply from any customer executive
2) They don't have any backup plan for us.
3) Some time they talk mis-behavely with me .
4) Its a question of Reliance Goodwill & their Service ?
Please look into the matter in a very serious manner, resolve it as soon as possible. other i have to move further steps, if i didn't get solution in next week.
If you check my records in your system, every month i did net recharge on this no.
