On 9th of dec, 2015, I Rameshkumar Bhartia registered a request from registered mobile number for transferring my Reliance landline phone[protected] from one market to another market in Surat, thereafter around 6-7 times I asked the status of my request processing, but Mr. Jaiveer had answeresd my call 4 times and Mr. Akhilesh had answered 2 times saying I will get a call from the Company's department but i got a call on 16th Dec, 2015. They told to appear in 2 days but till 31st Dec, 2015 my phone has not been transfered. So on 01st Jan, 2016, I registered request for termination of Reliance Land line phone[protected] with Mr. Akhilesh. On 6th Jan, 2016 had a talk with Mr. Jaiveer aagin he said I will get a call for termination now. Reliance Communication is providing worst services related to Land line phone I had ever seen. They generate bills but do not send hard copies of the same and charge late payment fees. They do not transfer or terminate your request and charge bill till the phone is not terminated even though the person is not able to use the services before two months. No it was resolved on 16th Jan, when i personally visited reliance surat centre. There Mr. Chaudhary checked my complaint status and informed me that my complain had not even been forwarded to your upper department and they were just saying that it has been forwarded. But now the complain is resolved.

      Dear Sir This is regarding my reliance number +91-[protected] Delhi Ncr circle. sir, We are facing problem wrongly balance deducted in night i recharges amont on on 22th dec my balance is amouny 140 and i recharge 50+60+20+20=150 total balance is 290 after 5 five minutes my balance is 0 my all balance is lapsed what is this sir reliance commujnication is dedusted wrongly balance customers. if customer call within 24 hours he refunfd amount otherwise he deducted amount it is wrong policy of reliance communication. he is offer some chief calling offer and recover more amount with worng deducted amount . pls look this matter because all reliance customer facing this problem. and mostly complaint with reliance. regards vijay kumar jain alt. no.         Sir my name is prem kr rai and i have recharge my reliance cdma no. [protected] on 02/01/16 by rs. 303 but benifits of rs. 303 is not received in my no. but recharge successfull msg received in my no. when i will try to contact to customer care no.*333 to reliance then operator reply it is not possible to refund your ammount and benefits will not valid for your no., then i talk to senior officer of customer care on same call then reply received that due to server problem i will dedect your problem so call me after 02 hrs, when i will try to call after 2 hrs then reply received that "reliance customer care me call karne ke liye dhanyabad" and call disconnected automitacilly, i will try to call many times but same problem found, i think lock my no. to connect customer care. when i call on 05/01/16 from other reliance no. then call connected to customer care no. and i projected my problem then reply received that due to server problem call me after 2 hrs. sir i am feeling unsatisfied self so please consider my case with penalty from reliance

            I am facing wrong deduction of money from my account balance on my [protected] no.This time it starts from Rs.98.86 on 03-12-15 and gradually it went upto Rs.14.86 till 29-12-15 interms of 5, 3 and 1 rs. I am using this connection for incoming purpose only. Earlier also 2 times (In Sep'15 and nov'15) money deducted and after complaining it was returned. Unnecessary deduction of such type of money from account balance is a regular phenomenon which is giving very unpleasant feeling and tension in mind. it is really torturing us since last few month. Such service providers should be warned not to do such things

              Hi, My balance (Rs 84) deducted from my main balance ([protected]) even if 3 Mb data is left in my account. Amount deducted: 84 Date at which it is deducted : 4-5 January 2015 I am unable to understand why my main balance account was deducted even if i have 3Mb data left. I was not given any notification regarding charges deduction from my main balance. I did not received any message stating the deduction from my main balance. My humble request to you is to please refund my money. Please do the needful.

                Costumer ID:[protected] Location : Goregaon, Mumbai. From 08th of December 2015 we've been facing issues with our broadband connection. We had registered a complaint on same through reliance broadband costumer care services[protected] for which the costumer care executive told us that our complaint will be resolved within 24 hours (complaint ID:[protected]. But till the date(05th Jan 2016) complaint is not resolved. Even though they had marked our complaint as resolved after 15days on 22nd of Dec. When we called them again, they were not willing to re-open the complaint ( Costumer care executive: Mr. Ashwani Tripatel). We were having the same issue every next month, for which there been no notification over disconnecting the connection. Over similar issue from 14th oct 2015 to 4th Nov 2015, we didn't get any re-reimbursement on our bill over the disconnected period.                     Sir I bought this wipod([protected]) around before two weeks yet its not activated. Mr rajesh came to my place with wipod offer and I bought it frm him .. this is his contact no [protected] and [protected].while the delivery time he told it wil be activated in 4to6 hours but yet not activated I called to customer care for televerification they told ur address is typed wrong so call after 6 hours .I have called every six hours but I got the same reply. After a week I got a call from[protected] he told he is manager frm reliance and he told me to activated wi pod on the wrong address which has been typed mistakely (his words)I refused to do so because I told him I have given a perfect id proof and address than y should I activate it on wrong address . Again he called me and told to activate it on wrong address but I refused again for this he told me to do what ever I can do but he will not correct the address till I activate it on wrong address . So now I request u to do some need full and now I dnt want to activate it so please send me refund of rs 1899 . My name amit kumar my contact no [protected].

                        This is regarding my reliance number +91-[protected] Delhi Ncr circle. Their previous two phone agents were registering the complaint and providing me the complaint number on 3 January regarding my complaint. She told me please wait while I register the complaint and provide you the complaint number but suddenly phone got disconnected twice. I don't know why call got dropped twice intensionly or a co-incident TWICE while providing me complaint number. I sent an email about the same on 3 January and looks like it is completely ignored and nobody has given any response for my email. I am trying to call on 198 again and again on 4 and 5 January and there is no option to speak to customer care agent. When I click on option to speak to Technical support on 198 & customer care agent, it said for menu based service, please dial *111# and disconnect my phone without connecting to customer care agent It seems they have put my number in reject list. My balance was Rs 127.415 & I have not made any call or message on 2 January. My balance was reduced to Rs 96. Balance was deducted during night after 9 pm approximately. I have my 2.12 MB data still left on my account and I have switched off my data connection before 12 at night on 2 January with 2.12 MB data left. So, reliance Kindly register the complaint as your phone agents were doing that and refund my money.

                                I have availed Reliance wi pod internet connection number [protected] on 19/12/2015. after telephonic address verification and collecting address documents personally by Reliance representative, by connection was activated on 22/12/2015 evening. But on 30/12/2015 the wi pod connection was deactivated and since then we have called at least 50 times at Reliance customer care[protected], Reliance querry Mr. Mohit ([protected]), Reliance representative Shri Gajanan Sharma ([protected]) but they all are telling different reasons but connection is still not activated. I have also lodged complaint at [protected]@relianceada.com Consumer Forum may extend necessary help. S S RAO [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
                                Reliance wi pod service is very bad.

                                  I have activated 3G services on [protected], but I am not getting speed even I have lodged complaint on pgportal and also contacted their appellate authority the reply is not accepted. I want to file compliant for closure of this fraud people company, since they are not providing the services for which they are charging Hoping for justice

                                    My daughter's phone no.[protected] which was active since 2006. Last recharge on 06.12.2015 for Rs 100. From 9th December 2015 there was no network. She is not able to communicate any where. The sim was purchased in the name of Moumita Bera. Please look into the matter for activate the same or other wise arrange to return my balance amount. Before blockage of sim it is responsibility of Reliance to send message for alternative arrangement.

                                      Dear Sir, I require the refund from the company due to trouble that i have face in my network and others There are many such complaints that i want to complain for Reliance Communication 1) No Network in Roaming at All (I Can say for atleast 20 to 30 days i have not recd any network) 2) Internet Issues As i have 3g Postpaid Plan First of all i doesn't get the network so what to talk about the Internet 3) Whenever the Network is there then also i have face the call drop of my calls many time and many times i was not able to send the text messages to anyone 4) Not getting the Original Hard Copy of Bills, I have only recd my first bill and there after i have not recd any bills from the Reliance Communication 5)Worst Customer Care, No support to the Customer for there Problems they are not at all bother to take the problems to attain them 6)Reliance Mobile Store :- This is the worst-est problem that i want to share with all that is i have submitted my docs for conversion of my network to prepaid but it has not be done, as they have lost my documents and they have made run many times at the store telling that please pay the bill your bill is outstanding due to which your no is not converted to prepaid, then at the last when i shouted at them then truth came out that they have lost my documents and i have to submit the same once again This was the worst i have ever suffer in life life Thus due the above problem which i have faced due to your negligence i want the refund of my bill whatever i have paid to the company till now.
