Sir i ve bought a iphone 4 cdma which has a disconnected reliance mdn retained on it. i would like to transfer my reliance mdn on the device but i ve no clue about its retained mdn...even my vendor does not remember the mdn as it has been out of servive since a long time.. your CC executives ask for the old mdn to activate my number on the device...please help me retreive the old mdn or please release the meid/rsn of the devive to let it accept other mdns. meid no: A100001C330A75 thanks roshan

My phone un billed amount getting increased like anything, i got a call from Customer care and got shocked that only 50MB 2 G Free data is valid in your plan. Call received from[protected]. Than I activated 1 GB data plan for Rs. 124 PM. Now getting the understand is very tuff. I am mad that using the reliance or reliance is change his policy. As per new policy fulling the customer or Management is not capable to handle the situation. Kindly confirm which is correct. As per me if any very bust service in Karnataka that is reliable because very poor management & Arrogant costumer care service. 1. Arrogant Reliance Shop people & more than them arrogance customer care service. 2. Nodal Officer & Appellate Authority is in Karnataka only for shake of Name no action on any request. 3. Not at all any response or reactions from circle office. 4. Service assurance is only for seeing on website like plans is mention on rcom but after activation bill is 100% different. I am suffering last a month for wrong bill and call charge as old complained not yet short out but one more got ready. Pease find below the latest complain no. Complaints are more than 10 but below mention are latest. Complain No. Date [protected]. 15/12/2015 [protected]. 22/12/2015 [protected]. 30/12/2015 These activity showing clearly that this type of habitats are only for misleading the customers. After given the complained I got massage your issue will get sort out within next 3 day. Nothing has happen. On 4th day I requested for Complain status. No reply and got the message from reliance with new complained no. Along with standard massage. Your issue will gate shorted out within next 3 day. this chain has continued from last 20 days. I got shocked when I got multiple complains for one problem without any action on old complaints. If its happening from any tele callers than customers can approached hire management. But in this case multiple complained no .coming from Appellate authority only. Its very bad sign for organisation.. clearly its proofing falls commitment for misleading the customers.. Its showing cl early uncontrolled management. Now customers has to under stand if seniors are doing like this how customers can expect solutions from customer care.     Nothing has got resolve all problems are same ony. No confurmation from reliance. May be reliance is very big organization but in this industry high numbers of customers getting cheeted by reliance only. Burst possible customere care employees always showing arrogancy. My humble request to customers. AVOID TO USE ANY RELINCE PRODUCT.because its habituated CH eeter comply. And appoint the for only frustrating the customer. Very important habit of Reliance that if customer place any complen without any discussion they will closed the complain becz of arogancy. Its happening because of no praper Chantal. Either middle managements don't have capacity to handle people or Management given the instant instruction that for fooling and looting the customers. Once Again Pls Avoid the relince service.

    No confermation regarding address the complain. My all issue are but reliance has closed my all complaint I can go to court also for that reliance itself provided me process. Bluffing and tourchrring the customer it self is crime. Ask only 2 things.

    1. If I activated the plan give me request no.

    2. I[censored]nable to provide the cplain accept your mistake.

    Reliance has not taken any action. Than how closed the request.

    My mobile out going call has got Bared if its not get start than. I have to put the complained in police station

            On 29.12.2015, I visited the Reliance Store at Andheri E (BR Enterprises)to buy a Reliance SIM card for my new phone, After filling up the details, paying Rs 200/-and submitting my ADHAR CARD (attested) copy, I was told by evening I would receive an SMS on my current mobile after which I had to call 59059 and give my verification my SIM would be activated, But since I did not receive any SMS I tried calling the store the next day ie 30.12.2015 on[protected], several times, again NO answer ..At last in the evening someone answered and said they would call me back in Ten minutes.No one did.Again next day ie 31.12.2015, after calling several times, someone picks up and tells me that the SIM i had taken was REJECTED and that I would have to go back to the store with another DOCUMENT and apply for anoither SIM, at which I REFUSED saying when I have already SUBMITTED my DOCUMENT why should i submit another one.They still went on insisting saying my DOCUMENT & form was sent I asked them to get it back & call me back.Until today they have not called me & when I call them they do not answer my call sice they have a caller ID phone. In January 2015, i have discontinued the Reliance post paid connection and as discussed with the Reliance Manager-Vijaynagar, they will refund the deposit after 3 months. so I ported the Reliance post paid to Airtel Prepaid Connection, i gone several times, they told me that, they will do the refund, Now, i am sending the mails to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rn[protected]@myreliancemail.com (vijaynagar branch) till date, they have not refunded, as per their books, Rs 143/- to be refundable. i am sending the mails from Oct 2015 to Till date - for your info.

                  Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that the above connection was surrendered around 7 months back and several letters mailed to the appellates of reliance including customer care but inspite of their acceptance for surrender the money has not been received. They are employing these tactics to recover the losses they might have incurred on bad customers. I am a customer for reliance for the last 10 years starting with the Pioneer Scheme of reliance but such harassment and negligence from a Service oriented organisation is not acceptable. On 12/12/2015 i received message from RM MNP saying that my new RIM connection will active from 13/12/2015, But with out activation from Reliance my existing Airtel Service disabled from 13/12/2015. May i know why it got disabled and why Reliance network not activated my MNP request . When i called to local reliance store they said Donner not accepted MNP process. If Donner not accept the process how come RM MNP sent confirmation Message with date and time.if Donner reject MNP Process on 14.12.2015. how come RM MNP send message on 12/12/2015 saying my new connection will active from 13/12/2015, and existing SIM disable on same date. that means without Donner confirmation RM MNP it self confirmed SIM active and deactivation's before 2 days(12.12.2014). am i right?. Since 20 days there was lot of conversion happening between me and RIM but no solution provided by RIM. is this the way RIM working and providing service in India?                           Dear Sir, On Friday, the 13th Nov, 2015, I went to reliance communication store, and requested to change the SIM card on payment of Rs 25 by case The number is [protected], after completing all the sim card change and document submission formalities, they told me that, “ with in 6 hour it will change “, but it didn’t change. Again i went to reliance communication on 14th Nov 2015 then they told me that the bill is not paid so they cannot change the sim card, so on 15th Nov 2015 I paid the bill which is 716 Rs through the paytm wallet and again on 16th Nov 2015 I gave the request to change sim card. Even after all these process the sim card not changed. So when I went to the reliance communication on 17th Nov 2015 then again they told me to clear the due. Then I decided to change the service provider so I cleared the outstanding bill which is 500 I paid and told them to give the UPS Code (PORT CORD to change service provider) so that I can change the service provider then they told me that in 6 hour the sim chard will be registered then only they can generate the UPS Code (PORT CORD to change service provider). Again at the evening I went then again the same resolution. The number was [protected]. The SIM no is RECRU[protected]OMH.After some days finally my number is activated and I gave the request for the UPS Code and I get the code. In next day I get the call from the reliance back office. They told me that you are my very old client so we are giving you offer that “We give 50 % discount if activate the plan of magic 900, which is worth of 900”. So I tell him to activate the plan. But now on November I got the bill of 1015. So I call to the customer care about this problem but they told, no sir there is no such offer. So I told him to take the complaint but he told me that he cannot take the complaint. Please talk to the person or visit the reliance communication store. So I call so many times on that no but no one pick the call.so I again chat to the customer care again get the same resolution. After that I visit to the communication store. They told me we cannot help you talk to the same person who called you. I told that it is more than one month I did not know the person but you have the detail who change my plane and offered. Please take complain about the person who call me and offer me about the plan. But they can take the complaint.

                          you called me and told me that reliance give you the 50% discount if you agree to activate the magic 900 plane.
                          So i told OK i don't have any problem.
                          You activate the plane and when the bill generated without discount.
                          SO i call so many time to you customer care, no one is proper responding.

                          So i requested to you please don't call if you are not able to solve the problem.
                          if you are not able to give the discount then why you activate the plane. you have to call and informed me that we are not able to giver you the commented discount, in that case i will not allow to change the plane.

                                    Hello. I am Neha and I have recently taken your Internet plan. I must say that the services are really [pathetic and have never seen such careless attitude of technical team. I called Mr. Suresh, who is one of the technicians here in Panchkula to change the modem and LAN wire, because i was provided with an old and used modem and wire, which was really in a bad condition.I have called him thousands of time but he always either disconnect my call or make excuses every other day. I don't think what kind of people you hire. He is seriously going to put company's name in a bad reputatio soon or I must say he has already done that. I took your plan on December 20th and from the very first day, your internet connection is not working. I have registered complaints at least 3 time per day, which I guess wasn't enough for the team here. Not just the team is pathetic but the services are worse. I have lost my clients and suffered a big loss of hundreds of dollars, which I think you people won't take responsibility to recover. I just want my money full amount refunded and get rid of this pathetic internet network. Hope this information is enough to understand how i have been into loss just because of your low-quality services.

                                        From the last 15 days I am facing the internet issue in my reliance GSM number([protected]).I am using 3G internet pack in my number.In the morning timings(6AM to 2:00PM) It is working fine. In the evening timings (2:00PM to 12:00AM) it is automatically getting very slow.I am not be able to access the internet properly during these timings. I am getting very frustrated to use the reliance internet. Request you to please check on the priority basis and resolve the issue ASAP.
