I got fed-up with reliance from last 1 month and got wrong plan issue that itself is pending again got one more shock.that i changed the plan on 18/12/2015 and new plan got activated from 19/12/2015.

My phone un billed amount getting increased like anything, i got a call from Customer care and got shocked that only 50MB 2 G Free data is valid in your plan. Call received from[protected].
Than I activated 1 GB data plan for Rs. 124 PM.
Now getting the understand is very tuff. I am mad that using the reliance or reliance is change his policy. As per new policy fulling the customer or Management is not capable to handle the situation.
Kindly confirm which is correct.
As per me if any very bust service in Karnataka that is reliable because very poor management & Arrogant costumer care service.
1. Arrogant Reliance Shop people & more than them arrogance customer care service.
2. Nodal Officer & Appellate Authority is in Karnataka only for shake of Name no action on any request.
3. Not at all any response or reactions from circle office.
4. Service assurance is only for seeing on website like plans is mention on rcom but after activation bill is 100% different.
I am suffering last a month for wrong bill and call charge as old complained not yet short out but one more got ready.
Pease find below the latest complain no. Complaints are more than 10 but below mention are latest.

These activity showing clearly that this type of habitats are only for misleading the customers.
After given the complained I got massage your issue will get sort out within next 3 day. Nothing has happen. On 4th day I requested for Complain status. No reply and got the message from reliance with new complained no. Along with standard massage. Your issue will gate shorted out within next 3 day. this chain has continued from last 20 days.
I got shocked when I got multiple complains for one problem without any action on old complaints. If its happening from any tele callers than customers can approached hire management.
But in this case multiple complained no .coming from Appellate authority only. Its very bad sign for organisation..
clearly its proofing falls commitment for misleading the customers.. Its showing cl early uncontrolled management. Now customers has to under stand if seniors are doing like this how customers can expect solutions from customer care.

Now Customer care peoples are eating the brain for payment. More ever this moth bill is also getting added in fals bill because I got a massage your unbilled amount is Rs. 1390.
More ever IF FULLING THE CUSTOMER IS RELIANCE POLICY PLS CONFIRM. because from last 20 days this issue is going on.
Mistake does by reliance and I am suffering for that.
1. Provide me the request detail for changing the plan. Or
2. Send the below mention period revise bill as per my old plan.
A. 05/10/2015. To. 04/11/2015
B. 05/11/2015. To. 04/12/2015
C. 05/12/2015. To. 18/12/2015
From 19/ 12/2015 plan is different which I requested and got activated.
Please provide the one option solutions and clear the issues. If nothing is possible out of two option because of reliance of customer fulling hidden policy confirm that also.
I got call from customer care if I will not paid the bill till tomorrow they will disconnect the phone.
This mistake is does by Reliance only. I will not pay the bill till get revise bill. If my phone will get disconnected I will also go to any extant with Reliance fulling proof.
This is really appreciable policy of Reliance does the mistake and show the Arrogance's for payment.
Today I am sending all communication hard copy to Mr. Vipin Jain as required. If you also required pls confirm the same and provide the address. Because I sent 13 email I got reply for one and also appreciable action detail which is taken by reliance without any discussion / without any solutions they closed the two complained .
Hopefully get the reply and solution.

As I under stand in 18 days burst customer care service & arrogant reply. The biggest cheater in India is all Reliance . Never trust Reliance, its unreliable.
Buy the reliance products is hanging him self finally customer will be cheated in all ways, with added frustration.
Why my phone out going call got disconnected.

I want solution not a complain no. When ever I am approaching Nodal Officer / Appellate authority, / Customer Care all wage getting new complained No. As mention below ( for example except these other complain no also available.

No more conversation required tomorrow I am submitting bills copy and print out of all communications mails along with all complained SN for same issue under cyber crime. Continues getting telephonic harassed by reliance for making the falls bill payment. And throwing the sim card in dustbin.

Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing has got resolve all problems are same ony. No confurmation from reliance. May be reliance is very big organization but in this industry high numbers of customers getting cheeted by reliance only. Burst possible customere care employees always showing arrogancy.
My humble request to customers. AVOID TO USE ANY RELINCE PRODUCT.because its habituated CH eeter comply. And appoint the for only frustrating the customer. Very important habit of Reliance that if customer place any complen without any discussion they will closed the complain becz of arogancy. Its happening because of no praper Chantal. Either middle managements don't have capacity to handle people or Management given the instant instruction that for fooling and looting the customers.

Updated by singhabhi1 No confermation regarding address the complain. My all issue are but reliance has closed my all complaint I can go to court also for that reliance itself provided me process. Bluffing and tourchrring the customer it self is crime. Ask only 2 things.
1. If I activated the plan give me request no.
2. I[censored]nable to provide the cplain accept your mistake.
Reliance has not taken any action. Than how closed the request.
My mobile out going call has got Bared if its not get start than. I have to put the complained in police station
