I got the message that the tariff lines will be according to basic rates on january 1st 2016, the message sent at 6:10 pm on[protected].i made a call 9:43am 31-12-15 my call disconnected after talking of 33 minutes i dont have any balance in my prepaid account when i asked the customer care about the balance they answered me that we sent two messages seperately but i got only one message on the above mentioned date. when the black days are two days you have to give one message how can reliance give two messages seperately. i wont get the second message that is why i made a call that my total balance deducted by reliance communication so kindly reverse my balance and take necessary actions on reliance communication this cannot happen in future. thankin you

    No network coverage for 10 days, I have rechared data pack of 177 but was unable to use the net for 12 days since recharge (no network) aas not informed company consumers care did not pick up phone harassed trying to calll them, network arrives no speed despite proper settings no option to lodge complain only option to download net settings again and again no tollfree no from where can talk to a representative very ignorant despite this this fraud and cheater company has guts and resources to tell me that on 31st and 1st no pack will work (no extension of packs days days are being cojnted even though I wouldn't be allowed to use them ) Still I called paid customers care nos only to reduce my balance with no solutions Reallly shameful for a company of such a famous business family of india I request that my problem to be resolved and adequate complusation to be provided to me for when I was unable to use net pavk due to their decision of cuuting towers in my locality and irresponsible employees who couod not mainatain a network quality promised and that of 31st and 1st furthe ri had to recharge my other mobile data pack of rs 149 . This sum should be piad to me at the earliest also a compulsion of rs 5000 shpouod be given for this mental harassment .

I recharged Rs. 201/- validity one month but after 15 days I unable to call any network. Reliance customer care not any response said matter.             Hi Alok Mehta I have Submitted my documents to OM Enterprises Shop No. 1, Surya Bungalow, Subhash Lane, Off Daftary Road, Near Mata Vaishnu Devi Temple, Malad East on 23rd December 2015 and also deposited 430 rs against my bill of rs 383 rs till now my no has not been converted to prepaid & yesterday also i have gone there she told me to deposit 50 rs here i deposited that also but still i found my no has not been converted to prepaid, This is worst i can say about reliance Communication what the problem i am facing till now, Just to show you i have deposited money i have attach a slip for your ready reference Earlier I was facing a problem of Network which was not solved yet for which i have ask for the refund of my money which i have paid to reliance communication The customer care lady from reliance is saying me sir sorry we cant give you your money back sorry for the bad network that you were facing from so many days now she is telling me that your problem will be solved This are my compliant no.[protected],[protected] which are still pending and the reliance is not at all bother to look in to the matter. this is the last time i am warning reliance, Now i will straight way go to consumer court and fight against this and see to it that the company should be closed if you cant provide a good network so why should you should be there in the market. At the first i have compliant here i got a call from reliance saying that you have comment for us in the social media, now let see what she tells I hope any action would be taken.

                Sir, I am reliance GSM customer with mobile no [protected]. On 29 Dec 2015. My balance is around Rs 77 and my data pack also activated. I checked my data pack on 29 Dec 2015 time 9:35:43 it show unlimmted data pack balance. Sudden after it show main balance is showing Rs5.01 I don't understand where my balance deducted. Please look into matter and refund my money. I sent email to customer care and appellant authority on email [protected]@relianceada.com, i have called on customer care number 198 but no call was connected, i am in trouble and no body is helping me out. my mobile no is [protected]

                      Hi All, Since I Had connection, every month I am facing broadband connectivity issues, out of 30 days it works only for 20-22 days in a month. After registering the complaints for the same, NO action taken by the Reliance Communications Officials. No body in the whole company listen our complaints and we'll get new complaint no. every single day we called the customer care no[protected]. Recently, on 27Sep'15 my broadband connection stop working and I registered the complaint on 27Sep'15, Officer-Customer Care assuring that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but it wasn't. Around 6 pm I called customer care again on 28 Sep'15 raising the issue, this time I got a new request ID but again no body taken up the request. Around 8 pm on 30 Sep'15 I again called the customer care[protected] Manish) and again I got a new request ID & got a assurance again from Officer-Customer Care stating that - "The connectivity complaint is already registered, which is in process and it will be resolved within 24 hours from the time complaint has been logged." BUT SO FAR THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED & NO FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.. i have a we are the suffers that we have a connection of reliance .. From last 15 days, i have a new problem ...my connection get off daily at sharp 5.30 evening. now i put my complaint to so called customer care and they gave a ref no[protected]. and as computer machine they repeat their trained line.. we will sort out your problemwith in 24 hours but as my complaints till date i had registered to reliance customer care, sory to say none of them has been resolved. due to this i had disconnect my 2 connection and switch it to airtel . my problem is still not resolve... my connection has been off on sharp 5.30 evening and comes again on next day 9.00 morning. i have 4mbps plan and i paid all the bills without any delay after even you are totally fail to provide services to us. I don't know how Reliance Communication is taking care of their loyal customers to resolve a broadband connectivity issue after14 days. On the contrary, I am wondering to whom I approach for my query to be resolved. This shows what kind of people Reliance hired & the quality of service they are providing to the customer. TRAI or the concerned body has to take strict actions against Reliance Communications for not delivering the services. AFTER SOME DAYS AGAIN MY NET IS NOT WORKING .. I HAD BOOKED COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE .. REF NO ARE [protected].12.15 [protected].12.15 [protected].12.15 .. THE WHOLE MATTER I HAVE RAISED WITH DETAILS .. AFTER THIS POOR SERVICE AND NON CONNECTION FOR 20-20 DAYS .. THEY (RELIANCE BROADBAND) HAS CHARGE BILL AND RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. AFTER SO MANY TALKS FOR WAVIER THE AMOUNT .. THEY DENIED TO DO IT. NOW I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THIS UN WANTING THING DONE BY RELIANCE. PLS BOOK A CASE. MY CONTACT NO IS [protected]. I HAD PAID ALL BILLS WITHOUT GETTING SERVICE.. AND RELIANCE ARE ENJOYING .. POOR COMPANY..

                        Sir, I recharged my reliance GSM Sim with 295 rupees pack for roaming free for 28 days on 7th December.mynumber is [protected](andhra Pradesh Sim).The validity expires on 3 Jan 2016.But I could not avail roaming free facility due to some technical problem in reliance communications network in assam, because there is some modification in 3G to 4G .so I could not avail my roaming free pack, so kindly look into this and please extend my roaming free pack validity for another 28 days.Thank you

                            My name is Jayshri. Reliance person (his name is Ajay Kumar (ph. no. +91 [protected])) took money from me broadband connection yesterday (29/12/2015). He promised me to provide connection today (30/12/2015). I cross verified this person with his manager. His manager name is Madhusudan (ph. no. +91 [protected]). He also told me to provide amount to him and he will provide you connection. Whole day I called him. He did not pick up my call and his phone is switched off. His manager's phone is also switched off.

                              I have recharged for rs. 100 each time first on 23/12/15 and 26/12/15. but the rcom has deducted the balance even after the data is available around 3gb. i have called on customer care number 198 but no call was connected, i called to a reliance representative on [protected] and at 13:15 for 7:15 minutes. but there also no reason was told for deduction and call was cut without satisfactory answer. i am in trouble and no body is helping me out, how can a poor afford a loss of rs. 200 as such. my mobile number is [protected] reliance gsm

                                    I am getting messages regarding payment due of BAN [protected]. I don't even know what is this about? I had reliance TV which I have disconnected long time ago and it is prepaid. It is more than 3/4 years I am getting emails now and I did not get any call still I got next message that I need to talk with advocate.

                                    Hi,

                                    Even today i received email from rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com that i have to pay some Rs 2542.
                                    It is related to Broadband /PRI /Leased line service under BAN No:-[protected].
                                    I have closed this long back in 2009 and now you guys are coming back to me and irritating. This is completely unethical.
                                    please verify and close this issue ASAP.

                                      Hi, my parents are using reliance postpaid sim(Shillong) and from past few months they are facing lot of network issues every now and then. Now they have moved to our native place(Bihar) and since both my parents are using reliance sim and because of the network issues with reliance I am not able to contact with them. Its hell troubling and I want them to switch from reliance to some other network if this problem doesn't gets resolved asap.

                                        My mobile no is [protected]. My account balance is deducted more than Rs. 200/- unwantedly. I have tried to register the compliant using 198 customer care, but Reliance customer care officials have told that we can't check at this time, please try tomorrow. I have tried to register the compliant on their scheduled time, but they repeated the same sentence to me. After 4 days passed, I have tried again to contact them, but they told we can't.check before 3 days. I have scolded them and asked my money, but they replied simply Sorry. I have registered the network portal on 22nd December 2015. My porting no is RT956512. I yet to receive any calls from Reliance customer care. Please take action on their network or pls suggest a solution.
