I purchased Reliance Wireless internet service and was promised a speed og upto 14 mbps, which I never received. Anyhow I was using it with a pathetic speed and even the customer care was pathetic in helping me.
Come December, and I was not even able to connect to internet. Complained 5 times and every time I was being served with a different (unsatisfactory) story. When tried to speak to customer care, they would be abusive or unhelpfull. Tried live chat option, but agents would come and just log off. I am not getting a slow speed but I am unable to connect to internet all together. And then they shall send me monthly bills. (Shameless). None of the agents are able to assist me and then will send feedback sms, which wont work if I chosse NO option (for not satisfied).

I want them to rectify the problem within 24 hour, or get [censored]ed off and disconnect their service without any further service, phone calls or bills.

    I reside in Nallasopara west and have been using Reliance CDMA phone but the service is so very poor. I am facing a very BIG connectivity problem. I am not able to make calls nor receive Calls due to this and all I am left is to switch to other Mobile connection. The phone displays just 2 strands of connectivity lines and once I move out from my area, i get loads of Missed calls messages. I hope that Reliance looks into the same and provides a quicker resolution to my problem

      I had purchased reliance pro3 data card from swastik comunication, goregoan west, it was one year combo pack plan an i paid 6000 rs as yearly subscription, now after three month of my purchase they are sending me bill of 700 rs, i talked to customer care and sent them emails(dated 21/24 and 24/12/2015) with details of my purchase and requested them to rectify there mistake, but as we all known reliance after service is zero, i have received atleast 10 calls from them for payment and i have explained them that they should check with there vendor .. my reliance no is [protected] in the name of vinay baid

        Dear Sir/Mam I have recently ported my mobile no [protected] to reliance.Initially i had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan Named Jalsa with unlimited calling facility nd the monthly tarriff for the Rs 599/-. he told me that collection boy will come nd pik the documents nd will get the application form signed. they asked me the porting code i which i provided, guy came to my house and collected the documents.when i asked him for the Application form he said oh sorry i forgot to bring the same..nd also said he would come next day... the guy didnt turn up..after couple of days i received a sms that my porting request is accepted the reliance which shows my plan as Jalsa 1198, with monthly rental Rs 1198. SIR I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND 1.WHO SIGNED MY FORM FOR THIS 1198 RS RENTAL PLAN. 2.I CANT AFFORD THIS PLAN ALSO. 3.ITS A CASE OF FRAUD, DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN FIR AGAINST ABOVE NOS AND RCOM? 4.KINDLY GET ME A COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE CONCERNED VENDOR. 5.I CANT STOP USING MY PHONE, WHO IS GOING TO BEAR EXCESS AMOUNT UNTILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED?         I was the 5 year customer of the Airtel but I switched to reliance for the jalsa 1198 plan and they offered 50% discount on this. I started using this plan but within 1 months my outgoing barred, I talked to Customer Care and her replied me back that I am using this number as Commercial. Which is totally false, after taking with them, they provide me solution for writing the application for this and started my outgoing within a day.
        But this is not the end, They did same 1 April, 2016 they barred my out going giving the same reason, any how I fed up and applied for plan changed, I request for plan change on 1st April and it's 3rd April and no plan change is there and no outgoing is working.

        RELIANCE is making fool on this plan, this not happen with me only this happened with me 2 friends too.

I have port out from vodafone even they where offereing me free min. plan but i was looking for unlimited due to why i was ready to port in reliance.         Hi my name is kishlaya kashyap I ported frm my Vodafone to Reliance on 11th of April 2016 my no is [protected].at the time of porting the person told me that I will get unlimited calls. After much trouble they started my no on 16th and barred my outgoing on 17 staying that my address verification failed and quoting that I m a bachelor so I hv to deposit 1000 RS more.at the time of connection he has already taken RS 500.don't u think it's a simple case of fraud, they promise something and deliver something different. Best part is when u call then u talk in such a tone that I did some kind of mistake opting for this network. I m really thankful to Reliance for teaching me such lesson that never trust again u people. Be it ur cs guys or other sales person they don't take any response mother they hv any respect for their customers. I know I m hoping against hope by writing here but I thought let others know how u r treating ur customers .u know u cost me my no but that's fine u cheated me that's also fine at least u made me not to continue with u guys anymore.

        i have 599 jalsa plan, i am from mumbai, i ported my number from vodafone to reliance and within a month, they have barred my services today itself as i came to meet my family in jammu.. feeling cheated and ashamed as my business deals are going on and reliance has barred my services... its disgusting..         I am reliance postpaid customer Mr. Shirish Kolekar, from Maharashtra Circle with mobile number [protected].

        Recently I ported my number from tata docomo prepaid to reliance postpaid.

        The plan given to me was Jalsa998 with a validity of 24 months with the benefits - Unlimited Voice Calls, Unlimited Data & Unlimited sms's.

        The plan was offered to me with 50% discount rental i.e. 572Rs. with taxes.

        Just after a month, on 18 March 2016 Reliance has blocked my services with withdrawing the plan saying its not applicable to me contradicting to 24 months commitment which was given at the time of porting in reliance services.

        My Service activation Date is 16 February 2016.

        I have confirmed with reliance postpaid maharashtra customer care executives & the dealer for my plan and both verified & confirmed the plan benefits will not change until 24 months of time from the date of activation.

        I have already paid partial 1st month bill which was generated for 16 to 26 February 2016 of 203 Rs.

        I am mentioning more details about the communication with customer care executives.

        new Plan name : Jalsa 998 new

        Voice Calling limit : 20hrs per week (85 Hours (or 5140 minutes) per month)
        No capping on Data & sms's


        Suggested Plan is

        Plan Rental :Monthly 899 Rs.

        Free Minutes : 6000 min local/std and overage will charge 1p/s
        SMS rate : 50p/sms
        No Data benefits will be given

        Now, I am expecting solution of my problem in one of the following manner.

        1. Immediate restoration of my services with the committed original plan
        or
        2. If not possible then return my 350 rs. activation charges and port me back in tata docomo maharashtra prepaid immediately

        I have already registered this complaint with Consumer Complaint Forum. So please solve the issue on urgent basis with immediately restoring my services.

        Now reliance has started sending me messages to threaten me with legal actions against bill payment for which i have not received any services.

        in the 2nd month only, after 20 days my services were blocked. By checking with the dealer & according to my monthly rental of 572 Rs.; for the period between 27 Feb 2016 & 18 march 2016 - 20 days usage charges become 499 / 30 * 20 = 332 Rs. + 14.5 % tax = 332 + 49 = 382 Rs.

        Now reliance people are telling me to pay 1043 Rs. for the use of 382 Rs.

        Whom should I complaint now about the issue.

        Received a call from Reliance HO Mumbai asking about the advertisement with reference to which this plan was given to me.

            My balance (Rs 53) deducted from my main balance ([protected])even if 1.96 Mb data is left inn my account. I am unable to understand why my main balance account was deducted even if i have 1.96 mb data left. I was not given any notification regarding charges deduction from my main balance. I did not received any message stating the deduction from my main balance. My humble request to you is to please refund my money.

              My reliance no [protected]...When reliance annaounced 2g sim r stop...then i was thing my parmanent no change to another service provider..so i was receiving port code from reliance.then i submit my porting code to another company.but reliance r not disconnect the line.after that i have complain to reliance customer care..they said that my problem solve within 20 days..12th december reliance 2g stop all connection.then i recall customer service but show various issue such as server problem, tower changes Etc...after 7-8 days when i recall customer service they said " sorry sir we cant help u or ur no dont connect to this server" .previously they said recharge 18 and convert ur 2g sim into 3g...and i rechrged but not done... Recently we meet reliance gsm office and they give me another port code...but two company r reject my application... This no is my 8-9 years old...so i have face so many problem...i[censored] help me then we are very greart full to u...

                Rate cutter 94 was supposed to have validity of 90 days but is not working aftr 30 days..also i cant contact customer care..dey dont recieve da call.i hv contacted thro app but when my serial no. comes dey just show u hv disconnected.. earlier i lost 178 rs dey even take my complain..now i hv applied for porting

                    This may be my 100th communication to Reliance team. I have been facing Myservices issue for past 1 month and the Reliance team is yet to resolve my queries. 1. Am facing error message while login Myservices. 2. Am unable to add my Reliance number under Myservices option. More over, My broadband connection was down for 1 month and when I say I will not pay the amount, they don't even ready to listen and they are not ready to accept their mistakes.

                      Dear sir, I am totally fed up with stupid reliance. I am using reliance from around 2009. 1. Poor customer care service. 2. Unnecessary balance cut from last two month. Every month I unsubscribe from everything. And they deduct unnecessary amount for caller tunes and gprs n all. And every time customer care executive says sir I am forwarding ur call to our senior n in the end I wait for 15 mins n never got any response. Completely unsatisfied with stupid network. They cut money every month from several customers. I am not rich enough to bear this pain every time. Reliance has ruined my 1st day of 2016. Customer care executive name is Laxman n there are many more. 3.Reliance has the worst net facility.

                        I have lots of complaint with Reliance Network one is the network that they promise is not at all there in the market and the service of the customer care and mobile store is the worst i can say you i have already register many complaints but no action has been taken from Reliance Communication Management And the one is that I have submitted my documents in om enterprises malad east on 23rd December 2015 and also deposited Rs.430 where my oustanding was 383 Rs. only I have deposited extra as there should be no problem for converting my network from postpaid to prepaid but inspite on other day when i have it has not be converted then i have visited the gallery then she told me that there is outstanding of rs 50 so i deposited rs she told now it will done it has not yet done then after that yesterday only i have visited the gallery then she told sir now still 10 rs is outstanding please deposit that it will surely converted to prepaid i asure you then today the gallery was not open till 12.30 pm then i had a no of Om Enterprises Mobile Store Thats [protected] i have call them no of time she told me sir please wait it will be done today then after sometime i call them then she is telling me sir your documents has been misplaced by us sorry sir we request you to submit the documents again and now there will be no problem she tells me Now i dont understand what to do next its just waste of my precious time and money thats all Regards Alok Mehta [protected] [protected]

                          Dear Sir/Mam, I've a Reliance CDMA No [protected] (Kharagpur, West Bengal). On 31st Dec 2015, after or around 4.25 pm my balance went blank suddenly as I had called a number around 4.15 pm for 5 mins n after that call I got SMS of remaining balance ₹ 43.50. And when in the evening I tried to call another number, I got message that I'm having insufficient balance, so I checked my balance and it was shoung zero (0) and Net balance was around 707 MB. So, I'm unable to understand where my money went off? After that I tried to call Customer Care on 198 & *333, but going through all the IVRS options, unable to connect to CC Representative. After all the IVRS Options, it says thak you for calling to Reliance & not letting me connect to CC Representative. I also went to Local Reliance Store to complain about it. Ther are saying that they can't help me, I will have to call to Customer Care only and complain there. I've told them that I'm unable to contact CC representative. Still they are saying I need to contact to Customer Care only and complain there. And after inqurying whether I can access Net as I've got Net Balance with Zero Main Balance, and they said Yes I can access. But my Net was also not working and my Net balance was showing 707 MB. Later in the midnight I recharged my number with ₹ 220, to call and message my peers as it was new year, but after few minutes my balance was reduced to ₹37.40. Now, I don't know what to do and where to complain as on 198 & *333 I'm unable to register my complain and Local Reliance Store people are saying they can't help me. What should I do, and where should I complain, so that I can get my Money back?

                            If Such service would be provided by Reliance Communication I will never recommend my friends to use Reliance Communication ever i am fed up of this now I have just with the lady at OM Enterprises Malad she is telling me that they have misplaced my documents and telling me to submit the documents once again and telling sorry for the toruble Reliance is a worst network that i have experience now with worst Service and experience till now i have faced with reliance if the network will like now as i am experiencing, i dont think that anyone would try to use reliance network if the network will like now as i am experiencing, i dont think that anyone would try to use reliance network I have already made many compaliants but yet no action has been taken so i appeal to take a strict action against my complaint

                              Dear Sir/Mam I have recently ported my mobile no [protected] to reliance.Initially i had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan Named Jalsa with unlimited calling facility nd the monthly tarriff for the same is Rs 499 and 599. he told me that collection boy will come nd pik the documents nd will get the application form signed. they asked me the porting code i which i provided, guy came to my house and collected the documents.when i asked him for the Application form he said oh sorry i forgot to bring the same..nd also said he would come next day... the guy didnt turn up..after couple of days i received a sms that my porting request is accepted the reliance which shows my plan as Jalsa 1198, with monthly rental Rs 1198. SIR I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND 1.WHO SIGNED MY FORM FOR THIS 1198 RS RENTAL PLAN. 2.I CANT AFFORD THIS PLAN ALSO. 3.ITS A CASE OF FRAUD, DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN FIR AGAINST ABOVE NOS AND RCOM? 4.KINDLY GET ME A COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE CONCERNED VENDOR. 5.I CANT STOP USING MY PHONE, WHO IS GOING TO BEAR EXCESS AMOUNT UNTILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED? But wen I called for televerification they say me ur adress is typed wrong in the system so called after six hours and every six hours I hav called 4 times but I get the same responce so please I request u send me the refund or ask the chennai area manager to call me .                                     Cdma service in north bengal area specially in bidhanangar, kachubari area tower (bidhan nagar, dist darjeeling, pin code- 734426) is going downward. Reliance area tower( kachubari forabasti) tower is nearby 200mtr from my residence. As example reliance cdma service of this area is not working since few days and the customer care is pulling the ball from here & there.
