I have requested to port my cdma no. [protected] to rel gsm on 22.12.2015 alongwith requisite documents.On 26.12.2015 after repeated reminders i have received call from centre that documents submitted were rejected on grounds of improper scanning then proper documents were submitted by me on the same day but now the service provider in aurangabad city is telling that your porting cant be processed & as such no adequate reason was given & was told that you convert your number to other company it cant be converted in reliance gsm.In this case what should customer do??

    My datacard number is [protected], I have been calling Reliance Customer Care since Feb 2015 requesting them to deactivate the above number, but till date no action is taken to deactivate. They in turn are calling me and asking me to clear the payments. Please deactivate my connection immediately. I have called up the customer care number [protected] many times - they just say my issue would sorted out in a day or two - but it is more than a month now - it still not working. Reliance customer care keep checking the system and simply say that there is no error in billing and that I should pay up the money. They have not resolved my complaint and are just not answering my questions. I requested them to check my usage history but all they have to say is that I need to pay up for the extra usage. I will not pay any amount when it is not my fault. I am totally dissatisfied with the connection. There is no co-ordination between them. The issues are not properly mentioned in the request id that we create. I guess this is just your strategy to get more and more amount from people by fooling them and wasting time. I am so upset with this service that i have decided i am not going to use any product or service of Reliance henceforth. Is this the way you are providing service to the customer, if you fail to take action against my compliant I may go legally for cheating people.

      Hi,

      I was using Reliance Wi-pod Data card from June 2015 to August 2015. Due to bad network connectivity I was not interested to use Reliance service.

      I had raised De-Activation request on 1st week of August 2015 and within 8 days service was cancelled ( I had confirmed this with Customer Service Executives by calling customer care number) after this I made payment of outstanding amount.

      After 1 month Reliance Customer executives started calling (minimum 5 times in a day) and asking me to pay next month(September) rental bill. I had explained them " If there’s any outstanding amount, definitely it’s not my fault since my connection was already deactivated and I have not used service".
      Every time they used tell that " They will check on this and updated me " - no body ever approached to me !

      After that again they started calling and asking me that Service is still active and I have to pay extra billed amount in order to close account. Even after explaining everything I used to get same reply.

      Now I have received an email from
      saying that -

      " PLC No : [protected] has been raised and I need to appear before the above Authority at venue Office of the Deputy Registrar, 1st Floor Conference hall, City Civil Court, Behind Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore – 560 009 on 30.12.2015 sitting No.548/2015 between 11:30am to 4:00pm., In person or through your authorized representative in order to
      resolve this issue "

      Reliance Communication is cheating many people like this especially on Post Paid connections - Customer Executive they don't respond properly and by intentionally they do not de-activate the connection properly. Instead they just disconnect service from number and they charge extra amount and asks customer to pay !

      This is so mean of Reliance Communications they are scaring the people and demanding extra rental amount - I am planning to raise consumer complaint against this.

        I was using the above reliance post paid mobile no.[protected] since last twelve years . They have added the mobile internet (vas) without my consent from june, 2015 onwards and started over billing with the useless internet provided on my mobile. I had sent a message to reliance customer service to de activate the same on august, 15 and they have not taken any step and charging the bill till october, 15. I had removed the sim from my hand set on 5th october, 2015 and desired to never use the service of reliance and send a request by mail to reliance customer service for terminate the mobile no with immediate effect. I received a message from customer service once i have settled with all dues they can do for the same. I informed i can pay the bill and if they can reduced the over bill charges of vas and asked to send the revised bill of the same . I never received any reply from their end and unfortunately, one gui who the representative from reliance came at my home on 18th nov.2015 he said he will sort out all the problems with his senior directly over phone and do the needful. I said i can pay with one condition that i need to terminate mobile no. He said ok, he spoke some one at their office and reduced an amount of rs.1000/- and confirm i will not receive any future bill from their end. I got a receipt from him towards payment collected me. As soon as i got the receipt of acknowledge mail from reliance, i again informed to customer service whatever the charges i paid and fll and final and i don't want any bill arise from their end. Again i am getting the bill from reliance november, 2015 & dec. 2015 with late fee charges ctc.. If i am not using the sim on october 2015, on wards. Actually, this is the clean cheating from reliance and i do not want pay any single amount. I would request you to kindly help to sort out the issue. Thanking you, sincerely yours, unni c nair mob. Firstly I have recharged a 3G pack of Rs. 17/- on 16/12/2015 as advised by your customer care representative (198) and 2ndly I have recharged a 3G Pack of Rs. 15/- on 22/12/2014 as advised by your representative of reliance mobile store.                   Reliance is deducting unfair and non transparent charges for Hungama VAS services, which i have not subscribed. Despite repeated call to customer care, visit to Reliance retail stores the problem is still there. Since November 2015 to till date more than Rs. 150 has been wrongly deducted by the reliance. they are making money by illegal and unethical means. Request you to kindly resolve the issue.                     I recently heard about reliance stop their gsm service. so in my area 3g not avalable. 3G already launched in 2011 in odisha but it is not completly devolved in all areas, where people of odisha suffer from network problem, they persue difficult to talk their friends and family. so i requested to look this mater and upgrade the 3g tower fast as possible. so, im waiting your response...

I again check my mobile balance at 6 AM on 26.12.15 then found my mobile balance 88.81 Rupees. 50 rupees deducted from my account while make call in only local no. For 13 minuts. Now my mobile balance is 87.61. Please refund my 50 rupees.

                              Reliance Communication is a fraudulent broadband company, I used a 4Mbps connection with Reliance Communications for past 3 years. Half the time there will be no internet connection and the other half you will face sluggish or slow speeds. If you are lucky, you will get the specified speeds for a few hours. Their customer service is the worst ever. I did not have a working internet connection for more than two months (3rd October 2015 to 10th December 2015) and they refuse to even provide any compensation for these 2 months. Moreover, they will disconnect the internet connection 2 weeks before the actual period ending date, to force you to pay the bill for the next period. I already have more than 8 complaints here against Reliance Communications. I would never recommend Reliance Broadband to anyone else. I have opted for another service provider and have already established my new connection with the service provider. For your reference i shall post a speed test screenshot here.

                                Hi, my prepaid mobile no.[protected], i call customer care regarding to know my current plans, what they did they hold me 15 min. and after that they cut the phone.this is your service, we dont have value of time? its ok again i call customer care, they repeated same thing and after that they put me in self care option.this is the service u provide. or you want me to switch in other network, i can do port no problem, just i ported my aircel no. to docomo.i[censored] want i can give name of one of your customer care who did this with me. My incoming and outgoing calls have been barred for no reason. I contact to customer care many times, they always says that please submit your identity proof (which you used for sim activation time) again to your nearest retailer. I subimitted id proof 2 to 3 times but no solution found. I will face this problem long period (about 2-3 years) pls resolve it. My barred no. is [protected].                                     Hi, Since last three week our broadband connection is not working. This problem we regularly faced in the past. I guess the plugged wire in the router box is weakly connect. Every time when the service operator use to come, he repluged and the connection was working fine. I had raised a complaint on 18th December. No action was taken. Any ways your service engineer appears my home ( 9am to 6pm) when I am in office. It’s not worth for me to take a leave (Worth Rs.600) and wait for your engineer. Also now the room where the router box exist is locked. The building responsible people said that the reliance box rent is not paid to the building. I am sick of this service what you all are providing. I am very disappointed with reliance broadband service and do not look to continue.

                                      Didn't getting my UPC code - Reliance Communication Sir, My reliance CDMA mobile number [protected] didn't send UPC code me. if i send porting message it says. "Dear Reliance customer, your request could not processed. Please try after some time." This message come from 1901. Please help me. thank you

                                        Dear sir I already made a complain regarding not getting the recharge benefit for my no. [protected]. Which i did on[protected] of Rs. 201 . And still the amount is debited fron my main balance and not able to make any outgoing call. And even not to customer toll free no. 198, i think that they have blocked this no.
                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
