I am a new customer with Reliance Broadband net. The broadband got disconnected from 20 Dec 2015. Whenever I call their customer care they will say with in 24hrs they will resolve the issue. At last my connection got started working yesterday evening for around 1 hr and again gone down. I realized from my experience that reliance broad band service and customer care is the worst ever I faced in my life. [protected] COMPLAINT ID:[protected] PIN-226016 Customer care are there to just say your complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs and I don’t know how they are counting 24 hrs because I not even got resolution for my complaint after 200hrs . I have mailed and called the same to reliance customer care but only number of mails exchanges but no solution till date.

    I bought a data card device which is Wi-Pod mini for 1900/- the promise was the consumer will get 14.7 mbps speed for 14 GB, after installation i received only 1.4 kbps speed i made complaint in customer care, they promised they will send technician to check it up instead i got a call from customer care that i should go to the nearest authorized service center promising me they will replace the Data card, but authorized center told me they will not replace the device. Again I made a complaint the issue is not solved yet. don't know what to do. shall i go consumer court. please answer

Subject-Balance deduction from main balance while data pack active in my no [protected] dear Reliance service provider this is inform to you that my self Pawan Tiwari([protected]) and i am a regular user of reliance last 2007 and now i am facing a big problem since last two months that i am using a data pack of 27 rs and i am getting 200MB data but from last date of expire data pack balance is deducting from my main balance while data pack is active and data is available also so please stop this process which is repeating last two months and in last month my main balance will be deducted and this month (December) 10 Rs will be deducted so finally stop this process and please refund my all deducted main balance and don't activate data pack request without my request so do the needful for my complain and i am looking for your cooperation with me and i have called to Reliance customer care no 198 i talked to a customer care executive about my query he talked to me very irresponsible and rudely manner that now system is being updating so call us again after 2 hours so i am totally surprised that how Reliance is handling to their customers for his genuine query i requested for senior to talk he put my call on hold for long time after a long time wait i disconnected my call so i would like to say to Reliance that take serious to your valuable customers and provide properly solutions on their queries.           I have Bought Reliance WiFi Wi Pod Mini about 3 Months back and for the Past 2 Months the Battery doesnt charge at all, and i have to make sure that the Wi Pod Mini is to be Connected to the Power Source always for it to work, and the Customer Care Team asked me to go to the Nearest Lava outlet and when i went there, they say i have to wait for 1 - 2 Months to get it serviced, since i am in Vellore and the Lava Service Centre says that they have to take the Reliance Wi Pod Mini to Chennai for Service and that i would have to wait for More than 1 - 2 Months, it is worst and i feel why i have Bought the Reliance and RELIANCE HAS CHEATED ME WITH A POOR DEVICE WITH NO GOOD QUALITY AT ALL. And top of it the SPEED is very very poor here in VELLORE AREA, AND IT GETS OFTEN DISCONNECTED AND DESPITE I REPEATED CALL AND SAY THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ABOUT THIS. All the CUSTOMER CARE TEAM SAYS IS TO CHECK MY NETWORK SETTINGS AND CHANGE THE MODE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CHANGED ALL THE MODES. AND I HARDLY GET THE SPEED AT 20 - 40 KBPS. I WAS PROMISED A MINIMUM SPEED OF 10 - 12 MBPS, RELIANCE HAS CHEATED ME FOR THIS, AND I PLAN TO TAKE RELIANCE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR GIVING ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND MORE OVER WITH NOTHING LESS THAN A SPEED OF 20 - 40 KBPS is of TOTAL WASTE FOR ME, BUYING A WIFI AT HARDLY 20 - 40 KBPS. VERY VERY POOR PRODUCT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY RELIANCE WIFI OR RELIANCE PRODUCTS AT ALL, FOR ITS POOR PRODUCTS AND POOR QUALITY SERVICE. Portability 1 month 12 days before in your Gurgaon store-Krishna Telecon Store Manager Mr. Naveen Mobile no.[protected].I am really sorry to inform you that I not undergone such a painful process of portability where neither the store manager nor your verification team is so in-cooperative with the customers. We requested Mr. Naveen that both me and my wife is working therefore it would be good that if somebody can visit us during weekdays or on some holiday where we can be available.First the verifications was done on such days when I was not available and second no one even bothered to call us that verifications will be done on confirm date so that I can leave my documents with someone who can show it to the verification team at the time of visit. Mr. Naveen neither picks up my call nor he is bothered to inform me on my status.I have given advance payment for the plan including the security deposit sum of Rs. 1500 which he has taken from me.Now today when I lodged my complaint on [protected] then I came to know that my no. is negatively verified still and nothing has been done till now. I am following up and requesting their complaint cell where no one has have resolved my problem.Spoken to different person everytime Heena([protected])/Meenakshi([protected]), Anita/Sarika/Eshrat.First they are not able to resolve my problem and secondly they don't escalte my problem to their seniors even(Mr. Rahul tandon/Virendra bhandari).I ask the authority that how should i get my problem solved and who will solve it.No seen such a hopeless team in my life. He is playing from 21 of december 2015 till now. Who will solve reliance cheating

Today 29/12/2015 at 12:30am IST, i spoke to a Agent named "PROSENJIT PRAMANIK" who was very Ignorant, Arrogant, Full of Attitude & with a rude & forceful voice.i had a Problem so i called but this guy did not even bother to Listen to my complete Complain but started Cross Questioning & Confusing me with stupid & Irrelevant Things. Even after me Warning him on his bad ATTITUDE & RUDE TONE he still continued to talk in the same Manner & was also YAWNING on the call. Please provide him the necessary Feedback or else u guys will loose out Customers from Reliance GSM

                        Hi Team, I was using Reliance Data card- Relationship No :[protected] Mobile No : [protected]. I was getting a very poor speed and have called to CC many times during 20th28th June2015 but they failed to address my concern. After that 2 times, I asked them to deactivate my connection but they said “we cannot do it online as you are corporate customer so please visit our nearest outlet”. So finally on 4th July 2015, I visited to Reliance Uttarahalli Branch, explained everything to them but they informed me that for deactivation no need to visit here and gave me a number. I called to that number from your outlet only and asked the concerned person for deactivation, he tried to convince me very hard but as i was fed up with the service and wrong information from CC, I emphasized for deactivation. Also, i promised him to pay the last bill amount. Finally, he raised a ticket #[protected] and informed me that I will be getting a call from CC for the confirmation and after that the account will be closed. I got a call on 5th or 6th –july and after my confirmation they have deactivated my connection and just after that I was not able to use the data card as the service was closed. Since then I have never used your data card in any device. And have paid the last due amount. After all this, i got the monthly bill for July and august for which i have never used your service. As I mentioned above, I got many calls from CC for bill payment. Initially, I used to explain the situation in each and every call no one has ever bothered to resolve it. So finally, I stopped explaining all these things during the calls. On 3rdOct2015, I got a call from your representative Khushi and she asked me for the bill payment. In starting I was not interested to explain anything to her but she told me that she is taking care of this case and will provide a firm resolution for sure. After getting her personal contact number#[protected] and email retention.[protected]@gmail.com just for the sake of trust that she will resolve this issue, i explained her everything. She told me that she will look into it closely, will consolidate all the facts and will contact me by Monday5th Oct or Tuesday 6th Oct to close this case. But as usual, I never heard from her as well. After that I started receiving mails from ollectionsBLR.[protected]@relianceada.com for legal notice. Have posted my concern on FB page of Reliance Mobile but no use, instead of that 2 weeks back I got a call and the Reliance representative was asking to pay INR 1200/ to close this matter but i denied, as I have not used their service. Now i got legal notice to appear before Office of the Deputy Registrar, 1st Floor Conference hall, City Civil Court, Behind Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore – 560 009 on 30.12.2015. From last few days, my mobile showing 'Roaming symbol' and balances are getting deducted unnecessarily despite of power card recharge. They are kind of stealing money for unnecessary reason. Now I am planning port my number to another company. I must say, I had worst experience with this company. Thank you,

                            Sir, I was submitted my documents for new dongle connection on 24/12/2013 to Gopi in reliance communication, he promised me he will visit my place and do all setup if I call him he is disconnecting my calls.                                         This complaint is regarding an email received from "CollectionsBLR.[protected]@relianceada.com" with subject as "Pre Litigation Case Dated - 30.12.2015"(PLC No : [protected]) I purchased a Reliance Wipod in the Month of May. Data Card Number - [protected] I experienced very poor network speed which i have never ever seen. So i tried calling Customer Care they tried doing some setup changes which did not work out. I would have used the Data card to very minimum and that too maximum for 10 days(Not more than that). I used to get calls from Customer Care to pay the bill and they used to torture me everyday to pay the bill. I paid the bills for 2 months without even using it due to Network issues. Then i sent emails to Customer care to help me with the process of Cancellation. But they did not Cancel the Connection/Waive the bill amount. 1st email to cancel the Cancel the Data card was sent on June 22nd, Second email on August 20 and 3rd Email on September 8, 11. Finally they took the email sent on September 8 and they said waiver is not possible because of Monthly Charges. I would have called more than 20 times to raise request for cancellation from the month of June since i stopped using the Data Card but they did not guide me properly for cancellation. Everything was delayed because of Reliance Customer care service. Because of that why should i pay the bill for all their mistakes? I asked them to Check my Used history and call history and Waive the bill amount. But they didn't do it. They were continuously torturing me during our office hours to pay the bills. I was totally disturbed because of their calls. If we ask them to resolve the issue and check the Data history, They used to say that their Server is down and call back us Later. They never tried to direct us with proper response. Only their aim was to get the billing amount from the Customer.                                         I have not received any Telephone calls from Reliance Customer Service and the issue is not yet resolved. I am not sure how these kind of Comments are updated by Reliance Communications!!
