I purchased a Reliance Wipod in the Month of May. Data Card Number - [protected] I experienced very poor network speed which i have never ever seen. I tried calling the Customer Care and they tried doing some setup changes and it did not work out. I would have used the Data card very minimum amount that too maximum for 10 days. Not more than that. I used to get calls from Customer Care to pay the bill and they used to torture me everyday to pay the bill. I paid the bills for 2 months without even using it. I Sent emails to Customer care to help me with the process of Cancellation. But they did not Cancel the Connection/Waive the bill amount. 1st email to cancel the Cancel the Data card was sent on June 22nd, Second email on August 20 and 3rd Email on September 8, 11. Finally they took the email sent on September 8 and they said waiver is not possible because of Monthly Charges. I would have called more than 20 times to raise request for cancellation from the month i stopped using. But they did not guide me properly. Everything was delayed because of Reliance Customer care service. Because of that why should i pay the bill for all their mistakes? I asked them to Check my Used history and call history and Waive the bill amount. But they didn't do it. Later I got an email from "CollectionsBLR.Rcom" with the subject of "Pre Litigation Case Dated 28.10.2015" After a months got another email from "CollectionsBLR.Rcom" with the subject of "Lawyer Notice Dated 20.11.2015" They were continuously torturing me during our office hours to pay the bills. I was totally disturbed because of their calls. If we ask them to resolve the issue and check the Data history, They used to say that Server is down and call back us Later. They never tried to direct us with proper response. Only their aim to get the billing amount from the Customer. Could you please help me sort out this issue? I have attached the email chains regarding this issue for reference.

This complaint is regarding an email received from "CollectionsBLR.[protected]@relianceada.com" with subject as "Pre Litigation Case Dated - 30.12.2015"(PLC No : [protected])

I purchased a Reliance Wipod in the Month of May.

I experienced very poor network speed which i have never ever seen. So i tried calling Customer Care they tried doing some setup changes which did not work out. I would have used the Data card to very minimum and that too maximum for 10 days(Not more than that).

I used to get calls from Customer Care to pay the bill and they used to torture me everyday to pay the bill. I paid the bills for 2 months without even using it due to Network issues. Then i sent emails to Customer care to help me with the process of Cancellation. But they did not Cancel the Connection/Waive the bill amount.

1st email to cancel the Cancel the Data card was sent on June 22nd, Second email on August 20 and 3rd Email on September 8, 11. Finally they took the email sent on September 8 and they said waiver is not possible because of Monthly Charges.

I would have called more than 20 times to raise request for cancellation from the month of June since i stopped using the Data Card but they did not guide me properly for cancellation.

Everything was delayed because of Reliance Customer care service. Because of that why should i pay the bill for all their mistakes?

I asked them to Check my Used history and call history and Waive the bill amount. But they didn't do it.

They were continuously torturing me during our office hours to pay the bills. I was totally disturbed because of their calls. If we ask them to resolve the issue and check the Data history, They used to say that their Server is down and call back us Later. They never tried to direct us with proper response. Only their aim was to get the billing amount from the Customer.

After a months got another email from "CollectionsBLR.Rcom" with the subject of

Later I started getting emails from "CollectionsBLR.Rcom" with the subject of "Pre Litigation Case Dated 28.10.2015" and "Lawyer Notice Dated 20.11.2015"

      My account balance is deducted since 31 october on account of vas but i have not activated it. On 10 december rs30 was deducted. I called customer care but they did not respond. Until today 50 rs has been deducted please refund it.

        I have a reliance GSM sim card([protected]).Before 1 week I had loss my balance about 69rupees.So I contact the customer care and they said the balance was deducted for using Internet but please note that at that time I still have net balance upto 33mb.Then they said it's there mistake so the cash will be refunded within 24hrs.but there was no use and within this 1 week I had contacted them more than 20times each time they will give me the guarantee for refund but no use was there.The customer care center which I contacted was in bangalore. They said that they were incharge of customers from kerala.I had proper proofs in my hand regarding the complaint including voice clips.

            I have numerous unresolved complaints within this site itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. 1st and foremost issue is I did not have a working connection since 3rd October 2015 upto 10th December 2015. I was promised a compensation and that a waiver number would be provided for it, but I am since unable to connect to customer care or the executive who had called me from Cochin office. My original period for the existing connection will end in 9th January 2016. However, I will not continue with this connection unless i am compensated for the 2 months and 6 days i did not have a working connection. I do not want this included in the bill, i need the existing period extended. 2nd is that the connection since 10th December is sluggish and unusable most of the time. This was also notified multiple times with screenshots to the executive in Cochin, who has till date not responded. I am attaching a screenshot of the speed of my 4Mbps connection along with this complaint. My contact number is [protected].

            I have not received any call from Reliance other than a call from one executive to pay the next bill. Why in God's name would i pay the bill without being provided any compensation??

                          Sir .. I have paid the payment of my bill on 10/09/15 as full and final payment to the executive who came and collected the bill from my place and i requested him to discontinue my services as i m paying the whole amount of Rs 1676/- till date becus i m not using it becus of range problem of their network in specific area . They customer care started calling me number of times in a day ..i told them the situation that i have got the full and final reciept of payment and their executive assured me that he will get my services discontinued .Today they have send me another bill of two months Rs 1534/- ...its so upsetting . Please help in this case . Thanks and regards .

                            I called international call to UK mobile on 25/12/15, deducted 250 rupees for 1 minute call at 3.46 pm and 500 rupees for 117 second at 3.51pm from my mobile no [protected] and called customer care to wrong deduction. I talked toDear Reliance .customer care yesterday and he accepted this amount deducted 750 rupees (250+500)for 3 minutes and registered my complaint.My complaint no is SR[protected].I am shocked to see this message i receivedd at 8.05 pm today. Dear Reliance Customer as per the SR[protected] has been resolved there was no wrong deduction found form [protected]@Θre ac .Thanks.

I again check my mobile balance at 6 AM on 26.12.15 then found my mobile balance 88.81 Rupees. 50 rupees deducted from my account while make call in only local no. For 13 minuts.                                 Userid:[protected] my complaint nos which i have saved:[protected], [protected],[protected] complaint date whose no I haven't saved : 12/12/2015, 19/12/2015 my plan name: Thunder Combo 749 i have registered my complaint in reliance office near my house(near kwality chowk, bhosari, pune) on 12/12/2015 regarding my installation . •He didn't gave me landline connection, •instead of that he gave me old modem, •while installing he said "I have limited wire for temporarily purpose I'll take your wire from hall, if i don't come you can register your complaint on[protected] your problem will be solved within 24hrs . •while registering my complaint on[protected] i gave them my previous complaint id and every-time they told me that you have registered your complaint about INTERNET NOT WORKING, this is absolutely wrong. ○My requirements is : 1) I want to remove all wire from my hall 2)I want new modem 3)I want telephone connection (he gave me only one wire to attach to modem ). IF THIS IS YOUR SERVICE THEN I'll TELL OTHERS TO DON'T TAKE RELIANCE BROADBAND

                                  Dear Sir, Today your customer service talk with me, they telling that at your area our 2G service is stopped so that you started your number with 3g set and 3G connection. It is surprised me that when your 2G license is expired. You will not inform me, it is your duty before expired of your 2g license you will be informed to the costumer. I request to you please start my connection otherwise I go to court. I am losing too much from this deactivated of my number.

                                    Sir I have purchased one data card of post paid with Reliance Pro 3 No. [protected]. I had cancled my data card since I had taken one more wifi data card post paid in reliance. But the agent and customer care made misuse of my documents submitted and again reactivated the above said data card without my permission. If so, things are possible, I felt reliance is un secure to go for any products purchasing or transaction. I want to quit total if I didnt get proper justice regarding this matter. Kindly, go through the details and follow up as early as possible.

                                      Prob not yet cleared and nobody called regarding this..but paying billing amount for same..my recent complaint num is[protected]..and signal strength is very very less, some times it works (100 kbps to 150 kbps)that too not constant.i dont know whether this is 2G or wifi.called to care and explained for same but they are still saying we are correcting (its been 60 days)..my area pin code is 562123, wi pod number is [protected], and my mob num is [protected].

                                        My balance has become Rs.-43 and i have not subscribed for any service nor i have recharged any special offer. I have called to customer care but the calls never connect or they disconnect in middle of conversation and even they do not transfer call to their superior. This is a frequent problem which many reliance customers are going thru and causing unnecessary hardships many times they unnecessary deduct balance for any service and we have to call again and again for refund.
