My broadband connection is not working. I have complained reliance customer care and I got the SR No - CNM[protected] but der is not use to being a reliance client past 14 days I have no internet connection and am a trader.. I can't do anything without Internet ... Every day I will get a msg like this from reliance customer care ( Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service request no. is CNM[protected]. Your request will be resolved in the next 24 Hours ) what is the use only the best part is every month getting bill properly if we late to make the payment they will charge 100 rupees as fine but no service. They don't want to get know about our problem without Internet .. Am very disappointed and shame on being a reliance customer.

    My no. is [protected] I submitted a bill on 10/12/2015 as 1520/- on 999 plan with request of termination. No they are calling and messaging me to submit a bill of 910/- . I didn't even used the net then also they are asking for whole month bill that too after i paid bill till 10th december, 2012. They are saying you have been charged till from 25th november to 22december and you will have to pay this in any case else we will not terminate your number.They are threatening my old parents daily on calls. Please do something i do not live with them.

    Ma'am my centre even on the payment of 1520 on 10th december, he updated my payment without termination on 26th december that too of 1000 only. I dont know what to do why these guys arent disconnecting my number.On top of that they are asking 1000 more and still no termination.

              An amount of rs.60 & rs.3 has been deducted from my mobile no [protected] balance on 25.12.15, 20:12 hrs and 20:16 hrs respectively. Regarding this i have contacted reliance customer care but my problem is not resolved. I want to get my money back which is deducted without my consent.

                    I sent an email to "[protected]@relianceada.com" around 10 times but no one is responding. I called all customer care numbers but always one message " Technical problem" and after that call is disconnecting. I am very fed up with this company.Below is the incident which happend with me. I am very surprise about the incident which happened with me in two time. I gave miss call to Swiond (UK) two time (one is 12th Dec and second one is 8th Dec) and both time 250 was deducted on my balance. in your side it is mentioned that Call for USA, UK, Canada & China for as low Rs.1.99/per min. I want to why it was happen. I want my money back asap.

                              Dear sir, Your executive collected cheque no.080977 dt 19.12.15 Rs.1480 for new net connection after verifying situation of site through his senior who also visited at site. Now Mr. Harish who came for installation of connection refused for installation on the ground that in under ground connection vendor cannot make installation. It is therefore clear that your executive and his senior collected cheque by misleading us. You are therefore requested to look into the matter, and return the said cheque.                                 I have a reliance GSM sim card([protected]).Before 4 days I had loss my balance about 69rupees.So I contact the customer care and they said the balance was deducted for using Internet but please note that at that time I still have net balance upto 33mb.Then they said it's there mistake so the cash will be refunded within 24hrs.but there was no use and within this 4 days I had contacted them more than 20times each time they will give me the guarantee for refund but no use was there.

                                  I have complain on reliance regarding the network issue due to slow internet. without solving the issue they close my complain. now i m getting internet bill amount approximately Rs. 1000/- . but I have not use any single kb data. even in have remove wipod datacard from power supply. when i called to customer care they told me i am properly use data service. reliance is cheated company. always try make fool his customer. so not i wants to deactivate my wipod. please deactivate it ASAP. my datacard no is: [protected]

                                    My reliance gsm is inactive for 3 weeks.i heard it was about to upgrade to 3g . that is why it was so.however yesterday one of my friend told me a remedy that a recharge of rs. 11 will restart the sim . but still it is not active . pls help out.

                                        Hi Team, I am using reliance GSM number [protected] from past two years in Bhubaneswar.(Orissa) Suddenly from past two weeks I am not getting signal in my mobile phone. Even I tried placing sim in different mobiles but no use. Then I observed issue is with the network provider. As this is my official contact number, my work is highly effected. Even I recently recharged with 11rs easy recharge as informed by the local mobile recharge shop. But no use. Please activate it on priority basis. Thanks Anil
