Sir with due respect I would like to say that I am a customer of reliance communications.on various occasions large amounts are deducted for value added service which I haven't activated even once.I was unable to check the balance often and was ignoring.but yesterday on[protected] I checked and found that on various occasions my balance was deducted.i complained the same to the customer executive and he assured me that the balance will be refunded also I told him that please deactivate all the value added services and he did the same.but Today on[protected] again about 25 rupees were deducted.i just want that all my deducted balance should be reimbursed and strict action should be taken against them for not taking my complaint seriously.i called the customer care executive and told him that I wanted to talk to his boss but while staying on line for about 20 minutes the call disconnected automatically.sir I cannot stay with this condition.should I call them regularly and neglected again and again.please look into the matter as soon as possible and help me resolve this condition.my phone number on which this kind o[censored]nethical behaviour is going on is [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Reliance CDMA Postpaid customer with connection no. [protected] and relationship number[protected]. Above connection number is presently under tariff plan CDMA SPUNLTDONNET440. The Reliance CDMA number is active in Kanpur, UP (E) circle. As I have been allotted alternative landline and mobile connections from Government of India for both personal and official use, this Reliance CDMA connection is of no further use for me and therefore redundant. Hence I applied for the disconnection of the above number on 31st Nov., 2015 so that the issue gets resolved well before the end of the running billing cycle i.e. 25th Dec. 2015. After approximately one week I got a call from retention deptt. and I satisfied them with the probable reason for disconnection. After that I was told that the connection will be terminated within 10th Dec. In the mean time I called the Reliance CC several times and I got the same answer that it will take another 3 to 4 days to get it disconnected. Unfortunately even after 24 days of my lodged request for disconnection, today I was told again by the retention deptt. that it will take another 15 days from 24th Dec to get the number disconnected which appears to be quite unprofessional approach from a leading mobile service provider like Reliance Communications. I will be bound to take action if I am unnecessarily billed for the excess period for the careless attitude of your customer care persons in understanding the issues of their clients. Again I want to draw your kind attention to disconnect the above CDMA connection immediately within this current billing cycle (25 Nov - 24 Dec 2015) so that the issue gets resolved amicably and honorably.       Dear team I would like to raise my complaint for my reliance gsm no [protected]. My problem is the service provider is deducting balance from my no without any reason on day to day basis.This is happening from last 5 days.My complaint care no and customer care nos are not working.I m using this no in roaming and therefore facing a lot of problem and harresment from reliance.In order to get refund i hve to chat with care personal online for 2 to 3 hrs then i m getting refund.I hve mailed twice regarding same they are not even replying.Every day i m getting msgs 5 rs deducted for this 10 rs for this n this is going on .I have msgs of activation of various services and hve reference no of one of my chat with care personal.They said we cant raise complain on this matter we can refund the amount.I cant waste 2 to 3 hrs daily on this.So requesting you to look into the matter seriously so that they dont harress someone else like me.I have already applied for MNP.Now i want to teach them a gud lesson.kindly do the needful .Its not the matter of money but the wrongdoings of a service provider and neglience .My email id [protected]@yahoo.com [protected] my number here in maharashtra

        HI RIM, [protected] This is my Airtel number, and i sent PORT message on 7/12/2015 and received unique PORT ID: AA766715 and expire date[protected]. same i submitted to Reliance store. on 12/12/2015 i received message from RM MNP saying my new connection will active from 13/12/2015, But with out activation from Reliance my existing Airtel Service disabled from 13/12/2015. still this number not activated. may i know why it got disabled and why Reliance network not activated my MNP reqquest . when i called to local reliance store they said Doner not accepted MNP process. If doner not accept the process how come RM MNP sent confirmation Message with date and time. PFA screen shot from Reliance MNP. Let me know when my RIM SIM will activate with [protected]?

        Hello Reliance Team,

        I received call from http://on.fb.me/1lrvkq7 ([protected]) and saying that Doner rejected MNP Process on 14.12.2015. again i am asking same question. if doner reject MNP Process on 14.12.2015. how come RM MNP send message on 12/12/2015 saying my new connection will active from 13/12/2015, and existing sim disable on same date. that means without Doner confirmation RM MNP it self confirmed SIM active and deactivation's before 2 days(12.12.2014). am i right?.
        when i ask same question to customer care caller he said he will get back again.how long i need to wait for my number.

        RIM is not able to activate my SIM then revert back my number and MNP Process to Airtel Network then i can get sim from them.

            Hello on monday 21/12/15 automatic balance diduction on reliance side & then i call 198 so many time but call always disconect & not do not get conversation to customer care. after i have spoke to sajda & husna to your customer care & they did not proper talk to customer & did not help to me for my issues. they also did not refund my balnce please solve my problem this is hepan in alwas 1 month 4 time & always i want to speek & get back my refund balance. this type of problem always hepan.

            i faced the same issue.they kept illetrate people as customer representative and they wont speak properly and they wont even understand what u want to say.
            Reliance needs to update or sue the company who works for there software, i can challenge them any time that there software is wrong

                  i am angry on your network.
                  Your all customer care numbers are of no use.
                  I tried calling the numbers 1000 times but they say that "this number doesnot exist.. Please check the number you have dialed.".
                  I want my money back.
                  They charged me for vas service 6 times.

                  i want reply on this message.
                  I did thousand complaints on this.

                  I am pissed off.
                  I am gonna stop this service and tell my family and friends to never try this network.

                  If you care about your reputation then pay my money back.

                    On 24/12/2015 at around 1:20 am, i was surfing from my prepaid mobile having number:+91-[protected] but suddenly a page opened that i have been subscribed to ADPAY Video MLYSUB SERVICE, a amount of Rs 56 has been deducted and 2-3 days before an amount of Rs 45 was deducted from my account and after taking to 198 no feedback was received . I have not subscribe to any services. Kindly refund my deducted amount.

                      आखिर कब तक नेटवर्क और कॉलिंग की समस्या का निदान होगा. कुछ तों शर्म करो. अभी भी समस्याएं अपार है. सबसे बड़ी समस्या तो यह हो गयी है कि जहां मैं रहता हूं, वहां थ्री-जी नेटवर्क नहीं मिलता है. यानी, आधा से अधिक शहर में थ्री-जी नेटवर्क नहीं है. जहां थ्री-जी का नेटवर्क मिलता है, वहां ऑटोमैटिक टू-जी से थ्री-जी नेटवर्क में कनवर्ट नहीं होता है. थ्री-जी के लिए पैसा लगा है और टू-जी नेटवर्क से काम चलाना पड़ रहा है. आखिर यह कब तक? हराम का पैसा नहीं आता है. जिस थ्री-जी के लिए पैसा लगाया है, वहीं नेटवर्क मिलना चाहिए. अन्यथा कंपनी के उच्चाधिकारी से मेरा आग्रह पूूर्वक कहना है कि वह अपने मालिक से कहे कि जिस उपभोक्ताओं से थ्री-जी के लिए पैसे ले रहे हैं और नेटवर्क की सुविधा नहीं दे पा रहे हैं तो वह एक-एक उपभोक्ताओं से व्यक्तिगत तौर पर हाथ जोड़ कर माफी मांगे और कहे हम शर्मिंदा हैं. मोबाइल : [protected] अल्टरनेट नंबर : [protected] शहर : भागलपुर इलाका : वारसलीगंज, मिरजानहाट पीन : 8120005

                          On 22/12/2015 I purchased a WIPOD from Reliance and this was activated at 20.00 hrs and a message for high speed activation was recieved from Reliance at 22.00 hrs. The speed of the download remains about 50 kilobytes per second (ranging between 0 to 98 kilobytes per second) as against 3.1 megabits per second upto 5 GB and 256 kilobits per second thereafter. I reported the matter to reliance customer care and applied their suggestions the speed did not impove. I also telephoned to Mr. Amar (Mobile No. [protected]) the Person who came to sell wipod in my house but after knowing my problem he started not recieving my calls.                             I have recharged my reliance gsm number with a roaming pack of 194 it states as 1.5p/s for all calls. But its still charging me 80p/min on roaming for some numbers. I have multiple times raised a complaint and each time I have given them the proof by asking them to check my deductions, every time they assure me it will be rectified but it is never being done. On top of that multiple time blame the excuses like sytem is down, Your problem is rectified we dont see any wrong deductions by our team (instead that i have given them the proof in the last call).                               Hi sir From my main balance Rs 250 is deducted for a net balance . I called customer care and they are not ready to listen, they replied that my net limit 1gb is over and that is why it got deducted from main account and they are not ready to listen, when i say to transfer call to higher authority, they disconnect my call. i am attaching a proof which will say that my validity is still there and i have used just 165 mb .so i havent crossed the limit of 1gb. Its really painful as reliance is not even ready to accept this, And most of all i have 2g connection and not 3g, Please see the attachment for proof of data usage and validity, i have sent my complaint to reliance via mail also but dint got response.

                              Attachment 1 will show u that i did recharge on 29th nov so validity is till 26th dec and other attachment will tell u my data usuage.
                              Most of all how a customer representative can cut the call when i ask them that i want to talk to your superior and this is not about one time, everytime same is done .
                              And are you hiring illetrate people, literate people do listen but your representative wil only speak and wont even try to listen.
                              and why you have given a mail id when you cant reply.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam I have recently ported my mobile no [protected] to reliance.Initially i had received a call from [protected] nd[protected] the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan Named Jalsa with unlimited calling facility nd the monthly tarriff for the same is Rs 498. he told me that collection boy will come nd pik the documents nd will get the application form signed. they asked me the porting code i which i provided, guy came to my house and collected the documents and Rs 100 in cash for some chrges..when i asked him for the Application form he said oh sorry i forgot to bring the same..nd also said he would come next day... the guy didnt turn up..after couple of days i received a sms that my porting request is accepted..and my nos was ported to reliance.the very same day i received a sms from the reliance which shows my plan as Jalsa 1198, with monthly rental Rs 1198. SIR I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND 1.WHO SIGNED MY FORM FOR THIS 1198 RS RENTAL PLAN. 2.I CANT AFFORD THIS PLAN ALSO. 3.ITS A CASE OF FRAUD, DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN FIR AGAINST ABOVE NOS AND RCOM? 4.KINDLY GET ME A COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE CONCERNED VENDOR. 5.I CANT STOP USING MY PHONE, WHO IS GOING TO BEAR EXCESS AMOUNT UNTILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED? I have attached the final bill payment of the above mentioned data card for your kind attention. Kindly stop the services with an immediate effect so that further bill will not be generated. And wait for my consent for activation as I can mail you for activation in near future. Regards Akhilesh Kumar Pandey][protected] {Please read the below lines} After this mail to customer care I got a call within 2 days from a representative about disconnection of my data card number [protected] and guided me about freezing the account for a certain period will cost nothing but Rs 50 per month only. I was convinced and asked him to do so. He also informed me that no bill will be generated after freezing the number. I just have to pay Rs 50 * the month for activation of the data card again. Despite your acknowledgement of my mails I am receiving bills every month. I have also mailed on 5th September & 6th October but I am receiving only acknowledgement but no reply from your side. Dear Sir/Madam, Despite my communications via mail and over telephone you are repeatedly sending me the outstanding bill. It is very disheartening to know that a big company like reliance is cheating in this way. Please go through the letter which I have already sent on September '5, 2015 and October'6, 2015. I am writing to you to bring to your notice the extreme difficulty I have faced after availing your deficient services and the harassment which I have been subjected to without any rhyme or reason. The conduct of your company has left me disgusted for which the brand image stands dubious and contaminated. I am a customer of your telecom service providing company holding Relationship Number:[protected]. The phone number assigned for my usage is [protected]. On 30th May, 2015, I mailed you for stopping the services after paying my dues. In response a representative called me and inquired about the reason for stopping the services and guided me that the data services of this dongle can be stopped for a fixed period and it can be resumed after paying a little amount of Rs 50 per month till the resume date. I agreed and told him to stop the services for 6 months and I will pay the amount Rs 300/- after 6 months for reactivation. So I freezed my data services and during this period no billing should be generated. But I found on my mail the bill amount of Rs 789/- vide bill no[protected]. Assuming that the Customer is naïve and ignorant about the bills, Companies like yours charge the customers heavily and arbitrarily reflecting signs of business malfunction and ill-practice. I am appalled to heave received such inefficient and deceptive services from a Company of your repute. Your company’s actions are liable under Section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which defines “*deficiency*” as any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a person in pursuance of a contract or otherwise in relation to any service. Also, as per *Section 2(1)(r) of Consumer Protection Act 1986*, "unfair trade practice" means a trade practice which, for the purpose of promoting the sale, use or supply of any goods or for the provision of any service, adopts any unfair method or unfair or deceptive practice. Thus, your company comes squarely within the purview of law. Given the above sequence of events, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and inform me about the reason of such arbitrary charges as soon as possible. Also, kindly waive the Bill amount and inform me about this also. After doing the above stop the services immediately of the above mentioned number and no further bill will be generated in future.
