My reliance Wipod number is [protected], the device got activated on 8th of december after the virtual call verification, and the document verification was to be done within two days, after submitting the original copy of documents to the reliance executive who delivered the product at home.After few days when I contacted the executive named as Silender (office at rajiv chowk new Delhi), he said that the verification is being negative, as the verifier has visited before 2oclock if so, why did not he called me while verifying the document, after that I got the remainder SMS that my account would be deactivated if the documents is not resubmitted so again after that i contacted the executive who delivered the product reminding him for reverification.and my device got deactivated on 15, so I informed the executive about it and so after that he reschedule the date and said that the verfication would be done soon, but still today i.e. 22 December my device is still deactivated. So again I contacted the executive he stated that the location given in documents is stated as outskirts location, and again the person who was assigned for the verification didn't called me for the documents lookup.and its being days contacting the executive and the manager but the executive is continually disconnecting my phone and diverting my calls.what a shame on reliance for such pathetic service and solution, for activation it just took 1 days, and for reactivation its been more than 5 days but still my concerned is not resolved.would request the respective authorities to take strict action against the executive and help me compensate my time and money here are the following details of the executive
