Before 2-3 weeks the reliance network was working properly. But now, almost all the time, there is no network in my phone (Emergence calls only). I have tried all customer care numbers, but in vain. Those are simply useless. Even sent mails to "[protected]@relianceada.com", still no response... My advice is do not use reliance. Bad network and Even Worst Customer Care service..

    I am Bijoy Kumar Samanta and My reliance GSM phone no - [protected], of West Bengal is showing status SIM registration failed . This phone number of mine is very important On 21st Dec, 2015 i tried to reach-out to reliance Customer care executives I have called the No 30333333 from friends phone, it is not getting connected and when tried calling 198, *333, *222 i get no option to talk to any customer service agent. Even your IM Chat service is not responding for more than a hour . And i tried twice. So i sent a mail to your support email id with all the details. Got no response so in evening i send a mail again keeping cc, appellate authority, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rtlappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com Still got no response on 22nd i tried to reach out via Facebook. The issue was submitted but I got no response till 23rd evening. I demand why Reliance disconnected by phone number without notifying me a single time. I was out of state for few months, still i was using the no. I want the number to be reactivated immediately. Thanks, Bijoy

    Even my fathers vodafone connection got removed all of a sudden after using for more than 2 years . When enquired it about appellate authority, they said that on my fathers name, there are more than 9 connections . But, my father did not take 9 connections . He only took single connection before vodafone . Later on, Vodafone said that that number can be transferred to any other person in the family other than my father . So, I took that number .

              SIR, this is second time on 19th dec. i have received a msg from reliance " Amount charges for VAS ADPAY GSM Rs 28 current balance is 18.36 " so why this deduction is made by reliance again and again without my initiation for any such service. i need my rupee back.. resolved my complaint as early as possible . last time the same problem was resolved after complaining to the competent authority but this time it arose again. i have sent mail to reliance customer care on 21 dec. but till now i have not received any reply from them regarding my complaint. so no option left with me but to put complaint here. i hope here i will get the solution of my problem. please resolve this problem cited above permanently. mobile no.                   I am receiving much higher amount than my tariff plan since two months. The statement shows that I have made too much roaming calls. But the fact is the number is being used in the same state state I.e West Bengal. I have paid the dues of previous month but I got much higher bill in this month.                         My name is sumit choudhary My reliance Wipod number is [protected], the device got activated on 8th of december after the virtual call verification, and the document verification was to be done within two days, after submitting the original copy of documents to the reliance executive who delivered the product at home.After few days when I contacted the executive named as Silender (office at rajiv chowk new Delhi), he said that the verification is being negative, as the verifier has visited before 2oclock if so, why did not he called me while verifying the document, after that I got the remainder SMS that my account would be deactivated if the documents is not resubmitted so again after that i contacted the executive who delivered the product reminding him for reverification.and my device got deactivated on 15, so I informed the executive about it and so after that he reschedule the date and said that the verfication would be done soon, but still today i.e. 22 December my device is still deactivated. So again I contacted the executive he stated that the location given in documents is stated as outskirts location, and again the person who was assigned for the verification didn't called me for the documents lookup.and its being days contacting the executive and the manager but the executive is continually disconnecting my phone and diverting my calls.what a shame on reliance for such pathetic service and solution, for activation it just took 1 days, and for reactivation its been more than 5 days but still my concerned is not resolved.would request the respective authorities to take strict action against the executive and help me compensate my time and money here are the following details of the executive Name -Silender (as he said) Office location-rajiv chock new Delhi Contact number of the executive[protected] My emaid id [protected]@gmail.com My contact number -[protected]

                                  Here i would like to inform you that on 15/12/15 i had given all the documents like passport size photo and driving license copy to deactivate my reliance netconect + Postpaid connection (No-[protected]) @ Paldi Reliance Store near Mahalaxmi cross road to Mr Prakash (In charge at reliance store) and also visited 3 times for the same. Still my Reliance Netconnect + dongle is not deactivated, i have 123/- rupees balance in this particular account.                                     I have numerous unresolved complaints within this site itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. 1st and foremost issue is I did not have a working connection since 3rd October 2015 upto 10th December 2015. I was promised a compensation and that a waiver number would be provided for it, but I am since unable to connect to customer care or the executive who had called me from Cochin office. My original period for the existing connection will end in 9th January 2016. However, I will not continue with this connection unless i am compensated for the 2 months and 6 days i did not have a working connection. I do not want this included in the bill, i need the existing period extended. 2nd is that the connection since 10th December is sluggish and unusable most of the time. This was also notified multiple times with screenshots to the executive in Cochin, who has till date not responded. I am attaching a screenshot of the speed of my 4Mbps connection along with this complaint. My contact number is [protected].
