My name is Shylaja, I have brought reliance wifi broad band connection on 13/12/2015
from marketing executive PRAVEEN .mobile no [protected], only 1 day the net is working, from 14/12/2015 it is not working i have paid 2000/- in the spot, i have given a complaint on customer care for 50 times but they are telling within 24 hours the problem will solve but still now i am facing the problem the person who has sold...

I am receiving much higher amount than my tariff plan since two months. The statement shows that I have made too much roaming calls. But the fact is the number is being used in the same state state I.e West Bengal. I have paid the dues of previous month but I got much higher bill in this month. When I am using an unlimited Local and Std tariff plan then how come my outstanding be higher....

A week ago I registered a complain in this website for unnecessary deduction of 2gb 2g data from my phone. After that the reliance customer care called me. Instead of the 2gb 2g data they refunded 200 mb of 3g data...
