My mobile no. is [protected], I have paid uptodate bill amount at your Ambattur reliance outlet and got my mobile no. migrated from post paid to prepaid. I have earlier given CCSI instructions for direct debit of my mobile bill amount to my credit card. But since i paid full bill amount and migrated to prepaid on 20th I requested the customer care people and also your ambattur outlet people for cancellation of CCSI instruction. But after having migrated to prepaid, my credit card was debited under CCSI today, the 22nd for the amount of bill for Rs.1462, which has already been paid by me at your ambatur outlet at the time of their taking my request for migration to prepaid. I also have another post paid reliance mobile No. [protected] for which too i made full uptodate payment and migrated to prepaid. I request that first my CCSI instructions be closed with immediate effect in respect of my two reliance mobile nos. viz. [protected] and [protected] and arrange to refund the excess amount in my account in respect of both of the above mobile nos. as both have been converted to prepaid as on date. I request you to kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and give me feedbak of the action taken on this matter. thanking you, T.N.SRIDHARAN

      This has been an ongoing problem on my reliance number [protected] and this is the third time i am complaining over here.And my complain is never fully resolved. In last few days more than Rs 15 has been deducted from my main balance for some random VAS and like always i never subscribed for those VAS. It is really difficult for me to complain every time and get the issue resolved so please refund all the amount deducted at once and stop all the VAS services for good.I dont intend to use any of the VAS for which i am charged everyday.I am giving you a few deduction details Amount charged for VAS HandyGo- Rs 1 on 22/11/2015 Amount charged for VAS TechZone VP- Rs 5 on 21/11/2015 Amount charged for VAS HandyGo- Rs 1 on 21/11/2015

        I Have purchased a reliance wipod 2 days back, reliance sales person Ravi, prashant from Reliance communication nungambakkam office were very keen to sell us the device and called us so many timed. Immediately after purchase the device the the device is not working, Very Poor service from customer care we are not able to reach them, chennai people are not responding our calls who sold that device to us. we are really irritated with the poor service.

            Sir, No network since 17dec when i insert SIM card to any mobile it shows SIM Registration failed & when called it says "Please check the number & dial again" as informed by CCE i recharged with Rs 11 on 18th dec but no signal till now they told that network will come within 48hrs.             Sir, I have already raised complaints many times on your given link before but till date no resolution. I again raised it now but no reference no given. It said "Your Query/Complaint has been successfully registered with us. Our customer executive will soon get in touch with you" always but no help. Please call me on 8O95276O48.

            Reliance Communications — Network disconnected SIM Registration failed since few days

              Hi, I have ported my number [protected] from airtel to reliance and i got the confirmation from "reliance" saying that the number has activated. So i have inserted my SIM card on 20/12/2015. No network is shown at that time, so i have contacted the reliance showroom (Chrompet - chennai) on the same day. They said there might be a problem with SIM card and they have raised a ticket for the support team for duplicate SIM card. But still now i didn;t get the dup SIM card and my primary number is dead for the past 4 days. I have never seen such a foolish and irresponsible service providers. Please activate the number ASAP.

                                Scheme is: 247 rs=1gb+100rs for 28 days. I did this recharge through Freecharge (Order Id: FCVW[protected]). I have validated scheme on their site(Please find attachment). But after recharge i got only 50 rs, not 100 rs. when i asked customer care(198), they telling we have change scheme now, u will get only 50rs. i told them that on web site(http://www.rcom.co.in) you have mentioned 100 rs. After that customer executive foolish reply was we don't bother about website. Please process my request.

                                  Reliance people are chor On 23rd Nov 2015 u people deduct my rs 165 I called ur customer care 50 times gv me reasons system down your senior ex bidhan madal talked with him same reason u did refunded my bal nor ur no connected. On 17th Dec 2015 again my rs30 deduct but ur customer care did connected. You people are cheating people looting their balance nor refund it nor ur customer care is reachable. Worst services u r providing I am going to quite ur services U don't value ur customer.

                                      Dear sir. this month i ported my mobile no to ur reliance network, the plans given the agent is fake plans after taking i understand i really cheated, the plan i taken is not compatible with my job. now two times my outgoing bared, this Monday (21)i tried to contact CUSTOMER CARE TO SOLVE ISSUE BUT I DNT GET ANSWERED, still i cant call anyone pls help me to aviod the problems, monday morning onwards the agent told me we are checking but still now my sim is not working
