Few days after filing a complaint in consumer complaints webportal I received a call from Reliance telecommunications. The entire problem was (again) explained. And the promised me to clear this issue and said I need to pay any money as there is no usage for last 7months and already I've initiated requests to cancel the datacard and as they didn't cancel it before the next rental period starts they said it was their mistake. The entire process was done and said cleared after verification of service requests made by me during the months of May, June and July(till November it continued actually).
But pathetically I'm receiving bills and notices to pay bills again. I could not seriously digest what reliance communications expects from the customers. They need only the money and they doesn't even hear about the responses made by the customer. I fairly not able to find the core values of Honesty, Responsibility, Fairness, Integrity and Trust here. What's the real motive behind calling customers and torturing like this with bills and notices. Every time you people call, I explain the entire thing and they say sorry sir, we will clear this issue. You need not pay again. Now atlast they have sent legal notice for the amount they said they have cleared. Is this the way reliance treat their customers.

Hope you are doing well, but your customers are not.
As discussed, we have requested to initiate the termination request & got the response from your customer care over phone that our connection got terminated and there no amount pending to pay.
Now what is point to file case on us for the negligence of your customer care, retail outlet which did not respond well for the customer voices. Seriously?? A brand grows big only if the customer gets satisfied, but I believe if reliance tends to make such things no one will be satisfied.
I believe reliance will take necessary action to clear up this issue.
