    Amount charged for vas humgama voice ckt twice . But no VAS is activated on my number. Two times they deducted 20 rs from my balance .Total 40 rs deducted. This is clear case of theft and forgery.Looting people in the name of VAS. Even their customer care not taking my call. Because of them I have to turn my mobile off for entire day. I want refund + penalty for inconvenience I had faced because of them.

          I Mr Yogesh M Vyas having Reliance Connections since beginning of Reliance Communications My Cell No is [protected]. I am using it since many years since last 2 years I have been Complaining about Net Work but non of my complaint have been attended. I have a Call Dropped problem also for which I am paying for the calls which are deropped. Today morning I changed my Handset from Blackbery to Samsung & had given a request to Borivli (W) Gallarey but till now it is not working. I am a Businessman and majority of my work is done over telephone now I am handicapped my postpaid card is not activated and I am not receiving any reply from their customer care.

              Greetings, W.r.to the previous complaint http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-communications-reliance-netconnect-c11... Few days after filing a complaint in consumer complaints webportal I received a call from Reliance telecommunications. The entire problem was (again) explained. And the promised me to clear this issue and said I need to pay any money as there is no usage for last 7months and already I've initiated requests to cancel the datacard and as they didn't cancel it before the next rental period starts they said it was their mistake. The entire process was done and said cleared after verification of service requests made by me during the months of May, June and July(till November it continued actually). But pathetically I'm receiving bills and notices to pay bills again. I could not seriously digest what reliance communications expects from the customers. They need only the money and they doesn't even hear about the responses made by the customer. I fairly not able to find the core values of Honesty, Responsibility, Fairness, Integrity and Trust here. What's the real motive behind calling customers and torturing like this with bills and notices. Every time you people call, I explain the entire thing and they say sorry sir, we will clear this issue. You need not pay again. Now atlast they have sent legal notice for the amount they said they have cleared. Is this the way reliance treat their customers.

              Dear Reliance,

              Hope you are doing well, but your customers are not.
              As discussed, we have requested to initiate the termination request & got the response from your customer care over phone that our connection got terminated and there no amount pending to pay.

              Now what is point to file case on us for the negligence of your customer care, retail outlet which did not respond well for the customer voices. Seriously?? A brand grows big only if the customer gets satisfied, but I believe if reliance tends to make such things no one will be satisfied.

              I believe reliance will take necessary action to clear up this issue.

                    Hi, I am facing so many problem in RELIANCE Telecommunication. in 13th December deduct my main balance around 90 rupees. I am giving so many times complain to customer care but they didn't helping me.Yesterday also I am recharge 22 rupees. The all balance getting in Promo. But I am not able to use the promo balance. If it is the company policy not to make use the promo balance while roaming then they should scrap the system of promo balance altogether for roaming numbers and should only provide the main balance on recharge.                           I have pay 1350 rs on 20.08.2015 three months advance rental plan but their system mistake not generated my plan and 31.10.2015 they are suspend my data card and i have gone their reliance store after 15 days close my data card no they are told me your data card already suspend due to bill not payment but i have already pay three months advance rental unlimited plan since before 1.5 year now they have notice to me for pay the due bill 750 rs but i have already pay why i have again pay this amount . i have talk with their customer care people they are told me this is our mistake now we have change your plan so bill not pay and now they have notice.. i have send notice copy and my bill payment receipt please solve my complaint as early as possible.

                              I was using reliance netconnect since August 2015, but due to NO NETWORK i request to terminate the connection PERMANENTLY on 26 Oct (request id[protected]. They confirmed that my connection will terminated in 7 days but they gave me bill of 132 ₹ which i paid on 22 Nov 2015. They assured me after paying this final amount your connection will terminate permanently. But now they gave me another bill of 560 ₹ and asked me to pay the bill. I told them i already clear your unbilled amount in November and terminate my connection, but they're telling me your connection is not terminated. They telling if you request now one more time your connection will terminate and for this you have to pay 1000 ₹. Why i have to pay this amount?? I already paid them my entire bill in November and terminate my connection. So why this new bill comes out??

                                My number is [protected] Reliance CDMA. I have taken SIM before 4 years. That time onwards i am using this SIM for voice calls and whatever the paper i got on that explained only about voice calls not about data. Now if i am trying to get UPC code they are giving. They are saying its Data card number we not give. On SIM of KIT or paper no where written as Data Card. Please check and the needful.

                                My UPC Code issue still not resolved. After sending message PORT [protected] to 1900 getting message " Dear Reliance Customer, Your request could not processed. Please try after some time. Thank you". Every time same message i am getting. After trying 10 times also. Please discuss in forum.

                                  This is with regarding PORTING of my prepaid reliance no. [protected]. I have been trying to PORT it from last 2 months and raised 3 times Unique Code (by sending to 1900) to another service provider and evevrytime myy request was denied. I have been following through cutomer care / twitter n all to get it done. I am tired of doing follow up why you are rejecting my request every time without stating the reason behind it. I never came across professional people like you who don;t even bother about customer's cpmcern and take it very low. It is really surprised to see the way your god damn organization fuinctions; Don't you think that it is your responsibility to revert of matter on priority and resolve it at the earliest possible. Every organization has some SLAs to which they adhere to and looks like you neither have any pre-defined protocols nor even established SLAs to address your consumers.                                     I am a reliance pre-paid phone no. [protected] customer from Rajasthan. Reliance is frequently deducting from my account against VAS without my consent, since long, as I never used or asked for any VAS. Previously I had been complaining to Reliance Customer Care and they have credited some amounts to my account and that become a practice that I have to write complaint mails to them and they never taken any action to stop this illegal deduction. Now Reliance Customer care has stopped even replying my mails so I have written mails to their appellate authority at Jaipur, Rajasthan, who also not responded and not taken any action for my complaint. Still Reliance is deducting Rs.5/-, Rs.3/-, Rs.1/- etc. from my account every day. So please look into the matter and do the needful. ... A.T.                                     Still reliance is deducting against VAS from my account Rs.5/- each yesterday & today, even after this complaint. It seems reliance never stop such deductions from customers and not refunding the deducted amount.

                                    Please note that you have not stopped your deductions against VAS till now. Today also deducted from my account?? Yesterday, day before yesterday also... its a daily practice.

                                    Please let me know how can I come out of this VAS deductions? Also you did not refund all deducted amounts.
