    Sir/madam, mera mobile no. [protected] hai.main apka ye srevice last 10 years se use karraha hu. mere is number se bar-bar VAS SERVICE k nam se paisa kata ja raha hai. customercare se bat karne par paisa vapas kar diya jayega bolte hai aur VAS service activate nahi hai karke jankari diya ja raha hai phir bhi VAS service ke nam se paisa kat diya gaya hai.main customercare me phone lagakar paresan ho gaya hu lekin is problem ka koi solution nahi nikala gaya aur nahi paisa vapas kiya ja raha hai. current me 19/12/15 ko 30/- & 20/12/15 ko 10/- VAS k nam se kata gaya hai. yadi is service ke nam se paisa katana band nahi kiya gaya aur mera paisa vapas nahi kiya gaya to apka ye service mujhe majaburan band karana padega ya phir port karke kisi aur company ka service lena padega.

          लीजिए, एक और नयी समस्या सामने आ गयी. जहां थ्री-टी बीटीएस (टावर) नहीं है, वहां वोडाफोन का नेटवर्क मिलता है और लाख प्रयास के बाद भी थ्री-जी काम नहीं करता है. यहीं नहीं, जब रिलायंस के थ्री-जी बीटीएस (टावर) क्षेत्र में जाते हैं, तो नेटवर्क ऑटोमैटिक थ्री-जी में कनर्वट नहीं होता है. नेटवर्क मोड को बदल कर थ्री-जी में सलेक्ट करना पड़ता है. यानी स्थिति यह है कि या तो थ्री-जी मोड में नेटवर्क रखना पड़ रहा है या फिर टू-जी मोड में नेटवर्क रखने की मजबूरी है. इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि भागलपुर शहर में आधा से अधिक इलाके में रिलायंस का थ्री-जी बीटीएस (टावर)नहीं लगा है. यानी, रिलायंस का पूरा सिस्टम घटिया गया है. इन दिनों रिलायंस घटिया कंपनी हो गयी है. थ्री-जी का पैसा लेकर भी सेवा नहीं दे रही है. कॉल भी नहीं लगता है. नेटवर्क बिजी, कॉल इंड की समस्या जारी है. क्रॉस कनेक्शन ने नाकोदम कर रखा है. यदाकदा लग भी जाये, तो एक मिनट से ज्यादा बात नहीं होती है. हरेक मिनट पर कॉल ड्रॉप हो रहा है. ट्राइ आंखें मूंदे बैठे हैं. indian ConsumerComplaints forum टीम भी अबतक रिलायंस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर सकी है. सबसे के सब मिले हैं और ग्राहकों को बेवकूफ बना रहे हैं. अन्यथा अबतक रिलायंस कंपनी के जिम्मेदार से लेकर मालिक तक का पसीना छूट गया रहता. पहले पैसा लेकर सुविधा देने वाली इस घटिया रिलायंस कंपनी से ग्राहकों को सुविधा नहीं मिल रही है, केवल पैसा लग रहा है और कंपनी को अबतक सजा भी नहीं मिल सकी है. indian ConsumerComplaints forum टीम क्यों नही एक्शन ले रही हैं, यह समझ से परे है. रिलायंस फोन [protected] अल्टरनेट नंबर : [protected]

          आखिर कब तक नेटवर्क और कॉलिंग की समस्या का निदान होगा. कुछ तों शर्म करो. अभी भी समस्याएं अपार है. सबसे बड़ी समस्या तो यह हो गयी है कि जहां मैं रहता हूं, वहां थ्री-जी नेटवर्क नहीं मिलता है. थ्री-जी के लिए पैसा लगा है और टू-जी नेटवर्क से काम चलाना पड़ रहा है. आखिर यह कब तक? हराम का पैसा नहीं आता है. जिस थ्री-जी के लिए पैसा लगाया है, वहीं नेटवर्क मिलना चाहिए. अन्यथा कंपनी के उच्चाधिकारी से मेरा आग्रह पूूर्वक कहना है कि वह अपने मालिक से कहे कि जिस उपभोक्ताओं से थ्री-जी के लिए पैसे ले रहे हैं और नेटवर्क की सुविधा नहीं दे पा रहे हैं तो वह एक-एक उपभोक्ताओं से व्यक्तिगत तौर पर हाथ जोड़ कर माफी मांगे और कहे हम शर्मिंदा हैं. शहर : भागलपुर इलाका : वारसलीगंज, मिरजानहाट पीन : 8120005

            My Landline Connection is not having dial tone since last two months approximately. I have complained reliance customer care many times through phone call and email. They have only registered my complaint and provided no useful resolution. The only resolution i am getting is only to pay the bills on month to month basis as their system generate the bills without checking whether the connection is working or not. Yesterday i have got mail from customer care team that my services have been suspended due to non payment of bill, when i pay bill then my services get restored and in second paragraph he said that "Your connectivity complaint is already registered vide Service Request ID[protected] and it will be resolved at the earliest. For connectivity issue, kindly write to us after service get restored from our end." That means that i have to pay the bill without getting any resolution and for not using the services. In their previous mail they wrote "We regret the inconvenience and delay in response. We understand the inconvenience caused and take this as feedback to improve our service to meet your expectations. The connectivity complaint is registered vide Service Request ID[protected], and it will be resolved at the earliest. We have taken up your issue and will get it resolved on priority. We request your co-operation in this regard." Now they are asking to pay the bill first then they will restore the serviced. I have not asked them to restore the services but i only asked to resolve the dead phone request so that i can get the dial tone. Without dial tone, restoration of services after bill payment will be of no use because i would not be able to use the services without dial tone. i am ready to pay the bill only after getting the dial tone.               Hi, I have raised many complain regarding speed issue but there is no resolution. They are closing my complain without any resolution. I bought the card 1st quarter of this year. I used to get good speed at that time. speed use to be 2-3mbps. From august speed went down and only in morning 6 to 9a.m it gives good speed later it comes down to 30 to 40kbps. I raised some complain one of the complain resolution was it will take 3months of time to get good speed. This happened on sept now in dec issue is same. Sometimes customer care ask to keep is safe custody. Last I have raised complain on 15th dec and that is closed without resolution. Today I have raised another one Service Request no is[protected]. My dongle number is [protected]. Don't know whom to contact and how my problem will resolve. Incase disconnect the dongle will be useless. Feel like cheated. Don't know whether they provide good speed only at starting.

                  This complain is regarded fake deduction by reliance. yesterday i called in reliance customer care for change my callertune. they deduct my balance but callertune didn't change till now. they gave me the time for 6 hours. but now it was almost 24 hours going on but complaint not resolved. and when i called customer care they guuys disconnected my call again and again.                     My connection stopped working on 12th Dec (ID[protected] and after numerous complaints, it came back on 18th Dec. Now it is Dec 20th and it is gone again. And now your customer care is giving me the same "24 Hr" reply they gave me on Dec 12th. The new complaint ID is[protected]. I don't understand, have I subscribed for internet connection or your complaint registration service. I didn't take this connection so that I can make free calls to your customer care daily. This is the first month of my new connection and you have provided a service with an unreliable connection which has got lazy, lying technicians. The last time the technician marked my phone as unreachable and simply closed my case. It wasn't unreachable, but even if it was, shouldn't he try to call again after some time or even after a day? Is there any guarantee that a technician will contact me within 24hrs this time? When I call, you will either give me 24Hrs or you will say 'The whole area has problem, because they are doing some work'. I know that these are just canned responses you give the customer until your lazy technician actually decides to fix it. Either give me a date honestly, if you have any sort of control over your technicians, or just take this connection away and give me back my money.

                              I m reliance smart prepaid mobile user since 2009. suddenly for last 1 week i m not getting network in my mobile.. msg was received earlier that due to network upgrading network will not be available for 3 days. now i m getting advertisements that reliance user welcome in airtel or Vodafone. please convey me what i should do. on my email [protected]@gmail. com thanks

The email also states that lok adalat notices have been sent to my address (Reliance Communication Ban No. [protected] ). A bank account number has been provided as mentioned below - Name of Organization: -Reliance Communications Ltd IFSC code: - SCBL0036001 Bank Account No: - [protected] Name of Bank: - Standard Chartered Bank Name of Bank Account Holder: -Reliance Communications Ltd PAN CARD No:- AACCR7832C Service Tax no: - AACCR7832CST001 Please provide the UTR code and Transaction ID after making payment. Kindly note - I suspect that this is a spam or some kind of fraud as the email originates from a normal gmail account. Further if this is your official email kindly send the billing details on law.chambers.[protected]@gmail.com.

He wanted to know my credit card details in order to refund. I refused to give my credit card details. IT WAS A FRAUDULENT CALL...How do you stop cheats calling you?

                                        December 18, 2015 Prepaid Mobile No.[protected] of Reliance I had recharged my above mentioned mobile for Rs.62/= on[protected]. I received an sms from them confirming successful recharge at 11:28 am. However, I could not make calls because on dialing any number the message said there was no balance. Then I recharged for Rs.125/=. This recharge was successful and on inquiry my balance is being shown as Rs.125/=. What happened to my recharge of Rs.62/=? I wrote an email to Reliance Communication on[protected] but they have not yet responded. I request them to add Rs. 62/= to my balance with a validity of 28 days as per the plan I had chosen.
