I have contacted Customer Care and on official email address, but from last 3 days there are no any reply on Refund procedure, My internet connection was not working from last month's 25th date, but yesterday only it has been solved out. All the time Customer Care executive was saying it will be solved in next 24 hours, but those 24 hours came yesterday.

Hello there,
Its been 3 days, and no any single reply from your side on Refund Procedure. I will not hide anything, Yesterday only my connection problem has been resolved. But I don't think from your side any action taken there, I have contacted local engineer on his mobile phone, and only with the help of him It is resolved now.
But NO Single reply from your side till date, I will be going to Grahak Seva and Grahak Suraksha now.

Hello Sir / Madam,
I am writing this email to inform you about the most worst customer care services provided by Reliance from last few months. My user id no. 310222XXXX95 having a broadband 2MBPS plan since last more than three years. From last 6 months I am fed up with the services provided by you, I am in constant complaints which you can check in your records. The problem is the DSL light in modem keeps blinking constantly and internet works properly only for 10-20 mins max after that I have to wait for 2-3 hours to get the connection back, I already explained these issues to customer care executives and have done numerous complaints about it on dates - 25 November 2015(complain number- 2XXX66126), 28 November 2015(complain number- 240XXXX09), 4 December 2015(complain number- 240XXX751) and 10 December 2015(complain number- 2407XXX82) but still the problem is not resolved by them.
Customer care executives are directly changing status of the complaint to resolved without even checking my complaint which is very bad behavior done by them. I am very disappointed with the service and want a refund for the same, as per your rule if internet connection is not working for 4 day straight I will get refund but I have not got refund as well. So how can I claim my refund request as your OWN executive is changing status to resolved without even looking into problem.
The local engineer is always telling me that he is coming today to resolve the issue but from last 10 days he didn't came. So can you check with the local engineer of Rajkot City and tell me if you will be able to provide me proper service or else we can stop the connection straight away as I rely on broadband because of my business. Whenever I contact to local executive they ask me to make new complain as your customer care executive changes status of complain to resolved without checking.
Also whenever I call customer care they give me positive response but they do not provide any service, they just tell me positive things about resolving issues earliest in about "24 HOURS" but those "24 HOURS" are never arriving since last 20 DAYS.
If you are not able to provide me proper services let me know in next YOUR 24 hours which are mentioning by you on my complaints, also Tell me and Help me to let me know about the Legal Procedures I have to do to get refund if you deny to give refunds.
I need my internet function properly. So do provide me the solution. The broadband is not functioning correctly its always very slow.
