Hi. My Reliance GSM no. is [protected]. Automatically amount is getting deducted from main balance. Its been 3 times in 10 days where Ive faced the same issue. There is no response from the Reliance GSM team. They are trying to fool the customers by deducting the balance automatically. Even their 198 customer complaint no. is not user friendly as it takes more than 10 minutes to speak to a customer care. It seems need to say goodbye to the services of Reliance as they are unable to service the customers and trying to fool them by dedcuting the balance automatically.

Reliance team called me up and they raised an SR for the same. But without solving it, SR has been closed. Lost more money due to the pathetic service from Reliance as balance got deducted automatically. Number portability is a better option it seems for such poor service.

So how can I claim my refund request as your OWN executive is changing status to resolved without even looking into problem. The local engineer is always telling me that he is coming today to resolve the issue but from last 10 days he didn't came. So can you check with the local engineer of Rajkot City and tell me if you will be able to provide me proper service or else we can stop the connection straight away as I rely on broadband because of my business. Whenever I contact to local executive they ask me to make new complain as your customer care executive changes status of complain to resolved without checking. Also whenever I call customer care they give me positive response but they do not provide any service, they just tell me positive things about resolving issues earliest in about "24 HOURS" but those "24 HOURS" are never arriving since last 20 DAYS. If you are not able to provide me proper services let me know in next YOUR 24 hours which are mentioning by you on my complaints, also Tell me and Help me to let me know about the Legal Procedures I have to do to get refund if you deny to give refunds.         Even after my repeated emails there is no response from your side, if I do not get a response this time ill be filing a complaint in consumer's forum for sure.

        TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        This is Sudhir Bora this side, resident of 301-A Royale Shalimar Apartments, 7 Mall Avenue, Lucknow. My broadband ID is[protected], I had got this connection terminated about 2 months back and also fulfilled all dues and surrendered the modem.
        I had given 1000 Rs. as security deposit and also given 170 Rs. extra for clearing my dues. I am attaching the receipt as well. It has been more than 2 months after getting my connection disconnected, but I haven't received my money back, kindly refund my whole amount i.e. 1000+170=1170 immediately.

                  This mail is in regards with the issue that I have purchased my new sim on 16th of December 2015, with relience and it got activated on 17th of December 2015 and the same day I have recharged it With 225 rs for 1gb 3g data with unlimited wats app twitter and Facebook package, and I got the confirmation with an sms that I have recharged with 225rs and again I got another sms saying dear customer it request could not be processed pls try again later, for this I am attaching the screenshot in the attachment... Since than I did not get any SMS regards to the Internet services... Now the problem is since than my main balance is getting deducted, I have been addressing this issue to the customer service from 18th December 2015, and the customer support has been telling me that they don't have my data updated on the system, and today again when I called today 19th December 2015, up some stupid guy rudely from the customer support tells me I have used my limit. Which I have not, this is a very serious issue and it has to be addressed and it has to be resolved as soon as possible. Thanks and regards Shashi Roshan [protected]

                      Respected Sir/Madam, I have been using reliance postpaid gsm([protected]) for the past 1year(11 months), Madurai. I made a surrender to the same reliance pospaid connection on 14/08/15 (ebill attached), as per the procedures i gone to the Reliance care Simmakkal, Madurai. And filled forms, made a signature on the form for agreeing to change my number from postpaid to prepaid.As the staff insisted i switched off my mobile for 24hours and made a call to the number he had given, no response received. But then the bills kept generating and received calls for bill payment, i made a personal visit to the center (simmakkal, Madurai) shown my bills dated 13/08/15 (monthly bill) & 14/08/15 ( surrender bill for one week to switch from postpaid to prepaid) they said bills has to be paid as the bills were generated, i neglected and now received a Government notice from Madras High Court (Madurai Branch) for not paying the bill and it asks me to pay the bill amounting Rs.1191 i have gone by the procedures instructed to me by the Reliance center staffs for surrendering my reliance postpaid sim and switching to prepaid. I have been depressed on receiving the notice stating that actions will be taken if not paid the bill amount, which i had clearly made a raise for surrender and switching my postpaid number.                         I am S.Abdullah Shah. My data card Number: [protected]. I terminated this netcard by paying the bill amount and the bill charges in the month of July 2015 at Trichy(Tamil Nadu), thillai nagar office. Without my consent my termination request was changed and my bill was generated in some other plan. But I have not used the data card and i am unaware of this. Every month I am registering a complaint through toll free number and proper action was not taken. I was given the following complaint numbers. Cancellation ID:[protected]. other complaint numbers: [protected],[protected]. Today, I received a mail ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) from reliance that within three days if i fail to pay the amount, a legal notice will be issued to me. In my pay history, I have never paid the bill in delay. But now the mistake is not mine. Today (18/12/2015) I have received a mail that if I fail to pay (Rs. 1990)the bill amount, legal action will be taken against me. 1. Without my permission and consent my termination request was cancelled and my plan was also changed. 2. Every month when I receive call from reliance, I inform them that I have terminated the netcard. 3. I have also tried my best to resolve the problem but the problem was not solved. 4. I have also attached the bill paid for terminating the net card.

                          I had recharged my number with Rs 95(7 days ago). As per my offer i have to get 1 gb.. but i got only 500mb. So i complained about it to customer care and they told me that it will be resolved in next 48 hrs. but it does nt happen. i again tried to call customer care but it never connected after giving my comlaint. Here is my complaint no.[protected] after 4-5 days they sending message that "thank you for contacting reliance customer care, your problem has resolved, benefit credited to your account".
                          BUT I WONT GET ANYTHING..such a FRAUD NETWORK.. i already posted a complaint and they marked it as 'resolved' . what you think of yourselves..

                            Hi Reliance, My name is Mohd Sayeed and I am using Reliance Wi-Pod postpaid connection since last 2 month and I am facing lot of issues with the net speed. Every time when I use the connect the INTERNET using my data card, it does not get connect and if it gets connected also it gives maximum speed of around 100kbps only. I have raised the complain to the customer support on 16th November 2015, but still didn't get any response from them. My service request no. is[protected] I have visited to the authorized service center as told by the customer care (H & T Services UG 25, Viswadeep Tower, District Center, Janakpuri, 110058) but they told that this center is no more for the ZTE.                               My name is Mohd Sayeed and I am a Reliance postpaid customer([protected]) since last many years. I am using 199 plan with benefits 500min(local and STD) but suddenly plan is changed to 250min(local) and 250min(STD). I haven't informed that my plan benefits are going to be changed. So, I have to file a complaint regarding the same and request from Reliance to migrate on my same plan with the same benefits I am getting.                                   Dear Sir I have applied for waiver with complaint no[protected] for the down time[protected] and[protected] and done numerous emails to [protected]@reliance.ada.com . In return reply, i have received that usage has been observed during the dispute period and complaint has resolved within the given time frame so Reliance is unable to process my request for waiver. But I have not received any internet connectivity not more than 1 hr during 6 days down time.In my numerous calls to Reliance customer care during 04 Dec to 08 Dec-15, they said that EDP server is down resulting down time.Whether 6 days period is their time frame for resolving the issue?Is this way they make fool to other customers?
