    Dear sir, I am Omkar Dharmapuri, from Warangal. Converted airtel prepaid ([protected]) to reliance postpaid a two months ago via MNP. the number has converted but Service has stopped even outgoing and incoming too. I complained several times to nodal officer to but no use. that executives and managers are Irresponsible fellows. now I got a call from +91 [protected] and asking for outstanding bill.

Reliance webworld executive says that your porting is done but there is no network in my sim and when i call on that no from another no, it says please check your no . one thing more the employee of this store is not good in their field.         Hi, I have Reliance GSM Prepaid Number [protected]. I recharged above number with Rs 110 on 14th December 2015, but balance was not reflected in my Main Balance. Then, again I recharged same above number with Rs 70 on 15th December 2015, again balance was not reflected in my Main Balance. Then I tried contacting Reliance Customer Care on 30333333 and toll-free number 198 multiple times and talked with customer care, but they always gave me different reasons for not taking my complaints. I also emailed Reliance appellate authority on rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@Relianceada.com multiple times, but they also did not replied to my email. I also logged my complaint from their mobile apps, but they closed that service request even without contacting me. below are few Service Request number which I have for you reference. Sr Date : 18th Dec 2015 - SR Number :[protected] talked with Anil Makwana Sr Date : 16th Dec 2015 - SR Number :[protected] Sr Date : 16th Dec 2015 - SR Number :[protected] One of the customer care executive also informed me that no deduction were made after 14th December 2015 and they were not able to answer where did my balance went if there was no deduction. I also visited Reliance service center in ahmedabad, but they told that they were unable to retrieve my information due to some technical issue. I contacted Reliance multiple time times via Call, emails, f2f visit to service center. but even after 5 days my problem is not resolved. Please consider this issue on higher priority and help me resolve it. Thanks

        It's more than 9 days now and still my complaint has not been resolved by Reliance. Reliance has not even tried contacting me for resolving my problem. They have even closed all Service request without contacting me.

            I got to know that Reliance is doing this kind of cheating to almost every customer of this company WOW!! Shameful!!! "Hello, I want my complaint to be taken into your account that INR 166.89 have been deducted from the mobile number : [protected] without any information/reason provided. When we tried to call someone we found insufficient balance to make a call even. Lots of calls have been made to the customer care number. They assured us that this amount will be paid back to us. But unfortunately, we have yet to receive our balance back. This is ridiculous and very much unacceptable. I request you to take prompt action and resolve this matter at the earliest possible. [protected] with a rs. of 39 for sms pack(reliance network cdma), but i not get the facility of sms pack, after activation of this pack, they are charging for sms . i talk to them on customer care on 13 dec 15. but they tell that ur sms pack is already activated, but still they are charging for sms. it is requested that the matter may be analysed shortly.

                    Nature of Complaint: No Network, Service Disruption

                    Respected Customer Care team,

                    14th December, 9:00 A.M.- My reliance 3G gsm prepaid number "" went networkless from 14/12/2015, around 9 AM. The sim is in the name of Nityanand. I literally tried everything, tried it in multiple devices, changed the settings but all in vain.

                    14th December, 5 P.M.- Finally I took my sim in the nearest reliance store in Ashok Nagar, Ranchi. He checked it for an hour and finally noted down my number and told me that the network will be back within 24 hours.

                    15th December, 6 P.M.- Next day I went to the store again and after verifying about an hour he declared that the sim is damaged and told me to change it for an amount of Rs.50/-

                    15th December, 8:30 P.M.- I waited for 2 hours, but the network was not yet back. So I went to Reliance Store, Hinoo but unfortunately it was closed.

                    16th December, 11 AM- Next day, again I went to Reliance store (Sharnam Complex), Hinoo. There a man checked my sim for about half an hour, noted down my number and assured me that the network will be back within 24 hours.

                    17th December, 11 A.M.: After 24 hours, I again went to the store, the man was no longer there, a guy checked my number & told me to recharge with Rs.11. I did whatever he said to get my number working. He told me that the network will be back within 48 hours.

                    17th December, 2 P.M. : Still not satisfied I went to Reliance Store, Gopal complex, there the girl even don't know to operate a windows phone. I helped her out. Still she had no clue what she was doing. Finally she noted down my number and told me that the network will be back within 8-10 days. Disgusted with the pathetic response, I checked in couple of more small reliance store but observing that they dont have a clue & know nothing except manual settings, I finally went to Reliance Head Office, Kanke after exploring whole of the city, getting wet in rain, wasting my fuel and taking leave from my office.

                    17th December, 4 P.M. (Reliance Head Office)- These people were quite nice, they noted down my contact number, problem and address and listened to my problem. They checked my number in their computer and declared that the recharge of Rs.11 is not showing. He told me that the Reliance Store, Hinoo has not yet recharged my number and advised me to go to them and confirm the recharge. Once the recharge is done, my network will be back within 24 hours. He provided me with a landline number of the office.

                    17th December, 6 P.M.- I again went to the Reliance store, Hinoo but three madams sitting there said that your number has been recharged but it will not show in the computer and added that they cant do anything and my network will be back after 24 hours. Don't know what to say, I simply walked out of the store, with a hope that they might have recharged and may be my network will be back after 24 hours. The time period of 24 hours is about to get over in an hour but my network is not yet back. I have recharged this number with an amount of Rs.600 about a month ago, but now I am unable to use it as its network is gone.

                    18th December, 7 A.M.- Till Yesterday while calling in my reliance number the voice use to say "the number you are trying to call is switched off", from today it says "Please check the number you have dialled". I don't know what the heck is going on. I tried everything literally possible from mailing to customer care numerous times to visiting every Reliance Store in my city and meeting them in person, but nothing helped till now.

                    18th December, 10:15 A.M.- I tried 100 of times but the landline number given to me by the head office customer service guy[protected] is switched off. I don't have any more energy or patience or time to skip my office work or money left to waste and go daily begging them to help me and get their false assurance and pathetic response in return. Still I will go one more time later in the day to Reliance Store (Sharnam Complex, Hinoo) to request and beg to resolve my issue and get humiliated for the final time.

                    Finally I will request you or you can say beg you to fix it as soon as possible. Your early response & promt action to this matter will be highly appreciated.

                    All I can say is, my family is using Reliance service from the day way back it was first launched and used to promote others to go for it. But after receiving this kind of third class network and fourth class service. I really doubt that we are going to continue with this kind of service in the near future.

                          On 22nd of November i already complained on your website, they helped me alot, After that Reliance Communication started demanding from me Rs. 300 to reissue of that number, I told him I already given you Rs.1140 for this number on the name of silver category and Rs.300 on the name of security, I will not give you any more and i need compensation from Reliance Communication that i have lost in previous two months, then Reliance Communication Team started harassing me physically. I have all the valid proof of identity i.e. Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Local ID proof of Patna. Then why Reliance Communication Team Harassing me to give my own permanent number to me. Note: I want to tell to tell you, can you help me to take Compensation from Reliance Communication, that I have lost in previous three months.                             Sir, Today i was check offer in my reliance number [protected] dial *129# ussd and check deta offer then show my offer for recharge 36 and get 300mb 2g deta for 7 days, I was recharge for as per offer in 36 Rupees But not get my number this offer..? only for 250 mb 2g deta 7 days receive massage in my number and there after i was calling to reliance customer care for query But customer care not attending my call properly, Only customer care asking me question...? And then my call taking to holding 30 to 40 minutes there after any no reply my call disconnect...? So pls sir solve this problem & get mi 50 mb 2g in my offer balance & solve this issue for *129# ussd

                              I am using reliance pro 3 data card and the device is 14.7 Mbps as the reliance claims and I am getting below 100 Kbps. My plan is 5 GB day and 5 GB Night at Rs 599. This issue had started at the time of my first usage or at the time of activation. I purchased this device from a reliance sales executive and I talked to him about my issue and he said it will be boosted after 1 month o[censored]sage or the next billing cycle and I think its about 5 months and the issue still remains. Then after I called reliance customer care and a representative raised a complaint against speed issue and my complaint ID is[protected] and nobody from the techinical team called me yet(Fooled me). I had given a second complaint and the complaint ID is[protected] and a lady called me from the techinical team and she said its everything okay and she wanted me to pay the bill to get it in high speed.(Fooled me again). Then I called the reliance sales executive, the person who sold the device to me and he wanted me to get the device to the Reliance head office in Kadavathara, Ernakulam, Kerala and to meet a network handling team and they said "The device was connecting in 3.1 Mbps and now switched to 14.7 Mbps" then I tried again it by connecting in my home PC and the issue isn't solved yet. And on today 17 Dec I called the reliance customer care service and they said it is Network issue and it will be resolved within 2 hours. PLEASE STOP FOOLING CUSTOMERS AND I AM FED UP THIS DEVICE AND WITH YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY COSTED FOR THE DEVICE My Data card No: [protected] Contact No: [protected]

Aftet 5 minut I check my mobile balance at 5.05 PM then mobile balance happened 150 rupees. 9 Rupees deducted from my mobile balance while I not make any call or SMS. So Pls refund 9 rupees.

If connected, after every 2 minute calls are drooped. I'm ported fromTelenor service. In that time i felt, i was cheated by Reliance.

                                    Sir, I recharged my reliance andhra Sim [protected] with 295 for free incoming roaming& unlimited calls to any reliance and 30 min day for other network for 28 days on 7 the Dec 2015 at 09:51 hours.present I'm in Tezpur Assam I can not get free incoming & out going also .I tried nomber of times to talk to customer care but I failed due to not connecting.please look into this and do the needful.thank you

                                      Hi, My mobile number is [protected], from Yesterday there are two deduction of 120rs and in today morning of 57rs.i had a talk with your agent Mr prashant sharma and amit kumar on 198 and they told me that deduction is for data and you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had data in my account.mr prashant filed complain too but i had a check in reliance instacare app and that complain is closed too but i have not got any refund yet.This has happened 5th tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days althoughv last tym 487 I got back within 24 hour so i want you to process it asap.and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as fifth tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap.. Once mr prashant told that let me have a check and once he even disconnected my call so later i had a word with mr amit kumar and he said that for 57 he cant file seprate complain as 1 complain for 120rs already in process so he will add a note to same and it will refunded back. Also after prqshant call i am not even able to contact to your cc.i think you havr blocked me for same.i had to borrow friends and thqn i contacted with mr amit.this is really betraying from your end.what kind of service you are providing. Pls unblock my number and pls refund my total around 177rs back and pls make sure for no illegal deduction in future

                                      Your agent riya pardhan finally called yesterday after 7 days and she told that she got my query yesterday only where I am posting for same from a week.most of the time I was doing hello hello on call, she is not replying.if you are providing such a agent for social escalation call than what can we expect for normal care calls.such a poor service, not even she bothered to listen me and finally she told that a complain has been closed and she can't file another one.what a pathetic answer as if you know for first complain where was there a deduction of 1400rs from my account, same concern was esclated around 7 times.is it my fault that you close complain without any proper resolution and some sayin can't check details after 3 days, its none of my business.i posted on same day when deduction was made.I have all the recordings with me too where your agent clearly said, u had data pack.you have been wrongly charged.you will get your money back and also listen last call made by riya.what a harrasment that was, will let you know about your service.how can she say that she can't take my complain.why the hell you are càlling than when I know I am right on my part.I will surely goto akosha with all recordings and message with data remaining and will sue and let you know what can be done.thanks for overwhelming harrases.

                                        My no.is [protected], and alternate no.is [protected]. I complained two times earlier. But it is remain unresolved even after 10 days. My balance about 390/- was deducted on 8th and 9th december, bt i didn't get any single penny back. I am not able to talk to customer care executive at 198, *333, 30333333 which i already mentioned in my earlier complaints. I want my money back. Every time they said that i was charged for net usage but i have net pack active. How could they charge me for net usage at that time?? I also asked for CDR in my previous complaint but i didn't get any response after that. Even after making complaint on this social media site i didn't get the solution. Where should i go then????
