Every time some(RS. 1, 3 or 5) amount is auto-deduction for VAS Hungama GSM and VAS Shtfmts STalk pack service, without any request from my side . I need to mail them every time to get my money back. You can refer my same complain submitted on 9th Dec., 2015. Today also Rs 5 auto deducted for VAS HUNGAMA GSM service which i did not request. This shows what quality of work Reliance does. Reliance is just taking their customers for granted. Only refunding amount after doing lots of mails and complains is not the solution now, you need to think more than this. Hope Reliance must be having creative people to resolve such issues. Thanks

    Hello, I want my complaint to be taken into your account that INR 166.89 have been deducted from the mobile number : [protected] without any information/reason provided. When we tried to call someone we found insufficient balance to make a call even. Lots of calls have been made to the customer care number. They assured us that this amount will be paid back to us. But unfortunately, we have yet to receive our balance back. This is ridiculous and very much unacceptable. I request you to take prompt action and resolve this matter at the earliest possible. Many thanks in advance.

      दुर्भाग्य है कि अबतक भागलपुर में रिलायंस कंपनी की नेटवर्क सेवा-सुविधा दुरुस्त नहीं हो सकी है. 15 दिसंबर को दिन में लगातार प्रयास के बाद 2.30 बजे [protected] नंबर से महिला प्रतिनिधि का हमारे मोबाइल पर फोन आया और उन्होंने पूरी बातें सुनी और समस्या समाधान करने का भरोसा दिलाया. उन्होंने कहा फीडबैक रिलायंस कंपनी को भेज दिया जायेगा. इसके बावजूद अबतक समस्याएं जस की तस है. इसके रिगार्डिंग यह हामारा तीसरी बार शिकायत है कि अबतक नेटवर्क बिजी्, क्राॅस कनेक्शन, आधा से अधिक शहर में थ्री-जी नेटवर्क नहीं मिल रहा है. साथ-साथ अगर कोई हमारे रिलायंस मोबाइल नंबर [protected] पर कॉल करते हैं, तो उन्हें नंबर अस्तित्व में नहीं होना बताता है. यानी, नंबर गलत है. यह समस्या पिछले 12 दिसंबर से लगातार बनी हुई है. पांच दिन बाद भी सेवा-सुविधा में सुधार नहीं होना रिलायंस कंपनी आर्थिक तंगी, मैन पावर की कमी, संसाधन का अभाव रहना संकेत करता है. अगर वास्तव में रिलायंस कंपनी आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहे हैं और मैन पावर की कमी है अथवा संसाधन का अभाव है, तो उन्हें स्पष्ट तौर पर ग्राहकों को फोन कर बताना चाहिए और इस बात की माफी मांगी जाये कि वह भारत देश में फ्लाप कर गयी है. ग्राहकों को फंसाने की निती पर काम न करे. अब मैं अपनी बात करें, तो मैं पूरी तरह से रिलायंस के चक्कर में फंस गया हूं. आठ दिसंबर को बीएसएनएल छोड़ रिलायंस में एमएनपी कराये हैं. अब दोबरा एमएनपी भी नहीं करा सकते हैं. क्योंकि इसके लिए नॉमर्स के तहत तीन माह इंतजार करना पड़ेगा.           Dear Sir/Madam, This is Dinesh from Chennai. Yesterday (14.12.2015) evening I had bought Reliance Wi-pod (No.[protected]) and got promised that it will get activated yesterday night. But till now (17.12.2015) no activation had been made and if I call the concerned Reliance person cutting the call and blocking. This act is considered to be very worst towards customer. Network Team said the wipod has to be replaced, but the customer person asks me to proceed to service center and take all the trouble. The person is not reveling his address to contact.                 Dear Team What this issue without any information data balance is charging when I switch off data card it is disconnecting both data sims cards and also i this issue when i spoken to customer namely:Mr:SWASHAN : he is not responding properly when i said to deactivate the pack saying that we don't have any authorized with us and also saying that waste of time, If do it We will disconnect the call with out any information's and its a Waste of time After disconnected call when i start using data also charging from another service sim card and deactivate the data card which is added in the sim make it as soons as possible

                    I made a recharge of rs 195(athisaya recharge) yesterday (no.[protected]) before that i hv enquired twice from customer operator. both the operator told me that there is no more any 2g for relaince so i should recharge it and wl get 3g definitely.. but now i got 2g unlimited for 28 days... this is not fair 2g network is too weak here atleast operator shouldnot give wrong information like this... waste of money... wl mnp to airtel soon

Today, in the morning, I was having Rs 70 -80 as a balance and this got deducted. Then, I had a word with your customer care executive and she told me that, this amount got deducted due to the internet usage. Few days back also, this issue was experienced by me. This time its again, I used only Facebook which is free for Reliance users. Please have a look to this issue and revert me with the whole usage detail. My number is [protected].                                   Today i got same problem, i had 3 Rs balance in morning but when i try to connect [censored]book then my internet was not working and After sometime my all balance deducted.
                                  Now its totally confirmed its your system fault not mine.

                                        Horrible experience with Reliance. I have purchased Reliance Wipod from a sales guy who told me he works at reliance (Mobile : [protected]). He called me and told me that We have received broadband request from you but your area is not serviceable so we are offering you Reliance Wipod with higher speed similar as broadbad. Plan 999 where you get 6MBPS Speed upto 24gb and then 2 MBPS Unlimited with no speed capping. One guy came to my home next day to sell Wipod at 999rs. He hand over me the device from his pocket that is without any box and had scratches so probably used one. I bought and gave my documents he said it will be activated the next day The Wipod is not activated till now. I tried to reach Mr. Gopal (Mobile : [protected]) but he never picks up the call. The sales guy picks up the call but he says i have followed all process and submitted document. After waiting 2 weeks, I went to Reliance office at Barakhamba, New Delhi and they said we do not have any document showing on our system for your MDN, then they asked to call the sales guy, The sales guy said there is technical problem in Modem, then after waiting 2 hours in office, they said We have processed the documents again but we are not able to do televerification, You can take the device home and it must be activated by tomorrow. Next day, it did not activate and when i called they said i will follow up with office and call you back. No call back has been received even after 24 hours. I called Reliance customer care, they said we can neither refund nor register any complaint. I wrote to Reliance complaint section on Facebook, No response has been received. I did not know big name such as Reliance are so worst at their service. So writing the complain. I will need Refund now. Vishal Singh MDN : [protected]
