I have ported out from reliance and i have 300 as security deposit and 256 in advance payment how can i get my refund the appellate authority is not working and my calls are not connected to customer care.
How to get my refund and one more help please resolve it soon as i facing agony for the last 2 months...

Sir, i have reliance sim with no. [protected] registered in my name. Our local outlet is closed since three months. When i am trying to send msg to 1900 for porting my no, it just doesn't accept it. I tried all method of porting through local help, but to no avail. You please see that my no is ported, otherwise i will be constrained to proceed legally. I have requested for porting of my number from reliance to other network. I have payed all my outstanding dues and yet reliance has rejected my porting request. Since reliance has shut down their operations i am unable to get this issue resolved. I have been trying to contact their customer care but i am unable to reach out to them. I have attached the images with reference to this issue. Would appreciate any help in getting this issue resolved....

I was a reliance communication customer. As reliance has shut down the voice business and allowed customer to choose a network of their choice. Unfortunately i have lost my mobile and could not generate upc code. My reliance number was [protected] and it was widely circulated in family and office colleague. I have been incorrectly charged with ₹ 1300 towards sms charges on my mobile number [protected]. Have been trying to get in touch with customer support however no results. Please get the charges reversed or i may have to get in touch with higher authorities. I refuse to pay the charges i haven’t used hence get the needful done as soon as possible. I am trying to port the number from last 1.5 month to airtel where from rcom.
Airtel said it will get ported in 7 days but it was not ported and alomst 1.5 month passed.. Now they are sying that it has been recjected as rcom is not alllowing it..

I have not received upc code for my reliance no. [protected]. I have tried so many times to send sms for getting upc code to 1900 but every time i received "unable to connect database". So i am not able to port my reliance number to any other service provider. As per rcom message the reliance service will not be available from 29th december 2017.

In spite of my request i have not recieved my porting code which is required to port my number to other service provider as the rcom is closing activities in this west bengal circle.
