Hello, i'm a mts dongle user with data card number: [protected]. I lost my data connection on 4th november suddenly with just a single message from them. Then i tried hundreds of ways to contact them or reliance care support, but i couldn't get to reach, not even a single helpline is working. And now i suddenly got the bill for november, are you kidding me? Firstly you're supposed to charge only when u provide services! When my connection was cut, mts was shut down, i didn't port out to rcom, then what was i charged for? Do you want lakhs of complaints from consumer court? Today also i called every number possible but i'm not able to reach either mts or rcom. So, just tell me what are we supposed to do.
First deactivate my data card, which is already deactivated as i'm not able to connect to anything over a month now. Secondly remove the bill of last month, because i didn't even get the services and neither did i port out to reliance? Like seriously? Is this a joke to company? Are your consumers gonna take ur loss? If you people are gonna be like this then you're gonna lose every single customer. Now last i'm willing to do payment for october month which i used, that's only legit, but also tell me then what i'm gonna do with my mts dongle? If you people are charging instead of mts then i guess you're gonna provide free dongle or gonna reimburse my security fee of dongle!
Reply asap. Also deactivate my data card right now.
