Dear sir,
I had migrated from reliance gsm postpaid to jio in september 2017. My final bill value is -1312. One of their customer care operator said that the excess amount which i have paid will be refunded through check within 60 working days., but it's already been more than that and iam trying all possible ways to reach them and sent a mail to appeliate authority last month. Even then i received no responce from their side. So, i request to solve the issue as early as possible.

      Hi,
      I am not able to get the mobile network for Reliance sim which i have taken 2 years back.it seems my sim got deactivated as i have not used for 2 months.
      i want to activate it urgently for getting bank OTP for resetting a password.
      i am trying to contact customer care i got no luck to speak to the customer care executive and tell about the problem i am facing.
      please look into the issue and advice on how to get it activated.

        My reliance gsm no is [protected]. As you have stopped serving in gujarat circle & somehow i couldn't got the porting code. So kindly give me porting code so i could restart my phone number. I am using this number since last 10 years so this number is very important to me. I am happy to pay appropriate fees to get this.

          Dear sirs,

          With reference to your bill, please note the following":
          It was informed that the rcom network will function only till 30th november, we received message on 31st october 2017 that the network will not function and a porting no. Was sent. All of a sudden the network was disconnected on the midnight of 30th october without any information and giving sufficient time to porting to other network without any interruption in the services. Time for porting given till 12th nov.2017 only. We had to run from pillar to post to find alternative service provider and finally we could activate the no. Only on 09.11.2017.
          Because of your disconnecting the lines on 30.10.2017, we have lost lot of phone incoming calls and couldnot speak to others, which created huge mental agony. To our surprise, the new bill was sent on 22.11.2017, with the billing date upto 09.11.2017 though the network was disconnected on 30.10.2017.
          This is unfair for a customer who is with rcom since it's inception and got through share holder bonanza as a foundation customer. I am a senior citizen. Also note that the deposit amount available detail also not mentioned.
          Requested to take note of the above and do the needful for me to take further action.
          Your chennai haddows road ho was also closed on 01.11.2017 and no body are allowed to enter that premises.

When i am trying to send msg to 1900 for porting my no, it just doesn't accept it. I tried all method of porting through local help, but to no avail.                 My data card has stopped working from october end but i'm getting billed every month. Please treat this as an official mail that i am no longer going to pay any further bill as the card is not working and i am not using it either.

                I've sent emails and called them several times but no response from them. Please disconnect it immediately.

                  Hello, i'm a mts dongle user with data card number: [protected]. I lost my data connection on 4th november suddenly with just a single message from them. Then i tried hundreds of ways to contact them or reliance care support, but i couldn't get to reach, not even a single helpline is working. And now i suddenly got the bill for november, are you kidding me? Firstly you're supposed to charge only when u provide services! When my connection was cut, mts was shut down, i didn't port out to rcom, then what was i charged for? Do you want lakhs of complaints from consumer court? Today also i called every number possible but i'm not able to reach either mts or rcom. So, just tell me what are we supposed to do.

                  First deactivate my data card, which is already deactivated as i'm not able to connect to anything over a month now. Secondly remove the bill of last month, because i didn't even get the services and neither did i port out to reliance? Like seriously? Is this a joke to company? Are your consumers gonna take ur loss? If you people are gonna be like this then you're gonna lose every single customer. Now last i'm willing to do payment for october month which i used, that's only legit, but also tell me then what i'm gonna do with my mts dongle? If you people are charging instead of mts then i guess you're gonna provide free dongle or gonna reimburse my security fee of dongle!

                  Reply asap. Also deactivate my data card right now.

                  Please help and co-operate.

                      I have requested for porting of my number from reliance to other network. I have payed all my outstanding dues and yet reliance has rejected my porting request. Since reliance has shut down their operations i am unable to get this issue resolved. I have been trying to contact their customer care but i am unable to reach out to them. I have attached the images with reference to this issue. Would appreciate any help in getting this issue resolved.

                        I was a reliance communication customer. As reliance has shut down the voice business and allowed customer to choose a network of their choice. Unfortunately i have lost my mobile and could not generate upc code. My reliance number was [protected] and it was widely circulated in family and office colleague. I am a government officer and wishes to continue the same.

                          I have been incorrectly charged with ₹ 1300 towards sms charges on my mobile number [protected]. Have been trying to get in touch with customer support however no results. Please get the charges reversed or i may have to get in touch with higher authorities. I refuse to pay the charges i haven’t used hence get the needful done as soon as possible. If i dont get a resolution to this i will be forced to get in touch with the telecom minister mr. Manoj sinha. Kindly consider this complaint on priority as my outgoing is already barred and i am suffering because of your pathetic customer service.

                            Airtel said it will get ported in 7 days but it was not ported and alomst 1.5 month passed.. Now they are sying that it has been recjected as rcom is not alllowing it..

                              Hi team,

                              My name is tarandeeep singh and i used to hold the postpaid connection [protected] my your company for 14 years. Due to recent scenarios happening with rcom i had no choice put to switch connection. Therefore, i want you to please initiate cancellation of the postpaid connection and let me the security amount that i would be getting. Also, if there is an arrangement of adjusting the security deposit with the bill.

                              Also, there was a late fee imposed on me which i do not think a fair reflection of my ties and timely payment made month after month to reliance. I stucked with reliance when most moved away from it. I do not want to be charged any more and want waiver of the late feee

                              Moreover, the reliance store in my area was closed without any notice and i do not see any other store in the vicinity.

                              Please revert with the answer so that this can be settled

                                I have reliance sim for using tele services mobile [protected], but as every know that reliance communication is shout down, so i want to use tele services of as reliance sim cdma to port to jio sim gsm. I want to port but i am facing problems to port it as port number not received, althouth i am already try to connect to toll free of reliance customer care no.

                                & i already mail to reliance customer care but we are not able to get my port number for mob no.[protected] to continiue service. & i also visit to jio communication but they also not resolve my problems.

                                We are request to you, pls provide my reliance cdma port number to converet it to jio gsm sim for mob.[protected].

I have tried so many times to send sms for getting upc code to 1900 but every time i received "unable to connect database". So i am not able to port my reliance number to any other service provider. As per rcom message the reliance service will not be available from 29th december 2017.

                                        In spite of my request i have not recieved my porting code which is required to port my number to other service provider as the rcom is closing activities in this west bengal circle.
                                        I have two connections [protected] and [protected] which are of my brother and uncle. Inspite of my request porting code is not generated, hence i am loosing all contact as the mobile numbers are circulated to all since seven years.
